i would like to inform you that, by 3rd May of this month i went to Samsung care Tinsukia 786125 (Name- Dharam's mobile, location TDA plaza)
to replace my mic.
then they informed that to fix up the mic. we need to open the display, so if display breaks during fixing up the stuff we are not responsible for cause sir you will responsible if the display breaks down
then along with mic he too replaced the headphone jack. After fixing the phone when i came back to my native place then when i pluged in headphone i realised that my jack was not working properly, So at that mean time i called and informed them. Then again i paid a visit to the service centre on 8th May and requested them to replace the jack. then again they repeated the same sentence "Sir if your display breaks down we will not be responsilbe for the stuff" after then he started the work. after few minute he came to me and told me sir your "display patta" has been torn. and i was shocked and then i replied ok kindly fix a new one..After few minute they showed me old display/used display and asked me sir we will fix up this display and then i replied ok fine fix it
then again after few minute he came to me and informed me, sir display is not supporting in ur mobile phone and we dont have new display at this time even we dont have stock in Guwahati we need order it from "Noida"..
it will take around 4-5 days
then i replied ok fine
and then when i contacted them after few days they replied sir it may take few week because of lockdown
*So my mobile was in Service centre for one month and they did'nt gave me even job card
Then by 5th june they contacted me and told, Sir ur
Phone ready display has been fixed and when i went there by 7 june to collect my phone, they were seeking amount of display i paid little amount 1500/-...
And when i came back to home my and i played music my loud speaker was not working properly, very low volume which is not audible.. and also power button some works and some time does not..also finger scanner is some time working and some time dose'nt and by 17th june display also sttoped working blank display with white lining
and agian i paid a visit by 24 june, they kept my phone J7 max with them and told we will order display if the display is avilable we will fix it..
and again when i back home i called customer care to report about my phone issue. then they seeked me the job sheet number then i replied no i have not been provided any job sheet by samsung care. then at that mean time i called service centre and querried about job sheet number, and then they generated my job sheet by 25th june and forwarded me on watsapp.
and they from samsung service centre they called me today(i.e on 27 june) called me and saying that sir your display is not available we will be paid 10% DNA value as per by samsung policy..

***And one more issue:-
when i went there by 3rd May 2021 i was carrying on more phone along with me Samsung J7-Prime to replace the charging pin. They replaced the pin the pin is not working properly and while fixing up the display he tear the back touch strip or minimize strip

And
J7 prime chraging problem was solved on 24 june but back touch button was not prepared

Your products are too fine and good
But your services are not not good
Please provide good techinicain at service centre
We need to travel 90km to reach the particular service centre from Arunachal to Assam by spending our whole day time...
Just to visit Samsung service centre to get proper service and genuine products for our phones. But inwards what we r getting
Facing problem since 3 May... please look after the matter and provide good technician so name and fame of your brand would last forever...
And also kindly look after my matter how to solve my matter
***And one important point - one should be provided job sheet whenever one submit their phone's
i will file a case on Dharam's service centre in consumer court if my phone is not prepared properly
alternatively, provide me a new phone
or else cancel the lincense of the "Dharam's samsung service centre"

And also if my case will not be solve properly i will never purchase samsung product and will never recommend to anyone too.

    Mr. SUNIL KUMAR, from samsung service centre located in 1st flr, 2nd line beach, george town, chennai-600001, Tamil Nadu, is behaving very rudely and in a abusive manner to the customer (myself), though i was very polite. I didnt expect samsung will treat me in such a bad manner, very disappointed with samsung recruiting such unprofessionals.

        My handset of model Samsung A31 was suddenly recognised with the problem of non charging few days back, thereby I found it preferable to submit it to the nearest service centre to repair it, My phone was left with 1 month of warranty, I handover the phone to them, after enquiry they informed it was due to the leakage of some liquid and thereby they considered it to be a physical damage but I couldn't find anything, there was no physical damage moreover I totally handled it with care the phone was making problem of its own, the liquid leakage was of its own, Whatever I submitted the phone to the service centre (Vaishno Telecom, Chandannagar Hooghly) on 10th of June, 2021, They said me that they will call after repairing it within 3 days, Almost 15 days have passed whenever I gave them a call they used to say we will call you back with the status of the phone 2 hours later, but till now never I received a single call from them, this is the harassment a customer has to face with the service centre, After almost 15 days I am still ignorant of the status of my phone, don't know whether it is ok or not.

        I don't know whether any necessary steps were taken by the company or not, but I got my phone back repaired after 20 days of submitting, after so much harassment and even non clearance of the actual defect that took place, I got my phone repaired from the service centre and I am really astonished and eventually not satisfied with the customer service provided by the service centre.

          My friend a resident of Dubai had purchased & gifted a SAMSUNG Galaxy Z Flip last year in October 2020 from Dubai, which as per the dealer had a international warranty of 1year.

          Recently i.e. in last week of May 2021 a problem occurred wherein the company fitted plastic coating started coming out from the area where it is folded, I approached your service center in Okhla with the problem and told them that the product was bought last year October from Dubai but to my surprise they told me that as this product is bought from Dubai in that case it doesn't fall in one time screen replacement offer wherein a nominal fees is charged, which is ridiculous, I didn't expect this from a renowned company like Samsung.

          If a company like SAMSUNG starts misleading & selling their products with wrong information then people will start loosing trust which I don't think will be acceptable to SAMSUNG.

          I really feel dejected, though I am also using Galaxy Z Fold 2 which was bought last December 2020 from India, I am one of the blind follower of Samsung electronic products & for the first time facing this kind of harassment.

          I am hereby attaching the pictures of phone along with this mail for your reference.

          Hope my concern would be addressed & resolved soon.

            I purchased Samsung mobile Galaxy M31s in month of Aug2020 using ICICI Bank Debit Card and was supposed to get Rs.1000/- cashback for this transaction within 90 days of purchase.

            Till date I have not received any cash back.

            After repeated requests to Samsung CEO (e-mail) and Support Centre still no action.

            Ticket No. 1994964 and so on till. ...Last Reference No. [protected]

            Kindly look into matter and help get cashback amount at earliest.

                Side by side refrigerator, cooling issue, lodged complain, poor service, without tracing problem, filled up gas, same problem repeated after 4days, service center pointing to circuit board problem, after follow up found internal body leakage problem, contacted customer care more than 30times, 23 days passed no final response from SAMSUNG, service Centre refused to provide service related to body leakage problem, poor quality, no support .
                I am really helpless not expecting poor customer support company from samsung.
                Till today, no assurance from samsung whether they will repair or not or to exchange product

                    Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                    I purchased a Samsung Air Conditioner in starting of the month of June'2021. For the past 1 week I am experiencing an issue of water leakage from outdoor unit of AC. Regarding this I registered a repair request to Samsung Customer Care on 22/06/2021, but till date the problem is not resolved. I was told that technician will contact on 22nd itself but no contact was there on that day. Yesterday (24/06/2021) I again contacted to customer care, the executive told that technician will contact between 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. but no one contacted from service center. At the end of day when I myself called service center, the guy refused to send the technician and told that problem won't be resolved today. I contacted customer care again, they told to wait only.
                    Today I again contacted service center but they are not picking the call. I contacted customer care again today, they keep on telling to wait only, but I think waiting is not the solution to the problem.
                    If they can't offer the service I'll get it resolved by some local technician. At least make clarity to the customer. This is really disappointing.
                    Hope you will look into the matter and resolve the query ASAP.

                      My Samsung phone A50s which was purchased on October 2019 is having booting issues.I had given the phone to Samsung service centre MP nagar Bhopal.they told me that the mother board of phone to be replaced and it costs around 9000rupees.it is very unfortunate for me to have such a kind of issue with a fairly new phone which didn’t had any physical damage yet.I now doubt about the quality of Samsung phones kindly give me necessary service

                        Please read the very careful below my mail.

                        It is very disappointing that we have to write this letter to you. I have used the Samsung M30S handset and having troubles with the defective phone after a software update past 5 days and submitted the service centre Devine Solution but they did not resolve the issue within 2 to 3 days after promised the timeline. One hour before I have got a call from the centre ([protected]) and said parts are not available and it will take time 4 to 5 days. why????

                        They did already perform an ineffective service. Having brought the matter to the Office of President, customer service, the regret is that Samsung displays continued ineffectiveness at the highest level of escalation! So, it is my view that always buyer beware before buying any Samsung product.

                        What I am looking for against my complaint???

                        I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER.
                        What a Beautiful Solution!

                        It's a totally miss managed service that Samsung is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and they, are only worried about their quarterly profit.

                        I am hoping that I am writing to the highest level in Samsung Customer Service. It has been a painful experience until now to deal with the support team you have. I have had several conversations, and points of online interactions in dealing with the problems.

                        Totally my time has been wasted so much that I am very concerned if it is worth the time again to send this email to the office of the president. However, now that I have a defective unit in hand, I need to take the steps necessary to have it replaced and justify my investment. I do not think it is worth my time and efforts to have the unit sent again for "diagnosis" or "repair", and wait for it to arrive.

                        I am going through a horrible experience as well.

                        I've been a long-time customer of Samsung products, but Samsung Electronics of Indian customer service is rock bottom as well as its service/warranty policy.

                        NOTE:- Requests to speak with Tier II or Tier III technician just get you a long hold time and the same person comes on the phone with some other silly thing to try that doesn't fix anything. I eventually asked to speak with a senior customer support team member and that was also ignored until I repeated the request.

                        I have been doing a lot of online research on Samsung and it has been an eye-opening experience. I quickly noticed a very common pattern: -

                        1. SAMSUNG DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
                        2. SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT.
                        3. SAMSUNG IS VERY INCONSISTENT IN HANDLING COMPLAINTS.
                        4. IT IS A BIG MISTAKE TO BUY SAMSUNG.

                        Where is the proof that my case has been escalated? I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because I just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning, I am telling you that you guys are pathetic and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL SAMSUNG SERVICE TEAM. I am trying to find my way to complain about you in the public forum nothing more else.

                        Kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action nothing more else also will be should give best services of valuable customer. Please let me know if you are unable to provide me with that so I can escalate the matter to the social side.

                            I was facing issues in accesiing prime video on my tv. So I called customer care and they advised me with some steps to perform on my tv. Still the issues remains the same, so the guy arranged an engineer visit for 20th jun, 2021. The engineer came, who DOES NOT EVEN HAVE ANY PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, called the same technical team with whom I dealt with in the first place. The engineer with his personal remote did various troubleshooting steps without his knowledge, he blindly done everything and it turned on restricting all of my apps from my tv. Now I am left with no AAPs on my tv and taking continue follow up, about case being investigated and the engineer who instead of resolving my issue, make it more WORST for me assured that I will come with a senior engineer and today is 25th of June, no one came. I ALSO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE ON CALL AGAIN, who told your request is still open and we are escalating this further and also assured me that a new senior engineer will visit tomorrow. THAT TOO DIDN'T CAME!!!Now I am fed up with samsung as I am trying to address my issue by calling your team and they keep cutting and disconnecting my call. IT'S REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR WITH CUSTOMERS.. The engineers visited was SHAILESH PATEL, HIS SENIOR GANSHYAM PATE ARE FRAUDSSSSSS... Samsung is entertaining such engineers who keep getting thier brand name down
                            I SERIOUSLY WANT SOMEONE TO LOOK ITNO THIS AND RESOLVE WHAT needs to be done.. Samsung you should value your customers and teach your service team how to talk with customers and never CUT CALLS IN BETWEEN. THAT IS REALLY REALLY BAD!!!

                              I have made payment of 2160RS through Samsung pay mini app on 17 June 2021. Amount has been debited from account but the money didn't send to the person bank . After waiting seven days I raised quary about Amount debit but they said Amount is not debit from my account. It's all about fraud through Samsung pay mini app.

                                I purchased the phone s20fe 4g in the month of Jan 2021 and I am currently facing issues such as battery backup, performance, charging time, overheating etc..

                                I also saw the same phone comes with snapdragon processor now (launched in March or April) which is way better at battery and processor management.

                                It's unfair that people who bought the 4g version so close to the 5g version launch we haven't gotten any offer to get the device changed with benefits..

                                  Hi,
                                  I saw a severe display tint on grey color throughout the device in low lighting conditions, I asked customer care for replace refund within 14 days of purchase and they agreed to it, they said to submit device in service center. The service center are denying this as an issue and are saying that this is not an issue but a theme I asked them if it is a theme, to download any grey image from net in another device and transfer to the defective unit and check if the issue persists but they said they wont check anything because they only check with whatever sw samsung has provided them with. The customer care person who was handling this case said he will ask them to send images and I collected my phone after that from service center and the week after that I got the reply from customer care that no issue was found so closing the case.

                                    Hi I bought samsung m30s mobile in Amazon in February 2020. Now restart issue is there I went samsung service centre in jayanagar Bangalore there they told mother board and display issue is there telling so many mobiles m30s mother board issue is there.due to lock down my warranty is expired..they are asking 9000rs money for repair motherboard literally I am crying...my family members all are using samsung mobiles only not happened like this...mother board issue means that is company fault not our fault..please help me for this issue

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Damaged TV Delivered.

                                      We ordered a Samsung TV from UA50TU8000KXXL (order id: [protected]) through Samsung online portal. They have delivered a damaged product (broken display) and this was noted by their installation engineer. As per his instructions we have raised a ticket through customer care number.
                                      We have not received any support yet from the company to replace this damaged product. This is really annoying if brand like Samsung behave this way.

                                        Ticket Number - 2090577. I have purchased this phone from Samsung official site . But after delivered I have seen that back cover fitting is not proper it was showing gap so I raised complaint but they said to visit service center so I visited service center but thier service engineer said that they will give only certificate for hardware problem they can't give for manufacturing defect and even they said they don't replace product because I have purchased online . What rubbish policy of Samsung have they can't replace their products even if purchased from their official site . This is really pathetic service. I want my money back or replacement of my mobile .
