Hi. i am disgusted the way you serve ur customers.
i have been using sai service since last 15 yrs and my family has bought almost 7 to 8 cars from andheri east center and probably this is the last one for sure.
tiday while servicing i was told that i wud get my car delivered tomo which was not told to me whiling booking the service. i rchd around 1040am and was made to wait till almost 1130 am bfore anyone attended me.
i requested to get the car back today evening itself as i was travelling out of city.

i got a call at 315pm stating car would be ready by 6pm and i shall get a call till 5 pm. i waited till 530pm then started calling to which no one answered... my rep' s phone comes as swtiched off..

WOT A DISGUSTING SERVICE...

now i have to spend around 4000 rs to travel in a rented car... i am disappointed as had to let my family down...

i dont get time on weekdays so no question of picking up my car on weekdays..

I need an conpensation for evrything now.

this is with reference to the same above mentioned servicing done to my car wherein I am sure that on the given day when I demanded my car to be returned on the same day and I was given my car only with basic washing and nothing else done apart from it what u are supposed to do during servicing . I had paid for the timer belt to be changed and still the sounds creeks ... which assures me that the belt was just tweaked and not changed and even I was told to pay to clean the front vent for AC which in return my jet sprays of the wiper don't work efficiently now as it used to do earlier. my wipers make a sound which was not the case earlier... i was not happy with the servicing then and had given my c-sat survey form with the kind of service I received but I was made to change my opinion on the form as it would tarnish your image ... which I relented.
honestly speaking there was nothibg done during this servicing fit which I demand an conpensation for the mental agony inam going thru.. I work for six days a week which makes me impossible to deliver my car...
I demand my car to be picked up from residence and dropped back again after the necessary work done
.or if not I shall approach the consumer complaint Dept as well maruti Suzuki complaint centre.

    I have ordered seat lock before couple of months but i haven't received it yet. We are facing problem in driving due to it as the seat can't be adjusted . If any loss of life or material is occurred the company will be liable for it. we have also took a follow up but no positive response is been received. We need and immediate action on it. please do the needful .

      Please don't go and purchase any new car at sai service center hinjewadi location.
      It is the worst place which an maruthi car agent can provide. I got trapped by them...

      I had done a booking for ciaz vxi plus and it took more than 2 months for the delivery.

      Each time the sale person had no answer to provide reason for delay.

      Too much of excuses and finally i received th car but without registration.

      It is almost more than a week the car registration not done. When i call the sale guy he is given too may false reasons for the delay.

      I am planning to raise an consumer case against this sai service...
      Working with my company lawyer on it...

      Mr. Mukundan (He don't care about customer relationship)

        I took delivery of Celerio CNG on 21st, Jan, 2016. On 22nd Jan, 20165 i started facing problem. The car is not able to run in CNG. As soon as it transforms into CNG it stops working. Inspite of my CNG meter is full as I just filled the whole tank, I am unable to run the car in CNG. In just one day my new car is not working.


        Need Compernsation.

          Annual Maintenance Contract made for "Jyoti " make Gas Shegadi, FORM NO. 19285 for the period 3/6/13 to 2/6/16 (3 years), amount paid Rs. 2200/= on 3/6/2013. At the time of contract they assured that 4 services per month will be done. It is noticed that every time it is a permanent headache to us that they never visit with their own as per the agreement but we have to call these people and to ask for the service. Not only that even after giving assurance that mechanic will come on so and so date, but they never visit. We are now completely fed up about their service. Our advance money for maintenance has wasted.           I made 3 year contract with sai services on 27/09/2016 till 26/09/2019..

          Now im trying to contact Sai Sevices but all contact numbers are deactivated including landlne number.

          Its a fake company who took money & then ran away...
          Trying to call these people but no response...all the lines are disconnected... if anyone can share any number then please give...strong action should be taken against these kind of companies... looted money of many people... my contract is there upto 2020

Can you provide me details on Recently we have been under car damage nad got the car repaire from SAI SERVICE STATION, Dahanu Services offered are worst and not at all acceptable at any cost. Worst customer service and when it comes to repairs it takes more then a month just to repair the car front. we need an immdeiate update about the action taken against the issue.               I had purchased Gas Geyser from Gunaji Enterprises of Mulund Mumbai. after some years, I entered into maintenance service contract of 3 years on[protected] by their another company Sai Services (contact numbers:[protected] under service contact no.2197. As my geyser is not functioning properly, I complaint to Sai Services several times (at least 10 times) but their reply is my house is at Grant Road which is far off from their service centre hence they cannot service. I asked them to refund my 3000/- paid for the 3 years contract for which they are silent. My complaint with Sai Services is still unserviced for more than 3 weeks Regards Vandan Shiroor [protected]

                I have purchased a maruti wagonr last year. Sales man Rameshji have told us to buy the extended warranty. But didn't tell us that I need to buy every year the insurance from the them only otherwise the warranty will not be covered. & now the insurance company executive (neelam)tells us this information at the time of renewal which is against the business ethics. & she even told me a that I might cheat sai service by replacing my car original spare parts to fake or duplicate parts in simple words I'm a (chor) cheat

                  I have observed cleaning issues, during servicing of my car. It is repeatedly happening. Inspite of paying higher charges, service centre is not even vaccum the seat covers. The matting/carpet was totally wet.
                  Local service centre is purely interested in completing job cards rather than passing value to the customer.
                  I have raised the issue with Maruti Suzuki as well, however, nothing has improved. Not sure what kind of quality checks service centre carry out, before giving car back to customer.

                  17th July, 2015 - Raised complaint no. [protected]

                  29th July, 2015 - Called Maruti Complaint Cell[protected]; to check the status of complaint ([protected]). Found complaint closed, without any confirmation of customer. Hence, raised a fresh complaint ([protected]).

                  3rd Aug, 2015 - Called Maruti Complaint Cell[protected]; to check the status of complaint ([protected]) and found that complaint is in progress.

                  18th Aug, 2015 - Called Maruti Complaint Cell[protected]; to check the status of complaint ([protected]) and found complaint closed, without any confirmation of customer. Hence, raised a fresh complaint ([protected])

                      i hv purchase a maruti celerio NO. AC 1214 automatic car and gave for 1st service on 02/05/2015 even they didnt gave me a reminder call for my 1st service which was on 30/04/2015 so i called the saleperson and he told me to bring on 2may early by 9:15 in morning but they have spoiled my car with all stains and also didnt gave me back on time .they had told me to pick my car back by 4:00p.m.and i went by 5:30p.m but thn to my car was not ready.i waited half an hour and then i told thm to hand over to the showroom person yusuf (who was the sale person whn i hv purchase .he is good ) but the service staff they didnt hand till 8;30 p.m i have to make many calls 10times but they didnt mr.stephen was the incharge of my service and thn they handed my car in night 9:30p.m but not cleaned properly.no vaccum done properly, my car was wet, glass was not done properly and they had charged me 1348rs. even they told me to do engine wax which was not needed. i have to face alto of problems. i m not satisfied with my 1st service and also they service person was shouting at me. i m very upset with ur vasai service staff. hope u will take my complaint seriously and take some action and give me positive reply and make me satisfied.

                        complaint no - 43302.gas geyser contract from 19/03/14 to 18/04/17, form no. 1690--For my home gas geyser maintenance i paid sai service, maintenance service, borivali. My father booked 3 years contract with them, [ father's cont no. [protected]] they told us that they will do regular inspection too. Few days ago one if their service mechanic came to our house, name- kalpesh, he opend our working gas geyser and then during the process he damaged it. then that geyser stopped working when asked about it he agreed to come the next day, since then we called again and again but they did not answer. after 2 days one more person came, just inspected it, after that nobody is responding to our calls.They need to repair it, and that too without any Charge as we have done agreement. But instead they are trying to avoid this.

                          Beware ! I asked to fill Rs 1000 diesel this morning on 11 Dec 14 at around 9:30 am. 2 persons told me that they heared Rs 300 bymistakenly. Then they cancelled Rs 300 on machine and put Rs 700. When i asked then they told we filled both 300 and 700. No one goes to this petrol pump but still i was in hurry with empty tank. Bad very bad.

                            I had given my vehicle MH14 DN 2672 for servicing on 8th March 2014. The vehicle had TATA AIG insurance. The inspector inspected the vehicle and approved the claim on 10th March 2014. Its 22nd March now and I have still not received my vehicle back. Everyday I call multiple times and get an excuse that parts are not available, sometimes painter is not available, today I was told that TATA AIG claim settlement cannot be done on Saturday, Sunday and it can be done only on Monday. Everyday I have to commute by Auto and they charge exorbitant rates. I am unable to do my so many important work due to non availability of vehicle. The license of this service center should be evoked immediately when they cant provide such simple service to consumer.

                              I am dilip joshi mumbai.i have maruti ritz .bought from sai service lower parel mumbai .i am doing insurance renewel from sai service only.this year 2013 renewel time their employee name archna borivali dept.promised me to give free upholstry cleaning and tyre wheel alignment balancing .after giving check and issuing the policy now they are denaying for offer.and she is telling me that there was no such commitment.i am feeling cheated.it is not about the free offers but it is about commitment.so please help me .
