When enquired with safe express customer executive he has no information regarding the consignment. This kind of dishonest and inefficient service should be corrected....

I have transferred from jaipur to bangalore and as such booked safexpress to move some of my books and clothes. They will just contact you at the time of booking afterwards my things have reached bangalore but they are yet to deliver, and when you call them they would just say that some other person will deliver... It is really disgusting... They dont have an active toll free number, it is most of the time busy or will disconnect on its own......
