Rajahmundry safe espress received on 30/05/19 that products bt still they or not delivery to me and when I am call to them they are not give proper response to me this is not good my work will be pending due to this safeexpress delay kindly take action...

    client name is jitender ph no [protected] . Item no is wooden table well packed put your persons broke the whole table and now the table has been rejected by the party . This is not been first time earlier also i made a complaint regarding my other doc to your officer mr bharat bhushan from dec 2018 but no reverts.The safeexpress person where i booked the goods (sadar bazaar) he said i had written each and every thing on the parcel like handle with care and deliver properly.But your company persons did not work well for customers satisfaction
    i want my builty charges and my damaged goods cost back asap.

      Dear sir/madam,
      This is regarding the delay in delivery of my consignment and false information provided by support team. The consignment with wb no. 67523959 was sent from pune to be delivered to patna. Consignment left pune on 25.05.19 and was scheduled to be delivered on 29.05.19. As of today the consignment has not reached patna.
      I have been contacting tha support team on daily basis so as to enquire about the same and information given by them are not correct at all. Day before yesterday i was told that the consignment was in jharkhand and transit time is 12 hours and now 60 hours have passed, yesterday i was told consignment is in aurangabad (Bihar) and transit time is 4 hours, but till now i. E after 24 hours it has not yet reached patna. Seems like they don't have proper contact with the vehicle driver or no gps system to track the vehicle.
      These things are not expected by such a big reputed company like yours. I had some things planned which had to be cancelled due to delay in the delivery.

      I request you to please look into it on priority basis. Looking forward for your reply.

      New update: on 1st june evening 4pm I was told that the consigment is in Ara (Bihar) and as per Google maps 2 hours is transit time to patna.. And now almost 9 hours have passed as i am writing this.. Still consignment not reached Patna.

        This is to inform you that.in your logistics we are receiving the goods from more than 5 years. But services are very poor.

        I sharing a details one shortage of goods 1.5 kgs (Almonds) on two bags
        Goods from delhi to vijayawada with delivery receipt no:[protected]
        On dated:[protected]. One of the employee mr srinivas his mobile no:[protected] in vijayawada hub in-charge is not giving proper answer.

        This not the first time we had complained many time's to him.
        Mistake happening from them. Because bags are getting holes and sucking the goods from bags it is clearly showing. We had attached images of bags and consignee details.

          I made a booking for c2h from guwahati to khammam (Waybill number[protected] and it's been 12 days from sending the shipment and i didn't even receive it yet and the thing is that it shows that i have received the shipment 5 days back in the website. It is very unprofessional how could my shipment show that it is delivered even i haven't received it, now i am worried as it contains a lot of important things and i am complaining to then from the last 5 days and i don't know whether they are taking it seriously or not if they would have taken it seriously my shipment would have reached home by now.

            I am unable to track my shipment. It is showing invalid waybill number. Copy of receipt is attached. Very irresponsible service. It has been a week since i sent my stuff from silchar to dibrugarh.. I have not received my stuff neither am i able to track my shipment. It still shows waybill no not valid. I have attached the receipt. Very very irresponsible service. I need my stuff as soon as possible. Will never recommend it to anyone.

              My waybill no. 61825293 has not been delivered yet even after 18 days. The bike was to be delivered from sahibabad to bangalore. The shipment was initiated on may 11 and today is may 28.
              Everyday they keep telling me a new story. Nothing is working.
              Ujjwal hub-in-charge keeps telling me a new story everyday ([protected]). Even the call center keep telling me that today they'll deliver but they are also lying.

                    I send my shipment from bhandinda and the number is 61864420.. My luggage covered with steel box is not safely handled.. And the box is damaged with distilled water which is for battery.. And the box overload with some other goods over it. And it's bend slightly..
                    I need proper action for this. And the same time i need proper replacement and money for that

                      I had booked three sony led tv via way bill no 64454114 from mumbai to dehradun. When i received the parcel at dehradun it was found that one of 43 inch sony tv screen was completely damaged during the transit period from mumbai to dehradun. As i'm defence employee my colleagues suggest this courier service for transportation of my tv as they already use their service for transporting their tv and they told this courier service will take care of your item perfectly and u need not to worry but when i received my package i m highly disappointed by your service as your service damage my tv screen completely and it causes a problem for me now if this is the case how i recommend ur courier service to my other colleagues if appropriate action is not taken against my complaint and my damage will not reimburse to me as soon as possible so that i will purchase a new tv for me. Hope ur reputed company will take appropriate action as soon as possible and reimburse the damage occur to my tv screen. Waiting a gud response from your reputed company

                      Complaint was registered by the company but they in telephonically reply the company complaint cell member told me that there company has no policy of giving claim to glass and tv items.But that thing was told to me during the time of booking that time they told me that your tv will reached dehradun safely without any breakage now after breaking my tv screen the company is not ready to take my claim and refund my breaked tv amount. Now I will file a case in consumer court and there that company will explain the refund policy of the company.
                      My household item booked for transportation from Kochi to Lucknow vide consignment no. 62588650 dated 25 Apr 19.l received my bike with front mud Guard fully damaged. Plse investigate and respond accordingly.

                        Sir or madam I called safe express of jalandar and they gave me a number and when I talk to one person they issue one phone number and when I call that number I get the same response.. At last I got a number who told me that they are coming for pickup and they keep on postponing the time and sometimes they just cancel our call.

                            I had booked my consignment through safe exp amritsar for trivandrum on 26 dec 18. But in trivandrum i received damaged consignment. When approached to trivendrum safe exp, he told please approach to amritsar where you had booked your consignment. When approached to amritsar, mr vikash rep of safe exp told that your complain has been lodged but so far he is not able to tell my complain progress. Now i guess my complain had not been lodge. Plese tell me what to do further otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                              This is with regards to lr no. 64844327 which was dispatched from varanasi to anamanapudi gudivada. Material is not yet reached to destination city. Even after informing urgency support from safe express team is very poor, when we follow-up for the consignment daily we are getting a different-different story. Today i personally went to local delivery branch they are informing vehicle was undergone some major breakdown & they don't have the exact update when it will reach and where it reached. So i requested them to transfer to some other vehicle and arrange for immediate delivery..

                                I am rajeev, on 22 feb 2019 i had despatched my goods with way bill number 64919397. I also got sms confirmation regarding the pick up. The goods was to be transported from srinagar to hyderabad for which safe express claims 8 days. But till date the goods didn't reach hyderabad. When enquired with safe express customer executive he has no information regarding the consignment. This kind of dishonest and inefficient service should be corrected.

                                I would like to inform you that safe express SRINAGAR office delays the delivery unnecessarily and they misbehaved with me and they told me to look for another logistics next time to send the product and delayed my product delivery by 3-4 days so I would like to take action against them against their misbehaving and delay in dilevery

                                  We had booked one machine from cijen pharma machinery pvt. Ltd., ahmedabad on 02.03.2019 vide lr no. 63956115. Though the machine has reached bhubaneswar early morning, it was not delivered today in spite of repeated telephonic request to the bbsr local office. The urgency of booking by your transport service is not being understood by the persons concerned at your bhubaneswar office taking things lightly which will hamper the reputation of smart quick delivery system of your company. The charges to pay as applicable is rs.4871.00 plus tps totaling rs.5226.00 although your online booking charges are about rs.3500.00. Kindly look in to the matter and instruct to deliver the consignment at the earliest.

Even after informing urgency support from safe express team is very poor, when we follow-up for the consignment daily we are getting a different-different story. Today i personally went to local delivery branch they are informing vehicle was undergone some major breakdown & they don't have the exact update when it will reach and where it reached. So i requested them to transfer to some other vehicle and arrange for immediate delivery they are denying for that. This lr is consists of one of core api for our manufacturing purpose without that we cannot start production.

                                    Due to poor support and unavailability of material we are losing approx rs.[protected] per day manpower cost. Whom we should blame for that loss...??

                                    Kindly look into the mater.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I shipped 3 consignment from gorakhpur up
                                      Bilty no. 65505817, 65505816, 65505815 to delhi nansons overseas all the product has been received damage and short and they have given notes that none of the product is in returnable condtion.

                                      I want to claim my money to safex on urgent bsis.

                                      All the packed were opened and stolen 60% of the items.
