Docket no.[protected], iam a receiver my parsal arrived from mumbai & maunath bhanjan is late to deliver my order.
Azamgarh my city. Maunath bhanjan to azamgarh 40. Km away.
Maunath bhanjan received my parsal 08.05.2019 but still not delver my parsal.. Engine oil 210 5 drum in myparsal is a heavy parsal not small.
I raised to complaint maunath bhanjan.

    I send my shipment from bhandinda and the number is 61864420.. My luggage covered with steel box is not safely handled.. And the box is damaged with distilled water which is for battery.. And the box overload with some other goods over it. And it's bend slightly..
    I need proper action for this. And the same time i need proper replacement and money for that

      I had booked three sony led tv via way bill no 64454114 from mumbai to dehradun. When i received the parcel at dehradun it was found that one of 43 inch sony tv screen was completely damaged during the transit period from mumbai to dehradun. As i'm defence employee my colleagues suggest this courier service for transportation of my tv as they already use their service for transporting their tv and they told this courier service will take care of your item perfectly and u need not to worry but when i received my package i m highly disappointed by your service as your service damage my tv screen completely and it causes a problem for me now if this is the case how i recommend ur courier service to my other colleagues if appropriate action is not taken against my complaint and my damage will not reimburse to me as soon as possible so that i will purchase a new tv for me. Hope ur reputed company will take appropriate action as soon as possible and reimburse the damage occur to my tv screen. Waiting a gud response from your reputed company

      Complaint was registered by the company but they in telephonically reply the company complaint cell member told me that there company has no policy of giving claim to glass and tv items.But that thing was told to me during the time of booking that time they told me that your tv will reached dehradun safely without any breakage now after breaking my tv screen the company is not ready to take my claim and refund my breaked tv amount. Now I will file a case in consumer court and there that company will explain the refund policy of the company.
      My household item booked for transportation from Kochi to Lucknow vide consignment no. 62588650 dated 25 Apr 19.l received my bike with front mud Guard fully damaged. Plse investigate and respond accordingly.

        With reference to the consignment no. 64955812 is booked on 1st april 2019 from shivpuri to mangalore, when i follow-up with safe express customer care today they were informing still there is no update on this consignment this was kept on hold at booking branch so i asked them what is the reason of holding this consignment, they don't have proper reason.

        Please look into this, we required the consignment urgently.

        Sir or madam I called safe express of jalandar and they gave me a number and when I talk to one person they issue one phone number and when I call that number I get the same response.. At last I got a number who told me that they are coming for pickup and they keep on postponing the time and sometimes they just cancel our call.

            I had booked my consignment through safe exp amritsar for trivandrum on 26 dec 18. But in trivandrum i received damaged consignment. When approached to trivendrum safe exp, he told please approach to amritsar where you had booked your consignment. When approached to amritsar, mr vikash rep of safe exp told that your complain has been lodged but so far he is not able to tell my complain progress. Now i guess my complain had not been lodge. Plese tell me what to do further otherwise i will go to consumer court.

Even after informing urgency support from safe express team is very poor, when we follow-up for the consignment daily we are getting a different-different story. Today i personally went to local delivery branch they are informing vehicle was undergone some major breakdown & they don't have the exact update when it will reach and where it reached. So i requested them to transfer to some other vehicle and arrange for immediate delivery..

                I am rajeev, on 22 feb 2019 i had despatched my goods with way bill number 64919397. I also got sms confirmation regarding the pick up. The goods was to be transported from srinagar to hyderabad for which safe express claims 8 days. But till date the goods didn't reach hyderabad. When enquired with safe express customer executive he has no information regarding the consignment. This kind of dishonest and inefficient service should be corrected.

                I would like to inform you that safe express SRINAGAR office delays the delivery unnecessarily and they misbehaved with me and they told me to look for another logistics next time to send the product and delayed my product delivery by 3-4 days so I would like to take action against them against their misbehaving and delay in dilevery

                  We had booked one machine from cijen pharma machinery pvt. Ltd., ahmedabad on 02.03.2019 vide lr no. 63956115. Though the machine has reached bhubaneswar early morning, it was not delivered today in spite of repeated telephonic request to the bbsr local office. The urgency of booking by your transport service is not being understood by the persons concerned at your bhubaneswar office taking things lightly which will hamper the reputation of smart quick delivery system of your company. The charges to pay as applicable is rs.4871.00 plus tps totaling rs.5226.00 although your online booking charges are about rs.3500.00. Kindly look in to the matter and instruct to deliver the consignment at the earliest.

                    Due to poor support and unavailability of material we are losing approx rs.[protected] per day manpower cost. Whom we should blame for that loss...??

                          We placed a shipment pickup request on 31st january which got delivered on 5th feb. Since, i was out of town my friend's father received the shipment and placed it on my flat.

                          Yesterday, i reached back to bangalore and checked the condition of the carton which was completely torn from the side and bottom (Attaching the images of the received packets).

                          There are a lot of items missing from the box including few of them which we can recall properly :
                          1. Hard disk
                          2. Clothes including (3 sarees and 4 suits) which nearly costed us ~30k
                          3. Food items (Dry fruits nearly 7-8 packets)
                          4. Kitchen utensils (Including pan etc)
                          5. Gift boxes

                          Carefully noticing the box was torn off deliberately from the sides and bottom. It appeared like whatever items were easily accessible was taken without disturbing the upper part of the box.

                          There cannot be any incident where things were fallen from the box as it is very clear items were stolen deliberately without disturbing the upper and lower deck of the box.

                            I booked my trunk (100kg) online from bikaner to jammu on 27 jan 19 and i was informed charges 1982/- but pickup boy charged me 2124/- which i paid through online mode. Even after paying extra i was happy that my shipment will be delivered safely as per company's name but my expectation gone when i see my trunk was damaged. It looks that it was thrown from truck so it got damaged badly. Who will repay for my damage. That much may be expected from indian railways because they charges approximately 500/- for same trunk for which you charged 2124/-.

                                I booked my house hold items through safe express on 16 nov 18 from srinagar to mumbai way bill no 62982129. When i received delivery of items i found that maximum items are found damaged. I already mentioned in receipt. After that i call many safe express staf[censored]pto area manager but today no one attend call and gave suitable reply. I never seen such type of service in this field it's wrostest wrost service. If possible please refund my damage items amount (Rs 10, 000).

                                  I have transferred from jaipur to bangalore and as such booked safexpress to move some of my books and clothes. They will just contact you at the time of booking afterwards my things have reached bangalore but they are yet to deliver, and when you call them they would just say that some other person will deliver... It is really disgusting... They dont have an active toll free number, it is most of the time busy or will disconnect on its own... On their site no help provided and its not even secure...

                                  I don't think that I will get a response from them or solution of any kind. there CUSTOMER CARE gave me this number of bangalore office - [protected], and he said by mistake we forget to load things so they won't be able to deliver an they would deliver next day and by what time they don't know...how ###...like I don't have anything to do other than just receive my things and its still 12 in the morning and he is saying this...the whole organisation is about shirk work and they have no sense o[censored]rgency...especially their Bangalore branch..

                                    There is a packing company that goes with the name "safexpress logistics" similar to the orignal safexpress company name. When i tried to search for safexpress service, unfortunately the details of this company with a similar name showed up. They said the luggage would reach in 10 days... That was 1st of january... Today is 17th. Everyday i call, its the same story... It will be loaded soon, it will reach soon. I have never in my life talked to a person so persistent on lying shamelessly. There is still no sign of my luggage. I have my exams coming up next month but all my books are missing at the moment. M extremely anxious, scared and frustrated. My future is in jeopardy. I am afraid that it is a fraud company. I have no idea what they have done to my luggage. And i have no way of tracking it down. Is this the way to do business, lying and cheating innocent people.? What might me worth less books to them are my most precious handwritten notes and books that are priceless. Its a helpless situation for me. Please help me.

                                      Sir,
                                      I decided to send my parcel through safexpress service. That was 1st jan and today is already10th jan. Unfortunately i have still not gotten my parcels tracking number. I have no way of finding out where has my parcel reached. I have been calling the office everyday, asking for my tracking number but they shamelessly postpone it everytime. I am worried and extremely frustrated. The parcel contains my life long personal notes and books. They are priceless to me. I plead you to please do something

                                      In the beginning they said, the shipment has been loaded. Now after 10 days they are saying the shipment has yet to be loaded. I am very worried at the moment. I asked them a thousand times as to whether they can ship the parcel to assam or not. They said yes, very easily and now i am not sure whether they are capable of it. I m not sure whether i gave the luggage to the wrong comapny

                                      Dear Kamsen, this entity doesn't belong to us. From next time, please check our logo on the waybill or you can book your consignment through our website, i.e. http://www.safexpress.com.
                                      They are charging exorbitant charges against the charge policy and they are rude and switching off their mobile especially the branches in kurnool
                                      We are not able to get the current stàtus of the consignment which is booked on 19/01/2019. Nobody is taking the responsibility to reply my call & query since 21/01/2019.
                                      Expecting reply from here within few hours...

                                        I ordered some sarees from surat and it was sent through safexpress. It has been 5 days and when i am tracking the shipment it always says that it is a wrong bill number as the waybill no. Is 64840649. I am uploading photo of the receipt as a proof of delivering for the shipment. Kindly go through this problem, since nobody is responding for this. Please take an action for this.
