I have replaced my phone Samsung Note5 display charging 7415 from Samsung service center dhampur.They have given 3 months warranty on display.
Now they are refusing to provide 3 months guarantee.
They are not providing anything related to warranty on reciept bill given by them.

    Our refrigerator suddenly broke down not even 3 months have passed...upon complaining got to know that the whole back panel needs to be replaced and the guy very casually said it will take 2 days minimum to get the part!! They have not tried to fasten the process or think of a replacement to satisfy the customer.
    I have got the message saying the part has been received but the service guy said he hasn't received so he will not come.
    What kind of service is being given to us esp when its a manufacturer defect and under warranty... shouldn't you guys Fastrack somethings and help the customer...how alr we supposed to manage 3 days without a refrigerator
    Was it a mistake to trust samsung?

      Service Center refused to repair mobile under warranty

      I bought Samsung M31s mobile on 10/08/2020 from Amazon. On 27/07/2021, my phone start giving problems like hanging and not responding to touch some times. On 28/07/2021, I found that suddenly my phone is having some screen discoloration. I thought it was due some software glitch, so I tried to rectify it by resetting the phone with the help of factory reset option, but it did not resolve. The next morning on 29/07/2021, I went to Samsung...

      Dear samsung,
      I bought samsung A31 last year with insurance of 1 year. my screen brock n i got it replaced last month 17th june 2021.
      now from then even i am facing issues with mobile like getiing screen black n hang on.I managed it with restarting n all as due to kids I was not able to go at service center n online class and exams are running for my big kid.
      not its completely dead and when i went to service center they told me there is no warranty on screen replaced 1 month before from service center...great...isn't it cheating ?
      please resolve as i am fading up with service .

        I ordered a microwave of samsung company from ECO (flipkart) and recived the same on 26th of July.

        The website of flipkart mentioned that the warranty may be void if the product is installed without the in person assistance of Samsung's agent engineer (F1 info Solutions and services Pvt ltd) and that the engineer will visit within 48 hous of delivery of product in my case this was 4:00 pm on 26 th of July.

        I reached out to samsung customer care myself and requested for a installation but wasn't provided one. On calling again I was provided a engineer's number who claimed that he was on leave. Further on calling the customer care again on 28 and 29 of July 2021 sevral times, no proper guidance was provided also the executives each and every time claimed that the service will be provided in next 24 hours.

        After repeated calling and requesting no response or service was provided

        This is a scam ran by Samsung and it's agent hereby they don't provide the installation to customers and claim the warranty to be void as the demo/ installation was not done by their engineer.

          After updating software 3 to 4 months back Camera 1.0 X not working properly having focus issues and pictures comes hassy made 4 to 5 complaints to customers care no. They told me to wait for updates two update came but still facing same problem yesterday they told me to visit Service center I visited today they flush software and installed new but camera having same issues now they are saying it's hardware issue need to replace camera. In my opinion it's a software issue only I checked on Google many people are facing same problem after software update. Please let me know what to do.

            I purchased Samsung M01 core mobile this year, February Month 2021, In the time of purchase I told Samsung dressed shopkeepers that I want to run App which is transport related like Ola, Uber, Rapido, Screen Recording Apps etc. They said it will be running fine but after opening sealed box, shopkeepers refused to replace with another one as it is not supported Apps which I told them. Now they said, go to Samsung service-center and service-center said this model not supports. Shopkeepers said, Samsung company not giving them knowledge of this product. They said they can refund but 50% of mobile price.
            I am cheated by Samsung Company and Samsung Vendors.

            Complaint not resolved. It has no features like other mobiles "display over other apps". Screen recorder not runs. I am frustrated with this brand. Please take action against them.
            Now mobile touchpad and camera also malfunctioning.

              This complaint is regarding the Samsung galaxy active 2 watch .I purchased the watch in a flash sale from Samsung India shop online.I ordered 2 watches .I have used my sister's account to buy .Out of the 2 watches 1 is working perfectly fine but in the other one i faced battery issues and some connectivity issue to mobile plan which is a feature available through app. I have registered the complain on the customer service portals and chats the initial steps which they asked me to follow was to provide photos and screenshots of the bills which i provided . Next thing they asked was to take the watch to a local service centre where they will inspect the watch regarding the issue. Even that one i followed. I went to the service centre 4 times that day. On my 4th visit they said they don't have authorisation to take smart watch issues. Later i have contacted to customer support regarding this but every time they are responding me that they are escalating my complaint to higher chain order and absolutely no resolution has been provided to me. The order was placed on 16th of July(online) and i have been registering complaints from 25th July . My contact number - [protected]

                I am writing to you to let you know how disappointed we are with your service. I believe someone who is responsible would reply to me or involve me in this matter and resolve my issue. Trusted Samsung reputed and well organized company with responsible customer oriented Service engineers and technicians.
                My 49 inch Samsung TV was taken to the service center for servicing on 17.07.2021, and till today, I have not received any development regarding it. When I call them, they give me all new stories as they are working for a company.
                Mr.Jeevan Kumar ([protected]) the technician. I never came across a person like him who is rude to customers when asked for the status of the TV.
                1) HE DON'T PICK THE CALL
                2) HE DON'T EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL BACK TO CUSTOMERS.
                3) RUDE TO CUSTOMERS, DAMN DON'T EVEN KNOW THE MINIMUM SENSE TO CONVENIENCE THE CUSTOMER.

                Mr.Mirza who acts as a team lead. Never be on the word and never call back to the customer.

                I request Samsung to train the employees to behave the customer after sales. At the time of sales you people treat customers as God and when it comes for service the same god will become devil for you people.

                We know how diffficult it was to buy a 49 inches samsung TV. It was a dream come true for a middle man family to buy it. And now its really very painful to get a rude response from you people. I humble request you to please look into the issue and resolve it ASAP

                  I want to complaint regarding above mentioned issue as it's very bad practice to be followed by any end whether by your or by your authorized dealer.
                  I am informed by each n every kind of online advertising that I m entitled for 2500 rupee discount if I purchase samsung galaxy F62 by using ICICI debit card for full payment swipe.
                  But I m told verbally that this offer is not valid from company end but information is not updated on website (by OM enterprise, sonipat 131001)
                  Or
                  Despite having a saving personal account with money,
                  Not purchasing with any upgrade or exchange offer and
                  my debit card was not used for any kind of transaction from the last 6 months or more.
                  .
                  I m attaching the offer screen shot related to the above mentioned issue.

                      I have purchased a Samsung TV 15/04/2019 at the Vasanth & Co dealer shop at Marthandam, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu-62913.My TV had some issues. So I contacted nearby Samsung service center Marthandam and the technician came to visit my home and verified the problem. 7 weeks ago the cable adapter board got damaged . when I try to contact them it was billed so many excuses they said and due to this COVID-19 pandemic situation it was delayed. Few days ago I contacted the service center manager several times to not pick up my phone call. He explained the same thing and stock not available. I was pissed off that this issue should be solved as soon as possible and I was surprised that the genuine part has not been available in the market for 2 years after purchasing the TV

                        I Bought #SamsungGalaxyS20FE on 18/07/2021.
                        I have facing the battery drain and overheating issue from Day One.
                        With issue I visited Samsung Care as per Care habbit they're software flashing but issue not resolved.
                        Day after I visit the Samsung Care again they deposit for more inspection after 2days they informed me they are changing the parts and repair my phone.
                        Band new phone wants repairing it's a big mistake of my and Samsung Galaxy team also.
                        As per my knowledge if brand new phone has any issue in 14days brand has replacement or refund.
                        But in my case Samsung force me to Complaint for it.

                            My samsung galaxy m21 bought on july 2020 is autorestarting after doing the update from samsung. I had given it to their authorised service centre in pala, kottyam kerala on 21 june 2021.They assured me to give it with in 1 week.But its now 5 weeks had gone and they didnt give it.They are telling that samsung is not giving the spare sparts for it. They hadnt given me even the service request number till now.Even a company lke samsung is not able to solve the problem within this time and that too caused because of their fault, then why should we choose for samsung

                              This is to your kind concern that I was an Apple Mobile phone lover, But then I got very much attracted by the looks of Samsung Note 10 Lite and decided to purchase the phone on July 2020 .At first it just clicked in my mind about the rumored of heating and burning issues and poor after sales service, But still decided to trust on the brand and went for it.
                              I purchased the phone from the authorised Samsung dealer .
                              Samsung Note 10 lite, being a very expensive mobile phone for me, I kept the phone with intense care which can be clearly seen by seeing the brand new condition of the phone.
                              But to my astonishment suddenly the screen of the phone was not displaying when the phone was fully charged. I was literally shocked.After spending so much amount on mobile phone and trusting the brand the durability of the phone is not even for a year. How can the company sell substandard quality of phone on very high prices. It is strongly doubted either the phone had a manufacturing defect or the company is using substandard quality of parts in this phone.

                              I visited the samsung care service centre in Chandigarh on 24/07/2021 with service no.[protected] regarding this concern and after inspecting the phone the statement given by the was astonishing, he stated that although the phone is physically completely in brand new condition but same like the bulb the display can fuse anytime, in any condition at its own, this shows that the life of the phone is not even a year. My phone stopped working in the first week of this month but due to some covid 19 circumstances and precautions I visited the service centre some days later. The service centre is expecting me to pay amount for their substandard quality and their fault. This is not at all appreciated.
                              I expect an immediate and satisfactory resolution regarding this concern or I will be left with no other alternative than going to The Honourable Court for justice.I am also taking my grievances to the CEO Samsung India and every possible social media channel for an immediate and satisfactory resolution

                                HARASSMENT DUE TO EITHER SUBSTANDARD Quality OF MOBILE PHONE OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTED PIECE SOLD BY SAMSUNG MOBILE INDIA OR FUSE OF DISPLAY LIKE A BULB SUDDENLY.

                                This is to your kind concern that I was an Apple Mobile phone lover, But then I got very much attracted by the looks of Samsung Note 10 Lite and decided to purchase the phone on July 2020 .At first it just clicked in my mind about the rumored of heating and burning issues and poor after sales service, But still decided to trust on the brand and went for it.
                                I purchased the phone from the authorised Samsung dealer .
                                Samsung Note 10 lite, being a very expensive mobile phone for me, I kept the phone with intense care which can be clearly seen by seeing the brand new condition of the phone.
                                But to my astonishment suddenly the screen of the phone was not displaying when the phone was fully charged. I was literally shocked.After spending so much amount on mobile phone and trusting the brand the durability of the phone is not even for a year. How can the company sell substandard quality of phone on very high prices. It is strongly doubted either the phone had a manufacturing defect or the company is using substandard quality of parts in this phone.

                                    I ordered Samsung 50 Inch TV from bajaj electronics on 04 July 2021. It was delivered by Samsung installation agent on 06 July 2021. 2 hours later when the installation agent was gone, I checked the TV closely and found a tiny scratch on the screen. I immediately called the installation agent and reported the issue to him and shared pictures on whatsapp as well. He said we will call next day. I also called bajaj electronics sales agent and reported the issue to him. Bajaj agent asked me to wait to response from samsung installation agent. Next day Samsung installation agent did not call me so I called him and he said he is waiting for an update form service center. 2 days later I called him again and he said I should contact Bajaj electronics and report the issue to them. I called Bajaj again and they asked me to share pictures of the damage and bills so that that can file complaint with Samsung. I shared all the details with them. They did not contact me for 2 days. I called bajaj again they took samsung service center agent on a conference call with me and suggested to visit my house to see the TV. Samsung agent came and inspected the TV and confirmed there is scratch on screen and reported the same to the service center. I called him next day again and he said they cannot help me and I should contact Bajaj. I've been only back and forth between Bajaj and Samsung.

                                    I sent email to Samsung India on 16 July 2021 and received a response from Samsung on 18 july that my complaint has been registered with reference number [protected]. I did not receive any response so I sent another email on 24 July 2021 and again received a response that a call has been arranged with a supervisor under reference number [protected].

                                    I also reported in my complaint that the installation agent charged me 1000 rupees for the wall mount I paid him through google pay and later my family members told me that the wall mount comes free with the TV. He did not give me any receipt for the wall mount as well. This issue has not been addressed either.

                                    They are expecting me to keep the damaged TV. Although it's a tiny scratch, I am not satisfied to keep it because I am paying huge money for the item.

                                    All I have been asking is to send me a replacement TV but I am not receiving any help from Samsung or Bajaj.

                                    Request you to please help me with this issue.
