Hello,
I had purchased a Galaxy S21+ from a local dealer in the UAE a month ago. Brought it to India, and after a couple of days o[censored]se I found that the top speaker unit has distortion in it, and this is not expected from a phone of this range. I contacted the customer desk of Samsung India and they refused to accept under the defected catergory and stated that it my phone is not liable to replacement by Samsung India. In this condition of the pandemic, overseas travel is impossible and Samsung refused to replace or at least repair a defected product, stating that it is not covered under warranty in India. This is so unfair and poor from a company as huge as Samsung. And what's more, just a few days ago I noticed the green tint issue on grey backgrounds under very dim light, again not ti be expected from a 1000 USD phone. These repairs will cost as much as 20 percent of the phone's price itself. This must be remediated at any cost. A sealed product having these many defects is really unacceptable. And Samsung has to help me with a replacement product.

    I have serving Army personnel purchased samsung washing machine last month but it was not rinse and spin cloths, we have already lodge request on help line number but they are giving only visit time, last four time one one came for serving and no one attended my complaint, very bad experience from service samsung, they are making fool to customers, strict action should be taken against these people otherwise, not good for company reputation.

      Dear sir,
      I had complain about my washing machine for a part change invoice but till almost 12 days no response has been provided from samsung the complain id [protected].
      And i had complain for misbehaviour of engineer appointed by samsung for my washing machin i had mail to everyone for the complain but did not receive any satisfactory reply
      Kindly look into this matter.

              I bought a Samsung mobile for my mother in October 2020 from Amazon. Sound and other speaker issue started within 2 months but we ignored it and used it with the problem. Then problem with screen vibration while answering the calls started. Last week unfortunately the most dangerous situation the phone battery was burst after charging the phone. In this process my mother's hand was injured. We are shocked having faced this incident with mobile brand Samsung.
              Immediately post the incident we reported the Samsung online complaint and they asked us to meet nearby Samsung service centre and they retained the handset and the related instruments with them after giving us job card form. We contacted the service centre after 2-3 days then they confirmed that company has denied to take any action in this regard. This is very unfortunate that not even a year of buying the phone this kind of dangerous incident took place with the customer and Samsung has failed to take any action. We never expected this kind of service from a brand Samsung. I have writing emails to Samsung service head for last one month now but there is no action taken till date.

                I have given complaint to samsung customer care[protected] for double door fridge 321 litre refrigerator Top Mount Freezer RT34M3983B7 repair on July 27th, 2021. Samsung representative visited to my house on July 28, 2021 and verified the refrigerator and said that censors has to replaced and took 300rs advance from me. After this contacted so many times dealer and customer care but no use, issue is not resolved till now today is Aug 29th, 2021, it's been more than a month. As they did not solve the issue for more than a month fridge get worst than previous, so I need replacement with new one.

                  # unable to detect leakage root cause or place of leakage

                  #Croma team upfrontly forcing stating to go for repair else case will be closed

                  #Refilling / Charging of gas is not a permanent solution to this faulty product given by #Chroma #Samsung.

                  I strong look forward for your support in helping me get a replacement of refrigerator or refund of entire money from #Croma #Samsung.

                  In any case, the consumer / customer is getting adversely affected and grieved due to the above issue and it''s been more than 3 months now that I am doing back and forth mail conversations with Team Croma, Samsung support but no concrete response from them.

                  Is this what we call customer support, commitment and resolution wherein the response and assurance is not firm at all, despite these being the core values of the company -Samsung??

                    Hi I have purchased a Samsung watch 3 from ssk retail shop phonix street on 21/8/2021 it was told to me that this watch is compactible to my new samsung mobile f62 so had taken the watch with blue tooth and lte but now I came to know from my service operator that this mobile is not compatible to this watch.                       I ordered mobile A22 through Samsung estore online on 5th Aug. Delivery estimated was 11th Aug. Mobile has not been delivered today and no clarity given on the reason behind this issue. Several times complain was logged to Samsung through various channels but no solution till date. Cancelled the order however still not money is not refunded.

Eventually call gets disconnected without customer executive turning up to give a resolution. Pathetic service support- not expected from a company of Samsung repute.

                          Bought a new A72 Samsung phone on June 30th in exchange for my A52 the reason being better storage space and camera. Paid an additional 33000 rs for the exchange. Ever since day one I started having problems with the phone tge complaint being the other party could not hear. I took it back to the vendor and they did a software update saying it would resolve the issue. It did not and after few trios to the store they advised I take it to a service center which I did they in turn fid the same software update. That did not resolve either. Called Samsung who again directed me to ho back. Now long story short so far 6 trips to the service center and the same thing software update which does not resolve any problems and clearly it's a hardware issue they just dismiss it off because they are just not interested in resolving this. At this point I feel I've been cheated by Samsung with a faulty device which they won't even bother correcting
                          Its a shame that a great company like Samsung trusts these incompetent people to work for them in India with total lack of quality control. Please do yourself a favor and avoid their products.

                              Very bad service . Everytime the login compliant and close it from there end without providing actual resolution.. tv smart best of the time was bought in 2015 September.. initial complaint was registered in march 2021 and since then it is not resolved.. the tv is not working and we have waited for teh actual solution from the company.. I bought the tv at the price of 42000 in the year 2015 plus I thought 3 yr extended warranty.. all that money seem wastage.. .. I have another active complaint for washing machine.. around a week time.. part is requested .. every first year after warrantly seems like troublesome.. now fridge has completed the guaranteed.. hoping it to remain functional.. samsung poor customer care.. no ethics... Products are not worthy works only till guarantee period.. they don't extend even if you cross the first month and you want to extend the gurantee or insure the product bec they know where their products stands .

                                      Dear Samsung Executive,
                                      This is with reference to my complaint regarding my Samsung Refrigerator product bearing Model#RT47K6238UT/TL; Serial # 0DEG4DBH900955J. I bought this unit about 4 years back( see invoice sent to you earlier) and it started giving problems just after 2 years when the technician suggested refilling the gas and after refilling the gas, again problem persisted and the same technician again refilled the gas and the third time also it was done. all this within a span of 15 days ( we were charged twice ) and all this after numerous calls, physically going to service centre and so much persuasion.
                                      This time again in the month of May 2021, it stopped cooling and after complaining, technician without visiting or inspecting quoted that it must be needing a gas refill( must be a astrologer)and refilled the gas after charging us an amount of Rs 3900/- .. Within a day, freezer stopped cooling. At that time, we are facing some personal issues, so made calls multiple times to the person but to no avail. Somehow we managed, again after a month, freezer stopped working, On complaint, technician again without visiting predicted the gas problem. On being told that it was refilled just about a month back, he tried filling gas without charging, and he assured us that we wont face any problem at least for years but to our dismay, freeze did not work, again he came to refill the gas . but to no avail. This took a number of days and hours being wasted on calls to service centres and Samsung customer care. He finally came and told that we are bothering the technicians, The freeze is irreparable. How can a refrigerator that is projected to have a good shelf life ( average life expectancy of product) to be 13 years, become irreparable in just 4 years o[censored]sage. He quoted capillary problem but from his attitude, we sensed something fishy, . After about hundreds of calls and arguments with customer care, heated arguments with your executives and worthless discussions with your executives, refund was proposed.
                                      I have discussed with you that I am expecting at least 66% refund and the money I spent on repair charges in cash . As it has caused a lot of mental stress and harassment to me, I believe Samsung should pay me the amount to maintain the trust of customers for its goodwill. We have been a loyal customer of Sam, sung but we are feeling duped and cheated with this irresponsible service, attitude and shady practices. The refund you are offering me is much less than the cost of selling the same refurbished product under your brand name only. Considering the mental stress, food spoilage and loss of medicines and inconvenience, the refund you are offering is miniscule. WHEN YOU ARE TALKING OF DEPRECIATION, YOU SHOULD ALSO CONSIDER INTEREST THEN.
                                      Today I received a message that you are cancelling my service request. How can you do so without my consent? I have observed 100s of complaints on the internet about Samsung refrigerators . If my request is not resolved, I would be looking for a strict action by filing cases in consumer forums, and taking it to social media unitedly with other people who are suffering from your faulty units and careless attitude and poor service.
                                      Let me know the present status.

                                        13.04.21 Complain no.[protected] ..Gas charging and valve change done. Charges Paid : 3620.00

                                        21.06.21 Complain No [protected]..Technician Informed Condenser Leakage. Condenser replacement took more than 20 days and charged again for Gas refill Rs.2250/- + visit charges

                                        20.08.21 Fukran technician attended complain no [protected] and inform indoor unit Coil leakage. Again gas refilling to be paid. Charges estimate 8300 + Gas refilling 2250 + visit charge

                                        27.08.21 Sunil from Samsung Thane branch Call and expressed his inability to attend customer grievance. Was not ready to share his superior number also.

                                        I strongly believe that the indoor unit coil was also leakage on 13.04.21 when first complain was attended. but due to negligence / non checking of indoor unit by technicians i had to pay gas refilling for 2 times. Still the cooling issue stands unresolved and again asked for gas refill charges along with indoor unit cooling coil replacement.

                                        i expressed my concern with sunil of samsung for waiving off my 2 times gas refilling cost but he turned down my request .

                                        If such type of looting customer service Samsung is giving to customer then i strongly believe that people should boycott such products from market.
