        Hi Team, hope my issue will get addressed here. I have been following up with Samsung service centre since past 8 days without knowing the exact issue till date.

        I wouod like to lodge a complaint towards my bill reference number [protected].

        I have handed over my samsung galaxy tab A for repair to your Samsung service centre (Service Centre: [protected] - VIGILANT SERVICES) SV Road- Malad, Mumbai dated 18th Aug 2021. There is some flickering issue noticed.

        I have been told by your service supervisor that this seems to be a display issue. God knows what is the background to that or they have just simply assumed. I still gone ahead basis their inputs thinking this is an authorised service centre and should be fine. I have also paid them an advance of 1500 to start the work.

        On Saturday 21st Aug I have been asked to collect my Tab A after they have changed the complete display, shockingly the same issue persist at the time when i was taking handover. To my surprise, I only highlighted the issue to your staff. This is really sad to know that samsung has hired some unskilled technicians who doesn't investigate the problem and just changed the complete part.

        Post my highlighting the issue they come into action and told me that we will recheck this again. On saturday they called me and told that this is a motherboard issue and some part needs to be ordered. I have no choice then to accept this since i have already wasted several days for this. I have been told that tab will be ready by monday 23rd Aug 2021. I again called on monday and i haave been told that part is not yet received, expected to get resolved in tuesday. On Tuesday- same response. On wednesday 25th Aug, I called to the service center and someone asked me what is the issue. Now iIdont know what to answer to that since i have been struggling since past few days. They again called me and said some other issue come up and now there are some parts to be ordered, not related to motherboard. Till date I have no visibility as to what had happened to my Tab, what is the issue, when will the same get fixed and when will I get the handover of the same.

        I am requesting Samsung central team to investigate on below points. I need justifiable answers to these and hopefully soon.

        1. Why is the display being changed when it was working fine without investigating the root cause. I better opt for road side repair shop who can do the similar stuff in significantly low cost. Serious question on samsung credibility on this.

        2.Why after few days issue is changed to motherboard issue and again after few days to something else. Dont we have slilled technicians in Samsung?

        3. I have been running around and travelling to service centre multiple times. Who will bear the cost of time and money invested here? My work i getting impacted due to this latharguc approach of samsung.

        3. When will i get my Tab A back. I will not be making any payment towards my display since the same was changed for no real reason.

        4. Why the bill us shown as setteled when the same is still not closed and Tab is still lying with the center. This is clear breach of service process and incorrect reporting.

        5. I need to get assurance from samsug that this tab will function well for next few months since they have done something to my tab without knowing the root cause.

        Expect a quick resolution on my queries.

        Please dont give me generic answeres to my issue that you are looking into the matter since all these are false assurances which i have been getting since past few days with no closure of issues.

        I hope I am not required to go to next level after this escalation

          Phone has heating issue. Whenever I do video call, phone gets heated and a message comes on the screen that close ur app otherwise phone will automatically close after 20 sec. After that I do not able to use any app till the phone cools down. If I use any app same messages are started to come. Very irritating and frustrating experience for me.
          Plz replace the phone because it is not completed a single month after purchasing the phone.

            Respected sir, On 20th August 2021 a man, name Abhay from Samsung company Jalandhar came to fix my machine who took ₹4500 from me. He only exchanged two parts in my washing machine. The rest, which he has written in the bill, has not happened, for that third part he has taken money from me by adding extra.he only exchanged two part i.e, Dc69 06311F valve and
            PCB DC69 01673L
            He added extra Dc97 19182 A pulsator on bill which he sended me on watsapp only have no signature of him and mine too.
            When I asked about the hardcopy of bill, he said that he had forgotten the book of the bill. He will come later and give it to me.I called him three to four times but there was no response from him.I also called customer care two or three times, they assured that your work will be done but it is not done yet.i want the hardcopy of bill only with signature.What's wrong with this and I am not getting any response?
            When we start trusting in a company, then such negligence destroys our trust.This brings disrepute to the company and we do not trust any more. This amount is too much for me.You are requested to take this complaint of mine and help me to give my bill.🙏
            Which is of only two parts...pcb and valve.third one is not exchange i.e pulsator.please help.

              My 340 samsung voltas beko not cooling properly in last 2 days.customer care assigned junior engineer, but junior engineer is untrained and he only gas charged in fridge.

              After that I have again call on 23. 8.21, customer care and request them please Assigned senior engineer and resolve my problem. But till date and time nobody assigned for my complaint. I m facing same problem.

                My Samsung galaxy m30s is frequently freezing and auto restarting since I updated it in June.
                As I went to to the service centre, I was informed that almost all Samsung m30s users are experiencing this issue due to the motherboard failure following the FOTA update.
                When I reached out to customer care, Samsung said that they're aware of the issue and it will be rectified by next update.
                but nothing worked out.Samsung has not taken any positive step to address the issue.
                The replacement of the motherboard is the only solution that the service centre is offering and it will cost 75% of price of the phone.
                it is not at all affordable by the customers.
                Here the issue is not caused from the customer side, so the company should take up the matter and return or replace th phone free of cost to resolve the issue

                  I raise complain of AC on 17 august 2021 and samsung engineer found condenser gas leakage problem. They demand labour cost and gas charge even my AC under warrant period. They not comply AC WARRANTY ( FREE OF COST SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD). They are unaccountable to deliver warrant compliance service. i want my warranty of condenser should be repaired under warrant period ( cost free) in one day because you take more than nine days even i file complain to head office team. Your authorisation service centre is fraud with customer to demand unnecessary money. I am not trust your service centre because they do fraud with customer. so please repaired under warranty service.

                        Its volume button is broken
                        I have requesting the local authorized service centre to repair it
                        I was told by him that his request for procuring the sparepart has been rejected by the system thrice . and is still pending even after 15 days .To me it looks strange and unbelievable.

                          Submitted device for maintenance on 16-Aug-2021 (Bill No [protected])
                          Today received device As of service centre they fixed the problem, but I think they don't care about the time, I kept the device with them almost 10 days, and no info or call regarding the status updates, , and device is not fixed 100%.
                          It hurts when it happens with samsung brand

                            We purchased side by side samsung refrigerator 5 years before. Before 35 days refrigerator is not working then we complained samsung service center next day executive came and he found refrigerator compressor is not working and it is making wired sound then we again complained samsung service center. The complain registered has been 31 days till now.
                            They are saying that they do not have the part they didn't got the part we have given them 31 days literally month !!! We have called them 15 times and they are not responding about the part 🙄 Really samsung service is really poor (shameless) our family is facing many problems in season(monsoon) and I request don't buy samsung's Refrigerators 🙏🙏

                                As i had purchased the Samsung A31 mobile on dated[protected] from Santos communication soap Patna after three months my mobile phone was automatically banded. For repairing my mobile I was visited Samsung service center Digha asiana road Patna on dated[protected] but service center is diny to accept my mobile for repairing purpose.
                                As my phone is in warranty period So, I had call the customer care and requesting then to please resolved the issue my phone after several conversation through phone and email lastly the ready to repair my phone.
                                So, On[protected] again i had visited Samsung servise center Digha asiana road Patna, This time they had taken my phone for repairing purpose but on next day they had return my phone with more issue.
                                When I asked him about my phone issue the samply said you have to pay for your phone service. As my phone is a warranty period so why shuld I pay for this.
                                Kindly look into the matter.

                                  My product is samsung note 20 ultra phone.it has warranty. I bought my phone 5 months ago.I still have 7 months warrenty left.
                                  Samsung claims they give international warranty. That is why i bought this phone.
                                  But now you are saying you will not provide me with warrantied service. That means you are cheating the customers.
                                  I am not asking you to give me service for free i am demanding my warranty services which i should get anywhere in the world like you claim.
                                  When the service centre checked my phone they told me my phone is eligible for warranty and they only need voc approval to do so.Its been 1 month and you still have not given proper reply...I[censored] are treating ur flagship users like this then how are you treating ur normal customers.is this type of service you are providing flagship customers..

                                    There has been an issue in the device above mentioned since this very evening . The TV continuously turns on and off by itself and the get power off light on the led is constantly glowing red whist it should be off whrn the tv is on .
