Hi my waybill no. Is 80645084. I had booked my material from cochin to gaya bt the current status of material showing on your website that it is stuck at your bangalore centre from last 3 days. Sir if i didn't get my material before deepawali then i'll be suffering a huge loss as those material are seasonal and are sold only in deepawali. Sir it's a kind request to you to make arrangements for quick delivery of my material. As i'm your regular customer and using your service from past 2 years i request you to kindly made quick delivery of my material.

    Dear company people,
    My package is still undelivered. I had 4pk to deliver from iit guwahati to begusarai, bihar but after 10 days safe express people in begusarai telling i got only 3 pk and 1 pk is missing. I called 3 to 4 times to safe express begusarai people regarding this issue but still i didnt get any assurence of delivery.

    If i will not get any reponse from your side then i will lodge fir against your company as well as will do complain in iit guwahati adminstration to block your entery in the campus. This is the careless behavior of safe express people. I had precious things in the package.

        Self had tele-contacted safexpress representative from gurgaon, mr. Ankit[protected] to shift my motorcycle (Gj01lx2109 - royal enfield classic 350cc) from gurgaon to chennai. Mr. Ankit had informed the rate for transportation and asked to pay advance of rs. 6, 500, which self paid using google pay on 01.10.2019. Further safeexpress team lifted the bike from my friend's place in gurgaon on 04.10.2019 aroung 10 pm.

        On requesting the receipt mr. Ankit said that they don't issue any receipt as the consignment has been forwarded by a trailer consisting of various materials. Now it has been 14 days and till date self has not received the bike. Mr. Ankit is picking up the calls but he is not confirming the date or time on which self shall receive the bike. As their is no receipt available self is not even able to track where exactly my bike is. Due to non receipt of bike, self is facing quite some trouble in this new city of chennai.

        Request you to please help out in delivering my bike as self is not able to track it. Also certain actions need to be taken against mr. Ankit as this seems to be a clear case of negligence and no invoice billing. Further if the bike is not found then it becomes a case of theft too for which self need full refund of bike's market cost.

          We have booked a consignment under your way bill number 6404051 date 27/09/2019 to TIDC India Ltd - Hyderabad. We have been following your local office almost every day but there is no proper response and till date the material not delivered and they could not able to trace the material.

              I sent 30 cartoons total via consignment no 64082459, 64082460, 64042461dated 1st october from dhanbad to agra. The party receiving the item has complained that the items in all 30 cartons are more or less damaged and unfit to use.
              The total value of goods transferred is rs 135042. The consignment was opened in front of safex executive. The receiving party mentioned on the receiving pad about damaged goods.
              Kindly resolve the monetary loss issue for me. All boxes product has been damaged due to mishandling during transport. Can not upload pic of all cartons so uploading pic of one.

              No action till now. I try calling customer care, m just told u will receive call today, but i don't get any. Had requested to ship the item back to me as it is lying with consignee, he is calling me daily to get it picked. By not even responding to request for pickup from consignee, you are destroying my any chance of even future business with him.

              What is the point of choosing ur service above other simple transporters if you also behave like this. Theirs is much cheaper and you are also not providing any response to my claim and pickup request since so mny days. I called safex incharge at my place, he says he has sent mail already for pickup but nothing is happening

                    Hi my self rahul das i order the durga murti from shantipur nawadeep wb to faridabad from their end the courier they send is perfect at that time and today is 2nd oct i visited the safe-express palwal i myself pickup my courier from them i signed the page of receiving but when i reached home the product was broken..                             Safe express: this is to inform u that before sending any dispatch person please verify whether he is capable of doing his job because the person who came with the vehicle along with the documents he is so rude behave like customers are slaves in front of him using rough language, even used bad words on our staff, if safe express are giving such a huge amount of invoice delivery to unprofessional fellow who is behaving like nizams sarkar son, he didnt have time that customer shouldnt verify any thing or check the delivered material are ok or not he is no where concern about it he only knows we have to sighn the copy he will leave or else i beat u. I ask safe express u pple are working for customer or customers are working for you, in this concern my person as signed the copy due to your delivery boy rude behavior now we came to no that in that 2 boxes are missing which value 60k approx now tell what to do, should i raise the complaint or go to consumer court? This is the matter vale, your immediate action towards this help you for the future business, require any further information call me on [protected] i will share the picture of delivery person.

                              I have send shipment with safe express from leh to alapuzha with way bill no67527079 containing a box on. 19 aug 2019 it recieved on 17 sep 2019 unfortunately 6 items were missing and even my box was realised at edge of box. Below i listed lost items are butter -5nos, milkmade -10nos, baddam 2kg, cashewnuts -2kg, drillingmachine, greasegun. I hope you will work to resolve my problem and find a reason

                                Safexpress lr no. 69305324 dt. 13/8/2019.
                                Safexpress demotand-madhyapradesh (Near haxaribaug) outlet contacted but responding very rudely & subsequently not picking up phone. This is not the first time, it happens repeatedly. Demotand safexpress contact person mr. Mishra (Mob. [protected])
                                It is close to 1 month, we need delivery urgently. Even we tried to contact mr. Praveen (Mob. [protected]) of safexpress panvel from where materials was dispatched, but here also there is no proper response.

The materials in the consignment was damaged some parts and was not in the condition to use. I have already mentioned in delivery papers also. All was due to mishandling at the time of transit.                                     I ordered a home gym set worth 1900 from flipkart and they delivered my package through safeexpress and the delivery boy charged me 300 rupees for delivery even though the delivery was free...pathetic selfish people. We received the box in a breakable condition. 01× lock opened, top of the box were bend and broken also bottom of the box were damaged.
