What the Hell!, The Screen suddenly stops working, No scratch no physical dent they still say its physical damage and take 4700 to replace the same and after a week now it stops working again the same way, Is it just a way to keep looting the customer, The are heartless bunch of greedy ppl working there probably i almost lost my job last time so i had to put such an amount now again

      I have ordered a Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite on 2/6/21 and it was expected to be delivered on 8/6/21. But It's been a week now and I haven't received the product yet!
      It is shown in the site that the product returned to origin. Either i want them to deliver the product soon or I demand a refund.

        I have ordered a Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite from samsung online shop app. I ordered it on 2/6/21 and it was expected to be delivered by 8/6/21. It's almost a week now and i haven't received the product yet!
        It is shown that the product has returned to the origin. I want them to take an immediate action. Either they have to send the product again or I demand a refund.

          I Mahendra More and my mobile number [protected] I purchased Samsung A21S mobile on date[protected] it gives the battery backup good at the beginning but now its continuously goes heated and shows the huge battery drainage and finally its completely shut off so I went to Samsung Authorized service near of me located in Dhule Maharashtra to take warranty claim but they just tried for to software reset, but problem till exist in my mobile I am now completely upset by service and using this mobile and I have strongly recommend to any one please do not buy Samsung mobile because they not keep their promise of quality and service so please don’t buy Samsung

                Dead Sir/Madam,

                I've raised a repair request on our Samsung refrigerator and an engineer came and examined it more than 10 days back and told me that some part is damaged and in order to get that part they took 1500 rupees and went. Till then no response from their side when I tried reaching service support over call they will tell we'll look into issue. Below is the tracking number given to me but they are providing wrong information in their site saying the refridgerator repair is completed.

                        I was purchased samsung ff 345l model rt37553859 refined inox double door fridge on 08.10.2019 with one year warranty with the price rs.33, 835/- with sales order no.[protected], at reliance retail limited nagaram, keesara mandal. In the date[protected] we faced the problem that the fridge is not getting cool and given complaint to the customer care, technicians are visited two times and not resolved the issue. We paid rs.3000/- and rs.400/- for service.
                        It worked about 12 days only, again the technicians visited when ever there is no cooling, but they are not resolved the issue. After somany followups the item was taken to their workshop on[protected].
                        Till the date i was not received the item to my home. I was asked to replace with new one if problem is not solved till this day. They are simply extending days only. No any feedback from them. I was calling them and no response from them till this day.
                        I am facing the problem to keep the grocessries and necessary thing in this lock down time since 4 months.
                        I request you that i dont want the item and refund of the amount of rs.33835/- i will purchase new one urgently.

                          I had bought a Samsung Galaxy watch 3 for an amount of Rupees 29, 291/- on the 20th of May 2021 but I was surprised and shocked to find out that Samsung had charged me Rs.33, 291/-( rupees 4000 excess!!) from my Axis account fraudulently.

                          I have written several times to Samsung India on email about this fraud but nobody has responded till now they just keep giving me new ticket numbers and are not addressing the serious matter.

                          I have also talked to Samsung support telephone line several times but all I keep getting is sorries from a different agent everytime and false promises that they will refund my money immediately.

                          I have been robbed of rupees 4000 in excess to what was to be charged from me by Samsung. To make the matter worse they are avoiding the issue and nobody is addressing it because it is a huge mistake by a mega corporate like Samsung India.

                          I will take this matter to the courts and expose Samsung and its managers in India who are totally incompetent.

                          I have emailed screenshots and proof of everything that has been going on in this matter and will press charges against Samsung India if no one calls me in the next 48 hours and resolves this issue immediately.

                            Ear Sir/Madam,

                            I registered a complaint for a Samsung refrigerator on 12th June. My registered mobile number is [protected]. The compressor sound was not coming and I requested a visit. The service center executive visited on 13th June Sunday telling that the issue is with the filter and filter needs to be replaced and gas needs to be refilled.

                            Mr Nasir Momin visited on 14th June Monday and did the filter replacement and gas filling. Even after this there was no cooling and I registered the complaint again. Mr. Nasir Momin visited again on 15th June Monday and said that the issue can either be with the PCB or it can be with the compressor. He was unsure of what the issue was even though the compressor was not working. We requested him to replace the compressor and check but he denied and we are forced to now replace the PCB for which he is going to charge us again.

                            The customer service is unethically charging me for the different issues every time even though that is not the issue. I would request you to do the needful in this matter at the earliest. This is not expected from a brand like Samsung.

                                My name is Mohammed Asharaf. Then bought an iPhone 12 on Jan'21. I bought the Samsung galaxy S21 5G on 24 March 2021. I had very worst experience of my life with this S21 phone. Plus The Customer Service centre is very very unprofessional.

                                I think I've received the faulty S21. Within just 11 days o[censored]sage my display suddenly gone black. I can receive the call and messages. But my phone is black screen. I cannot see who is calling and I cannot attend the calls. I went to the Service Centre immediately and told them my experience. They did some light tapping and hitting on the front and back of the phone and they did force restart by pressing the 3 buttons. It's ON and then they said this won't happen again.

                                Then again after 2 weeks the same problem happened. I went to the Customer Service and again this time also they did the same thing but it didn't switch ON. They said it's the display problem and they'll change the display. They said the display part is not available and it may take 1-2 weeks. Actually I'm eligible for replacement if it is 14 days. But they purposely crossed my date of warranty. It's been 1 month, the phone is in service centre and they are not giving a proper response. They said it's in quality dept., then they saying that the replacement part is not yet available. Nobody is giving proper response and they are not saying when will I get my phone.

                                How can you tolerate this? Bought a premium phone for Rs.75, 000/-, got problem in just less than 2 weeks then changing the display in less than 1 month and not having the part in stock and waiting for my phone till now. My phone is still in the Service Centre. I've hardly used my phone not even 2 weeks.

                                Please help me.

                                  from 13 april to till date i had submitted many times my phone in samsung care center every time they will wipeout data software update change some setting but problem is not resolve. they are not able resolve issue and not taking any responsibility.

                                  please help...

                                  I had mail to Samsung care center (support.[protected]@samsung.com) as well as (om.[protected]@gmail.com) but no response from both side they always said will escalate case to senior level but not any update.

                                  please help...

                                    Very worst experience and Samsung brand also

                                    I bought Samsung M21s on 20 Jan 2021 and it's not even six months old suddenly I saw pink and purple patches on the screen and it's started spreading everywhere. I reached to Samsung authorized service center and they said it's not covered under warranty. They are asking 5k to replace the display. I'm totally frustrated and I don't know exactly what caused this issue. It's a new mobile not even a single scratch on the mobile. I saw Samsung community forum I think it's on going issue. I repent buying Samsung mobile.
