I renewed my car insurance policy thru maruti insurance sai service station.
These people are smart, they are prompt in taking payment. However once they receive payment they forget you.

For last 10 days i have been asking their representative to mail me the pdf copy of the policy. They are just not doing it. My last date of previous insurance is already over. I have not yet received the hard copy of the policy.
This is gross level of lack of customer centricity and no accountability at all.

It is also clear that the leaders are also sleeping and not keeping any watch on what their subordinates are doing.

I suggest consumers not to fall pray to this useless maruti insurance and get it directly from the insurance providers rather than this middle man maruti insurance and sai service

Car issue is
1. Car window glass jaam.
2. Car corner rusting.
3. Reverse gear problem.
4. Washing.
Car taken by person parvin sai service driver.
And service advisor is dutta krishna sutar. I need car for meeting sister sunday. But once again flop service by sai service.
Bill amount is 11, 000/-
Work is 900/-.
No proper washing. No clear rusting, glass window still jam, reverse gear problem.
My sunday spoil because of sai service.

I am using Maruthi Ciaz zdi (o) car. Met with an accedent on June 14 and given to Koothattukulam Sai Services on the same day. Till this date (17 Agust) they haven't completed the work. I have complained about it to Kochin office. No change in their attitude. The are arrogant and unconcerned.

I want to register a complaint regarding the worst service from sai service station at borivali east. I have purchased the maruti suzuki celerio from sai service andheri (East) at the time of purchase i was taken amc for 2 years and they are assured us all work is done within amc no extra cost will levied. I purchased my car in the month of august 2016 and my amc is valid till 19/08/2018. I gave my car maruti suzuki celerio to sai service borivali on 12/08/2018 at the time of giving the car they are assure me to doing all work under amc covered at the time of delivery they are telling amc is not valid. We are having amc receipt which is clearly mentioned the date till 19/08/2019. They are charged me around rs.7000/- for all work which is already covered in amc. I really want to complaint for this pathetic service of sai service borivali and andheri east. Kindly give some reply as early as possible.

On Saturday, my car got hit on a stone and all oils drained down. Since am associated with Sai Service for a long years, i called and asked for help and i was told to contact Maruti On Road. This website was not reachable and i called another Maruti dealer and he helped me to tow the vehicle to the work shop and in another 2 hours my car was ready. At that point i had decided not to go to Sai Service for any thing since they are very big and not bothered about break-down vehicles. Very sad about it.

They make money on falsehood. I had purchased my baleno 2 years back. It ran appx 24k km with fuel average 16km/ltr. Below are my experience while i went for servicing:-

1) supervisor asked me to do rust proof polish of bottom side otherwise car will be damaged within 2 years and said it has started rusting.
But i had already made polish while purchasing the car from nexa showroom.
2) they changed my car break pad while i was not getting any issue with break system.

3) they added 2 perfumes in final bill and did not explain the bill. Whenever i asked what this entry for. He always told me its for wheel balancing.

I am very disappointed this time with sai service hinjewadi for servicing.

I had given my bike mh02et3852 for servicing on 1st july2018 and was returned the next day. To my surprise i noticed at that moment that the petrol was removed to which the service advisor said i may have a faulty meter which i refused to toaccept. I asked for a cctv footage for the duration of my bike held in service centre which was ignored. I recieved a call from the manager who handles the complaints. But he was too arrogant and inspite of being apologetic he said do what i want.. This is not the kind of service one should receive. I request for the entire cctv footage or i may file a law suit for mental harassment and fuel robbery.

I am owner of ciaz car having number MH 47 Q 1485. I work at Voltas house chichpkkali Mumbai. Tdy evening around 7. pm due to some battery issue my car was not starting. I am literally trying on sai service number [protected], call taken, kept on hold, with in between msg, ur call will be attended, but no one to attend. Ultimetly manage to contact some local car battery service person. The experience is horrible, maruti claims, u will be attended any time any where, all false claims. Imagine, if car is stopped at some secluded place, then what shall we do

Two month ago I given my car for service at Borivali East sai service centre.
they replaced my new stepni tyre to used old tyre.
my one year old car never i give to service or to repair any where. only I give to sai service centre for servicing. I never checked while after service my stepni changed or not I believed in service center.

This time service offered by sai service dahanu was really very pathetic. I purchased dzire vdi and the manager & sales person was really very horrible to attend their customer. They never gave any follow ups nor did they looked after my demands for purchase of new car. I purchased nearly about 5-6 cars from this sai service dahanu branch but never faced such problem which i face this time. Always it was me who kept calling them for the follow ups. And once they gave the delivery of my car they never attended my calls or never gave me any replies to my calls. I think i should have gone to shivam maruti or spectra motors instead of purchasing car from here. I please request you to look into this matter. And now i will never suggest anyone to purchase any vehicle from sai service and rather suggest them to go for shivam motors or spectra motors.
Worst experience given by sai service this time. Your firm sai service really need to learn management skills that how to treat customers and look after their needs & wants. I will even try to complaint on social media about your this practiced ethics with customers.

Actually I recived defective vehicle from company I given so many complaints. But day by day I am getting lot of problem I my vehicle. I am fuddap this kind of service.just run 55000.km.i lot 2 tyres it's totally flat due 2 is problem whenever I am going 2 showroom for servicing I am getting new problems.my vehicle no is TS15 EP3688.ASAP DO something
otherwise I have another option regd this.first time they change hub.and second time they change hub change rear axle.this time they change bearing. My tyres r totally flat. So I think maruti brand is waste brand they given me defective vehicle. U persons not taken proper response that lot all vehicle r defective vehicle

Please note i have registered a conplaint on 17/06/2018 regarging the worst service from sai service station at vayiyambalam located at thrissur dist, kerala. After i have posted the complaint there was a sudden action next working day and they keep the car for 2 days and still failed to fix the error after changing the rear axle. My car is still under warranty period and we have used 26, 000 kms.. I am facing this problem when it was 15, 000 kms and they took the photos of tires and promised to fix the problem and provide new tires.. There was no any action last 3 months and after the compaint registered they took the car kn 18/06/2018 and change the rear axle and retuned back without provoding new tires as promised 3 months back. My vehicle no kl 47 f6665 and mobile no [[protected]] / [[protected]]. Please take action upon this matter. This is third reminder and no response.

I had contacted your customer care at 6:15 pm regarding the battery down. They had attended the call and told me one of your corresponding representative will call back and i had received one call from thrissur service centre. When i told your representative the exact position, they transfered the issue to moonupeedika sai service centre. But i had no response from the centre. I usually do my car service from moonupeedika service centre

I am banshad purchased the maruthi swift desire chase no ma3ejkd1s00967897ggreg no kl 47 f 6665 on aug 2016 from sai service kaipamangalam thrissur dist kerala. There is a sound from back side of my car and tire was cutting regularly. Several times i informed to the sai service centre to fix it and they failed until now. Last 2 months i am facing this problem and 2 times we provided the car fro fixing and not yet success. I am totally disappointed with the dealer. Kindly note 2017 the same dealer we have purchased 4 different cars for my friends and relatives. Pleas take action to solve my issue as soon as possible and its still under warranty for 2 year and they informed its problem of shaft or something. My contact [protected].

Hi, i had given my car for an issue with the engine filter on 21st may 2018 but at the time of delivery the car was without left sided mirror. Going ahead i noticed noise in my engine and now the handbrake sign is seen Red while driving the car, wherein I also noticed the brakes to be loose. I never came across such issues with car. It has been the worst of the service i received from Sai Service. My car issue was handled by Sandeep Itape. Kindly look into the matter on priority please.

There was lack of service to me while delivering the vehicle S cross. And irresponsible and no reply by the general manager even after sending the pics to his mobile number.
Issues:
Washing problem
Denting problem
Air Cleaning
Fixing of bumper, mudgers,
NO proper information regarding the vehicle leaks during the service.
No replacement of mudgers even after asking them to replace
No replacement of fog light even after asking them to replace
All the border black frames not fixed properly.
But the amount was charged for all the services.
I also have the photos for the evedsnce
So I have returned the vehicle back. I am not Interested with the this people.
I will take the vehicle delivery only after speaking to me by hod

Irresponsible behavior

I repaired my washing machine from sai service center akurdi, first time they told it is authorised service centre give receipt for parts and warranty for 6months. They gave me bill and taken 3050 against the pcb repair and service charges. On 14 the april again faced the same problem hence called sai service center, they said will send executive tomorrow. After that till date nobody turn up. I have executive number mr. Mahendra having number[protected] called him he said will come till date no response from him and his senior mobile number[protected] name not been disclosed. I am going to launch cheating fir against them if sam not been resolved till sunday.

Bhanudas surve retail outlet incharge was there when i went to outlet which is sai service spares accessories jogeshwari west i had gone to ask the price of baleno alpha parts they were not ready to tell me the price and then second person who is the employee of the outlet started abusing and when i told them that i will complaint about you they both where like you do what so ever you can do so i kindly request you to take strick action against this bhanudas surve and that second employee who was there in the outlet

My baja pulsar 200 ns i was servicing on 09/02/18, vehicle was not servicing properly, after servicing engine sound is there, when i apply break sound come, milege dropped, after servicing pick is not good and also after servicing they was not reset servicing indicator. Totally bad service from sai service (Inv no : s/r-136309, bill paid 2664.37, vehicle no : mh14 dz 3868)

I have given my car for paid servicing and after service i got my car later after three month i saw my stepney tyre it came to my knowledge that the stepney new tyre has been replaced by old one,
We gave our car on good faith for servicing and this service person of sai service replace the spare with the old one, my car was brand new and they remove my stepney without my knowledge. My vehicle number is mh-03-be-5601
