Sir,
I was purchase samsung galaxy M42 through your official online store and my order Id is [protected].
It was delivered me on 15may 21.
When I was open mobile I found that camera was not working even on several times factory reset and mobile update as advised by you.
I was complaint to samsung customer care support on 16may 21 with Ticket ID-2032133, 24may 21 with Ticket ID-2043724 and complaint no.[protected].
But I couldn't get solution of my problem and I was told to visit samsung service center after lifting lockdown.
On 1jun 21 I was visit to Ankur samsung service center, Agra after checking mobile phone he didn't find software issue and advise to open mobile for checking hardware issue.
Inspite of that he couldn't find any issue However mobile camera was started functioning.
He told me that it was software issue and I resolved it .
He asked me to come after 3days because closing parts of mobile is not available.
My issues-
1.if I would purchased same mobile from other site it could be easily replace by them.
2.if Mobile had software issue why would it was open and asking 3more days for close it.
3.who is responsible for issue in new brand new mobile.

Even after waiting for almost 17 days when I couldn't find out any solution, I have been lodged complaint to National consumer forum(docket number 2757835 ).
If you would not replace mobile then I will fill case against you and also share on social media for your poor service and product .

      I have been depositing my handset in the service center for 15 day for repair. So they say it took me another 2 months. And the call is not picked up. And when I go to the service center, they say the part is not coming. If amazon parcels can be delivered in 4 to 5 days, how can it take 2 months for Samsung to deliver a part? I am getting only one answer from Samsung company. That's the lockdown. So how is your service center open. What's the point of keeping your service center open for 2 months to make a part available?

        Samsung Team,

        With huge disappointment, I am writing this note and I hope you will take prompt action.

        I am using a RF50K5910SL refrigerator purchased in October 2017 via a dealer. The compressor has become faulty thereby it has stopped cooling now.

        Given Compressor comes with a 10 years warranty, the team is asking for the bill copy which is misplaced and unable to get it from the dealer as well due to lockdown.

        Thus, my ask to Samsung India team is do they want their customer to continue suffer and disown the warranty that they broadcast in absence of a bill while entire appliance is present in front of them.

        We consumers are already suffering from ongoing pandemic and lockdown and such bureaucratic rules created by Samsung is creating additional pain to the consumers.

        My humble request you to kindly consider this compliant and provide the compressor replacement as soon as possible.

            We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
            As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                    Would never recommend anyone to buy samsung mobile I have been regular customer but this time I regret investing in s 20 ultra as it's been 11 months that I purchased S 20 ultra and during lockdown it automatically switched off and inspite of contacting that very moment to customer whatsapp service and informing them the problem and as all service centre were closed so I tried opening the cover but realised before opening that it can't be open as I was in desperate need of contacts and prescription for covid related and after so many days of contacting customer care I was provided with the biased solution keeping the view of just the company and not customer they are charging me for motherboard which isn't even my fault and being my mobile under warranty they are still charging me and declaring my warranty being void and closing the case irrespective of customer being satisfied or not .very in human and not understanding the problem of customer I wasted my 100000 and this is what I got .bad very bad

                        I have purchased a A50s mobile on 9th Jan, 2020. All of a sudden the mobile stopped and when i restart it, it is repeatedly stopped at the starting screen and later total stopped. tried wit service center and they want to replace mother board problem with a cost of 11, 000 plus on paid basis. my fight is that when there is a manufacture problem, it should be addressed by the manufacturer and replace under free of cost basis. service center job card number [protected]. i strongly object the replies given by the service team. Rs. 22, 000 is not a small amount to invest on a yearly basis for a mobile. we are with Samsung as the durability was good in the long years.

                        To my utter surprise & disappointment after lot of people suggested not to got with Samsung phone i brought Samsung A50 S & to my surprise within 16 months o[censored]sage Mother board - Damaged wrote mails to the respective heads that after shelling out 18K from the pocket the phone gets damaged within 16 months o[censored]sage wht type of quality products your are selling in the market & the cost of mother board is 9K, this is the least to be expected as it was my fault even after so many people telling dnt go with Samsung gone ahead & brought it.After you escalate you get response that your phone warranty has expired then i came to know that the warranty given is only for 1 year after that u have to through ur phone out.Customers like me feel cheated as we buy these thorough our hard earned money.Big companies have seen lots of them which are not customer centric have gone in drain.

                        Same issue I have faced ... just after 1 year of purchasing samsung a50s it stopped working ..customer service asked to pay 9000k for motherboard replacement.
                        What is the meaning of paying this huge amount in just 1 year ??
                        Is there no value of 22500k that I gave while purchasing??
                        THIS PROBLEM SHOULD BE SOLVED BY SAMSUNG COMPANY FOR FREE OF COST TO ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE FACING SAME ISSUE !!!

                            I am a samsung split AC owner.
                            On 8th May, 2021 service engineer from authorised dealer appointed by Samsung visited on our call as the AC was not cooling.

                            The service engineer did not check and inform about replacement of cooling coil unit & gas filling . It was clear that the engineer was incompetent as he was more interested in replacing the costly parts.

                            Since my AC is just two years old spending Rs[protected] + 2000 gas filling+ 649 service chgs) was not convincing.

                            I called the local engineer and was thoroughly impressed by his checking, he clearly told that there is no fault in cooling coil unit and only a repair needed & gas is to be filled and saved our huge money.

                            Also I have a previous bad experience with the company as when the product was in its 1st year warranty period the engineer who came to service my unit didn't do it saying I have seen it and it isn't required, even me asking him that to do the service. I had to call samsung and ask the service procedure & requirements of the ac and was told otherwise and then I had to raise a complain for the same & then the engineer came & did the service properly.
                            And again this year also an incompetent service engineer was sent.

                            So, this simply means that the Samsung employees who charged ₹649 for visiting are incompetent as they didn't do their work properly, twice here in my case, as they checked without any equipment, & said the fault to be of ₹10k for a AC which was in actuality not needed.

                            This could be because of these guys want to make extra cash, or this could be Samsung altogether training their staff to replace the parts than repair them, but replacing a part which is in a proper working condition is incompetent & not ethical.

                            I also raised the complain regarding this matter to samsung itself but there is no response from them till now.

                            So, I write here as I have been helped here earlier as well. I would like to get compensated for ₹649 I payed, to the company which is incompetent or practices devious methods, as my experience states clearly dictates it.

                              1.The picture size has reduced by about 1" at the bottom of the screen
                              2. When the TV is not running but is switched on to start, parallel lines are found which are not visible when the picture is running
                              3. The picture trembles after running the Tv for few hours. We then need to switch off for some time and then switch on
                              3. The card system at the back is regularly disturbing. Most of the time the message appears " please insert the card correctly"

                                When I bought the S21 + on 24 April, we realized that the mobile is defective .Wow Bed was not open for the service center at the time the covid 19 was lock down So I called and complained toll free number samsung under 14 days, then said that your 14-day warranty has been extended or they are assuming customer care. I deposited 15 ko at the service center, complaint number [protected].

                                    Dear Chief executive officer
                                    As I have paid around Rupees one lakh and two thousand to your Samsung India Multinational Company, I am being punished to frequently beg before your Esteemed Self to kindly deliver my SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 PLUS TAB to my address. Your company executives has sent a wrong product to me. Instead of delivering SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 PLUS TAB, I have received A7 TAB cover. My customer reference number is [protected].
                                    My order Samsung Galaxy S7 plus is Rs 79999/- . This might be look to you like a tiny dust. But it's a huge amount of money for me. I am a sugar and BP patient. Many times I have asked for the status of my complaint. But your councellors are talking like parrots.
                                    If you might have faced this type of problem you will feel the pain sir. You have made a customer to beg before each and every time every executive. First humanity matters sir. Your company is very poor in logistics management, half cooked executives are talking like parrots.

                                      Hi,

                                      My name is krupali, I have been using different samsung phones for a long time. I had purchased a new galaxy M31s in diwali going out of my budget, with a trust of buying a good phone (I still have my galaxy j7 in good working condition despite o[censored]sing it for years)

                                      Suddenly yesterday at 3:30 pm my phn touch stopped working, the display started flickering now its not working at all.

                                      I visited the Service centre at Mulund east city of joy (Raj entrerprises), I understand i wasnt allowed inside but the guy sitting out just took my phone and said display is damaged and i need to pay 5k to get it changed.
                                      I explained him that phone hasnt been damaged as it hasnt fell or anything. He showed me a minor whiteline at the bottom of the display.
                                      I recollected that about four months back the phone had fallen and that line as showing since then, however till yesterdy the phone as working absolutely fine, the phone still works he could have cecked the logs as well.

                                      The simply denied, i tried connnecting to seller ad requested them to atleast ceck it once as I know it was working untill yesterday and no accidents had happened recently, they mocked at me, behaved rude with me. After standing their for almost 1 hour 45 mins the senior spoke to me on phone and asked to submit the phone for a check, the guy waiting out still mocked and told me there was no use to check.

                                      After 5 hours from them they told me display is gone and i need to pay

                                      1. Is there anyone who can honestly check my mobile as It is not damaged or fallen i know, i admit that it had happened 4 months ago and it ws working all fine till now.

                                      2 Is this the way customers are mocked and treated at an official service centre

                                      3 I work and earn and run my family all on that phone, i work for an edtech as an academic councilor and that one is te only way i can run my family right now it means a lot to me
                                      i have gone out of my budget as my j7 doesnt support the apps i need at work.

                                      i am still paying bajaj for the emi for that phone.
                                      for you all its one in million phones that you sell for me its one and only

                                      request you to please genuinely help me plpleaase

                                      Congrats to you all, I have already got an Infrastructure final Warning from my company.
                                      First I loose my phone and now I may loose my Job soon.
                                      I am not only loosing my hard earned money, my phone but also my JOB now.
                                      Thank you all Thank You Samsung.
                                      I am Broke Broke Broke because of you, I dont know If I may be able to even feed my family because of buying an EXPENSIVE BRANDED PHONE. I DIDNT ONLY PAY the Price of PHONE ALONE. BUT I WILL SOON HAVE TO PAY FOR THE GOING BEYOND MY REACH AND BUYING YOUR BRANDED PHONE.
                                      MY ENTIRE FAMILY MAY HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE FOR THIS.
