My consignment number is 62316502, which was booked from rajkot to bangalore on 01.09.2018. The consignment reached bangalore and we received a call it will reach our office address on 06.09.2018, we intimated that the material to be delivered at an alternate address, which was mistakenly not given by the consignor, which they told will get back. Today is 12th, we have not received the material. We are going through hell, with the way your company is handling the issue. We received a message on 08.09.2018, it has reached bangalore -31 hub. Since then the material is not able to reach my place. It is ridiculous of your people to give stupid reasons. Today i got a reason that the parcel length is longer than we knew, we came to know at the time of loading, hence we will dispatch the goods tomorrow. Tomorrow being ganesh chaturthi, we are quite sure that the material is not going to reach even tomorrow. It is still a harrowing experience which we are undergoing to get our material to our place. And the best part is none of our customer care executive, managers are capable to resolve the issue. They just leave it to be resolved by themselves. Pathetic experience...

    Dear sir/madam,

    I am nivedita shroti, booked two parcel waybill no.[protected] and 61780319. Waybill no.[protected] was bike booked for hub delivery on 31/08/2018, while other booked for home delivery on 01/09/2018 from guwahati.
    For hub delivery, they booked for delivery up to nanital, but after enquiry from toll free number [protected], on 08/09/2018, they told to pick it from rurdapur as nanital is not hub.
    For your knowledge, i am attaching receipt of both.
    This kind of behaviour is not expected from company. Please do necessary action and deliver me my stuff on urgent basis.

      I have contacted the safexpress service in my home town (Khammam-telangana) and the consignment was normal written notebooks for a weight of 30kgs the said amount per kg was 18-24 rupees from khmmam to delhi. I left to delhi and collected the package in delhi but at my home town the manager mr gurudu lenin collected 70 rupees per kg from my father.. Until my father notified this expensive charges i didnt know how much cheating service they r doing. I confronted him and then he said the money will be sent to ur account directly and took my account details and its been 5+ months nothing is done. This type of cheaters should be kept in bars. I[censored] have said the cost is 70 rupees per kg why would i sent through ur service. I already asked fedex and they were ready to send 59kgs for 2200 rupees but here i have been charged too heavy and been cheated by them. Look at the packaging its worse than ever.

      I have booked one consignment Bangalore to Tiruvannamalai and before booking i asked the total charges he said Rs 800/- after booking they have charged Rs3600/- without information and the receiver also returned the goods.
      Final what we have received that amount it was shocked because they have charged Rs5275/- so it shows how they misguided and fake information giving so i request to all don't use this transport and it's an humble request.

        But even after calling me repeatedly, he has not yet reached the material.This has happned many times before but we stayed calm.I'm going to have a hamstring.

          An employee of safexpress krishna gopal sarkar of logistics branch located in khatkhati, karbi anglong is a man of criminal character. How can you all appoint such a man with criminal character. He physically as well as verbally assaulted me and my mother on thursday evening i. E 30th of august, 2018. He even threatened us that we would kill us by putting goons after us if we complain against him. This is a very serious matter. I want the person to be terminated from his service as well as he should be put behind bars for physically and verbally assaulting a woman.

            My luggage was shipped from Mohali to Allahabad with AWB 61682809. On receiving my luggage, I found that the cycle front mudguard is missing, speedometer wire is broken and sensor is missing, crankset cover is damaged, microwave front glass door is broken to pieces and microwave body has been dented at many places. I had trust in your company name and approached you for luggage shipment. I was even assured that the luggage will not be damaged at all. But the condition of my luggage here has really surprised me. The person who came to deliver the luggage is also aware of the damage of luggage. I have even written in the receipt that I have received damaged goods. I have also sent you email in this regard on 26 Aug 18 but no one has contacted me till now.

            I request you to pay the amount to make good the damages.

              My way Bill no 59038468 was supposed to be delivered on 27 August in Pune but it is still in guwhati. I called numerous times regarding this to safe express customer care and Everytime I was provided with false information and fake hopes. Service is not at all setisfactory. And customer satisfaction is 0 as still now my problem is not resolved. I need quick solution as my experiences are increasing due to the late delivery and I want penalties for further delay.

                With reference to the above shipment, we have been advised by our supplier sidhu leather that the cargo will be deliver towards on wenesday 22.08.2018 and we contact the local chennai safe express office and they also inform that the carco will be door deliver 22.08.2018 or by latest 23.08.2018

                To day morning we contacted chennai safe express office[protected] and they informed that carco arrived chennai. We requested them as we will take the delivery in person and ask them to deduct the door delivery charges rs 500 /- but they refused

                      I had booked for a campus to home service from bhubaneswar to hyderabad, though the shipment has arrived in hyderabad since 11th august, it still has not been delivered to me and all my attempts to contact the helpline have failed. There has been no intimation from your side regarding the delay of delivery. I chose this service because it's supposed to be convenient, but it has been just the opposite.

                            I had chosen "Safe Express" service to send my package from Cochin to Pune, way bill 56402018, Dt-30.07.2018. I received short of 1 box out of 11 boxes. The left out box reached Pune on 10.08.2018 but not delivered till date. After lot of pain in reaching Safe-express customer care it was assured to deliver the box on 11.08.2018, till date the delivery has not happened.

                            Also after repeated complaint to their representative Mr. Santosh, Pune office no action had been taken so far. As per Mr. Santosh he will deliver as per his wish.

                            The customer service is so pathetic that the no representative is never available & is never reachable on Toll free-[protected]. I tried to reach out to them more than a dozen times and never received a prompt response.

                            I would like the company to be more sincere in their services and not excused for the lost or misplaced packages. This is highly disappointing & frustrating as my family is facing lot of troubles since my all kitchen items are stuck in that box.

                            I would request to take stern action against the Pune representative & ask deliver my goods at the earliest.

                              Recently I have purchased a brand new bed at Bhubaneswar and hired safexpress services for transportation upto Bangalore. But when the packet opened at Bangalore, we are very much surprised to see the condition of the bed. This is just not acceptable at all. You may see the condition of furniture yourself photograph enclosed. Secondly we are receiving the material in 2 lots for which the receiver has to take 2 days leave from office which is also not very professional for such big company. Tracking no.[protected]

                              Incase we do not get any explanation, I will be forced to take legal action against the company.

                                I sent my stuff through "safexpress " on 24rd July and it's been 14 days and I have not received my stuff . When I call the agent they ask me to track and upon tracking stuff has already reached the destination on 31st but the delivery agent is reluctant to deliver due to unknown problems. All my notes and books are there and I have exams coming up ...Really disappointed with safexpress... I have tried calling customer care and they assured me of next day delivery but still haven't ... Please look into the matter as soon as possible...I cannot miss this exam.

We book one consignment from solan to ulhasnagar with gr no 61694776 gr date 20/7/2018. Above consignment reached on 1 aug a your bhiwandi office. After that till today we got only false commitment not our consignment. Behaviour of your staff is so rude & unprofessional. Specially smita madam from bhiwandi office & mr virendra from ulhasnagar office. They told us that you register a complaint but we deliver consignment as per our convenient.in spite of opting such a costly option like safeexpress service which we are getting is pathetic. Tplease look in to his matter as soon as possible.

                                    I had chosen "safeexpress" service to send my package from bangalore to lucknow. It has been more than 15 days since my package has not even left bangalore, leave aside the delivery. The customer service is so pathetic that the staff does not even know if the package is at some of their bangalore hubs or lost. Trying to reach out to them more than a dozen times and never received a prompt response. I would like the company to be more sincere in their services and not excused for the lost or misplaced packages. This is highly disappoiting.

Ltd, in ludhiana, company send us the parcel on dated[protected] wide your consignment no. 60440478, our parcel has reached ludhiana in yesterday, but when we call your people, they said we have not the vehicle to carry & deliver the material, material is very urgent but your people not listen about our problem.
                                      We talk with sanjay rana on [protected], we talk with aditya jha on [protected], but dont get any response from them, we will give report to our company & stop supplying thru safeexpress.
                                      Safexpress customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      After complaining I waited for 2 weeks still no action taken by risk management team... Guys I strongly suggest u to not use this brand fr delivery... Their customer service team is pathetic...
                                      It's like a police station u simply waste your time following them up an at the end they ll say nothing such case happened

                                        I had sent 2 boxes from ahmedabad to hyderabad on 19th july and instead received 2 tin boxes on 28th of july. I have nobody to contact to regarding this and an irresponsible staff who are not even bothered to look into customer issues plus there are loopholes as there is no no. Given to us where we could contact or no way to track through which i could know where my boxes went. There was extremely valuable study material. The waybill no. Is 60369863.
