I sent my trolleys bags through safex and when i received them the locks were missing and also my essential items including a brand new imported perfume bottle was missing. When i lodged the complaint they took nearly a month to investigate and came up with the reply that we delivered it as it was sent.

I trusted safex but they are definitely not safe, i certainly say please be careful when you send your things through them as they make big promises but never fulfill.
I suggest keep taking photographs whenever you come in contact with them, when you send, when you receive, when you pack and when you unpack also because they may simply refute your complaint saying there is lack of evidence even when they are at fault.

Pfa the photo of my stolen imported perfume, the thief simply took the bottle and left the cardboard and cap in the box.

    my damaged bike

    I TRANSPORTED MY BIKE FROM BANGALORE TO HARYANA LAST WEEK AND THE BIKES condition was so worst when I recieved it. When I asked the people concerned over there they said we dun take any responsibility. The tank of my bike was fully dented and I got it fixed in 2.5k.     Hello,

    It very frustrating. Our products got damaged because of poor service and handling. Half of our order go damaged. We had marked *fragile* to all our bundles. But instead of that safexpress haven't cared about the order. As usual no one is picking our calls. We are having business account with safexpress and we are dispatching 5-6 order a day. This means we are giving good business to safexpress. But now, we thinking to move to other shipping partner. At least safexpress should have to reply.

      I had booked safexpress to ship my bags and trolleys from indirapuram up to saltlake kolkata on 12th march. When i checked received items (By my uncle when i was not at kolkata), i found 4 items missing. Initially i realised the worth of my lost items around 7000 and i claimed for 6500. Later on i found some more items missing (Amount to total loss of 10, 000/-) still i sticked to claim of 6500/- on 30th march.
      On 3rd april, i was shocked to see a mail stating the company would reimburse 1000/- only. I refused to accept that in mail. And there is no confirmation of any revised cheque still now.
      It is an extremely insensitive, irresponsible courier service that can neither guarantee safe shipment of courier nor process the claim.

        Under campus2home service. I had sent a wall mounted mirror through safexpress. But the mirror was broken when delivered. As per the campus2home policy i want to claim the damages for the same. I did contact the chat service 4-times when they finally informed me to contact here. The packaging hasn't been opened by me people from safexpress can examine the same reimburse me for the damage.

        I had booked 3 parcels weighing 120 kgs from Delhi to bidar karnataka, I have been charged total weight of 250 kgs having a total charges of ₹5865 I usually book through Vrl but through safe express I have been over charged

          Hello,

          We had shipped single bundle (Bubble wrap and corrugated packing) from jodhpur to hyderabad. But the client received damaged product. No one picking up the call. Very very poor customer service. Even they don't know how to talk to clients. Same things happening to us many times.

          Highly disappointed!!

            I have booked luggage vide way bill no 58061583 and 58061582 on 22 march from Itanagar to Sri ganganagar and Haldwani respectively which have not delivered as on 12 April. Whereas i was committed that the luggage will be delivered within a week of booking.

              I sent my luggag from lucknow to be delivered in namakkal, tamilnadu. One of the boxes was broken and things were taken. The box is hollow. And the trolley was broken. Is this the way the objects were to be handled. The safexpress charged me 950 for package alone. I was told it will be packed in bubble wrap. All i can see is a polythene wrap. I would like to escalate this issue.

                Dear sir,

                We have received the goods parcel on 18.01.2018 @ 7pm. The bundle seemed loose and he had asked for open delivery of the same. The bundle was opened in front of mr. Krishna and his 2 delivery person's and it was found that 8 pieces of rs. 280 each was shortage. The same has been agreed by your manager mr. Krishna and it's signed on the delivery receipt number. A copy of the the same has been enclosed in this mail.

                A copy of way bill and bill copy of kesar textiles anjar (Kachch), bill no. Ts/252, is also enclosed and part form 402.

                An immediate action had to be taken and a claim of rs 280 x 8 pieces = rs 2240 + rs 112 (Rs 2352 as total) has to be sent to us.

                  I have ordered an product on ebay (70kg), the parcel arrived at bangalore on 25th jan 2018 but today 28th jan 2018, still i didn't received my parcel, when i tried to contact the delivery person he speaks in bad words and put down the phone call. I have tried to call that person more than 500 times per day, no use. He challenged me that parcel will not delivery do whatever you do.

                    My requirement was to send a box of 26kg from Gurgaon(Haryana) to Karur(TamilNadu). I called SafeExpress and the "Safe expert" in customer care told me it takes 1-2 days time by air and costs Rs. 4, 800. I sent it on 20th Jan 2018 and it was supposed to reach 21st or 22nd.

                    I agreed because I was in urgency to send the package. A friend was supposed to take that package outside India. The package was delivered on 25th Jan 2018. It took 5 days time and I paid 5 times the price of by road.

                    The worst part is customer care. Some supervisor named "Varun" gave me fake complaint number and later I was told there is no Varun and no complaint. Now I'm trying to call customer care, they are saying "hold the line" and they just cut the call.

                    Now I need to spend more money to send the package outside India. Never trusting this service again. Who ever is reading this, strongly not recommended to go with this company.

Order dispatched by other party... and they sent the parcel with a docket price of rs. 1950/= for a parcel with the weight of just 19KG. all other parcel's i recieved from other companies like Gati KWE, with the same weight, they provided us the parcel for the price 450/= only... safexpress charged almost 4 times cost of the parcel...

                          Booked my delivery from hyderabad to kanyakumari on 7th dec'17. My waybill number is 56460605. I have been told that i will get my boxes delivered by 11th or 12th dec'17. Using shipment track i can find my boxes having reached the nearest city tirunelveli on 12th of dec'17.
                          Nobody from safexpress has ever called me on the delivery, it's me who calls them everyday and they respond the same thing every next day as, we have packed your boxes in the vehicle, will be delivering the boxes tonight or the next day morning.
                          I'm unable to move to the next city (Job location) because of this, all my official documents, books and things are in the box.
                          Their customer care is just rubbish. Nobody knows where the boxes are & who is accountable for what. Everybody will be just point fingers at someone else, absolute bluff, it is just another sham company. Don't ever transport your goods with this company, please find some other logistics partner

                            We never expect this kind of response the logistics giant commpeny, when the material is reached local place will it that difficult to deliver the item, why they saying stories like vehicle break down, do you they think are we fools.

                              Safe xpress has delivered only 4 packages out of 5 on 29th november and i have been complaining daily since 10 days about it.
                              But there executives always make fake promises to deliver in 24 hrs and since 4th december they were saying that packet is already delivered but i've not received it yet.

                                This consignment was booked at udupi on 12/10/17 waybill no. 54342757 and was scanned to have reached bangalore on 14/10/17. Destination is mumbai. I have since then made 100s of calls to the toll free number, the bangalore office and udupi office. It has been over a month and they can not locate the box. I have some very important books and files since i am a student. I am not getting any definite answer as to where my box is??? How can you lose a 12kg box?? I have provided with all sorts of information including pictures of the contents and receipt. Horrible customer service. I have made almost daily calls regarding this and till now they have not been able to locate it. There is a single pitstop between udupi and mumbai, that is bangalore. Even in this short distance they have somehow lost it.
                                I need this box at any cost, as i have very important material and files in it. I do not understand if they have established channels and electronic scanning how can they misplace it and why do they not investigate it properly. I need box, waybill no. 54342757 located and dispatched to it's destination as soon as possible.

                                  We had booked the shipment from chennai to pune maharastra thorugh air mode on 27.11.2017 with way bill number 55526508. Till now the shipment is not delivered.

                                  Mr. Venaktesh ([protected]) from chennai assured at the time of booking told that material will be delivered on 28.11.2017 before 12.00 pm, but still is not delivered.
                                  I think they booked the material through train mode or forgot to book in the air. Material is too urgent...

                                  I need immediate response and dispatch the material.

                                  I am highly disappoint about your services.

                                    From maruti suzuki a consignment is dispatched through safe express which docket number is 56327636 dated[protected].in mentioned consignment urgent required part is there.

                                    In earlier we are getting consignment delay, through blue dart it is taking only 8-9 days. But safe express is taking 13-15 days to recieve a consignment. So kindly requesting you to deliver the consignment at the earliest.

                                      We had booked the shipment from bangalore to ludhiana on 26.10.2017 with way bill number 55631884. Till now the shipment is not delivered.
                                      The one mr. Siddesh from bangalore who took the shipment is not responding and speaking harshly. Giving negligent answer. His mobile number is [protected].
                                      He had assured us to delivery the shipment in 4 to 5 days from the date of booking.
                                      We are very disappointed about safe express service.
                                      Higher authority is just sleeping.
