I received incorrect boxes which do not belong to me. Firstly there was a great delay in the pickup, and now the package that I have received are not even mine.
I had three boxes of 20kgs each, and only one of them is mine and the rest two are CASTROL cylinders.
I have reached your HELPLINE number twice, with no resolution time or clarity.

Iâm so bloody tired of safexpress. I has a horrendous time to arrange a pickup, and was harrased through out the process, and now even my packages delivered are incorrect. I do not know what worse to expect from this horrible service. I have no idea where my boxes are, they had some very improt
I have asked CUSTOMER CARE some hundred times to ask a senior management person to reach out to me, but nobody has reached out. Your CUSTOMER CARE people have no courtesy and empathy to attend such cases. The resort to shouting at customers without giving them zero clarity. You guys literally have no shame.
I would surely take this matter to consumer court, and would never ever use this ### service from safexpress.

we have booked one parcel dkt no.5989242 dated 4.05.2018 on your pilkhuwa branch pilkhuwa to kolkata delivered parcel dated 11.05.2018.
but we have not received parcel on till time.
kindly provide the parcel today as soon as possible.
