We had booked one machine from cijen pharma machinery pvt. Ltd., ahmedabad on 02.03.2019 vide lr no. 63956115. Though the machine has reached bhubaneswar early morning, it was not delivered today in spite of repeated telephonic request to the bbsr local office. The urgency of booking by your transport service is not being understood by the persons concerned at your bhubaneswar office taking things lightly which will hamper the reputation of smart quick delivery system of your company. The charges to pay as applicable is rs.4871.00 plus tps totaling rs.5226.00 although your online booking charges are about rs.3500.00. Kindly look in to the matter and instruct to deliver the consignment at the earliest.

    Dear concern,

    This is with regards to lr no. 64955762 which was dispatched from shivpuri to mangalore. Material is not yet reached to destination city. Even after informing urgency support from safe express team is very poor, when we follow-up for the consignment daily we are getting a different-different story. Today i personally went to local delivery branch they are informing vehicle was undergone some major breakdown & they don't have the exact update when it will reach and where it reached. So i requested them to transfer to some other vehicle and arrange for immediate delivery they are denying for that. This lr is consists of one of core api for our manufacturing purpose without that we cannot start production.

    Due to poor support and unavailability of material we are losing approx rs.[protected] per day manpower cost. Whom we should blame for that loss...??

    Kindly look into the mater.

      I shipped 3 consignment from gorakhpur up
      Bilty no. 65505817, 65505816, 65505815 to delhi nansons overseas all the product has been received damage and short and they have given notes that none of the product is in returnable condtion.

      I want to claim my money to safex on urgent bsis.

      All the packed were opened and stolen 60% of the items.

        My bike has been transported from pune to bongaigaon on 5th feb, 2019.
        It reached nearest hub guwahati on 12th feb. It reached has been showing in transit from early mornings (12:30am) of 13thfeb. For crossing hardly 200 km it is taking 2+days. Tried contacting customer care but there is no satisfactory answer at all. I need explanation and accurate status of my consignment. Expected delivery date was 13th of feb

          Hi

          We placed a shipment pickup request on 31st january which got delivered on 5th feb. Since, i was out of town my friend's father received the shipment and placed it on my flat.

          Yesterday, i reached back to bangalore and checked the condition of the carton which was completely torn from the side and bottom (Attaching the images of the received packets).

          There are a lot of items missing from the box including few of them which we can recall properly :
          1. Hard disk
          2. Clothes including (3 sarees and 4 suits) which nearly costed us ~30k
          3. Food items (Dry fruits nearly 7-8 packets)
          4. Kitchen utensils (Including pan etc)
          5. Gift boxes

          Carefully noticing the box was torn off deliberately from the sides and bottom. It appeared like whatever items were easily accessible was taken without disturbing the upper part of the box.

          There cannot be any incident where things were fallen from the box as it is very clear items were stolen deliberately without disturbing the upper and lower deck of the box.

            I booked my trunk (100kg) online from bikaner to jammu on 27 jan 19 and i was informed charges 1982/- but pickup boy charged me 2124/- which i paid through online mode. Even after paying extra i was happy that my shipment will be delivered safely as per company's name but my expectation gone when i see my trunk was damaged. It looks that it was thrown from truck so it got damaged badly. Who will repay for my damage. That much may be expected from indian railways because they charges approximately 500/- for same trunk for which you charged 2124/-.

              The materials in the consignment was damaged totally and was not in the conditon to use. All was all due to mishandling at the time of transit.
              The amount of goods damaged is for rs.164294.00.

                I booked my house hold items through safe express on 16 nov 18 from srinagar to mumbai way bill no 62982129. When i received delivery of items i found that maximum items are found damaged. I already mentioned in receipt. After that i call many safe express staf[censored]pto area manager but today no one attend call and gave suitable reply. I never seen such type of service in this field it's wrostest wrost service. If possible please refund my damage items amount (Rs 10, 000).

                  I have transferred from jaipur to bangalore and as such booked safexpress to move some of my books and clothes. They will just contact you at the time of booking afterwards my things have reached bangalore but they are yet to deliver, and when you call them they would just say that some other person will deliver... It is really disgusting... They dont have an active toll free number, it is most of the time busy or will disconnect on its own... On their site no help provided and its not even secure...

                  I don't think that I will get a response from them or solution of any kind. there CUSTOMER CARE gave me this number of bangalore office - [protected], and he said by mistake we forget to load things so they won't be able to deliver an they would deliver next day and by what time they don't know...how ###...like I don't have anything to do other than just receive my things and its still 12 in the morning and he is saying this...the whole organisation is about shirk work and they have no sense o[censored]rgency...especially their Bangalore branch..

                    There is a packing company that goes with the name "safexpress logistics" similar to the orignal safexpress company name. When i tried to search for safexpress service, unfortunately the details of this company with a similar name showed up. They said the luggage would reach in 10 days... That was 1st of january... Today is 17th. Everyday i call, its the same story... It will be loaded soon, it will reach soon. I have never in my life talked to a person so persistent on lying shamelessly. There is still no sign of my luggage. I have my exams coming up next month but all my books are missing at the moment. M extremely anxious, scared and frustrated. My future is in jeopardy. I am afraid that it is a fraud company. I have no idea what they have done to my luggage. And i have no way of tracking it down. Is this the way to do business, lying and cheating innocent people.? What might me worth less books to them are my most precious handwritten notes and books that are priceless. Its a helpless situation for me. Please help me.

                      I decided to send my parcel through safexpress service. That was 1st jan and today is already10th jan. Unfortunately i have still not gotten my parcels tracking number. I have no way of finding out where has my parcel reached. I have been calling the office everyday, asking for my tracking number but they shamelessly postpone it everytime. I am worried and extremely frustrated. The parcel contains my life long personal notes and books. They are priceless to me. I plead you to please do something

                      In the beginning they said, the shipment has been loaded. Now after 10 days they are saying the shipment has yet to be loaded. I am very worried at the moment. I asked them a thousand times as to whether they can ship the parcel to assam or not. They said yes, very easily and now i am not sure whether they are capable of it. I m not sure whether i gave the luggage to the wrong comapny

                      Dear Kamsen, this entity doesn't belong to us. From next time, please check our logo on the waybill or you can book your consignment through our website, i.e. http://www.safexpress.com.
                      They are charging exorbitant charges against the charge policy and they are rude and switching off their mobile especially the branches in kurnool
                      We are not able to get the current stàtus of the consignment which is booked on 19/01/2019. Nobody is taking the responsibility to reply my call & query since 21/01/2019.
                      Expecting reply from here within few hours...

                          I booked my bike with safexpress service on 25 dec 2018 from mangalore to pune and at the time of booking they promised i will get this in 3working days. From next day onwards i was trying to check the status of my booking and found waybill number is wrong then i called to safexpress guy, he said on 26th evening it will dispatched but again 27th, 28th and 29th same status and when i call him, they are saying same statement again and again.

                          I am really afraid, will i get my bike or not? Did i choose wrong service?

                          My only suggestion to safexpress is, If you guys face any issue with sending parcle, please inform customer and also update on the system. So customer can track it's parcle status as well as he knows the actual reason.

                            This complaint is regarding one of your employe name balram bishnoi from jaipur.

                            I have brought certain products from woodenstreet mumbai, items gets shipped from jaipur. Employe from wooden street shared and hand written challan of safeexpress shipping bill number given above ship date 27th dec 2018 and when i checked with mr balram who is your employe, he also confirmed that my shipment left on 27th dec 2018 but actual fact is it has been picked up on 29th dec 2018 and will leave on 30th dec 2018 as information avilable on your website. My concern is that why safexpress is supporting his customers lies and being part of it. Helping them making wrong date challan. Why company is not behaving professional. This is not right i demand an explaintion my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. I hope this issue should be solved it’s for company’s and country’s reputation.

                                I was searching for good companies to deliver my household stuff from tamil nadu (Neyveli) to rajasthan (Bikaner) and initially i thought agarwal packers and movers but they are like 3-4 times expensive than safexpress so i chose safexpress.
                                Now i called them for pickup and they told me that they will pickup @12pm so i waited. Now i was transferred so i had other formalities to complete but i waited for them. After one hour i started my work and continuously kept calling them. Sometimes they are delivering goods nearby sometimes they are coming in 15mjn and sometimes in 10mins.
                                After everything they came @6pm.
                                After going through lots of other trouble, that by the way wasn't worth extra 15k, i got my stuff to their office.
                                Now they didn't have packaging material.
                                But thank god i already packed very extra cautiously.
                                As a side note: please don't ask them for packing. Do you own packing.
                                Otherwise you will regret your whole life.
                                Anyways so after reaching rajasthan their office didn't call me. Their customer care helpline will never pickup your phone. Their address is not

                                  I used your service for household goods transport from bangalore to meerut, a month and back. And i was very much disappointed to see the good in such a bad condition when they were delivered, half of them over opened.

                                  But, the shocking part was, when i started unpacking, i realized, few goods were missing, it is so sad, that such a big company is responsible, and small household goods are missing as if the company is not keeping a check on their people. Who is responsible... Company or their staff...?

                                  You won't believe, steel flasks, multiplug extension, and other few goods were missing.

                                  How can you mark it as resolved, After taking the Bill number, they didn't bother to call ..there was no response from their end...
                                  We have send the 11 bundles to Mumbai on 11/12/18, still this goods not deliver to customer, very poor and irresponsible customer service from safe express, as you committed this suppose to deliver four days back, but still it won't...

                                    Saint gobind india pvt ltd chennai had send us very important consignment vide lr no 60851160 dated 01 nov 2018 from chennai to leh but till date we have not receipt the said consignment after tracking online we found that same consignment reached srinagar on 17th nov 2018 and same is laying there. We have also booked one consignment through nicto from ludhiana to leh on same date ie 01 nov 2018 which we receipt yesterday. We contact your representative at srinagar but the response was very poor hope in future we will not book any item in safeexpress.

                                      We used to send regular shipments through safexpress. From past sometime there services have been deteriorated beyond imagination. We booked a shipment from delhi to be delivered to hyderabad with docket number : 62856042 on 08/10/2018. Usually it take 7 days for shipment to be delivered to hyderabad. Safexpress portal shows that consignment reached hyderabad on 14/10/2018 but not delivered. It has been almost 39 days and the shipment has not been delivered. Their staff is not even bothered to tell client the reason why shipment has not been delivered. Shipment reached before purchase order lapse date to hyderabad and kept at safexpress warehouse without any reason.
                                      Safexpress charges good amount for speedy deliveries ; claims they are fast. But this service is horrible.

                                        Your personal does not know how to talk with customers. There is an urgent consignment which has come from bokaro to ahmdebad and the final delivery address is gandhinagar, and this person is not at all trying to help other than that he is just arguing. I have called him number of times but he does not pick the phone. I need some serious action against this person being not kind to the customer and total negative approach towards his working attitude. The consignment number is 55829743. This item is so urgent that our client has been waiting for these items for so many days now. I need this urgently.
