My shipment was picked up on 22nd may and i was told that the delivery would happen within 6 days. I tracked my shipment online using the waybill number provided by safexpress[protected], and online it says that it was delivered on may 30th. But i have contacted the receiver at the destination location and the parcel has not been delivered either on 30th or 31st. Has my shipment been delivered elsewhere or the package is lost? Require immediate resolution.

    The consignment is booked from kanpur to phagwara on 22nd of may and till today i. E. 29th may it is not being delivered and while contacting your branch in jalandhar (Where the parcel is kept since 27th morning and is just 30-40 km from delivery location) they are telling to contact the booking office inspite of answering why the delivery of this consignment is not being made where as booking office is not answering calls highly disappointed about this behavior of your employees and also it was assured at the time of pick up that the consignment will be delivered by 26th of may but sorry to say that it is not being delivered till today which is not at all expected from one of the biggest logistics company in india as the amount of time taken and money charged is not at all worth for the service we are getting highly disappointed please arrange for delivery urgently

    I have received torn and damaged courier. I have last few items and few items have been damaged. The company claimed that nothing will happen to the items. Yet I received it in a very damaged condition. In few places it looks like someone has intentionally cut the box. All my boxes have been damaged and has cuts which are done intentionally.

      Hello Sir/Madam,

      I sent two Packages worth 40kg of Valuable material from Panjim, Goa to Bangalore on 12th May'18. It has been 28th May'18 and still, both haven't been delivered and they are not being able to track down one of the packages.

      When I called Safexpress Helpline, They mentioned they tracked both the baggage and you will receive them. But unfortunately, none of them have been received and no one is cooperating with the situation. The only thing they have been telling is they have misplaced a bag and local Sales Distributor tells it's not his own fault and whereas the Company tells its the local sales Distributor's fault.

      I would like the process of Safexpress changing their brand name because neither they are safe with luggage and I still haven't received my luggage in 16 days and counting.

      I would like them to take the issue seriously, Track the Bag and deliver it to the required place as soon as possible. If they admit they have lost my package they I would like a refund of my goods

        According to the subject, being such a great delivery service company, the distributor of safe express nanded, is not being able to give service properly,

I haven't received my shipment nor any message about the delay in shipment by safexpress. The company is very unprofessional and seems to be fake.             This is to bring to your notice that my shipment under way bill number[protected] Brand New Panasonic LED TV is Damaged in Transit

            The LED Screen of the television is Crushed. It is beyond any repair. It was a brand new LED TV.

            Is this how you treat your customers?

            The price of the TV is 74000, i will share invoice copy also.

            Before booking itself i asked 1000 times, & safe express assured me that they will take care of it.

            It has been so badly manhandled that even service centre cannot repair.

            Till now it takes 8 days, there is no responsibility in that transport. Not delivered in time, my party was so angry with me, he want to return my goods, what can I do.
            I sent Cashew boxes. Market depends on scarcity, if my goods not delivered in time he will face loss,

                I have experienced the worst service in your pune (Baner) branch. I had taken the number from google [protected]. This person needs to learn some etiquette to talk and do business. He was least interested in the business we were going to give him. Being a manufacturing company we have orders all day and all around india. But the behavior of the person has turned us away from safe express.
                If you really want to do business please remove such useless branches from your company, they are reducing your goodwill.

                  I received incorrect boxes which do not belong to me. Firstly there was a great delay in the pickup, and now the package that I have received are not even mine.
                  I had three boxes of 20kgs each, and only one of them is mine and the rest two are CASTROL cylinders.

                  I have asked CUSTOMER CARE some hundred times to ask a senior management person to reach out to me, but nobody has reached out. Your CUSTOMER CARE people have no courtesy and empathy to attend such cases. The resort to shouting at customers without giving them zero clarity. You guys literally have no shame.

                        Courier comes into my zudio trent ltd store at shraddha mall nashik. The guy telling i m not delivered the product at your doorstep. And very rudely talk with manager infront of security customer. He telling to us come outside n pick the delivery from outside only. My guard also please bring the material at doorstep but refuses and return to vehicle. Than i call the nashik ho office. Nitesh jain incharge told the guy to give him delevered the product. He comes after 5hour late and whole boxes bring my staff only. It's how the service given by your guy. He carry your brand name. What a pathetic service given by your staff please educate them. Next time i will not recommended your brand to work.

                          I called the helpline number thrice, but did not receive any information regarding my pickup till 4:00 pm.
                          Finally the customer care person told me that my pick would happen now on monday, because vehicle was not working.

                            I sent my trolleys bags through safex and when i received them the locks were missing and also my essential items including a brand new imported perfume bottle was missing. When i lodged the complaint they took nearly a month to investigate and came up with the reply that we delivered it as it was sent.

                            I trusted safex but they are definitely not safe, i certainly say please be careful when you send your things through them as they make big promises but never fulfill.
                            I suggest keep taking photographs whenever you come in contact with them, when you send, when you receive, when you pack and when you unpack also because they may simply refute your complaint saying there is lack of evidence even when they are at fault.

                            Pfa the photo of my stolen imported perfume, the thief simply took the bottle and left the cardboard and cap in the box.

                              Hello,

                              It very frustrating. Our products got damaged because of poor service and handling. Half of our order go damaged. We had marked *fragile* to all our bundles. But instead of that safexpress haven't cared about the order. As usual no one is picking our calls. We are having business account with safexpress and we are dispatching 5-6 order a day. This means we are giving good business to safexpress. But now, we thinking to move to other shipping partner. At least safexpress should have to reply.

                                I had booked safexpress to ship my bags and trolleys from indirapuram up to saltlake kolkata on 12th march. When i checked received items (By my uncle when i was not at kolkata), i found 4 items missing. Initially i realised the worth of my lost items around 7000 and i claimed for 6500. Later on i found some more items missing (Amount to total loss of 10, 000/-) still i sticked to claim of 6500/- on 30th march.
                                On 3rd april, i was shocked to see a mail stating the company would reimburse 1000/- only. I refused to accept that in mail. And there is no confirmation of any revised cheque still now.
                                It is an extremely insensitive, irresponsible courier service that can neither guarantee safe shipment of courier nor process the claim.

                                  Under campus2home service. I had sent a wall mounted mirror through safexpress. But the mirror was broken when delivered. As per the campus2home policy i want to claim the damages for the same. I did contact the chat service 4-times when they finally informed me to contact here. The packaging hasn't been opened by me people from safexpress can examine the same reimburse me for the damage.

                                  I had booked 3 parcels weighing 120 kgs from Delhi to bidar karnataka, I have been charged total weight of 250 kgs having a total charges of ₹5865 I usually book through Vrl but through safe express I have been over charged
                                  My complaint is the please look into this matter and reduce the freight charges

                                  My way bill no 58061583 booked at Itanagar on 22 march 2018 not yet delivered at Sri ganganagar. It's location in shown at destination whereas I'm not in receipt of my luggage by 12 April 2018. No support shown by customer care too. Please deliver luggage immediately.

                                    Hello,

                                    We had shipped single bundle (Bubble wrap and corrugated packing) from jodhpur to hyderabad. But the client received damaged product. No one picking up the call. Very very poor customer service. Even they don't know how to talk to clients. Same things happening to us many times.

                                    Highly disappointed!!

                                    Luggage vide way bill no 58061583 not delivered till date whereas same reached at Sri ganganagar 3 days ago. They didn't deliver to recipient for last 3 days whereas recipient located within 5_6 kms
