    Problem- Galaxy M31S phone in boot loop after android upgrade.. only samsung logo when phone switch on.. phone is in warranty only one month old.

    Case escalted to Samsung Senior management Team but no help.. only harassment.. Boycott Samsung..

    SAMSUNG M31S bought Last month on 11/06 suddenly stopped working due to boot loop issue, when phone switch on showing only SAMSUNG logo.. i approached customer care center, without check they declared screen issue and asking money to pay..i will file complaint in consumer forum.

      Hi Team,

      I had visited Samsung service center on 16th July (Token:- W0010) because of my Samsung Phone (F41) screen issue that is black spot which is increasing day by day initially it is 30% and now 85%. As per Samsung executive (Gurgaon, Sector 23) and engineer this is not covered in warranty. I asked her why this is not covered in warranty then she told me that this issue is due to hard press on screen and it will considered as physical liquid damage however there is no dent on phone. Also she told me that there is liquid at present at charging point (Light green liquid).

      I replied her that my Samsung phone is neither dropped anywhere nor gone in water. Also updated her that recently in April phone's screen is changed at same Samsung service center due to physical damage by me and cost was bearded by me only rest all parts are not impacted. It might be possible that phone is not packed properly so this issue occurs or may be screen quality issue.

      They are not agreed for my point so i called Samsung customer care on toll free no[protected] and explained all things he suggested me to raise Q&A from service center Gurgaon Sector 23 and same has been updated to Samsung executive and technician. As per TAT this should be closed in 24 to 48 Hrs. but no one called me for update till date. So, I called multiple times on Samsung customer care toll free no. he again told me that you will receive update within 24 Hrs. but till the time no luck. So i am writing mail today.

      I have really faced bad experience with suggested issue and feel cheated. Intestinally they don't want to cover Samsung screen issue in warranty so, they are wasting my time rather that investigation.

      Requesting you to please treat this case on priority and resolve ASAP

      19th July 21 - Two Times for update but no luck
      20th July 21 - Two times for update but no luck

      Today I have received call from Samsung Center, He is denied to cover faulty screen in warranty and saying that there is physical damage on phone but as per me there is no physical damage, no liquid damage neither impact damage. Also let you know that Phone screen was recently changed by Samsung service center (sector 23A) I am suspecting quality of replaced part (Screen) or packaging of phone screen.

      Today i asked him to compare phone pics from old to new (when screen was damaged, Changed by Samsung service center and cost was paid by me because screen was damaged) so, my concern is it might be there was previous spot/marks.

      I have received call for my complaint and got email too. But This case is still unresolved. Customer care was disconnected my call when i asked to compare pics of old (In April Phone screen was changed by Service center due to broken and cost paid by me) to new (without physical damage).

          The multifunction printer is giving black photocopy probably due to hinge broken of top cover. I was directed by Customer care to HP service centre in Gurgaon for repair to a broken hinge of top lid. The service centre has advised that part is not available and cannot be repaired.

          Could you please guide as to how to get repaired the printer. The company should take care of this and I understand that this must be a common part.

              I purchased samsung watch3 on samsung shop website. I received 3 days back(21st july). When I opened the product its 0% battery, so after I did charge and booted the watch.. I can see only 1/4th of the screen is visible and the rest of the screen is blur.
              I raised a complaint to customer care:

              Complaint tkt number : 2132996

              I got a reply asking me to get DOA from service center.
              I went to the service center and asked them for DOA, for which they are refusing to give.

              I don't know what to do now, I purchased ₹30, 000 product and I got a defective one and now for which they are not even heading to replace it.

              What should I do now?

                Samsung Galaxy M30s motherboard issue after recent update

                Hi,

                I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M30s phone about 1.5 years back, on 9th Feb 2020 (I've attached the amazon invoice). After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes.                     New installation of windfree split ac

                    Windfree AC purchased on 15th July from Samsung shop. Samsung customer care confirm on all windfree models installation is free. Got AC delivered on 18th July. Logged AC installation request in samsung customer care on 19th July. Assured it's a free installation. Service center called on 20th July and said installation is not free and denied installation.                     Dear sir,

                    I have purchased a TV from Dubai recently before 6 months and it has stopped working, it is in India now, the screen blackouts but I when I put a light on the screen it shows the channel name a little bit and voice is completely fine.

                    Please send a proper technician, as for the first time your technician said it's not a big problem but after a week new person says the Panel is not working, I don't know if he has checked properly.

                    So please send some one tomorrow to resolve this issue.

                        Hello,

                        We had registered a complaint twice about our issue of the Smart TV as we have recently bought it but it has stopped working.

                        The Model no is UA43TU8000U

                        The technical department came twice, the first time he checked and said he will come back to repair it and the second time he says he doesn't have the panel. How are we supposed to have the panel, as we have purchased the TV from Dubai and took it to India.

                        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible or replace the TV with a new one.

                                    Dear Company I purchased a samsung Galaxy M01 Core phone with emei number [protected]/01 and [protected]/01 In the starting time my phone has internet connecting issues that's y I contact with customer care and they upgrade my phone software. But after that some times my phone connect with internet maximum time it cannot perform with my expectations...I recomplaint to samsung customer care they changed my mother board too. But after changing my mother board they didn't take any of my feedback how phone works or any problem. Also I have a new trouble my phone is oftenly auto switch off their self and auto on. I have no manual command on it during switch off situation...Phone is go still hang. I need to chat with samsung executive for changing my phone I also tried to customer service center but they refused. Without working condition why the customer will survive with this phone.
