I bought sam m21 for rs 12499 from Amazon on 17 Oct 20.
Display black slowly on 15th June 21 automatically . Ser center refuged for warranty....

I went to the service centre, explained the entire issue to the lady there that my phone is not charging. It's currently completely discharged. As I am basically not from Bangalore, I don't have the invoice/warranty card right now. She kept insisting me to get the invoice, rudely asked me to go get my invoice, charger and warranty card (inspite of telling her I don't have it)

Then she asked me to pay for the repair in-spite...

I have bought a Samsung TV 5 months back and now the TV display and sound both got damaged. It's been 5 days and no Service or response from Samsung. Every time when I call customer care number they will say service center will contact me and till now no one contacted me. Worst experience. What kind of cheap products Samsung is manufacturing?...

This is submit that i have purchased Mobile Phone Model M 31 on[protected] invoice No is INYNGD-2065 of Savex Technologies and it is under warranty period it stopped working and screen became black while i was using the phone and there is no physical damage.

I am chasing samsung CC from 30 days but still not received any satisfactory response from them. CC are very rude and not ready to listen and resolve this.

They simply diverting query just to make money. My phone is under warranty thus, I visited service center. The guy sitting over there simply denied and asked to to get in touch with CC and surprisingly CC told me to visit service center....

Phone switching off and restarting frequently. It’s below one year and this problem started at 9 months of purchase. The service centre says it’s software problem. However I am not convinced by their reply as well as service and would like to resolve the problem. I want the company to replace my phone with new phone....

I bought the s21 ultra 2 days back. The network is getting disconnected every 5 minutes especially while playing games. I have checked my wifi and other devices and its fine. The problem is in s21 ultra. I have done necessary steps like network reset, updated apps, restart phone etc still the status is same.

Also, my buds pro and smart tag benefits are not activated....

I bought phone from Tmobile. My phone brought was never told still under warranty. Told just to go get fixed. When called samsung was told it was under warranty. I can not be reimbursed because I did not call them and go to there place. They should not sell to t mobile since they don't help. Plus the warranty stinks. My issue was solved but met with 2 other outer problems on my device.
