My dad recently bought a mobile for me(Samsung S20FE) . The salesperson said it has snapdragon processor but it has exynos. I Also have audio in which he said that he gave me mobile with snapdragon processor....

Sir, I did update software android 11 in samsung M30s then my calling and massaging botton not working and also hanging....

I am using the Samsung Galaxy M30s. I installed The update for the M30s is 1.91GB in size, has build number M307FXXU4CUAG and the update also brings an Android security patch for January 2021. After installing the update on my device, the device has shut down and not turned on. since I'm a great user of Samsung mobile such technical issues are really disappointed me kindly look into this matter.

22/1/2021:- First service centre visit due to MIC issue. Updated software and returned.

2/2/2021:- second visit to service centre due to MIC issue. Changed MIC and returned.
