    Hello there,

    On March 9, 2022 I called[protected] number for LG however, that was fake call center and one Mr. Mehraj (Mobile #[protected] came to my home and collected Rs.3000 advance for total cost of Rs.4, 300 for replacement of LG two door Refrigerator Gasket. Surprisingly Mr. Mehraj did not give me LG invoice for Parts, Labor etc. for Rs.3, 000 cash. Upon my insisting he gave Sai Service Centre receipt for Home Appliances with Helpline: [protected]/[protected].

    Mr. Mehtraj also informed me not to move the food stuff both from freezer and refrigerator. He said keep the refrigerator on and closed the doors nothing will happed to food. He removed full gaskets of freezer and refrigerator and left.

    Most of expensive frozen meat, chicken, frozen item got spoiled. I called on March 10, 2022 Sai Service Centre Helpline:[protected] and spoke to Mr. Ankit who claimed to be Manager. He promised to refund the money and arranged to fix Gaskets. At night on March 10, 2022 Mr. Tej Pratap Singh Rathod, Technician came and replaced both Gasket and demanded balance of Rs.1, 300. I informed him about my talk with Mr. Ankit and called Mr. Ankit on [protected] at 9:00 pm but no response. Mr. Rathod called Mr. Mehraj and Mr. Mehraj refused to recognize Mr. Ankit and rudely demanded balance Rs.1, 300/- Mr. Mehraj accused me of lying and cheating and shouting top of his voice over phone of Mr. Rathod[protected]. Mr. Rathod threatened me of removing fixed Gadgets but I refused to allow him as I paid Rs. 3, 000/- and asked him who is responsible for my precious good got rotten because of advice of Mr. Mehraj whom I believed as Technician of GL.

    Attached for your perusal some of the snaps of rotten foods.

    I strongly lodge this complaint of cheating and pretending to be LG representative, not providing invoice of LG, giving wrong advice to keep food stocked in the refrigerator and removed full sets of gaskets. Using abusing language over phone by Mr. Mehraj. I am also contemplating filing FIR with Police Station with proof of calls made to[protected], Mr. Ankit, Mr. Rathod and Mr. Mehraj.

      I m purchased a car dezire vxi
      Model from sai services dahanu on 16th December.
      My accessories not provided at purchase time on date of 16th December.
      After 4 days i m connect to call sai service person and inquired about my car accessories but my accessories not avaible in showroom that's reason they give me and told me call you sir when it's available, but 2days no replay. Again I call then they said it's available and we given you at home but not happened. I was going on showroom and collect that service man and collect my accessories. Agian they miss my macwheel suzuki logo. And till date I don't have collect my wheel logo.
      Really bad services from your service station and even your service station people never call and update.
      Next time i want to purchase car I will prefer Shivam auto.
      Very bad experience.

        I complained last about strearing hard but they were not solved it. I heard a circular on defects of 2016 models getting replaced due to technical issues in some vehicles of 2016 models.. I am trying to contact sai service but they are not serious and not helping. Iam facing this issue for last year's and complaining the same. Please do needful in replacing it.

            I submitted my bajaj pulsar on 26/09/2021 at the service station located at phugewadi, Pune.
            Milind Kardele as per true caller. His number is [protected]. He was the guy who was in charge of repairing my bike. They took in my bike with a job card mentioning there, back wheel bearing, shocker one side oil leakage, engine oil change, handle bar and T slightly lined out, change the clutch wire, polishing the bike, front disc pad change, timing chain minor sound.
            Following were the work to be done. The manger named Mr Praveen rode my bike to check.
            They however, today 27/09/2021 called me and said that the engine is blocked, clutch plate burnt, engine Mobil isn't there.
            The bike is mine and I fill in 10000 kms engine oil, I daily at night take out my bike for a ride. And if the engine was down I would have known it.
            Who gave them the right to open the engine? Where in this wasn't mentioned in the job card
            Besides when I went inside to take a pic of my bike as in condition they were objecting. However I managed to take some.
            This is totally a plan to dupe a customer off more money in the name of repairing which wasn't even needed. It could either be the employees themselves.
            Please see the pics attached. There is no damage to the engine. If it was it would have been mentioned in the job card. They didnt.
            Please resolve the issue.

              My car numer is MH14JM0527. NAME Kushal Lodha.On last Sunday I have called regarding booking of pick up and drop free service of my car. They said Monday slot is full we will arrange on Tuesday. I said ok. On Tuesday no calls and follow up from your end. I called twice, then on request Thursday slot is final. I have waited till 11 am on Thursday, for call from their end, but no one contacted. So, I did call again. On my call they said driver has taken vaccine, so can't come today. They should have call and inform me regarding the same. How many times should customer call to service provider.

                I had sent my car for servicing on the 29th Aug 2021at Bamboo galli, naigoan . Recd the car on the 30th Aug 2021. The car was not vacuumed and was sent in a very bad state.We had send it back for cleaning . The executive has not even informed us about the prices of the parts to be changed. They have charged a bill of 17700 RS . we have another car MG Hector the sevicing charges are half of these. Would appreciate your feedback. Bill attached

                  I got my MARUTI 800 ALTO car serviced 7days back. I told manger to do basic servicing and check clutch and brakes which I felt might need some attention.

                  The final Bill case up was =20, 000(8000 part+1300 tax on it + 10000 labor charges).
                  IN this i didn't tell to do coating to silencer(Rs 1100) and they did fumigation of Rs.885. And the things I felt can be issues was all good.

                  This was unnecessary expenses with labor charges more then cost of price and tac on labor changes was additional.

                  This is just fool on the customer, and charging very high to a basic car.

                  Please don't waste your money at this service center.

                    I have done my front glass replacement last week. Last week only I have seen pieces of glass inside my car. What kind of service you are offering ?
                    Kindly resolve my issue on urgent basis. The worst part is I have received a feedback call from Sai service call centre & I have given the same feedback with them & they assured me that someone will be able to pick up your car to resolve the issues but it's now four more days have gone but nobody has called me.

                      I get the feeling that Sai service is all about show me the money. Had gone to sai service lower Parel since my car was water damage and was told to keep the water in the car for 2 to 3 weeks before insurance company sends in their representative to check the car. I did have a word with insurance rep and was informed that he can visit the service station next day it self, however sai service did not have any space to keep my car, so I requested them to let the car get inspected so they can help me remove the water within the car but that was not possible for them. They want the car to have rain water in the car for 2/3 weeks get the car rusty and then fix it. I did speak with an representative from sai service and during the call he just hung up on me.this was difficult to digest... I was still waiting for an representative from sai service to give me his managers number but I guess that's not going to help much..

                        Hi, am surya from Kozhikode (Calicut) I have a bad experience in Sai service Maruti Suzuki genuine spares in west hill chungam near railway gate..I think the biggest Maruti Suzuki genuine spares in Calicut ..the problems is the staff or manager is behaving very badly to customers ..it’s unacceptable..if you don’t want to lose your customers you must change that type of peoples and save your firm ..it’s a request

                          Unethical behavior and services by the advisor S. A. Shankarlal at Mapusa Sai Service. As per the appointment I took my car to the Mapusa Sai Service on 12/06/2021 morning, which was received by S.A. Shankarlal. Even though my car was unused (less used) since a long time due to lockdown and financial crises, Shankarlal told a starting estimate of Rs. 13, 800 which was very high. He gave a list of items which was not really required and were simply adding to the cost. And started harassing and blackmailing to get the things done otherwise I will have to face bad consequences. He then opened and started the servicing of my car without my consent. After opening he said that even the brake pads of my car are gone and will have to be changed, hence adding to the cost and told me the estimate of Rs.15, 000. My car has just travelled for 16K Kms and when checked with other mechanics I have realized that there is no need for replacement of brake pads. He continued with his harassments and unethical behavior for getting these unnecessary things done. Due to this unethical behavior I decided to remove my car from Mapusa Sai service and move to Porvorim Sai service, but he did not allow me to take my car and kept me waiting for more than an hour. He kept compelling me to get the servicing done by them with the same high cost. When I disagreed and took my car back he added bad remark about high wattage bulb which was not intimated to me in the presence during the servicing. He has added these remarks after my disapproval for the servicing. Please look into this matter. And catch hold of Shankarlal for this disgusting and unethical behavior and charging high price for the servicing. Looking forward for earliest response failing to which I shall take further actions.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I had visited your service centre on 09/05/2021 for servicing of my Swift Dzire car.

                            Mr Dinesh Triveni Yadav, service advisor, suggested me to change clutch plate and battery of the car to which I agreed. But he did not give me prior information that he would not exchange my old battery with new one . After replacing the battery, I came to know that he is not ready to exchange it and as a result, I had suffered a loss of minimum Rs. 1500/-. Had he given me prior information that he would not replace my old battery with new one, I would have changed it later from other service centre. Because I could have driven the car even with old battery as well.

                            Moreover, He charged me whopping Rs 37, 000/ just for servicing and changing clutch plate and battery. I feel I have been cheated by Sai Services.

                            As per Mr. Dinesh, Battery and clutch plate costed me Rs. 14, 000/-. Then how can you charge me additional Rs. 23, 000/- just for servicing.

                            Even after taking so much of money from me, he did not even share video of car servicing done, so that I would have known whether all the things as claimed by him have really been done or not.

                            Moreover, when the service advisor was suggesting me things related to services, my car was taken inside the garage where repairing of the car takes place. This was done to ensure that I should not go to other service centre after hearing his suggestions.

                            You need to become transparent with billing and servicing. In job card, cost of each item and service should be mentioned which you don't do.

                            In view of above, I feel not to visit and recommend your service centre again because I am disappointed with your service and also I do not want to be looted once again.

                                I am facing a problem with the sai service station bicholim, as they are not accepting the card payment, I want to know why? 1st of all government is forcing us to go for cashless method than why this nonsense is happening, why bicholim service station is denying the card payment? The reason they are saying that its not getting tally in their account, but afterall it's all about money, whatever mode it is they are getting the full money at one shot. Please solve my issue as soon as possible

                                    I own a Swift diesel car purchased in 2010 from Chennai. Number is TN 07___4793. I have been getting my car serviced through authorized dealers of Maruti Only till date. Last service was done through Sai Service, Andheri on 13 Feb 2021. Previous service was also done through Sai only. This time, the allotted personnel was of the intension of only increasing the bill amount and not for providing services.

                                    1. At the time of booking for service itself, they had informed that for following COVID protocol, they will be sanitizing the car and the owner who is bring the vehicle need to follow protocols as suggested by them. Up on reaching the station, one person sprayed outer part of the vehicle for sanitization. While settling the bill, it was observed that for this spraying external surface, they had charged Rs.175/- + taxes and additionally, another item fumigation is done with out consent and charged Rs.850/- + tax. The technician allotted to me, was trying to convince me that the cost is for oiling / greasing the doors. ( i asked him whether the same is included as a part of normal service he told no). Later after making payment, I realized that the same was a cheating. After two days, when the person called me for feed back, I told him about the wrong approach. He said sorry, but of no use to me. I have already paid and lost.

                                    2. While giving the car, I had advised for tyre rotation. While giving the car after service, I asked the technician, whether the tyre rotation is done. He told yes and he submitted, wheel balancing report also and charged for the same also. I had never asked for wheel balancing. Looking at the tyres, I had a doubt on his sayings, i opened the boot and checked the spare tyre. It was fresh one with out removing the sticker. I asked him, how this is possible, you told that you have rotated the tyres and charged for wheel balancing also and report is also attached. He said sorry and took the car inside the workshop ( asked me to wait outside) and got it changed.

                                    3. I had raised a complaint of a sound from front side, some sound of belt. After inspection, he informed that A/c need to be serviced as the service was done 2 /3 years back as per the service records. He added cost for servicing a/c, gas topping up etc, I told him A/c is fine and gives good cooling, why should we poke and create damage to an item, when it is working fine. He convinced me that the A/c service is due other wise will end up in spending a huge cost. After the service, he told that the belt is intact and the sound is due to some major problem, which if we attend now, will be very costly, so let us run like this. The sound continued and yesterday, while driving on high way, the belt broke and it damaged the pulley also. After verification by a local technician, he told that the belt might have been loose and might have been making sound earlier, why you did not attend it and replace it, since the same is not replaced in time, the pulley is broken and for repair it costed Rs.3, 000/-.

                                    I have realized one major lesson by giving car to M/s. Sai Services, Andheri that the interest is not for doing service properly, the interest is how to loot people. I told that technician, who called for a feed back also, about the worst experience, I had faced there. This time, if the bill is verified, there are some items, which never had a problem, but it is attended and charged. I got a bill of Rs.22, 461/-. Now when I verify, the items for which it is charged are not so important ones and he has identified the items with some fixed charges for a particular group of works. It is surprising to note that cleaning outside the car and inside the car is charged separately.

                                    On the same day, my friends car was also give for service ( as we give together). For him also around rs.15, 000/- bill was raised. Last week when we changed tyre and went for wheel balancing, the person told that the front bush need to be replaced. The same was not even verified / detected at Sai, where as fumigation was done to the car as if, the car is used as ambulance.

                                    Such type of cheating wanted to be reported to Maruti, and there are other dealers in the city to which I can try, and I will not ever dare to go to Sai Service.

                                      I had my car Wagon R MH12 QE 1828 insurance renewed (ICICI LOMBARD) with Sai Services Station, Pune -411040 on 11 Mar 2021. I had got it insured last year also through them.
                                      Despite repeated calls, at least 20 of them, I have not received my copy of the insurance. Besides, I was told I will get free vouchers worth Rs 2000/- for wheel alignment etc.
                                      Since I am temporarily disabled after knee surgery (I am 73 yes old senior citizen), I had requested them to deliver the documents at home which is 300 mtrs away. Till now, nothing has bee done. No documents delivered.
