    I am very disappointed with the samsung refrigeartor I bought it in the month of september last year on 20 sep 2020 I was overwhelmed that I bought a great brand but after 7 months of purchase since 2 june 2021the refrigerator stopped cooling at all I complaint in the service center asking for replacement of the faulty appliance and also written several emails to samsung support. Three engineers visited my home and they told us that this is a problem of internal leakage in the unit and then they said they will have to replace a filter and also on top of that 1 engineer even started selling us AMC for rs4300 and also commented itni garmi me khan jaoge fridge toh repair karana hi hoga. Being a brand you put these faulty things in the appliance so that people will buy AMC and I am sure this is a manufacturer defect because internal leakage doesn't caused through filter it is when there is a defect in the entire unit which is responsible for transferring the gas for circulation and cooling. A humble request please replace this device I can't bear repairs all the time right now the fridge is under warranty so the part is coming for free but what if the leakage again starts after warranty of thr device then will again go through this. I can't bear this stress of repairing a new appliance everytime.
    This kind of quality wasn't expected from the number one brand will never recommend samsung to anyone because of you people I had to suffered alot and even after tons of emails there is no hearing of a customer. You treated us badly and sold us a defective appliance. To the best possible please resolve this as the soonest because it is difficult to survive in summers without a fridge.

      I have repaired my Galaxy Note 10 plus from SAMSUNG authorised service centre, (Bharatia Business, Near Jain Mandir) Nalbari, Assam on[protected] & I paid accordingly Rs 23, 900.
      I could not believe that, the mobile phone stopped working after 3 days. I again went to the service centre with the mobile phone. The service centre told me that the main board which was fitted during repair was not working. They kept my mobile again for repair with out any receipt. One of the person from Service centre (Name- Mr Utpal Singha) has handed over the phone to the reception of my hospital in my absence.
      Now, when I saw the phone, I was shocked as the back cover was fitted with some adhesive like Fiviquik. I communicated Mr. Utpal Singha of service centre. But, He did not responded me well.
      Please look after the matter & do the needful.

        I bought samsung s21 ultra from Amazon india on 24/04/2021.As per the offer I was eligible for a samsung active 2 watch.
        I was unable to redeem the offer so I contacted samsung.
        Now it has been a more than a month I am struggling to get my offer. All samsung has is fake promises.
        Their customer representatives are completely untrained and each person will tell you a different story and when you ask for senior representatives, they will say they have arranged the call. Another fake promise as call will never come.
        I had never expected this type of service from samsung.
        And never ever buy a samsung product and specially from Amazon. Both the companies are big cheater

          Hii, am resident from ongole, I have samsung front load washing machine which was repaired from 3 days, so I contact the samsung service centre they say service man will attend with in 24 hrs but they don't appear since 3 days, we continuously contacting the customer care about service man not attending the service, they are saying we are sending mail with out giving any clarity about service, my mom have knee problem she can't wash the cloths, we are receiving worst service, how can we wash cloths with out washing machine though samsung saying they are giving best service, but customers receving worst service, so kindly consider my complaint and solve my issue, thank you.

            सैमसंग एस20 एफ ई मोबाइल बहुत ही घटिया है।यकीन नही है तोआपलोग खुद चेक करके देख लिजिए। 5 मिनट विडिओ रिकॉर्डिंग करके या 15 या 16 मिनट बात करके खुद देख लिजिए बहुत ही गर्म हो रहा है और बैट्री भी बहुत जल्दी खत्म हो रहा है।सैमसंग कम्पनी के सारे के सारे अधिकारी और कर्मचारी कामचोर और भ्रष्टाचार मे लिप्त है

                Its been 3 Weeks when i highlight the issue to Samsung customer service and to service head team, and still not receive any response about my phone Samsung A30s.

                we started facing issue with in a month of buying the product.
                1 - Screen goes off - Samsung service center team took a week to fix the issue
                2 - Network Issue - finally Samsung service team denied to fix the issue and stated that they found liquids in the mother board, hence it can not fix.

                i called the service center guy almost 10 times a day, and they never respond, when i complain in the customer service team about their non response behavior, they called back and informed that my phone is non repairable.

                either i pay 8500 to them to fix it, or it can not be fixed.

                nobody listen in Samsung, i sent multiple emails and calls but no resolution.

                      I ordered the Samsung FF 465L 3S RT47M623ESL RL STNLS- from Reliance Retail Limited Nizampura Road Vadodara on 09.11.2020. I used my HDFC debit card for this transaction. My order was delivered on 09.11.2020.

                      On that day there was an offer going on which was ''Rs. 9000 instant cashback on using the HDFC debit card''. Till date even after doing multiple rounds of follow-ups cash back not received till today..

                      Even today when I called the customer care department, they asked us to wait for sometime. I am not getting any response or solution to this problem from anyone.

                      please resolve this issue asap.

                        I have purchased a Samsung fridge 2 may 2019, during the 1st year of warranty the fridge has malfunctioned thrice where the engineers earlier were not able to find the issue, Now the same problem has started where the lower portion of the fridge stopped cooling, this is the 4th time we are facing this issue .Kindly provide replacement of the Refrigrator as the company has provided me poor quality product, we trusted samsung as we were using it earlier but this time the product quality is pathetic .Need a kind attention on this and plz provide the details of the nodal officer, kindly resolve it earliest as possible .

                          I have some problem to repair my mobile phone, i am going to samsung service center to repair my phone but the exicutive tell me your mobile has out of warranty but actually these mobile has in warranty...actually in these mobile the display color problem create by automatically i have not create any impact damage or physical damage but the service center and the Samsung senior person don't understand my problem and they are tell me it's your physical or impact damage but i have clarify i have don't create manually these things happen automatically. but the has not ready to repair my device...

                            I have moisture problem in my new refrigerator. I bought it in Jan 2021. Just in 5 months i am facing such issues in an expensive refrigerator. Pathetic support team. Your engineer come and say we will talk in the company and tell you, but none has ever called back. I really regret buying Samsung.

                              Samsung's technician (ph:[protected]) took the mother board of my TV for repair and fixed it back once when it didnt even work for one day. And took it back again not to return. He neither picks up my phone not even returns the Board (without which TV does not even have scrap value).
                              Samsung should chuck out such employees and hire only people who are capable after background checks. Not such cheats and incompetent anti social elements

                                Hello Sir / Madam,
                                I have a Samsung refrigerator model number RA20YVMS1/XTL. I have registered a complaint on 3 April to repair my refrigerator on WhatsApp number of Samsung company with complaint no.[protected].Company's service engineers came and change the parts but the fridge was not repaired. On 6th April a new complaint was filed by me again on the company's WhatsApp number with complaint no.[protected]. Again the company's service engineer came, Replace the parts they installed earlier, fridge still not repaired on 2nd visit.I filed again a new complaint on the company's WhatsApp number 7th April with complaint no.[protected]. The company's service engineers came again they checked again and it was not repaired even on his 3rd visit.
                                A new complaint was filed by me on Samsung's WhatsApp number on 10th April with complaint no.[protected]. Now for the fourth time the service engineers of the company came and took out the parts which they had installed earlier, I had already given them the money for these parts.
                                Today even after 2 months my refrigerator is kept like a box.The parts for which I have already paid, service engineers took them out and no proper further information is being given by the service center or company.
                                Failure to fix the refrigerator by going to the customer's house four times shows the company's and service center working style.
                                After 2 months, even after making full payment, my refrigerator has not been repaired till date.
                                I strongly condemn such services being provided by the company and by the service center to the customers.

                                Despite repeated requests by me, again the same service engineer was sent who could not detect the problem of the refrigerator for the last four times.I wonder is company has only one service engineer in whole indore for repaire the same.

                                It is also surprising that the said service engineer, who could not even catch the refrigerator problem for the last four times, without checking with any instrument, told the compressor of the refrigerator to be defective. Amazing service by your company and your service engineer.

                                  I purchased Samsung mobile phone on 17th Feb 21 and from the same day i am facing heating and battery drainage issue for which i went to shopkeeper to replace the phone but he denied and asked me to visit service center. So after visiting Service center multiple times they denied to repair the phone as they didn't found any issues in the phone. While using the during the call battery is getting drain to 50% within one hour and it can't be used without headphone as it is heating so much.

                                  Date of incident:- 17th Feb 21.

                                  I request you to either replace the phone or repair the battery. As this is my hard earned money and i purchased this phone for Rs. 35000.

                                    I purchased Samsung mobile phone on 17th Feb 21 and from the same day i am facing heating and battery drainage issue for which i went to shopkeeper to replace the phone but he denied and asked me to visit service center. So after visiting Service center multiple times they denied to repair the phone as they didn't found any issues in the phone. While using the during the call battery is getting drain to 50% within one hour and it can't be used without headphone as it is heating so much.

                                    Date of incident:- 17th Feb 21.

                                    I request you to either replace the phone or repair the battery. As this is my hard earned money and i purchased this phone for Rs. 35000.

                                      Hello Samsung mene purchase kiya aapke yaha se note 10 lite generally mene isko gaming ke liye tha lekin yeah bilkul hi bekar processor ke sath anee wala device hai much lagging issues response nhi karta bhaiya aapka device paisa barbad hai bhai orr bhi cheege hai processor ko chod ke jaise calling response agar mene koi call lagaya hai to yeah to 4-5 second ke baad bolenge hai lagunga ki nhi 40k invest karke agar aise devices dene wale ho to isse ache to fir vivo or oppo hai kam se kam itne problems to nhi hote. I suggest to everyone one please don't purchase these type of product of Samsung

                                        I have submitted my samsung Note 8 on 13.05.2021 as its screen was not working. They accepted the phone and asked for 50% deposit of approximate charges, when enquired they said that the approximate charges will be 13200. I had to pay 6620/- a 2% extra because I paid it via card. The bill number I was provided is [protected] with a confirmation that the device will be repaired with 7 to 10 days. Today on 02.06.2021 when I tried calling the service centre’s contact number, the call was unattended and when I tried to check the status online to my shock I found out that There isn’t any information available for the above given bill number, when I tried contacting Customer Care[protected] they confirmed that the order was cancelled on 29.05.2021. I informed them that I was not informed about this and I should have been contacted and informed of the same and the money should be refunded to which the customer service advisor apologised and said that he have arranged a call back. Why is Samsung Service so lenient in handling customer problems even when we are having tough time working from home. My office data is there in my Note 8 which I can’t access and the poor service is adding more problems.
