    We are from meena zarda udyod pvt. Ltd., bhubaneswar, odisha. We want to register the complaint that since our last two parcels (Waybill no[protected] &[protected], firstly we are not receiving the parcel too late. And secondly your company people are not delivering the parcel in the booked address. Instead, we have to collect the parcel from your office.

    This is very pathetic condition for a courier company like you. We are not getting our parcel in time and again we are spending time and money to collect our parcel from your office.

    If this is the situation, give me one good reason why should we go for your company for future necessities.

          Tuesday 26/6/18 your people came at our factory (Pooja enterprises) for the deliver the material, but the tempo people only give the document, he forget the material

          So its too late, after paid extra amount in your comapny compare to transport

            I reached out to safe express representative arun in bangalore to get my items packed and shipped from bangalore to durg. He had helped me 3 weeks ago in sending my household items to durg. However when i reached out to him a couple of times more, he said that he would come for pickup on saturday but he didn't show up since 3 weeks. This is creating mistrust and hatred in my mind because of the irresponsible behaviour and fake promises. Please pay immediate attention to this issue.

                First, safexpress delivers baggage with open and missing items. And then after a lot of harrasment safexpress finally agrees to pay me some amount. And then delivers the check to some different address. Is safexpress good for anything or just knows how to harass people. Even after sending so many emails i didn't get a single response. Please look into the matter as soon as possible!!

                          I am a resident of the above mentioned address and received a consignment from Srinagar, Kashmir yesterday bearing the consignment number 59884898 through your Safe Express.
                          However, I wish to inform you that the consignment which is a walnut study table and chair was received in a broken and damaged condition. The consignment was opened in front of your delivery staff and he is also a witness to this. Ignorance from our side and also by your delivery staff has led to non- reporting of this in the POD.
                          Thorough this I wish bring the matter to your notice and request you to raise a complaint in this regard and initiate the process for a full refund towards the product and also reimburse the money spent on the transport through safe Express. The cost of the furniture is Rs 30, 000/-
                          Have enclosed photographs of the broken furniture and also the consignment booking copy for your reference. I feel the need to mention here that I am surprised by the handling and delivery of this product and the end result. Had you executed some care and caution, this ordeal could have been avoided.
                          Kindly do the needful ASAP and initiate a full refund towards the above mentioned product, else I will be forced to take the matter to consumer forum for pursuance

                            We were promised that the ‘safe express’ boxes would be delivered within a week. Even after 10 days, there was no communication. When we called the Bangalore office, the person said they were ‘searching for the boxes’. After yelling and demanding for delivery, the delivery was done the next day. But to our shock, the boxes were torn and damaged. Last year there was a plastic film wrapped around to protect the boxes, this time there was nothing. Dry Food items have spilled inside, and the quality of the service was terrible. Extremely disappointed and angry. Hope an action is taken ASAP.

                              I am unable to track my packages from bangalore to kolkata and the website shows "delivered".
                              I have a few questions:
                              1. How the hell are the packages marked delivered when they don't have the sign of the receiver?!!!
                              2. Your customer care does not have the contact of the delivery person. Do you hand over the packages to unverified employees?!

                                Waybillno[protected] using your services turned out to be a nightmare for me.. I had sent 3 bags and 3 cartoons from lakshmangarh to mumbai, somehow one bag remained unlocked and i called the person and told him to tape it, which he didn't.. Nd i received the bag in open condition where my two mobile phones and a i tb hardisk went missing... Turns out safe express has become a thief now... Being a regular customer of safe express, this wasn't expected... I shall make it a point that safeexpress doesn't receive any orders from mody university!!!

                                  I had sent two boxes from jamshedpur to ghaziabad on 09th may 2018.
                                  The waybill number being : 58937687.
                                  The boxes had my valuables in it.
                                  However when i called safe express they say that they have lost one of the boxes.
                                  One box was delivered to me on the 26th of may and the other is still not tracable.
                                  They are not bothered about looking for the box rather they are just asking me to take a claim of rs.5000.
                                  The box has things which are of higher value than of rs.5000.
                                  There is no response from their end and they are not looking into the matter seriously.
                                  I want my box at any cost.
                                  It is extremely important
                                  And if they admit that they can't get it done then they should give me the value of the goods in the box.

                                    My shipment was picked up on 22nd may and i was told that the delivery would happen within 6 days. I tracked my shipment online using the waybill number provided by safexpress[protected], and online it says that it was delivered on may 30th. But i have contacted the receiver at the destination location and the parcel has not been delivered either on 30th or 31st. Has my shipment been delivered elsewhere or the package is lost? Require immediate resolution.

                                      The consignment is booked from kanpur to phagwara on 22nd of may and till today i. E. 29th may it is not being delivered and while contacting your branch in jalandhar (Where the parcel is kept since 27th morning and is just 30-40 km from delivery location) they are telling to contact the booking office inspite of answering why the delivery of this consignment is not being made where as booking office is not answering calls highly disappointed about this behavior of your employees and also it was assured at the time of pick up that the consignment will be delivered by 26th of may but sorry to say that it is not being delivered till today which is not at all expected from one of the biggest logistics company in india as the amount of time taken and money charged is not at all worth for the service we are getting highly disappointed please arrange for delivery urgently

                                      I have received torn and damaged courier. I have last few items and few items have been damaged. The company claimed that nothing will happen to the items. Yet I received it in a very damaged condition. In few places it looks like someone has intentionally cut the box. All my boxes have been damaged and has cuts which are done intentionally.

                                        Hello Sir/Madam,

                                        I sent two Packages worth 40kg of Valuable material from Panjim, Goa to Bangalore on 12th May'18. It has been 28th May'18 and still, both haven't been delivered and they are not being able to track down one of the packages.

                                        When I called Safexpress Helpline, They mentioned they tracked both the baggage and you will receive them. But unfortunately, none of them have been received and no one is cooperating with the situation. The only thing they have been telling is they have misplaced a bag and local Sales Distributor tells it's not his own fault and whereas the Company tells its the local sales Distributor's fault.

                                        I would like the process of Safexpress changing their brand name because neither they are safe with luggage and I still haven't received my luggage in 16 days and counting.

                                        I would like them to take the issue seriously, Track the Bag and deliver it to the required place as soon as possible. If they admit they have lost my package they I would like a refund of my goods
