Recently I have purchased a brand new bed at Bhubaneswar and hired safexpress services for transportation upto Bangalore. But when the packet opened at Bangalore, we are very much surprised to see the condition of the bed. This is just not acceptable at all. You may see the condition of furniture yourself photograph enclosed. Secondly we are receiving the material in 2 lots for which the receiver has to take 2 days leave from office which is also not very professional for such big company. Tracking no.[protected]

Incase we do not get any explanation, I will be forced to take legal action against the company.

    I sent my stuff through "safexpress " on 24rd July and it's been 14 days and I have not received my stuff . When I call the agent they ask me to track and upon tracking stuff has already reached the destination on 31st but the delivery agent is reluctant to deliver due to unknown problems. All my notes and books are there and I have exams coming up ...Really disappointed with safexpress... I have tried calling customer care and they assured me of next day delivery but still haven't ... Please look into the matter as soon as possible...I cannot miss this exam.

      This is plasma healthcare pvt ltdr from kalyan we are loyal customer of safeexpress since year 2011. We book one consignment from solan to ulhasnagar with gr no 61694776 gr date 20/7/2018. Above consignment reached on 1 aug a your bhiwandi office. After that till today we got only false commitment not our consignment. Behaviour of your staff is so rude & unprofessional. Specially smita madam from bhiwandi office & mr virendra from ulhasnagar office. They told us that you register a complaint but we deliver consignment as per our convenient.in spite of opting such a costly option like safeexpress service which we are getting is pathetic. Tplease look in to his matter as soon as possible.

        I had chosen "safeexpress" service to send my package from bangalore to lucknow. It has been more than 15 days since my package has not even left bangalore, leave aside the delivery. The customer service is so pathetic that the staff does not even know if the package is at some of their bangalore hubs or lost. Trying to reach out to them more than a dozen times and never received a prompt response. I would like the company to be more sincere in their services and not excused for the lost or misplaced packages. This is highly disappoiting.

          Hi, we are representative of m/s godrej & boyce co. Ltd, in ludhiana, company send us the parcel on dated[protected] wide your consignment no. 60440478, our parcel has reached ludhiana in yesterday, but when we call your people, they said we have not the vehicle to carry & deliver the material, material is very urgent but your people not listen about our problem.
          We talk with sanjay rana on [protected], we talk with aditya jha on [protected], but dont get any response from them, we will give report to our company & stop supplying thru safeexpress.
          Safexpress customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          After complaining I waited for 2 weeks still no action taken by risk management team... Guys I strongly suggest u to not use this brand fr delivery... Their customer service team is pathetic...
          It's like a police station u simply waste your time following them up an at the end they ll say nothing such case happened

            I had sent 2 boxes from ahmedabad to hyderabad on 19th july and instead received 2 tin boxes on 28th of july. I have nobody to contact to regarding this and an irresponsible staff who are not even bothered to look into customer issues plus there are loopholes as there is no no.               I booked my bike from trivandrum to srinagar on 25 june 18 bearing waybill no.60811928. I packed bike myself. When i asked about the damaged insurance, i was told that i will get claim for the damage whether company packing or customer packing. I received my bike on 17 july 18 with damaged on front wiser completely broken. When i called the booking agent he denied to process my claim by saying that it was your own packing and can't cover the insurance. I got to know i was completely befooled by your agent. So, i request you to take necessary action against the agent and do needful for my claim.

                Its chassis. Damper. Front mudguard etc were broken which is costing me around 30000/_

                  I booked my bike along with helmet from trivandrum to srinagar on 09 jul 18 vide waybill no.57741107. The bike was delivered on 23 jul 18. The helmet is not yet delivered. The helmet is of red colour make vega. It was supposed to be with the bike. So, i request you to take necessary steps to get my helmet delivered as soon as possible. Hoping to get my missing helmet at the earliest.

                    I have been booked the House Hold Consignment with Safe express on 14th from Jabalpur to Bhubaneshwar with Way Bill Number '55809781'.

                    On 17th July my Consignment was reached to Bhubaneshwar safe Express HUB today is 24th July where 7 days already left but till now no response for delivery.

                    Every I personally taken follow up with centralized Customer care and Local team of Bhubaneshwar HUB but no one given right commitment every call was answered will deliver tomorrow morning, i am waiting when they will come out from Darkness when was that morning my consignment will deliver

                      They are making fake recruitment ads and scheduling interviews.Once reached up there, they convincing us to take up a paid course in logistics channel to get job like that.They are selling jobs not at all a professional logistics company.Just a money robbers.To convince the interviewers to get paid up, they having a institute called 'safeducate'.Its purpose to beg the candidates for money.So beware of it before going for an interview.

                        Stuffs are missing from my box I received..
                        When I receive box it was same as the box I sent like tapped with Safex tape but my hand bag-caprese peach colored, Bajaj press white colour and few cosmetics product are missing from the box
                        This is really unexpected n disappointing that a brand like Safex all this [censored] is happening... I m using this service for 2nd time.. I trusted your brand that's why took service again but unfortunately.. have to face this problem
                        Bad part is people are cascading the action no immediate action is happening.

                          From Delhi my two 20 kg boxes were picked up by safeexpress courier on 30 the June 2018. They promised tht I ll get it delivered in 7 days tht is by 7 th july. It's already 14 days. I tried calling their customer number multiple times. They picked once. They r saying the Bhubaneswar branch has received on 6 th july. After tht no details known. I needed tht box urgently. I had my certificates in that. I wanted before 10 th to appear in an interview. But this type of service harassed customer.

                          I booked easy to move option of safexpress to send my household items and clothes. However, all my items are damaged as if the box was drenched. To be particular my induction top was broken. Despite following all the instructions and packing it in the original box. I want my refund.
                          1 was booked my product from jalandhar to Mansa, on 12 July consignment number 58108655 still today on date 18 July I did not get, if in Local have taking 6 days then how much for inter state, very poor Service .

                            There was 6 carton boxes to be delivered from Mumbai to Bangalore. According to the company they should have covered the six boxes with a plastic layering, which was not done. And also one of the box, had almost torn. My clothes inside it could have fallen out. Very irresponsible way of handling. Did not fulfill what was promised. Very irritated and unhappy with the response.

                              This is to inform you but i had booked a parcel from 2 box from panipat to bangalore vide above said way bill number which i received broken and we mentioned on the backside of the paper of delivery in presence of the delivery boy that we have received the package totally distroyed. Then i mail the matter to the office at ambala (Haryana). I received a call from there office at delhi that we will not pay anything to you because you have not done insurance of the material. When i booked a parcel at panipat i had shown the new aquagard ro to mr vikas who booked the parcel, he gave insurances that we will deliver the parcel safety to your door step and put one striker to handle with care on both box. On demand of the office i send the bill also but now mr. Umesh head in charge of claim at delhi refused to pay any claim
                              There was a call from area manager that you are nowingly book parcel from our transport and then claim for the same, but if i do so they should deliver the parcel safety and without demage. On the other hand i think they do these things nowingly and demage the parcel.in this regard you are requested to kindly take appropriate action and solve the matter. Regards

                                The safeexpress guy came and collect my parcel on june 2nd and till now i haven’t recieve my parcel, its already a month, i tried to connect with them and they didn’t respond back, this is not fair, i trusted them that this is the best company for parcelling my stuff😣! I tried to get connect with them, and i tried to be patient but this is too much, i have waited tried to be patient but i cannot anymore

                                    We are from meena zarda udyod pvt. Ltd., bhubaneswar, odisha. We want to register the complaint that since our last two parcels (Waybill no[protected] &[protected], firstly we are not receiving the parcel too late. And secondly your company people are not delivering the parcel in the booked address. Instead, we have to collect the parcel from your office.

                                    This is very pathetic condition for a courier company like you. We are not getting our parcel in time and again we are spending time and money to collect our parcel from your office.

                                    If this is the situation, give me one good reason why should we go for your company for future necessities.

                                        I have received shortage product which our company has couriered me and the courier boy did not gave me any kind of air way bill or supply bill to me, he took a sing from me and forced me to pick the courier form another place instead of drooping the courier to my home so please rectify this and courier which i have received is not matching to my invoice bill
