Company's staff told me that amount is to be charged is included parcel with wooden packing. Staff told me wooden packing has done at their right local warehouse so they load my refrigerator with cartoon packing and wooden packing is left for warehouse. But when i revived my refrigerator at destination in jalandhar it was without wooden packing.
Now refrigerator was totally damaged and not in a working condition. From back side were the compressor is originally fitted by the company is diplaced and shifted to other side, it was totally damaged. Refrigerator compressor is totally damaged and not in working condition. There are so many dents on refrigerator, original metallic coating over the fridge is damaged as well.

    The consignment was booked from kanpur to jodhpur on 09 august 2019 and has reached the delivery location i. E jodhpur on[protected] and is not being delivered till yet no contact for delivering branch jodhpur is available. Customer care also not responding
    Not expected from such a big cargo company charging high amount but working as a local transport company
    Worst service provided have called the booking agent also but still no response

      The deliver vehicle which came to my home was careless driven and it bumped into my compound wall damaging the same on 01-Aug-2019.

      The delivery van was from Safexpress Kottayam. (Safex Centre, Meledom Building, Door No 911 E, M L Road, Nattakom, Kottayam - 686013)

      please see delivery info and photos attached.

      The delivery was made from Kottayam, Kerala and the owner Thomas (+[protected]‬) does not seem to care, despite several phone calls.

        Sorry for this but i am highly dissatisfied from your courier service as my items that i sent from your courier service has been damaged. I sent courier 2 times from your service but both time my items damaged. I sent the courier to my buyer in bangalore and my buyer also really very disappointed with me and this courier service. I already packed well all the brass items in double packaging but still it will break. Please respond and take immediate action.

          My luggage was picked up on 5 th july 2019 from iiitdm near kandigai in chennai. Destination address was in bhubaneswar. Till now i have not received my luggage. Safeexpress has misplaced my luggage. Unfortunately i have lost my waybill number, but i do have the booking id which is [protected]. I contacted customer care several times but nothing happened. They are not giving any updates regarding my assignment. I am totally frustrated as my luggage is missing.
          Must go to the consumer court.

            Sir,
            On 19thjuly2019, the company staff had picked up a cargo of three mid sized cartoons to be transported from visakhapatnam to bangalore. He had given us a copy of the lr mentioning the number of boxes but not writing any transportation charge details. We had ask him to book as "to pay". Once the material reached bangalore, the consginee contacted me saying that they are asking a very high price. Hence settle the payment at my end only. Here upon enquiry i came to know an exorbitant amount of rs.7, 080/- was charged.

            For these mid sized boxes which usually the transporter charges about rs.600 per box, safexpress has charged rs.2, 360/- per box. The rates charged are just too high by any standards. Do mind these rates have been charged for by road transportation and not by air transportation.

            They had given me only one lr vide number 68789666 dtd 19jul2019 for three boxes. But the transporter later without my knowledge changed this lr, made it for two boxes and made another lr for a single box.

            Have spoken to the local branch manager mr. Neelkant and the retail head for ap mr. Akhilesh. But got no help in correcting it to a reasonable amount.in the meanwhile the stock is stuck for 10days.

            We request you to resolve the issue at the earliest. Please check and set a realistic figure to pay. So that we make the payment and get the delivery of the goods.

                  I recently transported the bike from Jammu to Pune and the bike has received some damages. The waybill number is 68123577. I had already informed the person name Mr. Sushil (+91 [protected]), Mr. Gaurav Sharma (+91 [protected]) (SafeExpress Jammu), Mr. Ramashraya Singh (+91 [protected]) (SafeExpress Pune) about it. Initially, I was going to ignore this minor damage but when I enquired it is worth Rs. 2500.

                  They kept on giving me contact numbers of other people at Safexpress like a government office. Today I got a call from one more guy named Sarpunch D Chauhan ( +91 [protected] ). This guy simply said I was lying about the parts price and was trying to tell me to get it covered under insurance which I declined. I know they have manhandled the bike and that is the reason I want them to pay for it.

                  This damage is caused because of the sheer negligence of people at Safexpress and nothing else. Moreover, my motorcycle had wheat flour all over it. Making it seem like they transported it with some goods carrier.

                    Dear Officials,
                    It is highly regrettable to say that safeexpress parcel delivery coded 66522130 shipped from Delhi(110088) to Dimapur (797112) was charged exorbitantly.
                    The charge mentioned to me at the time of pickup was INR 2236/- but when delivered the delivery person charged INR 2504/-.
                    Kindly look into the matter and address why this uniformed hike in the charges.
                    Such uniformed and unprofessional hike in the charges is highly unexpected and a sheer disappointment.
                    It is a request that this complaint be addressed and inform the reason for the hike at the earliest.

                      I booked SafeExpress service from Leh to Pune. Service for bike+Box (helmet), Saddle Bag, Leg guards. Till now I received bike with saddle bag, it fine no issues with bike. But I saw my Saddle bag was open and the knee guards which was tied with bike seat, it was packed inside bag and bag item was not there. It was totally missed from bag only leg guards are there. I asked in Leh office, according to them it was packed as the way I was did nothing changed, so in middle teams were missed. In pune office also they don't know what was happened.
                      And one box which is not delivered yet there is not any information of that box.
                      Please take action about it and let me know and contact me for any concerns.

                        I booked the services of safexpress from bangalore to ntpc barh on 15/06/2019. Provided all the necessary details, the correct address and paid extra for safextension service.

                        Till now the consignment has not been delivered because safexpress has a faulty pin code record in place.

                        I have provided the correct pin code of the destination address - ntpc barh (Attached screenshot at proof) and explained it to them on the day my consignment was booked - as the person who came to collect the consignment has also mention bihar sharif, when i told him that's a wrong place, he said that it doesn't matter and to stay assured my consignment would be delivered - and since then i have called multiple times explaining the situation. Yet the consignment has been dispatched to bihar sharif which is the wrong destination.

                        They know that they are going on the wrong address. The ground team (For delivery) knows it must come to barh and yet they have still made no attempt to deliver my consignment.

                        I have called the safexpress helpline number on a daily basis and have explained my problem to 4-5 different customer care executives to no avail.
                        They keep my call on hold for 10-10 minutes on end and always promise to call me back with a solution within 2 hours but they never do.

                        My experience with safexpress has been absolutely horrible. They take no responsibility and have no proper customer service and chain of command in place. There is no possible way of escalating an issue with them.

                        My consignment no is 66612594 and this is already arrived delhi on 04/07/19 and delivery date is 05/07/2019. Concern department is not provide any detail of this consignment. Please help us. most of time your manser branch do same.
                        I booked a delivery of boxes from Bangalore to Indore on June 11th. Not only is one of my cartons misplaced the billing is incorrect and now I have no way to track it. The customer care is not responding.

                            The delivery service is very bad and i would like to say please give us the correct date of delivery i’ve been waiting for my goods since 18th and today is 22nd. The delivery was from delhi to jaipur. They’ve been postponing my delivery since then and later i’ve been charged with 600rs for the late delivery with the problem saying the truck is not available for the delivery. The main reason for the delivery was to get my stuff on time but the problem i’m facing is way out of limit. Now i regret choosing safe express. Please do something about it. The delivery for today has also been cancelled! You people are treating us like fools. Not answering the call and disconnecting it. Where they won’t give me the tracking id too. What is wrong with the service?.

                              The delivery service is very bad and i would like to say please give us the correct date of delivery i’ve been waiting for my goods since 18th and today is 22nd. The delivery was from delhi to jaipur. They’ve been postponing my delivery since then and later i’ve been charged with 600rs for the late delivery with the problem saying the truck is not available for the delivery. The main reason for the delivery was to get my stuff on time but the problem i’m facing is way out of limit. Now i regret choosing safe express. Please do something about it. The delivery for today has also been cancelled! You people are treating us like fools. Not answering the call and disconnecting it. Where they won’t give me the tracking id too. What is wrong with the service?.

                                My friend parcel my luggage from nagpur to pune. In that induction cooktop was there but when it received upper surface were broken completely.I think your employee not handled properly that shipment and i need refund money for that . I have attached video of bill and photo of induction. Your employee not handling boxes properly. So i need refund of the same through UPI on [protected].

                                      Urgent material delivered through Safexpress on 4th June, which reached Jamshedpur on 5th June, since then material was lying at Safexpress Jamshedpur without even notifying us . on 10th customer called us for material and inturn we called Safe who confirmed person in charge was on leave hence the delay. Even today the material has not been delivered also we or the end customer clearly DONOT know the exact reason . The material is incurring LD since 6th June . Please take immediate action.
