I had my car Wagon R MH12 QE 1828 insurance renewed (ICICI LOMBARD) with Sai Services Station, Pune -411040 on 11 Mar 2021. I had got it insured last year also through them.
Despite repeated calls, at least 20 of them, I have not received my copy of the insurance. Besides, I was told I will get free vouchers worth Rs 2000/- for wheel alignment etc.
Since I am temporarily disabled after knee surgery (I am 73 yes old senior citizen), I had requested them to deliver the documents at home which is 300 mtrs away. Till now, nothing has bee done. No documents delivered.

Car given for service at sai service center poothole. After servicing the music system was not working. No action was taken. Now the vechile shows no engine oil. It's just one month after servicing

I Bhagwati Lal kanhaiyalal Gundecha owner of my vehicle mh04 JM 8621 my both sons has meet with an accident on 15th October 2020 at Kolhapur Uttur district.
After Accident both were taken to the nearest hospital and where brought to Mumbai where we stays and after four days one son was Death whose name is Happy bhagwatilal Gundecha.
We were very disturb because of the death of my son so after 10 to 15 days we went to kolhapur police station and found that vehicle is not there in police station it was brought in service centre.
once we reached the service centre we found that the vehicle was there and when we check the vehicle the vehicle was not containing the camera ( 14000)and watch (20500) which was in the vehicle before accident . so it has been in the custody of Sai service centre so I want a back. and when I inquired with the service centre by whom instruction they have brought this car they were not able to answer the question and did not give the detail of the person on whose instruction they have brought the vehicle there.
It took us time for FIR done from the police station and after that we contacted futuregenerali and they appointed A server and server came and took the estimation from Sai service after that I got to know that there are some charges but was not knowing the charges and before estimation also no one told about the charges and now Ravi Bhosle from Sai service is calling and harassing us to transfer 27000 as charges and on demanding the invoice for what the charges is is not able to give us the invoice or any detail about the charges and giving his number for Google pay to transfer the 27000
Mr Ravi Bhosale is harassing us by regularly calling us we are not in a position to give him the charges as it is is not feasible to give the charges which is not known to us before the estimation. and also after the accident my second son has undergone three major surgeries and was in hospital for 2 months and is still on bed is undergoing recovery we have spent the lacs to get him out of the hospital and we are paying daily charges which is used heavy we are not in a position to pay any charges
but as soon as we receive the insurance money we told Mr Ravi Bhosle we will pay your parking charges which is applicable legally and lawfully and not any other charges which you are asking. Mr Ravi Bhosle is now harassing us by saying that if you don't be the charges we will stop your insurance claim and he also told us that the vehicle which is not in their custody is with police as once we told the police that we didn't send the vehicle to sai service the police went to Sai service and took the vehicle in their custody as Sai service was not authorised by us to hold a vehicle .
Ravi Bhosale is mentally harassing us by saying us to transfer the money in 3 days. I request Sai service to kindly help us in this matter and also help us to get our camera which is of 14000 and my smartwatch of Samsung which is of 20500 from Sai service service centre from Mr Ravi Bhosale . Thank you.

I Purchased My Maruti Celerio Car from SAI SERVICE ( Pune ) Invoice Date :08Jan2018

My Excess Payment Amount 7646.85 against both Credit Memo Amount 5000.01 and 2646.84, Still not refund me after so many followup with Dealer Kindly Please look into this matter, I attached my Original Invoice Copy Please go through.

Was trying to call on [protected]. The reception picked up the call after 3 attempts and hang up on me without transferring the call to customer care for appointment. Very unprofessional attitude.

I have admitted my Wagon R at Wagholi, Pune Sai Service Sation. But my experience is so bad. No good Repairing, No good detaining and painting properly, Not fitted Press button, dammage mud flap and sensor, Left side door speaker dammage.

I have just changed suspension of my wagonr meanwhile that time I have also said to service manager for changing of cabin roof ligt before 25 days and given payment for that still they are failed to replace it

So, I had visited Sai Service in MIDC for my first service. Trust me when I say that they don't give a damn. Okay.

I could see my bike on the lift for more than 20 mins because the person who was responsible for my bike wanted to eat a vadapav! And you cannot even raise your voice there because everyone there is a goon and probably feels that they own the freakin' place. I had to beg and dial 100 for help to get my damned bike out of the service center.

Now, I keep getting calls for a second service and I am begging them to stop calling me but as I said, Sai Service doesn't give a damn. I have already serviced my bike outside which means I am so frustrated with Sai Service that I am ready to give up the warranty of my bike. What else do you want me to do?

YOU SUCK and you're only this big because you have a capital otherwise a roadside mechanic gives a better service than you!

This is in regards to my vehicle MH02DZ6180.

The pic of the left side front door replaced by sai service in April 2018 via an insurance claim.

None of the doors have rusted, but this one has already started to rust. (See pics)

Which clearly means Sai service has done sub standard despite the fact i paying 20+ grands in for 2yrs of AMC and putting trust in your organisation. You'll have failed to deliver as promised.

I am very unhappy and would like esclate this to the manufacturer and wont be renewing my AMC or MCP.

Request you to please look into this at the earliest. And do have someone sent home to inspect the vehicle.

The Sai Service driver of Borivali branch delivered the car at my residence. By negligence, he swiped 10 times the amount of the actual Invoice i.e. Actual Service charge bill was around 24K, the driver swiped the Debit card of INR 2.40 Lakh.

While the excess money should be refunded by Sai Service on priority, such negligence is not acceptable on the part of Sai Service and stringent action should be taken against the negligent driver.

I have ertiga vehicleMH 12 PZ 0823 which i serviced every time in sai service .this time i have lots of problem regarding services like wheel alighnment, viable of vehicle etc...i had visited 3 times to service centre but every time provide. Mi sujjestion like change the battery change tyre . I listen to them and change my battery and tyre but still problem is persuing . I had ask him to do proper wheel alignment. They told mi do at outside othervise you will be charged. If problem gets charged every time keep service to u..than k u...

Service executive some times say one problem then after another problem..even they not not give my vehicle ..i m ready to repair my vehicle another service center bt they not agree... very bad experience at ur service station [protected]

I had claimed insurance and my eartiga car bonet was replaced by Sai Service Phugewadi Pune.. while the bonet was replaced the stand which supports the bonet to stay open was missing post replacement.. this created huge inconvenience as I was travelling to out station. This is huge carelessness and no QC check before the car was delivered to me..the works manager who responsible should have done the QC check before delivering the car to me which was not done...I want highlight this issue/compliant and action should be taken as it caused grave inconvenience when I was travelling out station...please contact me if need more details.

I've taken my car for Service 2 months ago. Since then my car started giving problems, it never happened before. Initially it was only AC and breaks now the entire car stopped working.
Would never trust Sai service again.

Iam from calicut, kerala, maruti parts section very bad, i am order aparts 2 days befor, there committed me to today delevery, but phone not taken all persons, any time call to sai nobodys take phone managers also .iam independent workshop propriter, parts enquiries order all things difficult

Baramati, Hadapsar, service station they tolk maruti suzuki astar front door window regulator available last 20 days but all time i call they tolk tomorrow coming

As i purchased car when i don't know the car driving. Even though i didn't know while taking delivery of car audio system remote also provided from company side. The wagon r delivered on 27 march 2017 on occassion of gudhipadava at your shiroli, kolhapur showroom. Sales executive mr. Amol misal
Completed the delivery procedure. Frequently, i visited for servicing the car. But, no one have given information for such a missing delivery.
I filled very painful that if company are providing all the accessories at the purchase of car. Then, why it has happened. Though, mr. Amol misal knows very well that i don't have knowledge about car driving as well as car accessories. Kindly, look in to matter

On 28th may my car break down and i can't to sai service and they send man to see the man inform me that in car relay gone aptar my self went and vasai umela for relay part the part not available net days on 30th may my self went and recieved part and replace but umele works shop charger me 600/= rs. Hence the macanice not followed and they charge me have

I my self contacted your sanathnagar branch and send my vehicle (Ts09eb7052) for servicing.
After sending the vehicles one executive rang up and the way he is conveyed the message is not at all satisfactory. He is feeling that the customer (Myself) have no alternative except sai service.

I feel that i have done a mistake of calling myself to your service center and given for severing
