Sai service (Sangareddy) is one of the worst service i never seen before. I gave my car for second free service. They completed servicing with out opening the banet of the car they completed the service. Such a talent guys i never seen before. After my questioning to the supervisor he stated that they can make service with out opening the banet. One of the worst workshop from the sangareddy sai service branch. I never recommend any one to visit sai service work shop for service. And i suggest to visit any other service shop or go to the road side work shop they provide even much better when campared to this bledy sai service branch sangareddy people.

    I have avenger220 and given servicing for month of may17.
    I asked them to change the coolent pipe because it was leaked.
    They told me that part is not available so they tighten it habit over to me.
    Later on in the month of june i got a call from service centre saying that part is arrived so i visited and change the part.
    It took 3hrs to change and within 1month again it leaked this time bigger than earlier.
    When i visited again phugewadi pune service centre staff behaviour is very rude.
    They told me that if you want you can make complain.
    They are not ready to accept that ether their product is worst or their staff is not trained.

      I am indeed expressing displeasure towards your staff. I had left my car for service and repair of damages on 14 jul 17. I was told that the service followed by repairs with the insurance follow up team will take about 4 days and my car will be available on 18/ 19 aug 17. The service was completed the same day however, the repair survey for insurance wasn't done which finally happened on wednesday. There after despite repeated efforts the car has still not been delivered. So far i have incurred a good amount of money loss for transit ting by taxies and also borrowing vehicles and getting them fuelled beyond my usage. My car was to be delivered today finally as told by your representative and for the same i took a paid leave today. But again i was told that there is some delay and the car has still not been returned.in view of the foregoing i request you to reimburse losses in terms of time and money and initiate my delivery at the earliest

        In disciplined staff. Bike is with the service center since 10 days. No proper response from the manager. Bike not yet delivered despite of various follow ups due to which inconvenience is caused and i am incurring huge expense on travelling. My bike was causing problem due to the negligence of the service center, upon raising the issue the service center took the bike in their custody and promised to deliver it the next day. It has been more than 10 days there is no clear response from the service center and due to which i am incurring travelling costs and inconvenience is caused to travel to office since past few weeks. Despite of various follow ups still i am not getting a proper/clear status on my bike.

          It is very disappoint says to you that you provide very poor service to your customers. Iam working ad an executive chef in a 5 star property, last month i buy a car from sai service. They have good custmer care before the car i ordered afterwards the car came to my home you guys show your real face. I ordered for floor mat and mud crap but still now i didn't get it, i pay for the auto card still now didn't receive it. It is raining season and i am scared to take my car outside because of mud. Off course i never advise to my customers and my friends about sai service any more. Thanking you for your wonderful service

            I have taken amc from sai services borivali east for jyoti gas geyser.
            3 months are already completed. No person has visited for servicing yet.
            Tried calling them but none of them are picking up the call. Their landline numbers are not working. Looks like i have been cheated.
            Fake promises and commitments. Luring people to take amc. Such companies should be banned and their licenses should be canceled.

              Hello everyone

              I had given my car for service on 2 of may, for car wash and colent leakage.
              After that i get call form supervisior that ur windslied glass has opened. When i gve the car it was on proper condition and i didnt know how it opend but somehow they managed to fix it.
              After taking the from the servixe center i see car has not washed properly and i have been paid for the serive.
              If this is the condition i can do it from out side no y i have to come to sai service
              What do u think abt the customer they r fools

                Extract of my letter of today.
                I have entered into service contract for “3 years, 10 services” with sai services for my voltas air conditioner for 14.7, 2015 to 14.07.2018, by paying rs.2000/- vide cheque no.121995 dated 14.07.2015 cleared on 17.07.2015. From 14 july, 2015 till today ie. 19th april, 2017 (Almost 1 year 9 months) i have received only 2 services. I have been calling their borivali, mira road and vasai offices umpteen times and spoken to several female staff who have been assuring of deputing servicing mechanics to my residence, but no one ever turns up.
                Their poor response is irritating, waste of my money on phone calls, and moreover keeps me waiting home when i have to give up going out for my work.
                I hereby inform sai services, that if i don’t get service this saturday 22apr’17 as assured on phone by their staff on 17th april, 2017 i will be taking appropriate action in this regard. They are also required to extend the contract to suitable period to cover the 10 services as per charges taken by sai services. Looking forward for the services and revised contract to cover the lost period of services by sai services.

                1. Thank you for your prompt response. If you read my post again you will understand that I have written about SERVICING ISSUE.
                2. Am I to ask for a complaint number? I would have asked only if I knew on my all first 6 calls to concerned centre. However, on my nth call I did ask for complaint Nbr and got one on 8th April it is 6229. I referred to this nbr on my several follow ups later too.
                3. My contact Nbr [protected].
                Today I am waiting at home. I have got the POD of my above couriered letter to Sai Services, 1.Prema Niwas address. Regards

                Sunday, 8th April'19 was confirmed date by both sides for AC Servicing, but No one showed up.
                Calls are not answered by the representative who called and confirmed appointment.

                  Hi in the month of March I had done my CNG Service though Sai Services Andheri East. They have provided me the receipt so that I can fill my CNG gas for 1 month. Now he month is getting over but my CNG GAS car plate has not yet come. Neither the Sai services from Andheri has contacted me. No updated for the same. The services is very poor. By tomorrow one month will be over and I can't fill the gas from any place.

                    I did a 1yr contract for aqua guard service with sai service (head office at 1, prema niwas, kasturba cross rd no.7, borivali east, Tel:[protected]/65 on 24.12.16.no one visits for service.after much difficulty and endless follow ups and fights I managed to get one service done. In that too they did not change the filter nor the candle.it has now been over a month I have been making requests to get the candle changed but they simply say 'tomorrow' and no one comes the next day.i have spoken with mr. Ranjan, ms. Pooja, ms. Vrushali and countless other service agents.i paid 1200 for the contract and never got any service.it has only and only been a headache and more and more harassment.while selling their contract to us, they claimed to be 'authorised agents' of eureka Forbes.only later did I realise that it was a misrepresentation

                      I had given my vehicle for servicing on friday morning and it was assured to me that i will get it back by evening but i got no intimation about vehicle from your side. around 8 pm i had called on landline and enquired about my vehicle, the person on the phone told me that he wil check and call me back but then also no response. after that at 8.30 pm i called a cell number of service advisor and then he says me aapke gaadi ke aage se noise aa raha hai so gaadi nahi diya.

                      this is totally bull #### why dont you inform me in prior??
                      i had my scheduled appointments. without my car how am i suppose to go ??
                      then he lied that my phone was not reachable and all

                        I purchased a new car by exchanging my old car. I exchanged my old car on 07Jan2017 and took a new car.I haven't received the money for old car and exchange bonus yet.As discussed with them, they asked me to pay Rs 3200 for insurance and I have paid. Initially (2yrs back) I purchased this car from Maruthi True value only, at that time they gave me the car without insurance.

                          We have contracted for 3years of service with Sai services and now geyser is not functioning we are trying to reach them scince 2 month, their staff members are fooling by saying service commpany has been closed and they are charging 2000 extra for service,

                          I have been following them for more than 20times a day now they just disconnect my every call,

                          I would never recommend this service to any one, fooling service

                            I book vitara breeza on 21st september 2016 from authorised centre sai service at virar west. Docket no. [protected] paying rs.21000/- booking amt.
                            On 18th november 2016, dealer call me. One of customer whom alloted the car but that customer have payment issues. He told me if i arrange the payment then they will allot the same car on my name. I discuss the same situation with my bank manager and request for the urgent process. The managet wil told me within friday he will release my loan. On friday 25th november 2016 i cleared my balance payment rs. 11, 82, 586/-. After that the sai service commited me on wednsday 30th november 2016, the will give me delivery. But that not possible thay told me, sai service rto agent bandya will hospitalised hence the passing process is not done. I planned for delivery at my family, relative and friend circle. On same day they do another commitment within 2 days they will do that passing and delivery. After 2 days, they contact me and told agent is still hospitalized. You can arrange your agent with them and done the process. Im also going to rto. Passing is almost done. My agent will done that in rs. 6000/- adjustment fees and sai service agent told me rs. 10, 000/- to 12, 000/- adjustment fees. But at the moment my agent going to pay tax the sai service another agent mr. Yogesh call to the second agent mr. Suresh. And told my agent dont pay the tax, tax will be pay sai service. Im also there at that time. I call at sai service sales executive ms. Shraddha and discuss with her. She told me you got your delivery today. And sai service will pay the tax. But at the evening she call me and told me the process will not complete because of my agent fault of not take order. But the sai service agent stopping him on that time. It means my agent mr. Kishor is not in fault.
                            And finally once again my plan flopped.

                            What is meaning of that, what about the customer excitment of new car.
                            The sai service has only one agent, if they have another option then havent face the same problem. Sai service make fake commitment.

                            Ab excitement ki waat laga di.
                            Even i will agree for paying rs. 10, 000/- to 12, 000/- for adjustment fees in rto.

                            I will take all accessories for my new car by paying rs.50, 000/-

                            I think the sai service sai service agent mr. Yogesh ko kuch khane ko nahi mila toh usane process ko rukha ke rakha. Varna mera agent toh muze tax ka sab clear karke de raha tha.

                            How i trust on your dealer.

                              Last year when my car was send for servicing the driver came with car at my place but the original document (Rc book, insurance, tape remote, puc) was not there in the car when i ask driver he said he forgot those in services center. Next day when he was coming on bike with my original document he lost all the original document.
                              Now sai service told me there will get original document but still nothing is happened now its 1 years passed

                                Have given my NEW RS 200 byk to Sai Service Borivali for repairs to ABS under warranty on 25th Oct 2016 and till date (i.e., 06th Nov 2016) I am still waiting for my byk after repairs.

                                Have been following up the repairs since last 5 days and getting promise that i will get my byk next day but no positive response.

                                  This is the second time, Brake problem was not able to solve by Sai service station Deccan Pune .
                                  I exclusively asked supervisor to check and make brake perfect, no matter need to replace any spare after all human life is precious, but supervisor and other mechanic used to say that its okay and it could not be improved and every time they used to justify me saying that don't compare with new model cars . I used to drive this vehicle since last 10 years and never fetched this problem . Right now vehicle is in Sai service station Deccan, request you to check and do the needful .

                                    I booked maruti ciaz rs black 2 months before ..even they gave me assurance that in a month car will be deliver.But waiting after long time two months of duration now telling that rs model have been stopped .what is this ..please give me solution otherwise I will be give complaints in all departments fields.it is very better to give me solution otherwise consequences will be severe.

Still till date i am receiving messages with some vehicle number the service details which i haven't used in my life. Sai service without any authentication sends customer service related information to any unknown person in the world. I also receive payment related messages from sai services.
