Am forwarding below correspondences with very broken heart for your kind attention and urge rectifying the problems with expert technician from your service unit once for all. The repair done by Mr. Surajit Mondal(M.No:[protected]) again ends in vain from last Monday, 17/08/21 and the moment AC is switched on the MCB switched off. This episode is running since 20th July 2021 and today is 19th August 2021. I donot understand what is going on though you collect full charges with [protected]@18% on 20 days back(Bill is attached in .pdf). I am a senior citizen over 72 years. I am getting harassed in every sphere of life when I try to contact your third party contractor M/S Cool Point. They are avoiding making calls neither attending in time or finding & rectifying the problem once for all. I fill sad and guilty to call almost every day to your third party for their behavior as if they are doing a great Favour to me for which I paid Rs.3088. Unfortunately, you can see that I had rated higher score to your Technician Subhajit Sapui for his work at first though he never even talk politely with me.
However, leave apart everything and let me know straight whether you put your attention immediately and set the instrument in right line for using once for all. It is very difficult for me to spent months for mere making trials and experiments, keeping gun on my shoulder digesting full cost of repair 20 days back. I would like to have your reply immediately and if required, involve your higher management for immediate solution.

ultimately after hard conversation with your Service Agent M/s Cool Point, Baguiati, Kolkata the unit was repaired
on 29th July 2021 without Gas Charges. Every time I have been told that "we have to give Requisition and afer Supply we shall fill Gas ( same thing was happened for spares also) . In this way 4 days was passed and I have also paid FULL AMOUNT ON LINE before Bill raised. After raising Digital Bill two days letter the Service Floor Manager
Mr. Gouranga(M.No.[protected]) rated by himself on telephone 📞 asking me and put 7 point to the Service Technician Mr. Subhajit Sapui and closed the chapter who has never checked the technical aspect of the AC whether colling or smooth running. My wife asked him to service the AC and he refused having excused that it's clean though you have charged me Service charges in full + GST. From 29/07/21 to 05/08/21 there was heavy rain and flood in Bengal and I also didn't require AC for so cool atmosphere.
On 6th night when I switch on the AC I found there was no cooling effect. on 7th Morning I phoned up Mr. Gouranga (Even what's app) and asked for his interfere. He didn't attend on 7th. He attended on 8th Aug'21. and detected the mal functioning of the compressor capacitor which was replaced, charged and paid by me. I even do not know whether the Gas charged or not (since capacitor not functioning) though I paid for full gas charged.
I asked Mr. Gouranga that whether it requires for report to customer care. He told me not required (I have preserved all What's app correspondence).
Till date(12/08/21) the AC is not repaired. from date of complaint 23 have passed. I had paid my full dues Rs.3088 even 14 days back. Seems no value of accommodation and money. Look I do not know your system of acquiring Spares, deploying your Service Technicians, Detecting the problems etc. I understand the work completion in time and payment in time. Whether the spares are available in stores or it's need give requisition that's your baby.
I require your interfere for this issue and expect the repair must done by tomorrow 12-30 pm. after repair I require full report in writing of Gas Filling, AC running etc and then I shall think for closing the chapter.
Please let me know immediately what action you have taken in mail since my money has got value.
