Booked my delivery from hyderabad to kanyakumari on 7th dec'17. My waybill number is 56460605. I have been told that i will get my boxes delivered by 11th or 12th dec'17. Using shipment track i can find my boxes having reached the nearest city tirunelveli on 12th of dec'17.
Nobody from safexpress has ever called me on the delivery, it's me who calls them everyday and they respond the same thing every next day as, we have packed your boxes in the vehicle, will be delivering the boxes tonight or the next day morning.
I'm unable to move to the next city (Job location) because of this, all my official documents, books and things are in the box.
Their customer care is just rubbish. Nobody knows where the boxes are & who is accountable for what. Everybody will be just point fingers at someone else, absolute bluff, it is just another sham company. Don't ever transport your goods with this company, please find some other logistics partner
