Annual Maintenance Contract made for "Jyoti " make Gas Shegadi, FORM NO. 19285 for the period 3/6/13 to 2/6/16 (3 years), amount paid Rs. 2200/= on 3/6/2013. At the time of contract they assured that 4 services per month will be done. It is noticed that every time it is a permanent headache to us that they never visit with their own as per the agreement but we have to call these people and to ask for the service. Not only that even after giving assurance that mechanic will come on so and so date, but they never visit. We are now completely fed up about their service. Our advance money for maintenance has wasted.

We had a contract of A.C. and Gas Gyzer for 1 year also.But due to poor service and unqualified technician we have discontinued.We had contacted the responsible persons such as Mr.Ravi Giri ( [protected] ) and Mr.Rajan Aparaj ( [protected] ) but the final out come is ZERO and HEADACHE only.
