We faced after buying your defective product, which is highlighted below, it seems your centre team are trained not to solve but just to dodge and buy time so that customer will surrender to you.
1. Cost of a defective products.
2. A full day wasted on every visit to your
Service centre.
3.Cost of travelling.
4. Time consumed on re-collecting lost required data on each repair.
5. Mental Harrassmanent on your un-professional approach.
6. Being student and from one year studying online, loss of study which cannot be compensated with any cost even if you prefer to pay.

denyng to replace accepted defective phone.
As everybody are coming up with, standard reply can't be replaced as the warranty period is over, so we ask where you were when we were forced to visit repeatedly in the warranty period and on the same night of warranty expirey we put mail of repeated problem persisted, did you ensure your service centre be open for 24 x 7 . If we notified you of a defect within the warranty company is responsible and answerable, you can't deny or runway with dodging tactics.

Now as per received yesterday mail Samsung claiming for the service charges instead of requested replacement or refund aganst accepted defective piece. Which is now crossed all barrier and tested patience o[censored]s. Replied submitted.

    I had paid a huge amount to repair this phone and therefore, want a prompt response. As this device is well within the warranty period, but after that the phone was started over heating and re stating automatically. Then i submitted samsung care they replaced the motherboard and again after 6 month the same problem repeated and my phone was suddenly shutdown, I lost my all data photos and everything stored there.

    I request you to replace this product immediately. I have been a long time customer of Samsung and therefore, would like you to maintain this trust.

        Dear Sir

        I have purchased Samsung galaxy tab S6 lite by Samsung online shop. I had ordered product on 9th Feb 2021 and received on 15th Feb 2021.activated Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite LTE on 19 Feb 2021.

        When I started using tab with s pen it was not working properly means pen touch was misbehaving and pen draws while hovering so I was facing problems while writing and drawing I had gone through s pen manual and s pen settings. Disabled air commands disabled floating icons still problem is not resolved. So I think there was problem with s pen.

        Then on 23 Feb 2021 I called Samsung customer service no.[protected]. Discussed problem they advised me to reset S pen through settings. But that didn’t work. Also I sent email on 23 Feb 2021 to support.[protected]@samsung.com they recommended reset S pen but that also didnt work. Then I again called Customer care on 24 Feb 2021 they advised me to visit nearest service centre. I visited 3 times to Tulsi Softronics, Address: Shop No.83, Gulshan Tower, Near BIG Cinema, Jaistambh, Amravati but the shop was closed, Then I took service centre no. from customer care but all 3 no.s were out service. After 7 days On 01 March 2021 call was connected to service centre, they said service centre is closed from 22 Feb 2021 to 8 March 2021 due to lockdown in city. Further they stated that we do not replace online product’s.

        Then on same day I called customer care and discussed problem with them. And I requested them inspect product at home and complete your formalities of replacement. The product was eligible for return & replacement within 14 days of purchase. But no action was taken by Samsung.

        I was in contact continuously to Samsung through Email, Customer care, Chat service but no solution provided.

        On 9 March 2021 When I talked to Customer care they told me we had discussed issue with service centre & advised me to visit service centre

        Then on 10th March 2021 I visited Samsung service centre Tulsi Softronics, Address: Shop No.83, Gulshan Tower, Near BIG Cinema, Jaistambh, Amravati. They inspected product & came to conclusion that there is problem with S pen. But they refused to replace product. When I asked to provide document regarding physical inspection of product they refused. At Service centre I called customer care, they discussed problem with Service centre executive but they denied replacement & refused to provide document.

        I have already submitted recordings of service centre to you. On request of your senior executive Rajesh, I again visited service center again they refused to replace faulty product, after so many requests they checked product and gave Jobsheet on 20 March 2021. But no action taken by Samsung after that. JOBSHEET NO IS [protected]. Since that I am continously contacting Samsung but till date no solution provided

        Since day of activation product is not working properly and Samsung is not replacing product. Your customer care executives couldn't solved problem. Service centre refused to replace product.

        Now issue is not regarding replacement of products. Now issue is regarding mental harassment of costumers by Samsung. I have already lost too much time. No support from Samsung provided till date I had requested them to provide solution of problem so many times but they never take problem seriously.

        Now I request you to return back product and refund my payment.

        Since 23 Feb 2021 to 10 August 2021 your team just toying with me. No solution provided Iafter 180 days & after 70 calls 20 emails and 5 visit to service centre.

          I was buy samsung mobile exactly 1year 10days module m21 in this mobile hang automatically switch off and restart.

          I went to samsung service center that people simply telling mother board change .

          Iam not using games app and loaded apps .

          But mobile is continuing hanging problem.

          Pls help samsung support

            Hi! Sir
            Just a short brief over my concern from day 1, Also find the name and number of your team mates I have been chasing case since long.
            First visit of engineer to check issue at my place, He confirmed there is a fault you have to send it at service station, No is ([protected])
            Now story started from your service center @ Agra
            1- Mr.Chetan ( In touch from Day One till 14th July) [protected]
            In first attempt he said issue has been resolved and send back that machine to me that too without resolution, I don't know what he has done, and why double checks not been donebefore confirmation given to customer.
            Very Next day again machine sent to your service station on 9th june or 11th June, He checked again and found some issue that he has confirmed over call to my wife and waited forpart, 15th days back he said that he received the part and will sort it out and send machine t me maximum by 2-3 days,
            Now again I had a discussion with him he said even after replacing the part issue not been resolved, Seems there is a fault with this product and he forwarded this issue to concern teamfor approval of Replacement, For a week time again i waited for a approval basis on the assurance given for a day again n again...
            He stopped picking up the calls and reverted over wats up just to wait for few more days for a resolution even after sending reminders he is not updating to me & my wife now.
            All of sudden I got a call from Mr.Sharma([protected]) in last week, He said your machine is perfectly fine and there is no such issue with this product, if there is no issue with theproduct than what you guys are doing with this since 9th or 11th June when machine sent to you again ???????????????????? why there was a need to change thepart..???????????? why i have been asked that request for approval sent to replace this product..???????????????? He also stopped addressing my concern
            Now again I got a call from Mr. Maharaja ([protected]) He told me the same story again that product is fine than what you guys are doing with since 9thjune..??????????????????????????????????
            4 different people from same service center @ Agra saying different different story, Now question on the efficiency of your staff are they not capable or you are making fool of customer.
            My question is why ..?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
            Now you are saying that am not using it properly, Number of times we discussed how are we using this product and what is my concern, You agreed and promised to look in to this, Nowall have changed theirs words
            Either arrange a demo with same module at my place in presence of your engineer, My wife and mother will use it in front of you to identify the feature you have developedi n this module.
            Or you refund me the amount of Machine I paid for this + expense of 2 months @ 2500 per month paid to my made for additional work.
            Replacement or Refund pls confirm me...

            Even after sending 57 Emails, lots of complains, number of times discussion over call..
            None of the person from senior management bother to take onus, even after sending the chats, call recordings
            No one is accepting the fault every one is trying make fool of customer
            Zero customer experience,

              I bought samsung top loading washing machine on July 2020. After new machine delivery, the internal plastic bucket is broken due to outerbody manufacturing fault. I made a complaint to samsung on that time, I have bad response due to corona. After that I went to my native. Now the machine outer body complaint is rectified by engineers, but they refused to replace the inner bucker. They said it is not under warranty. Now what can I do.                 I had purchased Samsung M42 from its website and received the mobile on 31st May 2021. Just one month after the purchase, the battery had to be charged multiple times a day. Upon calling the customer care on 22nd July, I was asked to visit Samsung Service Centre at Velachery (they provided me with their mobile number). Had been there on 24th July and they had reset and updated the software on my mobile. Just after 3-4 days, the problem started again and also the calls started getting disconnected abruptly.
                Upon contacting them again (27th July), I was told that a Supervisor will be calling me. After that got a call from Chennai number asking me to visit the service centre again. I told that it’s not possible for me to visit quite often and spend half day there. I requested him to share my number to their service center so that they can come and collect it which he refused to do. He said he will give the number & I have to visit the service centre if I want to get it done.
                I called customer care on 1st August and she promised me that I will be getting a call before 11am tomorrow (since today is Sunday).
                Since I didn’t receive any calls as promised and also because one more issue arose in the phone, I called customer care today (11 Aug 2021). The call lasted 40 minutes 9 seconds after which the supervisor informed that I have to pay Rs 199/- for them to collect my mobile and check the fault and rectify it. I clearly mentioned that I’m not ready to spend any single paise on it. I suggested 3 options :
                1. to fix all the problems for free
                2. to replace the mobile with a new one
                3. to refund the amount.
                He categorically said that he can’t accept any of these. My request to provide the number or email id of a senior authority whom I can contact was also denied outright.
                Looking forward to your favorable action at the earliest.

                  Its been 30+ days since I bought the samsung s7+ tablet and I am eligible for the offer to get keyboard for 7k. Samsung- brand store and customer care are now denying me/ delaying the offer and its been 30+ days. They have been harassing me a lot.

                    I purchased my Samsung phone on 18th March, they said they would send my watch at home .. I never received the watch, the store got closed and now the customer service saying that offer is expired

                    After taking 1.5lac rs they refuse to give me my watch
                    I have all bills, plus the second wave also came so I could check with the team earlier

                    Pathetic service n rude staff
                    I said I can submit my hospital forms of having COVID too but they not ready to listen

                    A. It is the store fault that it didn’t send our watch or say there was a time to redeem
                    B even if there was a time to redeem, second wave of covid happened ..how do we follow up with serious COVID situation at home

                      Purchased a TV from Flipkart and was delivered to me on 29th July 2021.
                      Flipkart and Samsung promised within 24Hr-48Hr Demo and installation.

                      From that day till today i.e. 10th August 2021 I am making numerous calls and chats with Samsung Customer Care and Flipkart.
                      They promise to install within 1-2 days and threatened me that if I do the installation myself the warranty will be void. Its a real pain and mental torcher to see the product that you purchased sitting in front of you and cannot use it for almost 15 days.

                        I pre-booked this phone since there was a cashback offer on the use of HDFC credit card on the Samsung website. After 6 months of chasing, I have been told that I am not eligible for a cashback because I exchanged my old phone on their website.

                        Why does this stop me from getting a cashback? Any other website or a physical store would give both. How can they be treated as a clubbing of 2 schemes?

                        The support desk is not competent enough to handle any query and cannot provide any help.

                          As mentioned by one of our client above,
                          .we have received the same issue. After frequent visits to Samsung showroom. There is no proper response.

                          My phone just brought one year before and exactly one day out of warranty.

                          Since this a known issue from Samsung side. I request necessary team to check and support this case

                          We are very much annoyed of this samsung product.

                            I have purchased samsung galaxy m 21 mobile last year in july 2020, after use of six months I noticed it frequently gets restart one or two time in a day, I checked with customer care and while doing remote support they done some clean up activities after that post one month again that problem occurred then I visited service center near me at Dombivali Maharashtra, they checked and after one day they called and told me that it will take 8000 rs for repair because mother board need to replace, I told him within one year how it can be possible but they do not have any answer.

                            I am writing this mail because I have checked with other users as well and found same problem with this model. Last month, one year completed and now because no warranty available need to pay 8000 which is half of the price money of mobile.

                            I think samsung is cheating with customer to make defaulter model which will work properly in warranty period and once completed one year it will not work and need to pay half of prise Or by new model.

                            Could you please let me know should I pay 8000 rupees for a model which I have used only 12 month. As per my understanding no, samsung should consider this model to repair free of cost otherwise no one will believe on samsung brand, it will be fraud branding which they do with made in India slogan.

                                Had purchased a Samsung AC in 2015 in Chennai and in this year in March 2021, registered a request for inspection and installation of the AC in Hyderabad with Samsun Call center, with very specific instructions that AC be installed only after proper inspection and if found in working condition. If not in working condition, then I will only pay the minimum charges which I was told will be Rs 500 and not get the AC installed. I was assured that Samsung service engineer will inspect and install only if it’s working
                                The service engineer from Samsung inspected and confirmed AC is working fine, but will need gas, new copper pipes and new remote will need to be purchased and charged Rs 8, 400 for Installation and later I spent Rs 900 for the remote. But AC stopped working after a few day, for which I lodged a fresh complaint, this time the AC repair person from Samsung informed that the earlier person was a external contract from Samsung who is being used due to high work load and has overcharged me and the AC will need to go to work shop for proper inspection and repair and arranged for a refund of Rs 3, 000 from the earlier person
                                Later I was informed that AC will need condenser and evaporator replacement and I will have to pay another additional R 9000 for repairs for which I refused and asked for a refund of the earlier amount I had paid for installation as it was done based on the assurance that the AC is working fine and I will not have to incur any further expenditure on it
                                After multiple discussions over 3 months, a settlement was agreed with Samsung team that the AC will be repaired at a discounted cost after subtracting the earlier installation charges. But surprisingly after 1 month of assurance that the AC is being repaired, I was told that the AC cannot be repaired and if I needed a refund I need to produce the original AC purchase Invoice, which I had already clarified many times that I did not have the original invoice during early discussions and there is no way for me to get the invoice now as the purchase was made in Chennai
                                Over the last, Samsung team has just ceased all communication and are not responding to any of my mail, though my AC is still with their service center for almost 5 months now

                                  I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M21 handset model SM-M215F/DS, IMEI: 356059/11/159587/8, S/N: RZ8N90KRKDE from Amazon in October, vide invoice No. 2021IN-SJAB-275502 dated 19.10.2020.
                                  Its display has become blurred.
                                  Your service centre advised me to contact nearest service centre. I visited Aidhi Projects Private Limited, K-17, Ground Floor, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi-110024. They have wrongly diagnosed the defect as 'Liquid Damage' because the handset has never been close to water or any other liquid.
                                  When I sent a fresh email to your customer care, requesting them to advise the service centre to repair the handset under warrant without any charges, they replied:

                                  "Dear Mr. Halim,

                                  Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

                                  We at Samsung understand the severity of the issue and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

                                  In reference to your mail regarding the Galaxy M21 repair, kindly be informed that as per your Job sheet number ([protected]), the service team has mentioned that there is "Liquid Damage" in the device. We would like to inform you that as per Samsung warranty guidelines, water-locked issues are not considered under the warranty. Therefore, services will be done on a chargeable basis.

                                  For more details of the warranty, kindly visit the below-mentioned link;
                                  http://www.samsung.com/in/support/warranty/

                                  In order to help you, we request you kindly coordinate with the service center team. They will surely provide a satisfactory solution under Samsung guidelines. If any issue persists feel free to approach us via the same channel.

                                    We brought Samsung Refrigerator before 16 months.It was 2019 model and it cost Rs.22000. They gave 1 year Warranty and 10 years warranty for compressor.A few weeks ago a Sound emits from the Refrigirator and then we contact to the samsung Service Center and report about it. They came and checked it and Said that the compressor had gone and you need to replace it. He bought Rs.790 after a few days we call them and ask about it .They said more reasons like conductor had gone, gas had leaked etc., and total estimation will be Rs.2252. We were shocked. After that nobody talks about it and if we call back to them they said the Same as before. Your Service is the Worst Service we had seen .

                                      Dear Mam/Sir,

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that, I bought a samsung note 10 lite from your store ( Sargam Store-Sector 29, Gurgaon ) dated on 26-August-2020, Bill no.GUR-20-5584.

                                      Case -

                                      Few days ago, I observed a charging issue in my phone. Therefore, I visited near by samsung service centre in my town (Alwar, Rajasthan -301001) but unfortunately they told me that " Your phone is already opened and got scratches, fingerprint and marking on internal parts of your phone, So we cannot cover your phone issue under warranty, They also asked to contact store for the discrepancy mentioned above.

                                      I have also taken the phone insurance from airtel and till date my phone falls under warranty, therefore i never even thought of opening a cellphone outside service centre.

                                      Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible on priority.

                                        In the Month of February 2021, i raised a compaint to samsung that My HomeTheater(Model: HTj5550k) is having error mentioning that when i open the YOUTUBE or any app iam getting a message "System time is updating try again later" but the app is not opening. so i raised a complaint to samsung But i was told that Board needs to be replaced for the app to work and the total cost to replace the board is around 6k. Also i was told that only if i pay 3000 Advance samsung service team will raise request for the new board. i accepted that i paid Rs3000/- as advance in february. And after a week Service engineer from samsung came and tried to replaced the new board.But New board was faulty and the service person replaced the old board back again on the same day and went.

                                        After two weeks i follow up with samsung service and the service person brought new board and said that new board too is faulty and went back.After that iam not getting proper response from SAMSUNG service.

                                        From Begining of February, i have been calling multiple times to samsung service center But no proper response. I requested the samsung team to escalate My ticket which opened on february.On june 17 a service engineer came and checked the Samsung Home Theater and went back saying that he will order new board but no call from samsung service after that. A week later again i called customer care till date iam not getting proper response from samsung service.

                                        Recently i have Dialed to 1800 40 SAMSUNG[protected] customer care and asked the person to transfer the call to the supervisor to ask why my issue is not resolved ? The support person put the call on hold to tranfer the call samsung supervior after about 30 seconds or a minute the call is not transfered and the support person says that escalaion supervisors are busy in an another call. They would arrange the call back for my issues. I have called multiples times to samsung service even after amonth also iam getting same response from samsung service and no call back from escalation supervisors.

                                        I never expected such a worst service from samsung i will not recommend samsung product to anyone.

                                        I raised a ticket to samsung only for YOUTUBE app not working but the service engineer came and made my HomeTheater faulty that DISC TRAY is keeps opening when switched on and not allowing me to close or do any functions to operate this was happened when samsung service engineer came for the first visit.

                                        Now Samsung service team has made my Hometheater faulty and I have paid Rs3000 as an advance to samsung service to fix the issue but issue is not fixed. i was not able to use the samsung product from February.

                                        Will My HomeTheater will be repaired or replaced? what happened to the advance paid? Samsung will take years to response or fix the customer issue? Why samsung team is requesting us to buy new product/appliance when there is poor service from you.
