I couriered my brand new Cycle through your courier and today I received it. the condition of my cycle was not good many parts broken. Thank you for your response. My Phone number is [protected] and waybill number is 83376096. Not only my cycle my table lamp was also damaged. Even though I told them I have delicate things in my bag, still the over all luggage handling was poor. Bags torn from below seemed like someone torn it from knife or scissors.
