Hi my self rahul das i order the durga murti from shantipur nawadeep wb to faridabad from their end the courier they send is perfect at that time and today is 2nd oct i visited the safe-express palwal i myself pickup my courier from them i signed the page of receiving but when i reached home the product was broken.. From safe express kolkata team they send the perfect product from manufacturer but her its got damaged during loading in between kolkata to faridabad for that i lodge a complaint and request to senior team to take action asap on this

        As per the tracking, we got the information that the parcel reached chittoor branch on 21.9.2019, but the delivery waas made
        On 25.09.2019 at 1.30 pm. This delivery was also made on our constant followup to your chittoor branch.
        Thie delay is very abnormal.

        Plese see that this should not happen in future.

          Safe express: this is to inform u that before sending any dispatch person please verify whether he is capable of doing his job because the person who came with the vehicle along with the documents he is so rude behave like customers are slaves in front of him using rough language, even used bad words on our staff, if safe express are giving such a huge amount of invoice delivery to unprofessional fellow who is behaving like nizams sarkar son, he didnt have time that customer shouldnt verify any thing or check the delivered material are ok or not he is no where concern about it he only knows we have to sighn the copy he will leave or else i beat u. I ask safe express u pple are working for customer or customers are working for you, in this concern my person as signed the copy due to your delivery boy rude behavior now we came to no that in that 2 boxes are missing which value 60k approx now tell what to do, should i raise the complaint or go to consumer court?             I have send shipment with safe express from leh to alapuzha with way bill no67527079 containing a box on. 19 aug 2019 it recieved on 17 sep 2019 unfortunately 6 items were missing and even my box was realised at edge of box. Below i listed lost items are butter -5nos, milkmade -10nos, baddam 2kg, cashewnuts -2kg, drillingmachine, greasegun. I hope you will work to resolve my problem and find a reason

              Safexpress demotand-madhyapradesh (Near haxaribaug) outlet contacted but responding very rudely & subsequently not picking up phone. This is not the first time, it happens repeatedly. Demotand safexpress contact person mr. Mishra (Mob. [protected])
              It is close to 1 month, we need delivery urgently. Even we tried to contact mr. Praveen (Mob. [protected]) of safexpress panvel from where materials was dispatched, but here also there is no proper response.

                2 years back i have completed adlm (Advanced diploma in logistics management) from safeducate palarivattom, cochin. And i try to submit my course certificate and nsdc certificate that i got from this institution, after that i can find that that document is illegal and not valid, institution is charged above 60 thousand rupees per each student,
                And my friends complained about this institution in police station but we don't get any solution on this.
                So kindly help to get re-fund all amount that i paid in this institution.

                  I write to bring in your notice that a consignment was booked from moga, punjab to serchhip, mizoram dated 11/8/2019 via safe express waybill no. 65642890. The materials in the consignment was damaged some parts and was not in the condition to use. I have already mentioned in delivery papers also. All was due to mishandling at the time of transit.                   I ordered a home gym set worth 1900 from flipkart and they delivered my package through safeexpress and the delivery boy charged me 300 rupees for delivery even though the delivery was free...pathetic selfish people. Dont the company pay them ...such a greedy delivery boy...god is looking remember tht

                      We are not happy with your services. We were promised that your product will be delivered safely at your destination but this is not happend. We received the box in a breakable condition. 01× lock opened, top of the box were bend and broken also bottom of the box were damaged. It is a newly purchased box at the cost of 3, 500/- also 02 x bag handle was broken. I'm a
                      Central Govt employee (IA), I had to travel all over India. Now, the box was not good for carry luggages.

                      I am deeply disappointed by the corier service . I have transported my royal enfield from solan himachal pradesh to barrackpore kolkota . Its fuel tank is damaged, allignment get disturbed, mirror is damaged and side stand is also damaged . I have consulted to safexpress solan but they told me that they cant help me ..

                        Company's staff told me that amount is to be charged is included parcel with wooden packing. Staff told me wooden packing has done at their right local warehouse so they load my refrigerator with cartoon packing and wooden packing is left for warehouse. But when i revived my refrigerator at destination in jalandhar it was without wooden packing.
                        Now refrigerator was totally damaged and not in a working condition. From back side were the compressor is originally fitted by the company is diplaced and shifted to other side, it was totally damaged. Refrigerator compressor is totally damaged and not in working condition. There are so many dents on refrigerator, original metallic coating over the fridge is damaged as well.

                          The consignment was booked from kanpur to jodhpur on 09 august 2019 and has reached the delivery location i. E jodhpur on[protected] and is not being delivered till yet no contact for delivering branch jodhpur is available. Customer care also not responding
                          Not expected from such a big cargo company charging high amount but working as a local transport company

                            The deliver vehicle which came to my home was careless driven and it bumped into my compound wall damaging the same on 01-Aug-2019.

                            The delivery van was from Safexpress Kottayam. (Safex Centre, Meledom Building, Door No 911 E, M L Road, Nattakom, Kottayam - 686013)

                            please see delivery info and photos attached.

                            The delivery was made from Kottayam, Kerala and the owner Thomas (+[protected]‬) does not seem to care, despite several phone calls.

                              Sorry for this but i am highly dissatisfied from your courier service as my items that i sent from your courier service has been damaged. I sent courier 2 times from your service but both time my items damaged. I sent the courier to my buyer in bangalore and my buyer also really very disappointed with me and this courier service. I already packed well all the brass items in double packaging but still it will break. Please respond and take immediate action.

                                My luggage was picked up on 5 th july 2019 from iiitdm near kandigai in chennai. Destination address was in bhubaneswar. Till now i have not received my luggage. Safeexpress has misplaced my luggage. Unfortunately i have lost my waybill number, but i do have the booking id which is [protected]. I contacted customer care several times but nothing happened. They are not giving any updates regarding my assignment. I am totally frustrated as my luggage is missing.

                                  On 19thjuly2019, the company staff had picked up a cargo of three mid sized cartoons to be transported from visakhapatnam to bangalore. He had given us a copy of the lr mentioning the number of boxes but not writing any transportation charge details. We had ask him to book as "to pay". Once the material reached bangalore, the consginee contacted me saying that they are asking a very high price. Hence settle the payment at my end only. Here upon enquiry i came to know an exorbitant amount of rs.7, 080/- was charged.

                                  For these mid sized boxes which usually the transporter charges about rs.600 per box, safexpress has charged rs.2, 360/- per box. The rates charged are just too high by any standards. Do mind these rates have been charged for by road transportation and not by air transportation.

                                  They had given me only one lr vide number 68789666 dtd 19jul2019 for three boxes. But the transporter later without my knowledge changed this lr, made it for two boxes and made another lr for a single box.

                                  Have spoken to the local branch manager mr. Neelkant and the retail head for ap mr. Akhilesh. But got no help in correcting it to a reasonable amount.in the meanwhile the stock is stuck for 10days.

                                  We request you to resolve the issue at the earliest. Please check and set a realistic figure to pay. So that we make the payment and get the delivery of the goods.

                                    Today we have received our 3 parcels but all are in damage condition.

                                    I have attached the photos copies & bilty copy as a reference.

                                    As we have received the damaged product & the item is now no longer usable for us.

                                    So please look into this matter on urgent basis & process the damage claim.

                                      Way Bill no. 65475497
                                      Charged a lot from Bhiwandi to Trivandrum.

                                      Consignee get parcel from Delhi to Trivandrum pays very less.
                                      I'm attaching pictures of previous receipts of Safexpress from Delhi to Trivandrum.

                                      Kindly look into the matter, and charge less so that Consignee pay and collect parcel from his place.

                                      Today we have received 3 bags of Tea. But 3 bags goods are totally damaged. Against waybill no. 68894355.
