We were promised that the ‘safe express’ boxes would be delivered within a week. Even after 10 days, there was no communication. When we called the Bangalore office, the person said they were ‘searching for the boxes’. After yelling and demanding for delivery, the delivery was done the next day. I am unable to track my packages from bangalore to kolkata and the website shows "delivered".
I have a few questions:
1. How the hell are the packages marked delivered when they don't have the sign of the receiver?!!!
2. Your customer care does not have the contact of the delivery person. Do you hand over the packages to unverified employees?!
This is highly unbecoming of a company with your reputation...

Waybillno[protected] using your services turned out to be a nightmare for me.. I had sent 3 bags and 3 cartoons from lakshmangarh to mumbai, somehow one bag remained unlocked and i called the person and told him to tape it, which he didn't.. I had sent two boxes from jamshedpur to ghaziabad on 09th may 2018.
The waybill number being : 58937687.
The boxes had my valuables in it.
However when i called safe express they say that they have lost one of the boxes.
One box was delivered to me on the 26th of may and the other is still not tracable.
They are not bothered about looking for the box rather they are just asking me to take a claim of rs.5000.br...

My shipment was picked up on 22nd may and i was told that the delivery would happen within 6 days. I tracked my shipment online using the waybill number provided by safexpress[protected], and online it says that it was delivered on may 30th. But i have contacted the receiver at the destination location and the parcel has not been delivered either on 30th or 31st. Has my shipment been delivered elsewhere or the package is lost? The consignment is booked from kanpur to phagwara on 22nd of may and till today i. E. 29th may it is not being delivered and while contacting your branch in jalandhar (Where the parcel is kept since 27th morning and is just 30-40 km from delivery location) they are telling to contact the booking office inspite of answering why the delivery of this consignment is not being made where as booking office is not answering...

Now ur branch officer is saying that we would deliver the goods after one week.
We are regular customer of safeexpress.

I have experienced the worst service in your pune (Baner) branch. I had taken the number from google [protected]. This person needs to learn some etiquette to talk and do business. He was least interested in the business we were going to give him. Being a manufacturing company we have orders all day and all around india. I received incorrect boxes which do not belong to me. Firstly there was a great delay in the pickup, and now the package that I have received are not even mine.

I have booked the house hold goods 14 items from gangtok to lucknow on dated 25 apr 2018 with expected delivery 03 may but partial item is delivered on 6th may 13 items out of 14 items and one item yet not delivered.
I have taken multiple follow up regarding the same but problem is not resolve yet.

My material was booked through Safexpress on 4th April 2018 from Jodhpur to Wipro Bangalore & same had to delivered on 10th April at destination.

We are still waiting for the material & We have requested multiple times at safexpress toll free number but nobody is responding properly. Kindly do the needful as it is very important to us.

Courier comes into my zudio trent ltd store at shraddha mall nashik. The guy telling i m not delivered the product at your doorstep. And very rudely talk with manager infront of security customer. He telling to us come outside n pick the delivery from outside only. My guard also please bring the material at doorstep but refuses and return to vehicle. Than i call the nashik ho office. Hi, my pickup request number is req[protected]. I had requested for a pickup of my order for 28th april, saturday at 11 am.
I called the helpline number thrice, but did not receive any information regarding my pickup till 4:00 pm.
Finally the customer care person told me that my pick would happen now on monday, because vehicle was not working.
It is so disappointing because you expect your customer to wait for you...

Dear sir, my 2 order has been dispatch on 24 april and 25 april, you courier boy told me, order received on 27 april in evening but order is not received on till date. Kindly resolved me query as soon as possible.

I sent my trolleys bags through safex and when i received them the locks were missing and also my essential items including a brand new imported perfume bottle was missing. When i lodged the complaint they took nearly a month to investigate and came up with the reply that we delivered it as it was sent.

I trusted safex but they are definitely not safe, i certainly say please be careful when you send your things through them...
