I had given my mobile ohone for repair on the 7th june 2021 at shillong service centre as my phone had water in it due to heavy rain, it was still ligting but the touch screen was not functional. Due to lockdown there wrre no technicians available and they ad asked me to come when the engineer would come. It seems no serousness was taken as they had not even provided me with a job report which is compulsory for any mobile kept for repairs. I received a call that they would not be able to repair and asked me to collect it, as information gatherred by me the engineer had not even seen the defects of the phone so how can the relationship officers make a decision that it was not repairable. I kindly requestyou to look in the matter as important documents are stored there. Your help in this would be very much be indebted. God bless.

    Sir maine samsung M-21 handset September 2020 mei purchase kiya tha. Handset mei first time march mei problem hui, jismei use kerte kerte mere phone ka touch work kerna band ho gaya. Uske regarding maine usko aapke authorised center se repair kerwaya or mujhe yei assurance diya gaya ki yei problem dobara nahi hogi.

    Sir mere handset mei yei same problem Ist july 2021 ko phir aa gayi. Jismei use kerte kerte uska touch kaam kerna band ho gaya.Maine dobara customer care mei complaint 2 july ko kerwai jiska complaint number [protected] hai. Jismei mujhe 24 hours mei mujhe samsung se solution dene ka commitment kiya gaya. Phir jab mujhe 24 hours mei call nahi aaya to maine 3rd july ko evening mei phir se complaint log kerwai or replacement ke liye request kiya. Jiska complaint number [protected] hai. Uske baad maine hand set ko samsung ke authorised center per check kerwaya or mujhe wo hand set ko samsung ke centre per rakhne ke liye bola gaya kyoki maine replacement ki request raise kerwai thi. Sir mera hand set abhi bhi warranty period mei hai.

    Kaffi follow ups ke baad mujhe 4th july ko Samsung ki side se call aaya jismei mujhe phir se repair ke liye kaha gaya. Sir repair 1 baar kerwaya jata hai baar baar nahi.

    Sir plz is defected handset ke regarding mujhe replacement dilwai jaye or meri is problem ko jaldi se jalsi solve kiya jaye.

    Sir meri beti ke school ki online classes bhi phone per hi possible hoti hai isliye plz jaldi se jaldi mujhe replacement dilwai jaye.

    Sir meri calls ko senior ki side se avoid kiya ja raha hai. Mai daily customer care mei baat kerti hoo. Meri call ko 15-15 minutes ke liye hold kerwaya jata hai or baad mei call back ka assurance diya jata hai.Mere pass koi call back nahi aata hai.

      I have purchased Samsung 6.5 Kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine(WA65A4002GS), Imperial Silver Centre Jet Technology on 12 March, 2021, now same is not working properly, I have called your customer care number of times and each time they say we will send someone for repair, few days back your service people came to house and seen the machine and said that the motor to be replaced and after that no response, machine is lying idle for more than a three weeks .

      We have purchased your machine with the expectation of good quality, reliable and last long but within two months if the motor has a problem and machine not working is a serious concern and your customer service is also pathetic and they just need time to rectify the problems which is not acceptable to me.
      Request you to please clear the issues raised at the earliest otherwise I will be forced to esclate further.Hope you understand my concern.

        This is to inform that I have bought Samsung AC from flipkart on 13/03/21. As per Samsung policy, I am enitled to have 3 free services for AC which I can avail within a year of purchase. So, I have booked for servicing of my AC on 26/06/21. I was told to be contacted by local team within 48 hrs. Its already been almost 10 days and despite of escalating complaint severla times, no one from the local team has contacted me yet. This is highly irresponsible service from Samsung.           I have purchased a 5 in 1 refrigerator model no. - RT34T4542S8/HL/2020 on 04.06.2020 from reliance digital.

          But just after competing only 1 year the fridge is just behaving like a 15 year old refrigerator.

          I have sent mail to reliance digital retail but they said warranty is gone & also send to Samsung customer service but there is no replay from them.

          but sir my refrigerator is not cooling at all and i have experienced low cooling since 3 months.

          The Samsung service man said that the gas pipe is leaked but the gas pipe is new as it was at the time of purchase and is not damaged from outside, it means the pipe material is of very low quality.

          This is a manufacturing defect.

          so please treat this as most urgent and replace my product with a new one.

                I have A20 model and problem with mobile networks . Its VoLET is not active . I tried many times and also visited in nearest Samsung care but still my problem is same. I bought phone from new Zealand and now in India I got 2 year warranty card but in care they said repair will be paid and in end of talk they said it's new Zealand model and software and not repaired in india. I email with hope that you should solve my problem.

                  It is to inform you that its 29th March and I have not received the salary for the month of February. However, I received the payslip when the salary was not credited to my account. I have been working with this company for many years but never faced such an issue before.

                    I am complaining about my phone tht there is a sudden blue and purple patch on my screen on left hand side of the screen and which is increasing day by day... I got it examined through Samsung services center and they informed me that my display had to be changed for which they were charging the amount which is near around 5000.. There is no internal or external damage. They are fail to answer me why it happened .. plz resolve my problems i would like you to get my mobile display done by free of charges please ... I am not able to afford or buy the new one ...please help me soon as possible ... I never had this experience before ..please help

                      I have registered a samsung tv complaint to my nearest samsung service centre, kollam dist, kerala on 29.4.2021. The tv set was picked from my home on very next day with promise to return with in 14 days. Now it is 60 days left nobody called back about the position of the complaint. I alled to the complaint number regularly and tell me that it will be return shortly.Earlier they told that because of the lock down in kerala service centre is closed but now the lock down lifted by one month. I got one sms from to my registered number from samsung that 'part is requested for samsung service request [protected] and engineer will call u shortly' on 03.05.2021. Again o 01.06.2021 same message was again received. Why message is sending with same after two month.

                              We purchased above quoted model on 08 oct 2017 for invoice value of INR 82000/-
                              May last week of 2021, the freezer part stopped working. The fridge part was cooling sufficiently. Raised complaint. Engineer came and diagnosed it as choking of refrigerant and advised change of filter and recharging of gas. Technician came on June 1, 2021. Did the service. Paid service for INR 2250/-
                              The Fridge worked for one day and then both fridge and freezer stopped working. Again raised a complaint. Engineer came and diagnosed that compressor has stopped working due to overcharging of gas.
                              As compressor was under warranty, asked them to replace. Engineer said it would come in one day and would be replaced.
                              However, we got an update that compressor is not available and Head office has cancelled the PO as there are no supply of parts happening due to lockdown.
                              They offered discount voucher after deducting depreciation at 50%. After bit of negotiation and huge follow up received voucher for INR45920/-(56% of invoice value) on June 25, 2021.They handed over the voucher and took the old unit.
                              Sunday, 27 June 2021, we went to Samsung Plaza, Shri Vedic Electronics, Manikonda, Hyderabad, negotiated and bought model no. RS55K50A02C against the voucher and paid INR 26080 additional for the fridge.
                              Tuesday 29 June 2021, fridge was delivered. Wednesday 30 June 2021, Technician came for installation and observed a big scratch on the body of the fridge. We called the seller and explained. The seller is refusing to exchange the piece with a new piece citing no stock and also that we bought against voucher and we have got the fridge at very low price as it was a display piece.
                              Now the fridge is still uninstalled and we are without a fridge since last one month and more. Escalated to the area ASM Mr. Ananda Shiva Kumar, and he is also mentioning it as incidental damage and not co-operating.
                              We have been cheated by the company from the service as well as the sales team. Their top management is totally unresponsive.
                              Request your help to sort this out. For repair work which should have been done free of charges, we have paid additional INR 26000/- and we still dont have a functional appliance.

                                I have been struggling to get some kind of Support from Samsung. My phone M21 is under warranty and Samsung is just trying to avoid the repair. My motorola and Iphones are getting service, but for Samsung they have Govt restriction.
                                CUSTOMER Support keeps disconnecting the calls as soon as you call them to inquire about open ticket. They have literally hung up on me every time i have called them.
                                I tried to Email CEO and got a response from Service Head apologizing, but no response. Some ### callback and never return. I guess Samsung is going Bankrupt and planning to quit India

                                Not sure why you guys keep calling my alternate number rather than calling my registered contact number ? This is exactly what is happening, you guys either hung up on my calls or call the number you know I am not available on. Also when you call this alternate number you only keep giving different reference numbers, which I already have. This is clear case of avoiding a service. Your service centers are closed. Your customer service disconnects phones on customers face, when asked about which service center is open, even give references of service centers that are already closed. You guys have no respects for your CEO emails, which I am trying since over 3 months now. I want a call now

                                  I purchased a new samsung s20fe mobile on march 4th after 10 days the mobile get hanging, very slow nd overheating troubles.I went to samsung service centre they said tat we will check your mobile nd updated my mobile.. after 15 days mobile gets off automatically thn it will restart after 2 hrs..its the issue in new Samsung s20fe mobile. How can i use this fault mobile, its very annoying. In service centre thy want to open up my new samsung mobile, thn whats the value for tat. I didn't bought a second hand mobile to repair nd openup my mobile. Loss of money nd time, no responsbilities from samsung team for their new products. Hurted too much nd wasted

                                    I have placed order #[protected] on MARCH 20, 2021 for Convertible 5-in-1 Inverter AC AR18AY5YATZ, 5.0kW(1.5 Ton) 5 Star AR18AY5YATZ-F but company has cancelled the order and refunded the amount after 1.20 month in on 25th April'21.

                                    This is not acceptable from brand like Samsung, they continuously given the false commitment against delivery almost for a month.

                                      Through this letter I want to drew your attention towards you that on 22nd april one of your engineer vist to my home and while repairing he broke one of the part of refrigerator.. But my refrigerator worked for some days and then it was not working.. so I had complaint so many times in service centre but every time they registed my complaint but engineer was not sent from your side.. And I also vist near samsung service center nearest of my house but they are talking so RUDELY and also not taking any action.. the service centre name is DAY TO DAY MOBILE OPPOSITE VIJAY CINEMA NAWADA-805110... And 2 months passed but there is no response from samsung...
                                      Therefore, I would be my yq. Ab if you take action as soon as possible.. And I'm also attaching dange part and the receipt

                                        I have to point out that a certain Miss Neha Kakkar has again and again opened and closed the case file without solving the problem. She has told me time and again that I have changed your job card for your satisfaction but this would not matter. She says I am the highest authority and whatever I say will be done and I cannot speak to anyone else. I have already been to service station 2 times once in Veraval and once in Keshod. The pcb of my phone has been changed than also the problem exists. The service centre personnel says now nothing more could be done in this phone. You guys just don't want to accept that the handset is faulty and harass the customer as you have already got the money. I have been following up after this for more than 10 months. how much more time you shameless people need.
