I used your service for household goods transport from bangalore to meerut, a month and back. And i was very much disappointed to see the good in such a bad condition when they were delivered, half of them over opened.
But, the shocking part was, when i started unpacking, i realized, few goods were missing, it is so sad, that such a big company is responsible, and small household goods are missing as if the company is not keeping a check on their people. Who is responsible... Company or their staff...?
You won't believe, steel flasks, multiplug extension, and other few goods were missing.
