I booked my bike with safexpress service on 25 dec 2018 from mangalore to pune and at the time of booking they promised i will get this in 3working days. From next day onwards i was trying to check the status of my booking and found waybill number is wrong then i called to safexpress guy, he said on 26th evening it will dispatched but again 27th, 28th and 29th same status and when i call him, they are saying same statement again and again.
I am really afraid, will i get my bike or not? Did i choose wrong service?

Complaint marked as Resolved My only suggestion to safexpress is, If you guys face any issue with sending parcle, please inform customer and also update on the system. So customer can track it's parcle status as well as he knows the actual reason.
