I have ordered an product on ebay (70kg), the parcel arrived at bangalore on 25th jan 2018 but today 28th jan 2018, still i didn't received my parcel, when i tried to contact the delivery person he speaks in bad words and put down the phone call. I have tried to call that person more than 500 times per day, no use. He challenged me that parcel will not delivery do whatever you do.
Waybill:56445038 delivery person phone:[protected], please don't trust safeexpress and in google map they set wrong location and phone number i requested the google to remove it. Guys please don't use safexpress

After a long conversation i received my product with damaged condition ! ! Thanks to the Best service SAFEXPRESS, for getting this i have spend 3 days leave almost Rs.3000 lost, please don't use the SAFEXPRESS

    My requirement was to send a box of 26kg from Gurgaon(Haryana) to Karur(TamilNadu). I called SafeExpress and the "Safe expert" in customer care told me it takes 1-2 days time by air and costs Rs. 4, 800. I sent it on 20th Jan 2018 and it was supposed to reach 21st or 22nd.

    I agreed because I was in urgency to send the package. A friend was supposed to take that package outside India. The package was delivered on 25th Jan 2018. It took 5 days time and I paid 5 times the price of by road.

    The worst part is customer care. Some supervisor named "Varun" gave me fake complaint number and later I was told there is no Varun and no complaint. Now I'm trying to call customer care, they are saying "hold the line" and they just cut the call.

    Now I need to spend more money to send the package outside India. Never trusting this service again. Who ever is reading this, strongly not recommended to go with this company.

    I had sent by bike from pathankot to mhow .I had handed over my bike with rear view mirror but I haven't received these . Moreover fuel tank of my bike has been damaged badly.

        I booked a docket of goods what I purchased from bangaluru.. Order dispatched by other party... and they sent the parcel with a docket price of rs. 1950/= for a parcel with the weight of just 19KG. all other parcel's i recieved from other companies like Gati KWE, with the same weight, they provided us the parcel for the price 450/= only... safexpress charged almost 4 times cost of the parcel...

          Booked my delivery from hyderabad to kanyakumari on 7th dec'17. My waybill number is 56460605. I have been told that i will get my boxes delivered by 11th or 12th dec'17. Using shipment track i can find my boxes having reached the nearest city tirunelveli on 12th of dec'17.
          Nobody from safexpress has ever called me on the delivery, it's me who calls them everyday and they respond the same thing every next day as, we have packed your boxes in the vehicle, will be delivering the boxes tonight or the next day morning.
          I'm unable to move to the next city (Job location) because of this, all my official documents, books and things are in the box.
          Their customer care is just rubbish. Nobody knows where the boxes are & who is accountable for what. Everybody will be just point fingers at someone else, absolute bluff, it is just another sham company. Don't ever transport your goods with this company, please find some other logistics partner

            Waybill# : 55751792, we found the material is out for delivery on 11th of 2017, when we spoke on toll free number they told us it will be deliver by 12th between 11 to 6 pm, but till now we have not received. Again we called on toll free number now they are telling that vehicle got breakdown, it will be deliver by tomorrow.

            We never expect this kind of response the logistics giant commpeny, when the material is reached local place will it that difficult to deliver the item, why they saying stories like vehicle break down, do you they think are we fools.

            We request you to resolve this issue immediately and arrange the delivery

              Safe xpress has delivered only 4 packages out of 5 on 29th november and i have been complaining daily since 10 days about it.
              But there executives always make fake promises to deliver in 24 hrs and since 4th december they were saying that packet is already delivered but i've not received it yet.
              So it's my kind request to you please look into this matter asap.

                This consignment was booked at udupi on 12/10/17 waybill no. 54342757 and was scanned to have reached bangalore on 14/10/17. Destination is mumbai. I have since then made 100s of calls to the toll free number, the bangalore office and udupi office. It has been over a month and they can not locate the box. I have some very important books and files since i am a student. I am not getting any definite answer as to where my box is??? How can you lose a 12kg box?? I have provided with all sorts of information including pictures of the contents and receipt. Horrible customer service. I have made almost daily calls regarding this and till now they have not been able to locate it. There is a single pitstop between udupi and mumbai, that is bangalore. Even in this short distance they have somehow lost it.
                I need this box at any cost, as i have very important material and files in it. I do not understand if they have established channels and electronic scanning how can they misplace it and why do they not investigate it properly. I need box, waybill no. 54342757 located and dispatched to it's destination as soon as possible.

                  We had booked the shipment from chennai to pune maharastra thorugh air mode on 27.11.2017 with way bill number 55526508. Till now the shipment is not delivered.

                  Mr. Venaktesh ([protected]) from chennai assured at the time of booking told that material will be delivered on 28.11.2017 before 12.00 pm, but still is not delivered.
                  I think they booked the material through train mode or forgot to book in the air. Material is too urgent...

                  I need immediate response and dispatch the material.

                      We had booked the shipment from bangalore to ludhiana on 26.10.2017 with way bill number 55631884. Till now the shipment is not delivered.
                      The one mr. Siddesh from bangalore who took the shipment is not responding and speaking harshly. Giving negligent answer. His mobile number is [protected].
                      He had assured us to delivery the shipment in 4 to 5 days from the date of booking.
                      We are very disappointed about safe express service.

                        My courier was supposed to be delivered on 26th of oct from amazon.in in kolkata. However, its 8th nov now and the product still remains not delivered even after repeated complaints and requests.
                        Formaly lodging a complaint against safe express for zero customer satisfaction and lackuster services.
                        I have approached safeexpress customer service from website and from social media. But in both the services they have zero performance.

                          I booked my consignment (3 boxes) from hyderabad to bangalore on 9 october 2017. The consignment was important for me, so before booking i enquired with safex experts for time duration they need for the delivery. They promised that they will deliver it within 4-5 days. The consignment reached in bangalore on 14 october as shown by their online tracking service. The waybill number is 51201502. But it is still undelivered to the mentioned address. After contacting so many times to their customer care support, i didn't get any satisfactory response. Moreover their executives provided me with different responses regarding my consignment and false promises for delivery. On 28 october, i came to know via one of thier experts that one of my consignment is missing and they need to time to track it. Moreover they were reminding me about the money i have to pay as the payment mode choosen was cod. Every time their customer support has a lame reason that their bangalore center is piling up with the consignments and they are not able to deliver it on time. This is not a customer's problem, if they don't have the workforce and can't provide the service on time. Then why to make fake promises and why to run the service?
                          As far as service is concerned, i having the worst customer experience and their customer support is not at all satisfactory in any way. I would have choosen any other courier service at cheaper rate. No courier or logistics service provider takes 1 month for the delivery.

                          That consignment is important for me, if it's still undelivered for more 1-2 days. Then i will be forced to take some legal action.

                            Waybill no 85420415 and 85420474 were shipped from new delhi to mumbai and they reached safexpress mumbai hub on 14/10/2017 and 19/10/2017, they were send by industry buying an online shopping sites to me anuj sharma even after 12 days the consignment is still undelivered contacted their customer care but did not got any satisfactory response, i even told them that i can arrange my own pickup from their office but they were unable to provide me contact details of their mumbai office i am very much frustrated at their response

                              My complaint number is [protected]. This is with reference to an online order from flipkart.com dated 20th september 2017. As per flipkart the said item was supposed to be delivered by 13th october 2017.

                              I had made several complaints to the filpkart customer care. But the problem didn't resolve.

                              On last 25th october 2017 i had received a call from safe express in the morning that due to non availability of vehicle they are not able to deliver the product.

                              They ensured me that it will be delivered by 26th oct 2017 before 12:00pm.

                              After contacting the safe express customer care executive. The status is showing that safe express couldn't deliver the product at my place due to any reason..

                              Kindly look into the matter the delivery the same by today itself.

                              We United Laboratories India Pvt Ltd received two packages of Waybill No. 56598441 & 57083924 on 05 Jan'18 & 12 Jan'18 respectively.This is to inform you that while downloading the GST bill from Safe Express's website then we facing certain problems.

                              After speaking with your customer care no we got to know that our GST no. which your team had entered at their end is 19AAACV3899C1Z2 which is wrong, and it should be 19AAACU3899C1Z2.

                              After several follow ups with customer care team the issue is yet to be resolved.

                                Sir, i booked my luggage/goods (Qty-08) from srinagar to (J&k) suryalanka c/o bapatla (Andhra pradesh) way bill no. 55854082 on 05 october 2017. During the time of booking, they promised me to deliver the goods with in 14 days ie by 18 oct 17. However, same done partially. After my repeated approachings, they delivered 07 items out of 08. When i contacted through customer care, the response was poor and they are asking 2 more days to track the 8th item. When i tried to track the luggage, the same is not showing about the 8th item. Request interfere..

                                  This is seriously the worst service i have received from anyone till date. A package from jodhpur to bangalore was sent on 28th, september and it still hasn't reached. The package reached bangalore on 4th, october and i honestly fail to understand the reason for this delay. I have been calling the customer service for the past 10 days and i haven't been getting any constructive solutions for my problem. One of your customer care representative went on to tell me that i will receive the package within a year for sure. I am tired of reaching out to your representatives and i seriously doubt your ability to make the delivery now.
                                  I need my package at the earliest. I will never ever use your services again and make sure that no one in my close circles does so as well.

                                    I had placed my trust in safe express and sent my personal belongings from gurgaon to bangalore, when i received the consignment, i received 8 out of the 10 boxes i sent. One box contains an amplifier worth 12000 and my dresses, while the other missing box had clothes.
                                    I have been calling their offices since a week and still they only say they are trying but are still unable to find the location of the boxes.

                                    Lot of 7 boxes, received only 6
                                    Waybill number : 55725251
                                    Lot of 3 boxes, received only 2.
                                    I want to get in touch with the person who can help me track my boxes, they should be able to find where the boxes are.
                                    If not worth case, i want to claim for lost boxes. The way these guys have handled the whole situation is just appalling.

                                      I am complaining for poor service for delivery of material code gr number 54841142.
                                      This shipment was booked on 30th september from vapi to delhi.
                                      Material reached delhi warehouse (Asaf ali road) on 4th oct n still is pending for delivery.
                                      My delivery address is in bhagirath palace chandni chowk which is hardly 2-3kms i. E. 10-15mins max.
                                      Moreover no one is replying for pickup as well.
                                      I tried landline number [protected] n [protected]-32 many times.
                                      No one is responding at all.
                                      I m need of that material.

                                        I have order a furniture from insaraf.com from rajasthan to moradabad the product reached at location on 9th sep, i found the product damaged and opened as the moradabad branch dont have proper vehicle to send it to my house so they opened it, i refuse to take delivery. Now the company insaraf is waiting fr the damaged product so they can reshipped the new product but its now more than a month that the product is lying with moradabad branch due to which my money is stucked with these two unethical companies.
                                        Daily i call moradabad brand head nitin to ask them to ship the product but he did not have any ability to ship it back to company.
                                        I mailed to safeexpress also but they are not responding.
                                        I call/ mail to insaraf.com sometimes some one say that they do not send until they receive and some time they say the product is ready and ship it in evening.
                                        I am stuck between these two unprofessional company neither i get my money nor product.
