Upon lodging complaint with Samsung, a technician came to my residence at Patna from M/s. Service World and took an advance of Rs. 1000/- for purchase of part on 14/04/2021 vide receipt no. 26898 but till date neither my fridge has been repaired nor my calls are being answered by the company.
I had received an intimation on my mobile that the part is in transit a fortnight ago but till date my problem persists.
The services rendered by the company is not at all satisfactory.

      I have a galaxy m31s (6 GB, 128 GB) i was normally using my phone for listening to lectures when sudden the screen fluctuated and blacked out i was not over using my phone it was cool and had 70 percent charge and half the storage was free and it was not damaged in any way its touch and sound is still working i can pick up calls and turn off the alarm but the screen remains black i want to get it checked in the service center as it is still in warranty but cant as the service center is closed due to lockdown

      i want a replacement of my screen and to increase my warranty period as i am unable to claim it now

        Hi,

        I am really disappointed to say that your company is now selling cheap quality products and making cheating the customers openly. I don’t recommend buying Samsung products anymore and regret purchasing my tv. Samsung products have degraded drastically and none of the products works fine after a year span. I had very bad experience in past with Samsung LED TV. Had to replace the panel thrice earlier. So i decided never to take any Samsung product in future. I wanted to try SONY this time, as recommended by my friends. I went to buy Sony TV only, but the dealer convinced me to take Samsung TV again for which I am regretting again. Bought UA55NU7100KXXL on 7th May 2019. After purchasing it again I had issue with it's HDMI port, and company replaced the Panel within warranty period. In the new panel, I found some sound quality issues later which I ignored. Now for last 15 days I am seeing a patch on bottom of screen which is increasing day by day. Spoke to customer care and they are again asking for change of PANEL, and asking for hefty amount to be paid. I just want to ask a simple question why don't you mention on your packaging and in your advertisement that "OUR PRODUCTS WILL ONLY WORK FOR 1 YEAR". We are middle class people who saves money by cutting out other expenses to buy branded products like SAMSUNG to secure our investment. But what we are getting in return is ULTRA CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTS AND FAKE PROMISES from you. I am sorry to say but local brands are good enough as compared to these BIG BRANDS, as they at least charges very low amount for their products. PLEASE DON"T TAKE MY COMMENTS PERSONALLY, BUT TRY TO PUT YOURSELF IN A MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY. Hope you will understand the pain. I understand that these are electronic products and will have a life, but only 1 year life for which we are paying huge amount is really not good. I would request you to please look into my issue and get it repaired. Hoping for a positive response from you and your team. I would only suggest that you have made your brand, so please don't spoil it like this. Attaching bills and photo of real issue.

          Please Go Through the Sequence, which will help you to understand the issue.

          1. Purchased Air Conditioner On 12/04/2021. (Invoice Attached) Room Size 10 x 8 -
          2. Team Came For Installation.
          - They Were Highly Inproffessional, with Less than 50% Of knowledge.
          - Installed with defect, Littler cooling was thereafter almost 45 Mins When Run AC on 16.
          - Not Followed the Samsung Guide Line for installation.
          - They Made the place Very dirty & Don't even bother to clean up Indoor Unit. (Photo Attached)
          - Out Door unit is leaking water. (Photo Attached)
          - Not Sealed The Big Hole They made for Pipes. (Photo Attached)
          - No Smart Installation Feature Used Or Not Introduced How to operate the ac.
          - I've Asked to Mount the outdoor unit on the stand. I was Paying for the stands as well. But they Denied it & Put it on Bricks Like this. (Photo Attached)

          3. I've Raised A Complaint Same Day.

          4. Other People Visited & Says We are here just for inspection. They Left, No Update Than.

          5. I've Raised A Complaint Again.

          6. Other People Visited & Says Need to Refill the Gas. They Left. No Update Than.

          7. I've Again Called Samsung Care, Raised a Complaint.

          8. People From Visit 2 Came & Refilled The gas. They Checked It was worst after the refilling. They Left, No Update Than.

          9. I've Raised The Complaint Again, Engineer Visited & I've to return the product. He Said to talk to the dealer.
          Dealer Communicated With Area Manager & Told me that ok, We are Proceeding for it.

          10. After a Week, Today I am Receiving a call that they want to change the indoor unit.

          Not Acceptable at all, On 28/04/2021 I've Called & Asked samsung care about the status, they said We have sent a refund or samsung coupon. Then Why the hell you guys want to come & give another piece of junk.

          Writing this as last hope, After That, i'll file a consumer complaint for sure.

          On date, 12/05/2021 After a month of Purchase still i am awaiting for the resolution.

            You have a good idea for everyone that is what you mean.I just a few days ago I had s21 ultra with which a watch has come, I have faile, but I do not understand it. How is your company making people crazy, and I did not know about it yet and this is what I have in my Samsung watch.it is a gift that the speaker is bursting.due to which the voice is not clear, I feel that your Samsung will have to see how many days you can solve this Samsung watch case if you are not able to do this, then I will use it as a proof with note 20 ultra in the coat with call recording.

              Refrigerator purchased on 2nd Sept 2020, under cashback for creditcard payment after 90 days. I should have received cashback in 5 December 2020. But till date 10 May 2021 I have not received cashback. Have been speaking to customer care since last 6 months but get the same reply - "We are looking into it".                 I am in trouble and need your help to clear the payment which stuck with Samsung account a value of 41999Rs from 5th May - and not getting any confirmation from samsung side!

                Please note the issue: I was trying to purchase a Samsung S20 FE 5G at 5:33PM 5th May, from samsung shop application! - mailed to call center team and spoke several times, but not getting any valid respond!

                Concern is: Payment deducted from my Google pay account (receipt attached) but not received the order number! - Not received any order confirmation from samsung side! - not returned amount by these 5 days! On same time no order reflecting at Order tracking page!

                By the time I checked with Icici Bank and Google Pay team - both says - amount is clear and it is at Merchant's (Samsung) account
                Request you to confirm the payment / order receiving status / amount refund status!

                Google Payment - receipt attached - communication on trial mail
                All the information already shared to samsung team - whatever they required - within this last 4 days!

                But every time they are asking for more 24 hours TAT to close the issue from last 5 days!

                Who will pay the interest of the same! If same amount of Samsung get stuck with any client for 14+ days hope they also not ask for interest to us! and that time client should ask for 24 and 48 hours as per client policy to resolve!

                Call center team not able to find out & resolve the issue as usual! and again raising tickets for the same and asking me for 24 to 48 more new hours on each calling!

                  I ordered SAMSUNG 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC - White, Blue (AR18TY3QBBUNNA/AR18TY3QBBUXNA, Copper Condenser) on Flipkart, and the product delivered on 27.5.2021. The same day I request for return of the product but seller doesn't approve return request from 27 april 2021. they reject return request 2 times. As we already purchased other product 5 Star Split Inverter AC and got fixed from same retailer. Don't know what to do. Kindly help us to get refund .

                    Hi team,

                    Hope you are all doing good and safe.

                    But, the kind of service you are providing to customers is really frustrating. We booked the product on April 19 and the delivery date it should is may 8th. we are chasing customer service and for the product status, all were just saying it will deliver on may 8th but when I called on May 4th to cust support[protected] and who spoke with agent he was so confident in giving the answers but nothing was true i did not get any mail regarding the delay nor about the status of the product. do you think customer has so much of time to call you people multiple times and chase you for the product. on call i did not get any resloutionn so i drooped an email (support.[protected]@samsung.com) on may 4th but still no response for the email as well. the ytold ill geta call from esclation team in 24 hrs but its almost 6 days i did not get any call and im really fed up calling customer service If they are giving this kind of worst services I have opted a different way of ordering. when i asked for cancellation the staff told it will take 21 business days to get the money credited do they think customer is a fool to wait for those many days.

                    I need a resolution for this.

                    I need to escalate this issue further. request you to take the action ASAP.

                      Hi Samsung Team,
                      I had purchased the refrigerator model no. RS72R5011B4/TL on 28th October 2019, but this device had got some issues after a couple of months, post which the device was not repaired for 1-2 month because of the part unavailability. When the device was repaired in February 2020, as a goodwill gesture I was given an extra 6 months warranty on my invoice date. PFB mail snapshot for the same.


                      Now as per this my warranty which was supposed to expire on 28th October 2020 was extended until 27th April 2021. As my device was approaching the warranty expiration, I tried reaching to the service centre asking for the paid warranty extension for another 2 years since it was applicable for my device. On 4th April 2021 my device was serviced for a regular maintenance checkup and at that time I had asked the service technician for the warranty extension after explaining the above scenario he contacted the manager of the Service centre and confirmed that I needed to pay Rs 8515 for 2 years and post which the warranty will be extended for my refrigerator. I told him to come the next day for payment collection for the extended warranty of 2 years but post that day he didn't come. I followed up with the service centre for almost 15-20 days asking for the same but got no revert, I again reached out to the service technician on 27th April and he told me the amount again which I needed to pay for the warranty extension but since I wanted to pay via cheque he denied and instead asked me to reach out to the service centre manager. When I reached out to the service centre the phone was not picked even after multiple calls and texts and then next day the warranty expired for my refrigerator and the lockdown has also been imposed at our place from the last 7-8 days which is still continuing.

                      Attaching the conversation screenshots below: the first screenshot is of the technician which had visited on 4th April 2020 and you can clearly see I have provided the invoice and he has provided the extended warranty rates.
                      In the 2nd screenshot when I reached out to the service centre on 27th April 2021, I was told to transfer money online and was asked to share the bill and extended warranty confirmation needed for purchasing extended warranty plan.

                      Today again I reached out to the service centre manager, and much to my surprise he was talking very rudely and in fact told me that the warranty extension had to be done on the basis of the invoice date. When the warranty was extended for 6 months as a goodwill, I was told that I could purchase a warranty extension up until 27th April 2021 by the same group of technicians who had serviced the refrigerator in February 2020. Now if the warranty extension cannot be purchased then why was this clearly not instructed at the time the extension was given in February 2020, how me being a customer is at fault here. Why would I want the additional warranty extension to expire on the invoice date + 1year when I have been given an extended warranty of 6 months because of the issues in the refrigerator and the device being dead for almost 2 months.

                      The entire process is flawed and the way the service centre manager spoke is not in the right spirit and is certainly tarnishing Samsung's reputation as a brand. When I told him that I will write to the Samsung escalation department about this, then he told me I can do whatever I want but he won't listen to anyone. I have added the service centre manager in the CC.

                      Please look into this asap and provide the way forward for the paid warranty extension of additional 2 years. Reach out to me on the contact number mentioned below for more details

                      Do you guys even read the email which is being sent properly?? I have got a revert, that the service cannot be provided in my area because of lockdown. The agent is dumb or what? Instead of acting like a robot and sending generic replies, shouldn't he be providing a resolution.?

                      This is to bring into your notice that you all knew way back in December 2019 that the refrigerator was faulty when it was dead for almost 2 months from late December 2019 to late February 2020. At that time in Jan, Feb 2020 when the refrigerator was not getting fixed because of part unavailability we asked you to replace the refrigerator but that was not done, instead you fooled us by giving us an additional 6 months warranty.

                      The refrigerator was defective from the initial days and was overheating again from the last couple of months, when we noticed that we had raised a complaint to Samsung Customer care which was attended by the local Samsung service centre agent on 4th April 2021. He came and told us that everything was okay and nothing was faulty, he checked the gas levels in the compressor by putting some meter in the compressor outlet and later told us that everything was okay. Now again from last 4-5 days it stopped cooling and after multiple requests to Mr. Yogesh, a technician from the local service centre came on Tuesday 11th May 2021 and told us to empty the refrigerator and asked us to run it empty for 2-3 hours.

                      Since you all knew that the refrigerator was faulty, you kept delaying the time until the warranty of 18 months expired.

                      We made numerous requests in the entire 18 months, but you failed to fix the issue permanently and neither replaced the fridge.

                      You knew that the refrigerator was technically faulty since inception and this is the reason you didn't let us purchase the extended warranty, even after our continuous requests for more than a month, before the 18 month warranty expired.

                      We tried reaching out to the local service centre manager Mr. Deepak Sharma but he spoke very rudely and misbehaved on the phone. He spoke statements like you cannot do anything, do whatever you can, do whatever you can but I won't be impacted.

                      Samsung has mentally harassed & tortured me and my family because of the faulty device being sold. We have also incurred monetary loss of thousands of Rs because of food getting rotten and some of the medicines were also damaged because of the incapability of the refrigerator to cool regularly.

                      Samsung has knowingly fooled us, now we don't want this refrigerator as it is useless for us.

                      We want Samsung to replace the refrigerator now, if replacement is not possible, take it back and refund our money which we had spent to purchase the refrigerator.

                      Consider this as the last email from my end.

                      If we are not getting any favourable response from Samsung, we will be filing a legal complaint in the consumer-forum and moving forward all the communications will be done from our legal advocate.

                        I bought a Samsung s21 plus two months ago.the phone display all of a sudden went blank while using.i mailed a complaint to Samsung head office no proper steps was taken and no stand by phone was given to me still my phone is at same non working condition.

                            I purchased the SAMSUNG RS21HSTPN1 600 LTR SIDE-BY-SIDE REFRIGERATOR at mysore GIRIAS its under warranty we lost the purchase bill its 10 years warranty for the SAMSUNG RS21HSTPN1 600 LTR SIDE-BY-SIDE REFRIGERATOR now its having compressor issue customer care people asking for the bill to clime under warranty please help me to come out from this issue . already they charged for condenser is for gas leakage issue around 5000 to 6000 last month please under lockdown we are not get the bill from the GIRIAS, please provide me a bill copy to the below details .

                                    Hi,
                                    I had a issue with payment while trying to buy a phone through Samsung wesite( Samsung Shop Order ID #[protected]). Money was deducted from my bank account but order was failed and cancelled saying it was due to payment failure. This happened on March 4th 2021.
                                    Since then i have contacted the bank and raised a charge back request to the Merchant bank( Merchant is Samsung here).
                                    But it's been more than a month since the request and maximum time for return of the money was 30 days. Now the bank is saying i should contact the merchant for resolution.

                                    I have also contacted Samsung customer care. And they have just told me to contact the bank.

                                    So I'm writing this to seek some console.

                                    Please advise and please help.
