Hello Team,

My Name is Arshad Hussain Khan who has purchased Samsung AC in the month of October 2018. AC was working fine till January 2021 with minor 2 to 3 issues.

This Year when my AC started malfunctioning and my first complaint was raised on February 2021 and Samsung took complete 1 month to fix my problem under complaint no. [protected]. After few weeks my AC stopped working and after raising complaint on April 10th with Service No.[protected] and till now waiting issue to be fixed. I am getting SMS every 2 to 3 days that part is in transit and Technician will visit but there is no service provided nor any courtesy call made to help me understand situation.

For 1st order I have paid Rs 7264/- and this time technician took my AC and said I have to pay for transport and charged Rs 500. Now they are going to come and charge more money for installation and fixing the problem. I am being looted by Samsung by for things that were supposed to be of lesser charge or free. Infact Samsung cheated kyon 2018 when I have raised a complaint that they will give extension on my servicing for 6 months but there was no record in their system and I am paying for servicing.

Hence I request honorable Team to intervene in my issue as I am being overcharged for services and at the same time my family is suffering for weeks in this hot climate. I have proven medical bills to show that my family health is being detoriated due to hot climate and to solve this problem I have spent money on AC but as if now it's of no use. Its my humble request to help in this situation when pandemic is on its peak and there is no availability of Doctors in hospitals. I cannot take any more risk with my family's health and keep on waiting for Samsung to resolve issues in weeks which could be resolved in 3 to 5 days.

    Dear support Team,
    I placed an order on samsung shop online (ID : [protected]) on 13th April and delivery date was 16th April but so far product has not been delivered yet neither got any solution. Whenever I'm calling customer service they are asking me to wait for 24Hours but even after that no solution and asking to wait again.

    The hell with this kind of service, if the product was not in stock then why the order was accepted and if was some website issue then why do i have to suffer? I want the delivery of the product ASAP either the same one or alternate product with 4~5 star split ac.

    Why the hell no one is responding and giving solution. It's really messed up and worst customer service I've ever faced.

      Sir,
      I had purchased a LED SAMSUNG TV UA43TU8000 108CM from Pittappillil Agencies, Ettumanoor, Kottayam, Kerala, on 15/09/2020. Till march we were using NETFLEX, Amazon Prime video using our Fiber Optic connection using BSNL ( High End Internet Plan)
      On 25th March the TV stopped working. I Registered a compliant, with Ref No [protected], The service adviser came to our house to inspected the TV the next day and informed me that some part is faulty and it needs to be replaced.
      On the second visit the service adviser replaced the part that was faulty. After the repair when the service adviser switched on the TV my father and 10 year old son found that the edge of the inside panel of the TV was broken. The adviser informed that our internet is very slow so cannot setup the TV at that time (our fibre Internet speed is 90MB per Second).When we came home we noticed that the edge of the inside panel of the TV was broken during the service (the service adviser was aware of the breakage he assures that the screen will get replaced by the company.) At the time of the repair only my aged father (Age- 84) and kids were at home. Hence the service adviser managed to get the signature from my father and close the compliant. (There is no external breakage of the TV only inside left corner was broken)
      On the next day I complained about the broken panel and status of the TV (Not Working) to the service centre. The manager told me that they will contact Samsung and resolve the problem. On the next day the same service adviser visited our home and took some photos of the TV and left. After that there was no replay from the service centre. So I visited the service centre but it was of no use…
      1) It’s been almost a month and my TV is still not working.
      2) After the second service the Inside Panel Left Corner is broken.

        We have contacted the companies authorized customer service centre at Habibulla Road, T'nagar, Chennai.
        I was informed that the spare parts are not available at this point in time and asked us to get in touch with customer care India.

        Since then we have been liaising with various customer care executives namely

        Mr. Abhishek
        Jaspreet Singh
        Service head india
        Mr. Ronak
        Mr. Sourab
        Various counsellors of samsung india

        All of them have vague replies saying that the service centre at Habibulla road t'nagar will get in touch with us to resolve the issue.

        We lost all hope and understood that they are dilly dalaying and are not showing any interest in getting the costly smart phone repaired.

        We cannot understand why an international company should find it difficult to get spare parts from their warehouse.

        We were prepared to bear the cost of spares. Nevertheless the company is unhelpful in getting the phone serviced.

        They are also not giving out a time frame to get the issue resolved.

        We need your help to take up the issue and get it resolved.

        Should we move to the next course of option available to us?
        Samsung India has not given any written reply as to why the smart phone cannot be repaired by them even though the same model is available in India.

        has been shared. But still no response to resolve the issue till this moment.

        It is an usual practice with reputed MNCs to replace the cell phone in substitution of a defective phone or at least get a replacement at a reduced cost to help the loyal customers. nothing of this sort happened with Samsung. really disappointed. No worry you are losing a loyal customer and so many who have a genuine problem with samsung along with it.

        why did samsung India asked our phone no, customer care reference number and names of executives who handled this issue and after furnishing these information no response from them had been received. What is the point in asking such information and when can we receive their replies in resolution of the complaint.
        Very disappointed with samsung india. Definitely they will lose customer confidence and future business from their loyal customers for sure.

        Samsung india grossly ignores a response to the complaint made despite repeated reminders.
        Do they intend to say we have to proceed the issue legally to obtain pecuniary damages from samsung for refusing to service the phone?

        We are at a loss to understand why an MNC which makes huge profits in india and remits abroad can be allowed with such an attitude
        Please totally ignore Samsung products as they don't show any respect for the complaints made requesting servicing.

        They turn a blind eye for the complaints about the quality of their products as the consumer goods goes for a six within a short period time of purchase.

        They have least respect for consumers who make complaints and ignore giving a written answers in refusing to handle servicing.

        Therefore it is recommended generally to move out to other brands of their competitors who take care in the quality of their products close to their heart and also helping and showing respect for consumers instead of ignoring them.

        They also don't care in giving any written answers to the complainants for obvious reasons

          I booked a service with Samsung India today the 16th April'2021at 9:30 am.. I was told that the service Engineer will visit between 12-3 pm..
          I even reminded the Local service job distribution person & specified that my Window AC for service.. Although since the Window AC specification was given at the time of ONLINE booking but still I told every one who contacted my over phone...
          At 3:00 pm a service engineer reported with no helper saying that i have been sent for Split AC service...After that I rang up the Samsung online booking centre as well as the Lucknow service Hub..They promised to depute another person and update me the status...
          No one called me back since then...Today I took leave from office for this job...WHAT IS THIS ????

              Past 4 years back bought a S7 edge mobile, i would like to replace the battery of that but could not able to get it from anywhere like checked with Samsung authorized service centres and sent an email to Samsung CEO helpdesk, there is no response from them and they finally concluded, they have stopped the manufacturing part items of model S7 edge like that told. It's totally worst thing, only limited period only they can able to providing the support to flagship phones, So don't go for any flagship phone from samsung.

              Samsung customer care support person is (jamil.banu.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) speaking rudely, not even listening our words keep on telling the same thing it will make customer unhappy and Loss the flagship customers from Samsung.
              Finally confirmed they can able to give a support for flagship mobiles from samsung only limited period support (3 to 3.5 years). Its totally worst thing.

              We are investing near by 1 lakhs if we are looking for a support they telling stopped a support of manufacturing part item & Service of your model like that. So dont trust to buy any samsung flagship mobile phones.

                I placed order for mobile screen desplay to service center of "phone world, aurora tower, mg road, camp, pune" on 7th apr 2021 with advance of rs 9, 000. Mobile no of shop is [protected]. I was told that it will take maximum of 4 days to receive the screen. Even after lapse of 8 days the item has not been received. After calling customer care, i was told that job sheet no given to me has not been registered by service center on samsung website till date and customer care is not able to see the status online. Now the phone world is not picking call also. I have a serious apprehension that they buy local parts from local market and replace / repair the mobiles, that is why the job sheet no has not been entered on samsung website.

                  I had recently bought a Samsung F41 fusion series mobile from flipkart. I received it on 2nd April 2021 and started to use it from 9th April 2021, today I got a touch complaint of screen and flipkart is denying to return/replace the product

                    Purchased phone (F62) on[protected], while using phone for 2min i am able to feel the heat coming from the phone, i had called Samsung customer care number and they told my to go to services center, so, i visited the services center and the guy there telling me that every thing is normal, then i went to my home and after a day the phone start fluctuating many times and after that the screen is fully off but the phone is on, i had called the customer care and tell them all they are just making assure that they will help but they are not, the phone is not even used a single day properly, and it should be RETURN or REPLACE
                    by the company. I think that the company will do the same. THANKYOU

                      Bought a samsung s 20 fe which is heating abnormally (battery starts draining rapidly after heating and causing application to show notification that phone is over heating and applications are getting auto closed but samsung service center channel 4 at cuttack, odisha is telling that device will heat upto 49/50 degree c its normal. Battery doesn't last upto one day also. I have been repeatedly complaining at there toll free number they only listen to my complain but they don't provide any solution

                        I have purchased Samsung AC on 18th Mar 2021 and it got installed on next day by Samsung service team . After 2 days we found AC is not getting cooled and raised a request with Samsung support team. Next day they came and found complete Gas in AC compressor is gone and they refilled it. Not Sure why and how it gone. It worked fine for 1 week and later we had the same issue again. So on 31st Mar 2021 I again raised a complaint with samsung support team. But no one has contacted even after following up with Samsung support team daily. Even they said they have escalated to Service Head and he will contact you in 1 day. But no response from them. When i called on 12th Apr 2021, support team mentioned that they have closed the request as it was resolved. No body came and contacted me for repair but they have closed the request and followed so many times with them. Its been a month we brought new AC but sitting without use at home. I brought for sake of my small kid as its very hot in my place. Now i cant buy other one or use the defective product from Samsung. I am not able to contact any one apart from Samsung support team which is not resolving and do any thing about it, as i brought the product from Samsung online. I really want to take this to higher level and file a case on Samsung for sending defective products and not providing service for it. It may be simple issue but for middle class people it matters more when we buy high price product but its not working. As I and my Family facing issue because of the product we purchased from Samsung and no others should face such issues, so I want to file a case and they should pay high penalty, so they will not repeat such mistakes in future. Thanks and hope this forum will do needful for me.

                        The Samsung executive is calling and conferencing with service person here and he has no knowledge in doing it and he made big issue by drilling the water pipe at home and he left in middle.
                        Again i have to get plumber for rectifying the issue, for that i paid him 500rs.
                        Please treat this issue a priority and try to solve the issue and surely I need to compensation from Samsung for putting mental torture and it should become lesson for them for not giving proper service and providing faulty product to the customer.

                            I purchased this mobile on 20 march 2021, but this phone is very much heating from start. I visited service center to resolve my issue, they update software but after that issue was rising and now phone heated up to 50 degrees .Then I complaint on twitter, they called me and then I took my phone at service center for heating test and my phone was failed in heating test even their worst guidelines. According to samsung in S20, S21 series if you use camera continuously for 10 minutes with every other application off and in flight mode, then increase of 15 degrees is normal situation. How is that possible temperature rise from 35 degrees to 50 degrees is normal? My mobile temperature rise from 30 to 48.5 degrees, mobile failed in heating test. It means phone form box is defective piece and I want replacement for my mobile. And they don't listen and every time says wait for 2 days . My phone is submitted at service center and today 8 days gone and I don't get any response. My all work stopped due to their service . I get in touch with urvashi manthaliya from samsung and did not get any right response, only I listen wait for 2 days.

                              27th March '21: Samsung technician comes to wall mount my 55 inch LED TV. While doing that, he(Mr. Chirag Mehta) damages it - the screen is broken and now has lines all over it.

                              Query raised and on 1st April : Another technician(Mr. Gyanshyam) comes to follow up. Falsifies the report that the TV was already broken !!! While acting in front o[censored]s as if the matter will get resolved in our favour.

                              After 15 days of relentlessly chasing customer care service - all in vain. Nobody calls us back, no responsibility taken by their team.

                              Damaging the TV was one thing, lying about it to cover up their incompetence is just fraudulent.!

                              A 55 inch LED TV damaged for no fault of our own and for two weeks problem not resolved.

                              So after the technician came and damaged my TV, we called up the customer care service center. The response is not quick and you need to brace yourself for a long and tedious journey. So here's the drill: Call customer care- they are pretty useless so just ask them to forward your call to their supervisor (they'll say "the supervisor is busy and will call you back")don't believe that. Just stay on the line. When my call finally went to the supervisor (and mind you I had to talk to dozens of them and each time explain the whole ordeal all over again!) - the supervisor 'escalated' my matter to the ASM(area service manager) The ASM was supposed to call me back n never did so again the matter had to be 'escalated' and this time to the highest authority which is the -"headquarters" After that a person from HQ is assigned to look into your case and help you get your solution. In my case even after getting connected with the HQ it took a lot of time and tested my patience to a breaking point. It took a whole month for the matter to get resolved! In my experience the samsung service center people were very rude and unprofessional. Also Samsung doesn't provide warranty for replaced part ! WHY!? I was told since the repair was free of cost I get no warranty which is unfair. So lesson learnt : photograph a 'before' photo when getting your appliance serviced so as to have proof.                               Updated by beware of fraudsss
                              Unacceptable behaviour by Samsung service center team leader (Mr. Sagar Patel). He not only misbehaved with me on a call but also lied and manipulated the facts.
                              He has not bothered to get to the bottom of the matter and everytime Samsung executives ask him for his statement : he lies and says that the customer's TV was already damaged. Although when asked if he has prior proof backing the same - he said "No" ... Do you???? !!!
                              So now I'm supposed to record and videotape every technician's visit!
                              Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Mistreatment. Incompetent good-for-nothing employees hired to harass customers.

                              Updated by beware of fraudsss
                              After 30 days in pursuit of compensation - issue finally resolved!.
                              Customer care service center patched my call through to the Samsung HQ - and though it took time and tested my patience a lot! - the HQ made the service center replace my damaged part free of cost.
                              Key takeaways from my experience:
                              1.No warranty provided or proof or documentation about the part's authenticity so fingers crossed that the part works well.
                              2.Samsung technicians are not very professional.
                              3. The entire service center facility very taxing and not what you'd expect from a multinational company like Samsung's.

                              Anyways all's well that ends well. So far, relieved and glad that matter resolved.

                                Dear All,

                                Myself Sathish Rajendran.

                                I have submitted my S9 mobile on 9th Jan for Display replacement at SVC at chengalpattu and received a product on 21st Jan.

                                From that day I'm facing "mic audio issue" and I visited SVC again on 23rd Jan, Since display got replaced recently, they advised me to use the handset like this for some days /month, then we'll resolve this issue. ( It may affect display if we do service Suddenly).

                                FYI and documentation:
                                I have informed Mr. Kaushik krishnan (attached) the same on 23rd Jan through email(attached).

                                After few days, from February I'm following with both SVC at chengalpattu and Kaushik (Samsung Engineer), unfortunately I'm not getting any response from them.

                                * SVC at chengalpattu is ready to do without warranty, As expected (Always traitorous guys ) but why do I have to do without warranty even I informed the issue during the warranty period on 23rd Jan itself?

                                Please do support with my issue as soon as possible.

                                It's very pathetic and pitiful to use the handset like this and continuous following with them is ridiculous...

                                  Airconditioner outdoor is stopping after sometime o[censored]se and again it is working after sometime. As it is not working continuously there is no cooling.

                                      This is a SCAM Samsung is trying to cover up for over 3 years now.
                                      I wrote a more than 500 emails and called a zillion times in the last fiver months, yet there is no response form these fraudsters.

                                      The concept of this TV{THE FRAME} is that its a TV cum a 55" Photo frame. The website claims the TV(https://www.samsung.com/in/microsite/the-frame-tv/) is customizable in terms of the frame(a frame around the TV), however it doesn't offer an option to buy this frame. Frame/Bezel is the actual crux of this product.Before making the purchase I made sure the frame can be availed via some medium/way so that my TV looks as it is in the website. What I did to make sure is talked to the customer support (product department) about availing the frame. I was told the product is not sold over the website or any stores in the country, however shall be delivered as an accessory during the time of installation, which never happened. Since the day of purchase I have made more than 100(literally) calls to the customer service center regarding availing the frame, all my attempts have ended in vein and the utterly ridiculous support team at Samsung front wont help in this matter. I was misguided and made to purchase a product worth 82k that doesn't look like what the website claims . If they hadn't promised i would have never purchased it at the first place. Returning the product is an option however it incurs me additional costs in many ways. The solution that I would be interested in is the getting the frame as they have promised.
