I am shetty frm Bangalore.
I have taken the car lone from icici vide loan account no LABNG[protected] IN 2008 APRIL.
Today i have recd the call from your People PH NO[protected]without saying his name using bad langauage and thraetening me.
But while u people depositing my ecs cheque my name was spelled wrongly instaead of KEERTHI RAJ SHETTY. spelled as KIRTHIRAJ SHETTY.
but no where my name as spelled like this in my document.
After this somebody frm chennai called me and confirmed my name and it was clearing from oct 2009 every month frm my account properly.
After this i have send a request letter by regd post to chennai office asking for a letter for giving one more check or cash for balance payment. but still today i have not recieved any reply from your bank.
And i have enough proof that my account have enough balance and there was mistake done from your people.
pl let me know r u able take the action against this guy or else i will go according to my lawyer sugession. my contact no.[protected].

    I have serviced my Maruit Omni car ( MH-12 FF 8082 ) from Saiservice station limited Pune.

    During service I have made rework ( i.e. denting painting work ). While payment of bill I noticed that the painting ( item code B ) has been mention as contract value of Rs 4200/- + vat 8%( Rs 336) + service tax 10.3% ( 432.60) Total amount Rs 4968.60.

    So the total tax collected is 18.30% Rs 768.60.

    This mean I have purchase material of rs 4200 on which i have paid 8% Vat ,lso this is treated as service oavialed and service tax is collected . This is teasing consumer by double taxation

    On question Sai sercice official told that this is by rule and practised all along.They denied to satisfy me.

    My complaint is if this is ruke govtment is levying doulbe tax and consumer is cheated.

    or saiservice is collecting excess tax from me cheating me by billing falsi ( Dummy bill)

    I want that i should guide properly for tax amount collected and return my excess tax paid.
    Also such service / practises should be enquired and stopped.

      The accessories viz. Mobile charger and a cheque of Rs. 855 only is not being handed over. The salesperson promised two days during the time of delivery (08.09.2009) and has not kept his promise till date (18.09.2009). It is understandable about the mobile charger as my phone is samsung make which requires a special connector. What is more disgusting is issue of a cheque of Rs. 855/-. If issuing a cheque takes 10 days how do they perform their business.

        I’m a NRI and a month back I had bought a Maruti Suzuki Ritz car from Sai Service, Chicalim Vasco Goa. I bought it on my Dad’s name (Antonio Silverio Araujo). It was on the 18th of Jul09. The delivery time given to me was 6pm and the time I could drive it out from there was almost 9pm. This is bcoz, the car gave lot of starting problems. So many times it was taken to their garage and back, taken for test drives, but they could not find the problem why it was stopping. Ultimately, at around 8:45pm they found out the problem and rectified it. It was the earthing problem. I was furious about this and asked them why the car was not pre-checked before delivery and that this was not acceptable. It is not a good scene to see a brand new car being repaired in front a showroom. Secondly, I also picked on them on the speedometer cable that was dis-engaged, which is a case of tempering. My car was driven before I could take possession, by disconnecting the speedometer.
        There was a second surprise that I noticed after three days of delivery. They had installed a Sony Xplode music system along with the component speakers on my car, which was not in the same showroom, but had to be driven to another showroom which is around 25kms away. On the third day, the music system stopped playing. I called them up and they told me that maybe the faceplate of the system had become loose and it is not connected properly. All this while I didn’t know that the face plate could be removed and I asked them how to remove it. They instructed me and accordingly I removed it. But, to my surprise, I saw behind of the faceplate had lot of tapes put since it was cracked at many places. I was furious and totally upset. I called and informed them about this, to which they were not ready to accept that it happened with them, since the car was 3 days old. I told them, why would I push the blame on them if it had to happen with me, makes no sense. After lot of argument with them, I asked them to remove the set and get it checked.
        I was down on vacation for month with my family and all these holidays, I drove the car without the music set. I was told that they would do their best to repair the set and would update me in a week’s time, but nobody got back to me with any updates. Ultimately, when it was time for me and my family to get back to Dubai, I was given an estimate of 4000Rs to repair the set. I told them why would I pay that amt when it was not my fault ? Secondly, the set cost me 6000Rs, whereas the quote for repairing is almost close to a new set price. Again they told us they would go ahead with the repairing and would do what best they could do. None of the staff got back to me and finally I had to leave Goa on the 16th of Aug09.
        Today, I called my Dad to find out on the same and he told me till today nobody got in touch with him. I could sense that they were waiting for me to leave (since they knew the date) and secondly, they knew my parents could not handle such case in my absence.
        It is really unprofessional the way all this is handled and a very poor customer service. After going thru all the hardship, the least they could do is to show me some sort of a goodwill gesture. It means a lot to a customer.

          Dear sir,
          Myself Rohit Nalawade, Worli, Mumbai would like complain against Sai service, Phinix Mill Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai for carelessness in their service for the delay in delivering the booked maruti swift dezire. I have booked the same on 8th April, 2009 and paid full amount as on 18th April, 2009. But till date they have not delivered me the car. I personally contacted to the manager but there was no response from them till now though they promise to deliver the car within next two days.
          Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

          Hi,

          I faced problems with my ALTO LXI where suddenly while driving the breaks & Power steering gets hard and the engine fails. After facing this issue I went to Maruti Service station at lower parel where I told them about the issue.They said that my battery was down, so I replaced the battery and I was assured that this would not happen.
          After 2 weeks my power steering failed again, I sent a message and called Sai service Lower parel but they did not respond or help me with that.Finally I had to go to my local technician where I had to replace a fuse.
          Today again while driving I faced the initial issue where the breaks & Power steering gets hard and the engine failed and I was in the middle of the highway.I called the Maruti helpline where they took down my number and said that they would send a technician to the place I was stuck.
          I waited there for any hour and nobody came, called the maruti helpline again and they did not have my complaint registered first time so they re-registered.
          In the interim I just dialed the TOPS security and told him about my problem, they immediately acted and reached the spot with a technician in 20 minutes where the technician fixed the issue.

          I would like to emphasize that Sai service really sucks that is with the quality of service and delivery.
          I regret buying a Maruti Car.
          My Zen Estilo car is under warranty. There is some problem with battery. I called Sai service Lower Parel and told to send somebody to check the battery or any other electrical problem. The person came and started engine with his car's battery. He toldI me that battery is fully drained and keep the engine on for an hour. However after one hour the position was the same. I called the same person. He advised me to go to some battery seller and he will solve the problem. My car is under warranty, so I think Sai Service has to solve the problem. There after I was out of city for 4 days. When I returned I again contacted for this purpose, but he only promises that he will come or says he is on the way, but never comes. I don't even know whether the problem is with battery or with alternator.

          Should I get the work done from any outsider as advised by the Service Person, when the car is under warranty?

          Sai Service is very good but its management of work shop is very bad, bcoz my previous experince was force to think that who will appoint them to the gm & manager post bcoz they are not able to solve costumer complants & give the good service to costumer they only wants money from customer whether customer's complent solve are not

          My name is Advocate Ganesh Sawant i have purchase bajaj pulsar 150cc THIRD TIME IN LAST 6 YEAR and latest one is with chasis no MDZDHDHZZTC D30548 and engine no DHGBT D18967 colour MIDNIGHT BLACK on 18 august from sai service borivali east and sale manager Ramesh never call me for delivery i have called him 7 time but at time of delivery i was shock that bike side stand light was continuously ON and I HAVE ALREADY told him that i should get MRF tyrE he told yes and i was given EURO GRIP ONE so he told me to wait i waited for 20 minute he told me that he want one more day i ask for what he told i have to replace head unit of new bike then i told i will come tommorow for the same so next day was 19 aug 2010 i came he removed my bike head unit and change with some other NEW bike i was helpless but i went home my bike was puncher so in morning i took to tyre shop their was no puncher so i went further with my work it was again air going out from tube again i went to puncher person but again same thing no PUNCHER so i call sai sale and service department they told me to leave my bike but after going 4 times to puncher shop i was unhappy AS IT was manufacturing defect in tube, no proper reply from sai service person i took some how to sai service amboli service station and told the problem to sadanand work manager they first told me to talk to sale person and in sale ramesh the manager sai borivali was not answering so i had talk with atish some other sale person i made almost 17 call which detail i can show for the tube i have to wait for 4 hour in amboli and then what after fighting so long he had put some other company tyre and that time i felt i have been cheated as their was no MRF TYRE but EURO GRIP ONE very sorry to say but real painfull and horrible dealer are with bajaj they no to sale but no service if this is the way spare are changed on the road of new bike do i got new bike or used one BAJAJ COMPANY tell meand the problem are
          1.NO INSPECTION BEFORE DELIVERY
          2.No answering of phone by manager ramesh
          3.Spare are changed without paperwork
          4.Saying that it come with MRF AND GIVEN EUROCRIP TYRES
          5.TUBE replace with other company brand on road.
          6.why i was not given MRF tyres
          7.this the way bajaj dealers give delivery
          8.day i have only been in service station no one to answer every one say i am helpless
          9.i want my tyre to be MRF AS TOLD BY SALES PERSON
          AFTER so much thing i would like to have atleast MRF TYRE which was told to me while purchasing the bike 12 aug 2010 so please request to company that look in the matter and solve my problem.

            we purchase Maruti 800 car MH 14 AV 0194 from Sai service (Fugewadi)
            before 2 half year ! till date we dint received RC, TC book from them
            we contuniously following mr Devkar Mob-[protected] & Mr Koli Mob-[protected]
            but they always gives falls cometment, we ask to meet their senirs the told boss is in meeting, hes not in his seat.., we also request them to give us a letter for RTO officer if any problem while ouring
            then also they find loop holes to commet
            so we are helpless how we can get our documents

              Dear All,
              I have given my car for servicing to Sai Service station, Jangli Maharaj Road, Pune on 3rd April 09. The compaint was the vehicle was stopping in slow speed. Sai Service Supervisor told that the carburetor needs to be over hauled. They will do the servicing. They charged me Rs 4500/-.
              I was not satisfied with the service. Apart from this they have introduce a new problem in the car. The vehicle started stalling in the speed between 30 Km to 40 Km speed. I brought this to the notice of Supervisor. He took trail and admitted that there is a problem and will rectify it. He opened the distributor and did some setting it did not work. They did some tunning and it did not work.
              The Supervisor incharge Mr Shantaram says to me that you have to replace Carburator and Distributor to wash off his hands as he was not in a position to find the root cause of the problem. I made a compalint to the work Shop Incharge Mr Sanju Atinikar. It did not work. Finally i got upset, already spend 4-5 hours of my time and no solution.
              I am sure that there must be many such complaint against the servicing of the vehicle from many customer.
              Hence I will not go to Sai Service for my vehicle servicing.

              I have serviced waganR twice in your Shiroli, Kolhapur station. Both time your service people work on gas kit & failed.

              My car is not running smoothly on Gas though Sai service peraired twice.

              I request problem should clear with expert.

                Dear Sir,

                My name is Nikhil Jain, working as a senior software developer with Bentley Systems, Pune.

                I purchased a bike, Bajaj Pulsar, from Sai Service station, Pune.

                The dealer, including the sales representative Mr Ashish made fool of me, its more than 2 and half months (75 days), neither the RC nor the insurance has been allotted to me. I have called more than 50 times in this matter since last 1 month but everytime I am given the next date.

                I am really frustrated, disappointed and feel like cheated.

                Please tell me the procedure how can I file my grievance to your department and ask for your kind help.

                  Got my car filled with speed petrl on[protected] at 09.58.30 fromShiv Service Station. Actual quantity of petrol filled was 41 plus few points liter. On my credit cars the sales girl billed for 43.97 liters. I made a complait with the manager who was not helful. I regularly fill from this station and the quatity on an average is between 39 and 40 litres. please look into this fraud. I am not (NOT) witholding the payment.
                  An immediate action is requeted.

                  Petrol — Inflated billing

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am residing in Bangalore. today evening I got my bike ( Pulsar 150), very new, filled in HP Petrol pump near to Forum Mall, at Kormangala, it was near to reserve and I asked the guy standing there to Full the tank,
                  to my shocking, he filled the tank for about 17.30 ltr and billed me Rs 914.47/- whereas the total capacity of bike is 14 litres ( incl reserve)
                  My bill no 865640.

                  Request you to look into an refund me excess money taken by them from me.

                    I have booked a Swift from Sai Service, Edapally, Cochin, Kerala. The car reached wthin 25days as they told. After taking DD from the bank, I went to buy the car. But after taking the DD and reaching their location, they informed that car shall be provided only if I buy other accessories(Alloy Wheels, Keyless entry etc.) from them. This was not acceptable for me and they have now mentioned that I will have to wait 3-4 months more unless I buy accessories from them.

                    I have booked Swift Vdi by giving 50K as advance in Sai Service, Edappally. The car we ordered has reached in Sai, Edapally. But when I told that I am not taking the accessories from there, they have told that they have persons who are willing to take car with fittings and gave the car to someone else.

                    I do agree with your statement. Now the same has happened to me. They are more interested in selling the accessory rather than the car. Now I have made the complete payment for Swift Vdi, and was assured to deliver the car within two days as per my specification. Now they were talking about delivering another car which is fully fitted with accessories, or wait for next month for the new consignment to come.
                    Also they made a statement that the price of the car may be hiked by 2% by next month. There by indicating that I have no other option rather than opting for the car with accessories.

                    Now I plan to move to the Consumer court if there is no other option.
