        I have purchased Samsung Air conditioner from SAMSUNG INDIA on 2017, now i am facing compressor problem even after i have warranty period, they are not covering compressor warranty which is 60 months because i lost the invoice copy.

        I even tried with my dealer cum seller ( SATHYA SHOWROOM TIRUVALLUR branch )of samsung air conditioner to provide me with duplicate both the manufacturer and the dealer are not even respecting and responding with my queries .

And made sure that local area service team to provide all help required under the warranty . I am very glad that some senior employees in the company are more cooperative and helpful.             Hello,
            My registered Samsung Shop mobile number [protected]
            I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 from Amazon on 28th March, and inserted my SIM card on 29th March and setup my device via 4G LTE network. As per terms & conditions I am eligible for the Galaxy Watch3 45mm. I kept calling regarding my activation status since 30th March, but everytime customer care agents kept me waiting for 24 hours, they asked for 24 hours timeframe for escalation. This thing keeps repeating on 30th, 31st March and on 1st Aoril over chat and call agent informed me clearly I no need to worry if I had purchased my device before 31st March I am eligible for the offer as the redemption offer valid till 30th April. Now today 2nd April morning I called over 4-5 times, primary customer agent informed he/she escalated the issue, I would get callback from escalation team. Then around 3.03PM I got call from Mr.Sandeep, he was looking so hurry, he said I am not eligible for the offer straight as I activated the offer over wifi and also on 1st April, he forcefully given misleading information and disconnected my call. Despite of purchasing the phone on 28th March and inserting the SIM on 29th March, all the customer care agents misleading me out and playing with my emotions. This is Samsung? I have choosen Samsung and purchased all over so many devices and appliances to see this scenario today? I am too much disappointed and depressed on this issue. Now they keep closing my service requests, what an example of scam. Most of the customer service officers are misbehaving. Escalated this issue with Samsung CEO Team as well.

            I am eligible for March month offer Samsung Galaxy Watch3 but Customer support pushing me for the April offer which is completely unfair and also contacting since last 10 days regarding my IMEI activation no one giving any attention to my issue. Worst and Unethical Customer Service ever I saw in any brand

              I gave my Samsung phone model number -SM-A715FKWINS, dated 19/10/2019 at Samsung mobile authorized service center ROUSER MOBILE KAMTA COMPLEX NAWADA, Ara (BHOJPUR). It was said to me that the phone's display is damaged and it will cost about 8000 rupees, out of which I paid half the amount in 4000 rupees in advance. About 2 days later, a call comes from the service center and I am told that along with the display its motherboard has gone bad, whereas earlier when I checked the phone in my presence, I did not say anything like that. When I spoke about going to the consumer court, he corrected the phone after about 14 days on the previous due amount. Since I had already suspected that something was wrong with my phone, so I reopened my phone at another authorized Samsung service center, they said that the serial number of your old display has been tampered with and Serial number has been badly destroyed and the old display I got is not mine. And the display has been thoroughly cleaned and the tape of bettery has been completely removed. And the invoice date has not been included in the bill that has been given.

                    I have purchased Samsung washing machine on 31st Jan 2021. Its been just only 2 months, I got vibration issues within this 2 months. I had complaint lots of time to Samsung service center. But they does not entertaining me. They just assure from last 15-20 days, that we will resolve your problem as soon as possible. But It is not resolve yet. Neither they return call me nor they solve issue. Very pathetic service I have ever seen from Samsung. I recommend don't buy Samsung products. Lots of brands available in market instead of Samsung.

                            they replace my new phone motherboard with refurbished one.
                            since then it is hang a lot and overheat .
                            I tried reformat it so many times.

                              Its approx 1 yrs to come to bought m31 from samsung online store.

                              While purchasing, it was an offer buy samsung that 1000 rs will be cash back to your respective account if you will made transcation from ICICI Bank, same i had followed and bought,

                              It now approx 1 yrs completed but cashback not received, getting daily email from samsung for very soon will be reflect in my account but it seems never to be come.

                              I trusted samsung but i think they had made fraud with me. Even same time Amazon was selling 1000 rs below but i trusted on samsung.

                              Sir, I want to take legal action against samsung

                                I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21+ mobile on 21-02-21, refer the bill copy. I got the courier on the 23rd. As the Charger was not supplied I had to order for a Samsung Charger. I could use the mobile only after getting the charger. On[protected] I started using the Phone . It got registered on that day. I learnt from the News paper dated[protected] that there is a smart watch offer. When I applied for the offer, it was rejected on the ground that I had not registered before[protected]. There was no intimation given to me asking me to register before[protected]. I had registered on the very next day. Discarding the offer to me due to this flimsy reason is unjust, unfair and illegal. I am surprised how the company fail to consider that the product was purchased by the consumer. The purchase date is not considered but they consider the registration date. Why they have not informed to me about the last date for registering to avail the gift? It is unfortunate that I have been getting stereo type reply rejecting the offer. It is highly arbitrary. Will you look into mu grievance and do justice.

I am using Samsung handsets since i have started using cell-phone i have used your maximum variants i.e your expensive cell-phone S9+ as it was launched i purchased it, Galaxy J7 Prime, Galaxy A-51, and many more of which i don't even remember the names of .I have been writing this mail after thinking a lot and after waiting for approx 2 weeks. i directly come to point that i have given my cell-phone on[protected]Saturday) at Samsung Service Center situated in Civil Lines Moradabad UP 244001 for display folder change as my cell-phone display was broken due to falling your Samsung employee ensured me that he will provide me the phone within 3-4 working days as the part will come on order and i can take my cell-phone on[protected]Wednesday) and paid complete payment of Rs 6900/-. I called Samsung employee at 12 noon on Wednesday to ask about the status of my cell-phone. He said that the part is not delivered yet but it is dispatched from our stock center and I can take my cell-phone tomorrow[protected]Thursday). Thursday morning I called him again. He said that he will provide the phone till Thursday evening but he did not give the phone and said that the part is not yet delivered but we can track the part and it in on the way and till tomorrow[protected]Friday). Again Friday the same reason was given that the part was not available.Finally it is[protected]Thursday) but i have not received my cell-phone yet now from last 3-4 days they have started saying that there is some other problem of motherboard in your phone which is not at all possible as there was problem of display damage. Can I seriously know that this is the way your company treats your old customers who have been using Samsung cell-phones for the last 10-12 years. i am really disappointed by the service and will surely Tweet this as well so that the public should also get to know what actually is happening behind the name of such a big Brand Samsung. I just need to know that when my cell-phone was in so many problems so why i got to know after two weeks. All i can understand is that now they are fooling me and making it dalay the reason behind is not clear yet.All i want is my cell-phone anyhow and asap as you must be aware that now a days even the attendance of offices are marked by cell-phone and i am unable to do that from last 14 days my salary will get on hold and termination letter will be issued to me.I am expecting help form your side only and not putting Consumer Rights in CC.

                                    I Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 on the 16th of March 2021, and cancelled the same on the day from the Samsung shop app . However not received any cancellation email or refund initiation from Samsung.
                                    Numerous calls to the customer care has not yielded anything. Only false promises.
                                    Seems that Samsung is not interested in solving customer problems.

                                      I bought a samung Washing Machine front load in 2015.
                                      The machine stopped spinning, I called the Samsung service centre, The technician came and said - the drum needs to be replaced. The technician also said that he will send a quote for the Drum replacement.
                                      Its almost a month - i didn't any reply from them. I again called the call centre - they now say that the spare parts are not available at all.

                                      my question is - why it took a month for them to tell me this.
                                      The washing machine has a 10 year motor warranty- so the company has to provide spare parts to at least 10 years.
                                      i had to call the company multiple tile - they talk irresponsibly.
                                      this should be stopped. customers are taken for rides
