This is to bring into your notice that you all knew way back in December 2019 that the refrigerator was faulty when it was dead for almost 2 months from late December 2019 to late February 2020. At that time in Jan, Feb 2020 when the refrigerator was not getting fixed because of part unavailability we asked you to replace the refrigerator but that was not done, instead you fooled us by giving us an additional 6 months warranty.

The refrigerator was defective from the initial days and was overheating again from the last couple of months, when we noticed that we had raised a complaint to Samsung Customer care which was attended by the local Samsung service centre agent on 4th April 2021. He came and told us that everything was okay and nothing was faulty, he checked the gas levels in the compressor by putting some meter in the compressor outlet and later told us that everything was okay. Now again from last 4-5 days it stopped cooling and after multiple requests to Mr. Yogesh, a technician from the local service centre came on Tuesday 11th May 2021 and told us to empty the refrigerator and asked us to run it empty for 2-3 hours.
Since you all knew that the refrigerator was faulty, you kept delaying the time until the warranty of 18 months expired.
We made numerous requests in the entire 18 months, but you failed to fix the issue permanently and neither replaced the fridge.
You knew that the refrigerator was technically faulty since inception and this is the reason you didn't let us purchase the extended warranty, even after our continuous requests for more than a month, before the 18 month warranty expired.
We tried reaching out to the local service centre manager Mr. Deepak Sharma but he spoke very rudely and misbehaved on the phone. He spoke statements like you cannot do anything, do whatever you can, do whatever you can but I won't be impacted.
Samsung has mentally harassed & tortured me and my family because of the faulty device being sold. We have also incurred monetary loss of thousands of Rs because of food getting rotten and some of the medicines were also damaged because of the incapability of the refrigerator to cool regularly.
Samsung has knowingly fooled us, now we don't want this refrigerator as it is useless for us.
We want Samsung to replace the refrigerator now, if replacement is not possible, take it back and refund our money which we had spent to purchase the refrigerator.
Consider this as the last email from my end.
If we are not getting any favourable response from Samsung, we will be filing a legal complaint in the consumer-forum and moving forward all the communications will be done from our legal advocate.
