I got my phone repaired through a Samsung service center in thane, and also gave Rs 200 for pickup and drop and the bill was 1300. My issue was solved but met with 2 other outer problems on my device. I called the service center to send a person to pickup my phone and get it repaired and also had a talk with him that this time I won't pay a single penny for the pickup and drop. I contacted the service center almost every 2 days regarding when will the pick up would be done and he kept saying by the next morning, then in the morning he excuses that we don't have staff now so I will get it done by evening and in evening he excuses that it's raining heavily so will get it done the next day. After 10-13 days finally they sent me a guy's number to contact and ask him to pick up your phone. I shared him my address and he arrives around 8:30 pm to collect my phone, and he asked about payment for the pickup facility to which I replied that I am not gonna pay a single penny for it as discussed earlier with service center, and the guy started arguing saying that I don't know about the payment talks and was misbehaving. I am specifically mentioning his name here, Kesar from Samsung service center, sharad kunj, shop no. 2 behind hdfc bank, because he was very arrogant and kept arguing. Now I contacted the service center and said that I will drop my phone myself because the pickup person wasn't even ready to give any acknowledgement that he has taken my phone for repairing. How can I trust him then? Please take some strict action in this matter.

I have not received any setisfied answer from Samsung India.
