I have purchased Samsung mobile one month back. Now it is not working properly. The mobile hangs a lot. My software has been updated as your customer service representative urged me to, but the problem persists. Now I am very much fed up with this.
Kindly look into the matter.

    Dear sir/madam,
    I had purchased samsung washing machine model number wm80j42g0bx
    8 kg from electronic paradise Rohini on 14.08.2021. on the same day, demo employee came but machine was not switching on. on the next day, product was replaced with new product with the same model. on Monday 16.08.21, demo employee once again came in afternoon and demo completed and machine is also on but not working. in the same day evening, engineer came from samsung but due to machine is not working properly.
    due to above, I am suffering a lot and wasted my valuable time as well as valuable money.
    kindly get the money refunded with interest and do strict action against the erring company.

      I purchased Samsung F41 device through Flipkart on 20th October, 2020 which is under 1 year guarantee period till date. My device screen without any physical damage gone blank so therefore I went to samsung customer service, bhajanpura (yamuna vihar), delhi-110053 and request the incharge person for resolve the issue then they firstly told that I would repair it but after that they told we'll not change the screen or solve the concern issue because it's not physical defective device.

      Now, I want to request you to look this matter very sincerely because my device in 1 year guarantee period and my daughter's study getting effected due to this concern.

        Hey, my phone is under warranty and screen is cracked. My screen quality is not good. Then I have raised a complaint to Samsung team .they denied for screen replacement. So kindly please help me. And take a strict action against samsung . My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

          I bought a Samsung led tv ( model UA43M5100DRLXL) on 2nd Jan, 2020. I was told at that time that the warranty is for 2 years. From July 1st week, the TV was not working and after consulting with a Samsung engineer, I came to know that the display panel needed to be replaced. They are saying the product is out of warranty and I need to pay for it( approx. 18k).

          I was told about the 2 years warranty at the time of purchase. And now I am not getting a 2 years warranty for display also.

          I am not ready to pay to repair it. This type of damage is not acceptable from this well known brand after 1 year.

          I called customer care multiple times and sent mail also. The only response which I got is to wait for sometime. More than one month later, still no one from Samsung has resolved my concern. I want the repair to be done as soon as possible and I can't pay for it.

          This issue had already escalated to Samsung https://www.consumercomplaints.in/samsung-india-b100069 customer care and executive team and nothing happened finally.

          Each and every day, I was told that my supervisor will call me and resolve my issue. But only thing they did, they have created multiple tickets.
          The bill receipt and some reply mail from Samsung is attached.

          This is not at all acceptable from this brand, I think I made a mistake in buying a TV from Samsung, which is not working after 1 year of Purchase.

            Hi Samsung,

            A year back, I bought a Samsung S20 plus phone (SM-G985FZADINU) which was meant to be a water resistant phone (with similar features like iphone 11).

            So, I also tried underwater pictures but then suddenly it stopped working (it was not even 2 meters belong the water. But then iphone was working fine.

            I need a justification for this - we purchase phone spending so much money - is to get cheated? I need your help on this Samsung India.

                I have purchased s21 plus on 5th August 2021, at the time of purchase retailers said that you can avail buds pro at samsung shop @ 990, but till date I haven't received said offer

                  Samsung A50s, m30s, m31, m21, A50 users are facing auto restart issue after updates and when they visit service center, they ask for motherboard replacement and charge 7 to 8k rupees
                  There is no official statement from Samsung
                  I am facing same issue and sure that they will ask 8k rupees for motherboard replacement

                    This happen suddenly one morning and went off in 4 days within the warranty period. Samsung won't take any responsibility and the customer has to suffer. They can't even explain what happens with the phone but it is your fault. Frustrated with this company.

                      With reference to that we have a restaurant in MDC Panchkula and i have facing lot of problem from starting we are regular touch with official of samsung service Centre after the service cooling not effective than they visit and told me pump is not working and we replace approx. 4000/- till date not resolve from last 7 days your part is on the way something like that my restaurant guest suffering and my business loss almost 10000/- per day due to this problem

                        I purchased samsung s21+ on 31st July from samsung store in select city walk mall Saket. The store representative told me that I will be eligible for offer of buds pro @990 and even activated my phone after purchase himself and then told me to wait for 72 hours for offer. It's been 13 days and I have not received offer on samsung site yet. I mailed them multiple times and called customer desk as well but no resolution. Their offer is valid in August as well but they are denying me the offer.

                          It was very bad experience with Samsung mobile I purchased from Flipkart. first time service center take my phone for repair and tell me your phone under warranty after 1 day they told me there is liquid damage and I need to pay 7500 it was completely unprofessional way to deal with the Costmer. I want my money back or repair my phone under warranty

                            I ordered Samsung M51 worth Rs.22, 539 on 8 july 2021. On 20 July 2021 order got cancelled by Samsung itself. I didnt request for any cancelleation or changes in order, but I dont know why they cancelled my order and initiated refund. Refund is initiated on 20 July 2021, its almost 13 Aug 2021 today and yet to receive the amount.

                            Everytime I call to their useless customercare I receive only one response that my refund initiated on 20 july 2021. but no details of status of the refund.

                                Hello sir…i recently bought a samsung 55inch in May 8..contact no([protected])pls check above no for the service request…i had called service for past 10days and they are not at all responding me and nearby service center also not responding…i had a issue of channel up and down button is not working and the 1st time executive visted my house and said there is no issue of remote and saying there is an issue between samsung and airtel dth didn’t know when it will be normal…their speech is irresponsible and again i called to customer care and said what are the things happened to me and they told cheif engineers will contact you till now there is no one called me…pls help me to resolvr the issue…i am totally got busted its been 3yrs only which i TV bought

                                  I bought samsung galaxy m31 on 30/mar/21, charger stopped working since early july. on 12 aug 21 i found out i can get replacement within 6 months period and visited samsung service center in bangalore, initially the woman at the door refused to believe charger is not working, she tried to send me off saying you upgrade the software and charger will work. I made her connect to the plugpoint and showed it is not working and i need replacement.
                                  The service person said unless software is upgraded they refuse to give me new charger, first they said 45 min, they took another 45 min and in the end the phone was not working, they were unable to connect it to
                                  system, they said it will take another 2 hrs to repeat the process, Such incompetence and it sounds idiotic for replacing a charger why should they service my phone and download software without my consent.
                                  Aslo guys tell me all data might get wiped out. Why should I loose my data for a replacement of a charger? they refuse to replace the charger
                                  i had to come back wasting 3 hrs and my energy. Such bunch of ###.

                                    Your team accepted my mobile of Singapore in Kota India for moisture charging issue.

                                    Now I am getting call data got wiped and they don't have Singapore file as phone went to recovery mode.Why customer will purchase Samsung phones if your services are bothering customer and their data.

                                    I need my data as well as my phone in perfect condition or team should have not accepted the phone.

                                      I, Sharal Priya, had purchased a samsung fridge 3.5 years (31/03/2018) ago for Rs.69, 999 as seen on the bill. 4 months ago (April 2021) the fridge had cooling leakage issue and i raised a complaint with samsung. The samsung representative came home and mentioned there is nothing they can do about and it and that the fridge needs to be taken to the service center. The fridge was taken to the service center, leaving behind the trays, vegetable boxes etc. and then came lock down. I struggled for 4 months without a fridge at home. I call up almost everyday and explain the whole story to samsung customer care people coz everyday a new person picks the call and they don't understand the trouble i go through. Then they said that nothing can be done about the fridge and they will refund only around Rs.23, 000 considering depreciation of 3 years. I had waited so long, just to receive this call and i got it after multiple escalations and follow-ups. Money is hard earned. Does not drop from the tree for anyone. why would i want to buy a new fridge after spending so much just 3.5 years ago. Then i struggled to get a refund of Rs. 38, 864 after getting help from friends. I received the DD just today. But the representatives who came to deliver the DD, said they will not handover the DD until they take all the trays, accessories etc. I have complete CC cam recording of their cheap behavior. Standing in my house, they would not handover the DD which samsung owes me until they collect the remaining parts of my fridge. Ridiculous. Over this entire 4 months episode, Samsung has completely created mental trauma for me and has made me regret for trusting their brand. Never expected such cheap behavior from Samsung. i waited 4 months for this 50% depreciated DD and then they stand in my house and would not give the DD without taking the scrap. Why are they so keen in taking the scrap? It is to make money from a fridge i paid for and for which I am at loss today? I thought I will leave this as is. But today's behavior of the DD delivery is making me write this complaint. Please do not trust samsung and its products and its service. I definitely need answer to the cheap behavior of samsung and i also need to know what they would do with my trays. And the fault of the fridge is a manufacturing defect and why would i be given 50% refund only for the company's manufacturing defect???? Is this some kind of a joke on the public???

                                      I need an answer to this.

                                        Company Call centre / service centre and dealer are refusing to replace a defective mobile handset even after repeated visit for a single continous persisted problem of charging, just everytime forced to take delivery with some minor repair, now they came up with excuse warranty period over. it is worthwhile to be note we have just 2 day before got repaired the handset for same problem and on eve of expiry of warranty we lodged again complain for charging problem wide mail as in night service centre closes and very next mornng we submitted handset at service centre.

                                        Please help in replacement of defective phone with extended warranty, because every visit cost money for travelling expenses and time for full day at service centre and hamper study of my daghter who currently using that phone for online study. Which can not be compensated with any amount.

                                        We are being pressurised with calls from Samsung Centres and Dealers to take delivery of accepted defective piece which they are avoiding to replace / refund with excuse of expiry of warranty period, which can not be accept as we were continouly asking for replacement from very first day and also notified company on eve of the date of warranty expiry by mail about the default and next day morning submitted piece to centre.

                                        It is very shameful that after repeated requests not to play your recorded cassette, still everyday we are getting the same answer from you.

                                        We understood now your company has no value for customers and formulated a chain with its dealer to cheat a bonafide customer.

                                        No problem, we will see what steps to take now with enough communication and time pass because compay and dealer all jas got his moey hence they have nothing to lose, we are wasted our money, time and energy over a product of a cheap n Fraud company.
