I was searching for good companies to deliver my household stuff from tamil nadu (Neyveli) to rajasthan (Bikaner) and initially i thought agarwal packers and movers but they are like 3-4 times expensive than safexpress so i chose safexpress.

We used to send regular shipments through safexpress. From past sometime there services have been deteriorated beyond imagination. Safexpress way bill no 57526561 hose hold goods and bike of prakash vv booked on 30 sep 2018 from balasore to tinsukia. During receipt, new refrigerator in company packing found damged/broken, philips tv found one side broken. Lot of crockery items also found completely broken. But mire than 25 days, still i'm not received my parcel, unable to talk to your customer complaint section,
Poor and worst response, not even get delivery office phone number.

I am enclosing my waybill number with this. It was booked on 9 September 2018 from Ranchi to Tirupur but my baggage and boxes are not received till now.
