We purchased a samsung side by side Refrigerator from a Authorised samsung dealer in kanpur Uttar pradesh two years back and suddenly now it stopped working then we complained it to the Authorised service centre a technician came and told that the compressor is at fault and has to be changed by the company ( which is under 10 years of warranty) and it will be changed within 3 days of working now since its been 20 days amd we are not getting any follow ups regarding the complaint and we are been harrased by the service centre saying that it will take more time and at the toll free number they are helpless and giving no response saying that it will be done by the service centre this is such a breach of trust by a company like SAMSUNG we are putting this up here as a hope that we would get it resolved ASAP plz help as we are already suffering so much without a refrigerator since last 20 to 25 days . Thanks in advance samsung india

    Hi,

    Even after my request to look into this on priority no one has responded back yet. Selling a faulty product in itself is a bad experience and on top of that not showing any urgency to replace it is even worse. Especially when it is a premium product like the Fold 3. There should have been some kind of recognition for customers spending their hard-earned money into the costliest phone on the planet.

    Please imagine how much money I am losing because of the delay in getting the replacement on time.
    Purchase price - 1, 50, 000 INR
    Upgrade cycle is 12 months. I change phones every year. So, the monthly cost comes to 12, 500 and for 10 days it's 4166/-
    So, every day I am losing 416 rupees worth of experience daily because of the delay in shipping the replacement product.

    My humble request to move quickly on this and make amends for the loss I am facing. This is never a good experience for the customer and such things need to be addressed properly. It's a shame that the best tech company does not care about its customers and shows no focus or commitment towards them. I am also writing a mail to the CEO in the meantime and request you'll to look into this urgently.

      My samsung mobile M31S was updated and from that time it was auto restarting and stucking continuously while doing some thing for long time so please provide or do faver to me as early as possible otherwise i will take serious action that u cannot bare. And I am not scolding u all but just saying my complaint that's it please do faver to me. I will trust the company but sometimes u will get problems I can understand but u should also help wright so please help me. I[censored] want any info I will provide u can use and help. Even tho it's ur mistake or by mistake I am requesting u and not speaking harshly so please help me to solve this problem.

        This is a reference to the fault on board for my 50 inch Samsung TV within 13 months of purchase - Model: UA50TUE60AKXXL.

        The fault was identified by your technician on 25th AUG 2021 and the status I keep hearing from your head office till now is, it will be replaced shortly with the ETA being revised with every call.

        After escalation, I have received calls from Samsung head office on 10-sep-2021; 13-sep-2021; 17-sep-2021 and today 21-Sep-2021 - just to mention the status is in progress and there is difficulty in getting the panel. Firstly, it was a new spare expected from the factory and again on an excuse that the received component was also faulty. And now there is still a problem in getting the component.

        If it is true, is it not pathetic for a company of Samsung standard? This TV is a new model and I wonder whether it is worth thinking of and also recommend others in buying Samsung products when required spares for new models are not made available in a metro city like Chennai.

        Though being a international brand and with huge cost, the product got failed in a year. The Panel and the Mother board are the main components and you are suggesting to replace the Heart of the the TV. Also what gurantee you are going to provide for the new panel? I would like your company to replace the TV itself asap since I lost complete trust in my waiting time and also quite shocked to hear a major component turning faulty in just a years time.

        Please note that I have been waiting for a month patiently and hope you will take immediate steps to set right the problem as we lost our patience and also thinking to take up this issue with consumer court/ appropriate forums and publishing this worst scenario on social platforms.

        Hope this complaint atleast will receive your immediate and prompt attention unlike my other emails.

        Disappointed with my Samsung Smart TV model UA50TUE60AKXXL which has experienced panel failure just after the warranty period ended. This model has numerous complaints of panel issues and has been discontinued by Samsung. I have been offered a replacement panel at a high cost, but given the history of panel problems, I believe a new TV at a fair price is a more reasonable request. #Samsung #SamsungCustomerService

            Hi Team,

            Recently i had given my samsung s9+ phone for display and back panel change.
            the display was changed on the same day and the back panel was changed after a week.
            when the back panel was changed the mobile didnt get through the water test as the server was not able to detect the mobile( i had spent 3 hrs in the service center).
            i had revisited the center on 18th Sep and handed over the device and till today the service center is not able to fix the issue and dont have any update on when it will it be fixed.
            the Service center is Vasavi Telecommunications Samsung service center, yelahanka, bangalore.

              My name is Gowri SIvakumar and I'm writing this from Kochi, Kerala. I'm extremely disappointed with your service!

              I had purchased two Samsung ACs (1.5 tonne) from Ammini traders, Tripunithura, Kochi on[protected].
              During the entire free service period I informed the assigned technician about the low cooling effect and dusty smell in one of the ACs and it wasn't dealt with seriously. On the day of last free service he filled in gas and still ignored the foul dusty smell that the AC gave out. Neither did he ever educate us about a water wash which we could have availed during the free service period nor did he do anything with regard to the low cooling effect.
              He visited our house for the aforementioned free service (final free service).

              By mid of June, the AC ceased to function completely..When I informed the service centre about this, the technician casually walked in to fill up the gas..which was filled just two months back? I was charged Rs.2300 odd for this service (July 3rd, 2021), by the same technician.

              After this incident, we left for a short vacation to come back home to realise the AC has absolutely no cooling again! We called for service again.
              He filled in the gas again and told us it's because we cleaned the vicinity of the outdoor unit..the gas leaked out.We got back on 18th of July and we realised on that very day that the AC is not functioning. The surroundings of my house were cleaned only after we informed the service centre about the malfunction. The very evening after he filled in the gas, the AC gave error codes (EL..something) and it ceased to function again (no cooling)!

              Upon informing the technician about the same, he said ' Madam, it takes about 45 minutes to cool the room..leave it on for about 45 minutes..'!
              My room is pretty small and it's a 1.5 tonne AC.
              We aren't using an AC for the first time.
              It was clear from my end that the AC had low cooling and that it was giving out dusty air.
              The service centre took the AC and outdoor unit to their centre to apparently investigate it. After almost a week, when I called them.. they said the leak occurred because of some faulty connection between the units.

              They initially charged me for gas filling, service, transportation and part change.Upon asking why am I being charged repeatedly for gas filling (which is on account of the inefficiency of the technician to detect a fault in the machine on time)..they were a little confused about how exactly to extract more money from my end!

              Since the machine is already at their facility..I enquired about the foul smell..which apparently they had no idea about, at all!
              When it was clear to them that their technician had not paid justice to his role..they offered a free shampoo wash.

              I was finally informed that the transportation fees and change of faulty parts will cost me Rs.1200 odd.

              Why am I being charged at all..when these issues could have been dealt with during the free service period itself?
              I paid the entire amount the dealer specified for the ACs and I'm entitled to benefit from after sales service at the right time!

              I observe that the level of competence with regard to your Service Agency (Techno Cool, Kaloor, Kochi, 17) is far from satisfactory or their actions are deliberate to promote their own interests. Employing such ill-informed agencies may lead to tarnishing of your reputation. In our case it's been almost 45 days since they have taken the AC unit to their workshop, for which time we are not able utilise the services of the AC. I request you to handle this matter with due seriousness to maintain the faith instilled in the minds of customers.

              Customer care system is very inefficient.
              Been in talks with them over the for the past 35 days. Nothing has been done.

                Respected sir,
                Myself Ajay Verma from Mumbai maharashtra, m using Samsung galaxy m31 and the phone is already completed 13 months so my phone is not under warranty, my phone is auto restarting automatically, I had checked all my mobile settings no problem with the settings infact I already gone to Samsung service center also they updated my phone software, they said if the phone restarts again then u have to replace the motherboard and the cost of motherboard is 7 to 8 thousand, I can't afford it because m jobless from the last one year, my mobile no is [protected]

                sir please give the solution for this, m belongs to a very poor family and I can't afford a new phone, please help me, waiting for your reply??

                  Few months ago when I faced a bad battery issue with my samsung s9 mobile I gave it an authorised service centre and after nearly 50 days they changed almost all major hardware parts citing a fault in hardware in my phone including battery and returned me the phone on 2nd july, 2021.My phone was in warranty when I gave it in samsung asc, so they did the entire repair free of cost.They didn't give any invoice to me when I received my phone.Phone worked fine for 2months 10 days till September 15, 2021.The battery drain problem started again and its alerting me in samsung members app that my battery was in bad condition and need to be replaced.Now my mobile is out of warranty and simply I was cheated because the repair itself done in and samsung authorised service centre and there's no resolution in problem simply feel cheated by this reputed company's service.how could one expect that a repair In samsung asc would last hardly for 3months??PLEASE RESOLVE MY PROBLEM...

                      Hi There,

                      Upon escalation, now the team acts more indecently and says there is problem with mother board. when i was given mobile for repair i could receive calls and messages and only display was not working. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this unethical behaviour of the Samsung Towlichowki service centre team. Now the manager Pavan is not interested to talk and he says its their decision to decide on whats the problem. Is this the respect you give to your customers.

                      Firstly, they couldn''t work on the request i requested [protected].
                      Secondly, Online status is updated as done so i reached to Towlichowki office, after waiting for long i was insulted at the office and said not to believe on online status and question them based on that status, so i escalated to Samsung India.
                      Third, after escalation they have cancelled my request [protected] stating some different reasons.
                      Fourth, Now Samsung India team has convinced saying display will be done, now Samsung Towlichowkim service centre team has come up with a new issue stating the motherboard is not working.
                      Fifth, i strongly doubt that Samsung towlichowki team has misused my data which has been with them from the last 3-4 weeks. because i couldn''t trust them with this unethical behaviour of not respecting the customer.

                      Now please you tell me, what is happening around. Is this the way you play with your customer when reached for help. I need a justification for wasting my time and money and increasing my psychological stress which lead to my hospitalization.

                          My name is Satish, I bought Samsung Mobile M51 on 14th April 2021. From first week we had issues with the phone, the battery was heating up and not charging. This issue was resolved by the service center, later on we had issues on the display (nothing was getting displayed, as the battery was expanded and due to heat I guess it got damaged), went to service center, they mentioned it was mother board problem.

                          Service center mentioned that, it is a defective piece, they told that they will raise a Job Card ([protected]) to get approval from Samsung India. Additionally they told we will get a call from Supervisor. That call we never received, even after repeatedly call them and reminding for 10 times, they wouldn't connect to the supervisor, as he is always busy.

                          Later service center updated us that Samsung India had not approved and we cannot observe the cost.

                          As the product M51 is under warranty and i want samsung to take responsibility of that defective product and replace that defective product or either refund my money back, i tried everything in my hand but no support from samsung customer care team.

                          Please take action against samsung mobiles for selling defective products in the market and samsung customer care for totally unacceptable, unethical & illiterate behavior towards customers.

                          Hoping for the best & earliest solution to my situation and to hear from you soon. In case you need any more details please do not hesitate to contact me.

                            Hi, I gifted a samsung mobile phone last year to my daughter which went blank within the warranty period. Logged a complaint with customer service, which was closed without resolution. Got it again opened, it too was closed. Got another ticket opened without any resolution. As requested by them, deposited 100+ INR for pick up fees, even this amount is eaten up by the company and no one picked up my phone. It is with my in-laws waiting for last 4 months for it to be serviced. But even after writing to service head and CEO's office, I am still waiting for a resolution. Nothing can be as tortorus than this. My house is full of samsung stuff, contemplating how to get rid of this junk company

                              I purchased F62 mobile on 25 July 2021...am staying at chikkaballapur, karnataka..the set isn't connecting to internet since then...I got it serviced at srivaru service centre in malleshwaram, Bangalore on18/09/2021...but still the problem persists...I strongly believe the quality of samsung since 20 years...I never used any mobile other than Samsung in my career...am not happy at this purchase...kindly resolve my problem..hope to get help soon..

                                3rd August we bought a Samsung air conditioner. From installation we came across the unit is not cooling appropriately.
                                We had 2 visits arranged from from service center. They confirmed it is a cooling issue. I have copy of their job sheet. Once no resolution was shared. We had approached service head email, available on Samsung siteey had arranged a 3rd visit from a different service center who confirmed same cooling issue again job sheet available with same defects documented. Now samsung is not working on resolution and already deferred case for long and not giving any resolution and support. Please help us support on this defective unit. Complaint - [protected]

                                  I have purchased this product on 25th and after 1 month it stops work and I called samsung and they collect the tv from my home and said on 11/09/2021 the will be repaired and deliver to my home but till now the tv is not delivered and samsung customer care representative is saying it will deliver on 5th October, 2021 but they are truly lying because every time I call the customer care they extend the delivery date so now I want my money back or else replace the tv immediately

                                    Reporting an extremely disappointing experience of a close family member in buying a Samsung Refrigerator from Reliance Digital store. Here's a brief timeline -

                                    11th Oct, 2020 - RT47M623ESL purchased from Reliance Digital, Diamond Plaza, Kolkata

                                    13th July, 2021 - Cooling issues. Samsung engineer came & replaced the entire evaporator unit saying "this fridge might have been defective from beginning"

                                    8th Sept, 2021 - Same issue resurfaced in such a short span! Now begins the real ordeal. After 3 days, a service engineer came & said "looks like an choke issue, but I don't have the necessary tools, someone else will come soon"

                                    After another 3 days, the next engineer mentioned that they had been given a wrong report & the issue looks to be different. After another 2 days, the service engineer is yet to come back. The refrigerator is off for more than a week now!

                                    It has been an extremely harrowing experience for the family who are unable to get one of the most necessary appliances in a consistently working state. They have followed up with Samsung helpline, Reliance digital folks, dropped multiple emails, sadly to no avail.

                                    Their warranty is expiring in a month & who is guaranteeing this issue won't occur again (when the family would have to pay for the damaged parts) ?

                                    Please address this issue at the earliest, the family has suffered enough! Arrange for a replacement (since engineers have said these problems were not due to manhandling) or extend the warranty.

                                      I want to lodge a complaint regarding the rude misbehavior of Mr ashwini Mishra of ashima electronics and appliances of budharaja sambalpur regarding the delivery of my refrigerator.i had purchased the same on May 2020 n this year from 15th August 2021 my fridge went out of order as there was cooling and the compressor was nt starting at all a complaint was registered online on 18th August regarding the same and about 6 times different mechanics tried to repair it n failed they took the fridge to service centre on 5th September. I received a message on 8th September 2021 that my product has been successfully repaired bt till now the fridge has not been delivered yet.there is no remainder from the service centre even and on enquiry further the same Mr ashwini Mishra has been repeatedly giving various excuses that the fridge is already repaired and will get delivered soon but till now there has been no delivery. On repeated enquiry the person is rude towards me on various occasions and just giving me excuses but there has not been any delivery till now which has caused me much inconvinences.i thereby as a customer request u to look into matter as early as possible

                                        I bought a Samsung M21 mobiles on 2nd June, 2020. It’s been only 1 year and 3 months and I started facing the Samsung logo stuck issue. On going to Samsung Authorized service centre they found out that there is a motherboard issue and the motherboard needs to be replaced which will cost almost 8200 and it will have only 3 months warranty. Now who will spent 8200 in less than 1 and a half year and that too for just 3 months and what if I face the same problem again. There were 3 people with me who all were senior citizens and are making rounds of the service center for the same problem. The phones are supposed make our lives easier but instead it’s making it miserable. Service center tells us to call the call center if you have any complaints. Is it worth anyone’s time and money to spend days behind 1 single complaint. My complaint number is [protected]. Another complaint number of another senior citizen facing the same problem is [protected]. I feel helpless as of now and hope to get a resolution on my complaint soon.
