I recently transported the bike from Jammu to Pune and the bike has received some damages. The waybill number is 68123577. I had already informed the person name Mr. Sushil (+91 [protected]), Mr. Gaurav Sharma (+91 [protected]) (SafeExpress Jammu), Mr. Ramashraya Singh (+91 [protected]) (SafeExpress Pune) about it. Initially, I was going to ignore this minor damage but when I enquired it is worth Rs. 2500.

They kept on giving me contact numbers of other people at Safexpress like a government office. Today I got a call from one more guy named Sarpunch D Chauhan ( +91 [protected] ). This guy simply said I was lying about the parts price and was trying to tell me to get it covered under insurance which I declined. I know they have manhandled the bike and that is the reason I want them to pay for it.

This damage is caused because of the sheer negligence of people at Safexpress and nothing else. Moreover, my motorcycle had wheat flour all over it. Making it seem like they transported it with some goods carrier.

    Dear Officials,
    It is highly regrettable to say that safeexpress parcel delivery coded 66522130 shipped from Delhi(110088) to Dimapur (797112) was charged exorbitantly.
    The charge mentioned to me at the time of pickup was INR 2236/- but when delivered the delivery person charged INR 2504/-.
    Kindly look into the matter and address why this uniformed hike in the charges.
    Such uniformed and unprofessional hike in the charges is highly unexpected and a sheer disappointment.
    It is a request that this complaint be addressed and inform the reason for the hike at the earliest.

      I booked SafeExpress service from Leh to Pune. Service for bike+Box (helmet), Saddle Bag, Leg guards. Till now I received bike with saddle bag, it fine no issues with bike. But I saw my Saddle bag was open and the knee guards which was tied with bike seat, it was packed inside bag and bag item was not there. It was totally missed from bag only leg guards are there. I asked in Leh office, according to them it was packed as the way I was did nothing changed, so in middle teams were missed. In pune office also they don't know what was happened.
      And one box which is not delivered yet there is not any information of that box.
      Please take action about it and let me know and contact me for any concerns.

        I booked the services of safexpress from bangalore to ntpc barh on 15/06/2019. Provided all the necessary details, the correct address and paid extra for safextension service.

        Till now the consignment has not been delivered because safexpress has a faulty pin code record in place.

        I have provided the correct pin code of the destination address - ntpc barh (Attached screenshot at proof) and explained it to them on the day my consignment was booked - as the person who came to collect the consignment has also mention bihar sharif, when i told him that's a wrong place, he said that it doesn't matter and to stay assured my consignment would be delivered - and since then i have called multiple times explaining the situation. Yet the consignment has been dispatched to bihar sharif which is the wrong destination.

        They know that they are going on the wrong address. The ground team (For delivery) knows it must come to barh and yet they have still made no attempt to deliver my consignment.

        I have called the safexpress helpline number on a daily basis and have explained my problem to 4-5 different customer care executives to no avail.
        They keep my call on hold for 10-10 minutes on end and always promise to call me back with a solution within 2 hours but they never do.

        My experience with safexpress has been absolutely horrible. They take no responsibility and have no proper customer service and chain of command in place. There is no possible way of escalating an issue with them.

        My consignment no is 66612594 and this is already arrived delhi on 04/07/19 and delivery date is 05/07/2019. Concern department is not provide any detail of this consignment. Please help us. most of time your manser branch do same.
        I booked a delivery of boxes from Bangalore to Indore on June 11th. Not only is one of my cartons misplaced the billing is incorrect and now I have no way to track it. The customer care is not responding.
        Parts dispatched on 07.07.2019 till not received, every time delaying

            The delivery service is very bad and i would like to say please give us the correct date of delivery i’ve been waiting for my goods since 18th and today is 22nd. The delivery was from delhi to jaipur. They’ve been postponing my delivery since then and later i’ve been charged with 600rs for the late delivery with the problem saying the truck is not available for the delivery. The main reason for the delivery was to get my stuff on time but the problem i’m facing is way out of limit. Now i regret choosing safe express. Please do something about it. The delivery for today has also been cancelled! You people are treating us like fools. Not answering the call and disconnecting it. Where they won’t give me the tracking id too. What is wrong with the service?.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            This is regarding the delay in delivery of my consignment and false information provided by support team. The consignment with wb no. 67523959 was sent from pune to be delivered to patna. Consignment left pune on 25.05.19 and was scheduled to be delivered on 29.05.19. As of today the consignment has not reached patna.
                            I have been contacting tha support team on daily basis so as to enquire about the same and information given by them are not correct at all. Day before yesterday i was told that the consignment was in jharkhand and transit time is 12 hours and now 60 hours have passed, yesterday i was told consignment is in aurangabad (Bihar) and transit time is 4 hours, but till now i. E after 24 hours it has not yet reached patna. Seems like they don't have proper contact with the vehicle driver or no gps system to track the vehicle.
                            These things are not expected by such a big reputed company like yours. I had some things planned which had to be cancelled due to delay in the delivery.

                            I request you to please look into it on priority basis. Looking forward for your reply.

                                I made a booking for c2h from guwahati to khammam (Waybill number[protected] and it's been 12 days from sending the shipment and i didn't even receive it yet and the thing is that it shows that i have received the shipment 5 days back in the website. It is very unprofessional how could my shipment show that it is delivered even i haven't received it, now i am worried as it contains a lot of important things and i am complaining to then from the last 5 days and i don't know whether they are taking it seriously or not if they would have taken it seriously my shipment would have reached home by now.

                                  I am unable to track my shipment. It is showing invalid waybill number. Copy of receipt is attached. Very irresponsible service. It has been a week since i sent my stuff from silchar to dibrugarh.. I have not received my stuff neither am i able to track my shipment. It still shows waybill no not valid. I have attached the receipt. Very very irresponsible service. I need my stuff as soon as possible. Will never recommend it to anyone.

                                    My waybill no. 61825293 has not been delivered yet even after 18 days. The bike was to be delivered from sahibabad to bangalore. The shipment was initiated on may 11 and today is may 28.
                                    Everyday they keep telling me a new story. Nothing is working.
                                    Ujjwal hub-in-charge keeps telling me a new story everyday ([protected]). Even the call center keep telling me that today they'll deliver but they are also lying.

                                      Wb no 60073982. From chennai to bhadrak. Booked on 02 may 19 and delivered on 15 may 19. My washing machine body has been damage. I have already mentioned in delivery papers which has been taken by delivery boy. Details photo attached. Plz find the photograph and resolve the issue as soon as possible. My wasing machine is only one year old and make samsung. Plz resolve the issue
