I purchased the refrigerator for rupees 30000 and gas got leaked within 2 years what is the meaning to spend 30000 rupees

    Hi,

    I have samsung A71 phone purchased on Mobile shop on March 2021 .using Samsung finance plus service and already made down payment Rs.6000/- and finance has been approved application no:DMI[protected].
    Samsung finance has blocked all my access to the phone, it is not letting me call even. I received an update notification on 23rd March 2021, after mobile software update I can not access any of application on the phone. This is seems to be i have gave permission to samsung finance to block data sharing,

    A message is reflecting while accessing any of the app and that is "samsung finance plus policy restricts. Kindly check your app."

N the complainant for not cooling and temp falling down .they put the part of 3000/_ which is falty and keep on adding more problems now the kit is under warranty but it is not working the problem is arising again n agin and the technician visit not on given time and yet m facing the same problem call center que is keep on waiting

        Samsung Galaxy M30s
        It is just a wastage of money, extremely poor performance with frequently hanging & battery problem. In shock with the denial and poor service at the service centre.
        I purchased Samsung Galaxy M30s Mobile phone from online website under order no is [protected] from Savex Technologies Pvt Ltd Invoice No DELMP[protected] and it was delivered on 13.02.2020.
        Within 3 months of purchase I faced problem with battery as battery charging is very slow and drains very fast. I wrote mail on 26.05.2020 to the Samsung but no reply or support.

        Now (after 13 Months from purchase) I am facing a problem in booting. Only Samsung M30s logo was shown on restart.
        I visited Mayur Vihar Phase –I Samsung service center. Firstly they charged Rs 177 (Invoice No CPOINT15225) for estimating the issue (which they couldn’t ). Then she told me Rs 1300 as repair charges. I agreed. And then the scam began as after charging those 1300 bucks she told me that they will charge Rs.[protected] as mother board is to be replaced. I requested for returning my phone and now amazingly, even Samsung logo is not displayed. And they have now removed the charging part too.They were successful in their mission of returning me my phone in a worse state then it was earlier. Within one year we faced several problems in mobile.
        As per my experience with this product was very bad.

          I ordered online an Samsung Air Purifier as below:
          Order Number: [protected]Order Date: 12/29/2020, 9:34:37 AM
          I didnt receive the item. They didnt contact me and let me know. When complained, they initiated a refund.

          After getting the money, I ordered the item again as below:
          Order Number: [protected]Order Date: 1/18/2021, 10:11:27 PM

          Again I didnt receive the order, when checked they said your order was cancelled. And they will refund the money. After multiple followups, I got 2499. The price is 10990.

          I ordered online and I live in Australia. So I can only chat or write emails. They are not helping me. I now wrote to their CEO on this.

          Please register my complaint and help me to resolve this issue. I need to get my refund and they need to compensate me with an amount equivalent of the price of the product atleast for the mental distress I have been made to go through.

            I bought a samsung refrigerator (Model No. RT39K5518S8) on 5th march 2019 from Vijay sales which comes with 1 year warranty and 10 year compressor warranty, now on 11th of march 2021 my refrigerator broke down, there was no cooling so I registered a complaint with Samsung for repairing on that same day, As my refrigerator warranty is expired they told me the service and Labor charge for visit will be 400 + Gst, I agreed and booked complaint...

            I bought Samsung side by side Refrigerator on 11/19. I noticed yesterday that it was not cooling enough. I reached out to Samsung helpdesk to book the appointment for technician to look into this.
            The technician came and reported that there is a Gas leakage. He will send another person to fill the Gas which will charge Rs 2800. It is only 16month old only. After spending 70K for this refrigerator, i need to take care of this issue... They cover warranty for just 1 year. They themselves believe their product will work fine for 1 year only.

              I have called samsung service center to repair my refrigerator...the person came and was unable to identify the defect he fooled me by replacing some parts and charged Rs.2000 but my refrigerator did not start ...again when i called him he did not pick the call and not coming again. This incident is of march 2021 the name of the person is "Sarvesh Prajapati".
              I want my refrigerator to get repaired and if not i want my money back.

                I ordered samsung f62 in exchange offer at the time of ordering they showing exchange amount Rs 4790 (assured amount) in deffered exchange but when mobile is delivered and i received link the showing exchange amount is Rs 3240 i registered complaint on 2 march 21 but still no solution yesterday i received call from samsung they said that to give full assured amount is againest our policy and to cheat with customers is only our policy

                  I have purchase samsung m11 in jan 15 and when i got my mobile on 23 jan m11 have problem when my mobile goes in sleep mode for 30 minute its internet also stop so that time i am not able to get any message in whatsapp or social media site or email when i start my screen all message will enter in my phone i complain about this in online support several time and they reset setting and when my problem not solve then they ask me to go service center so i go there and they also factory reset my phone and give me back but not solve my problem and when i ask for refund because this phone have this problem they r saying this is manufacturing software feature in m11 so in next software update they will solve this problem .
                  i am freelance so i need notification so i can provide my support to my client pls i requesting samsung to refund my money so i can buy other phone

                        My phone is under warranty and went to Service station for replacement. Without even seeing the phone properly the staff and owner jumped to conclusion that screen has been damaged by impact by me. I asked them to check it, to which they could not see anything wrong not impact signs externally noted. Then they took some photos and loaded in the samsung service system declaring out of warranty. Needless to say, they told the price for new screen and have very limited stock, so heuury up.
                        Anyway I went to other service station, showed the same phone. They inspected in externally and said that they need to check internally aswell. I agree, after 30mins they concluded that the screen has malfiunctioned and can be replaced under warranty free of charge.
                        However the earlier service station had already goofed the entries for my phone in records, they could not register a new service number for it. I am still struggling to have it rectified within warranty.
                        But folks be carful since all service centres are owned private and they try to squeeze out money which can be avoided.

                          Samsung forcefully installs applications like Myntra, PhonePe, Josh and many more third party applications on my phone.
                          Also I do not have any option to move out of this unethical practice of Samsung.
                          This is no where mentioned in there literature that such and expensive phone is powered by their advertisements as well as forceful installation of 3rd Party applications (for which, I am quite sure they are getting an incentive).
                          I have attached an image which have only one button 'Done' there is no option to not agreeing.
                          All these are happening even when I have not signed into Samsung account.They are even trying to update applications from their own store when it is available on Google Play Store
                          Please take legal action against them.

                              Non repairable fridge, ref #3100870853

                              I bought 500 litre samsung fridge in 2015, last year that is in Nov 2020, it started giving cooling problem and problem persist and we continued to raise problems.
                              Finally on March 2021 technician said that the fridge cannot be repaired connect with samsung customer care.
                              Customer support suggested that you have used fridge for 5 years that all electronics have life.
                              Now I already suffered a lot and customer service keep...

                                I had purchased Samsung A50S on 28.01.2020. From last fifteen days my mobile was getting switched off automatically and after one or two housr it was getting automatically operated and was operating nicely and i was able to do work on it and all things were ok, but problem was that it was automatically getting stopped. Today morning Again at 10.00 am my mobile got stopped, so at 11.00 am I went to Sapphire Services, Dadar (authorised Service Centre for Mobile) for showing my mobile. It was informed to me that mother board of the mobile is to be replaced and it will cost me Rs.8900/-. They had taken service charge of Rs.177/- from me and I have paid to them. I refused to change the mother board as it was found costly to me. At 11.30 am my mobile got start automatically, but on screen it was showing nothing. It is found that they have replaced my display as I refused to change the mother board. Till morning till 10.00 am the display was ok and how suddenly after going to service centre the display is not showing on mobile. I am making complaint that Sapphire Services had replaced my display which was working till morning. You are requested to kindly take appropriate action against Sapphire Services, Dadar East, otherwise you will lose good customers and no one will visit your authorised customer service centre. No one will keep faith on Samsung Products if such type of cheating is done with customers and harassment done to the customers.

                                  Step 1) Purchased these phones via Amazon
                                  Step 2) I wanted to setup apps but Samsung phone did not accept the password (For an account which I registered on the same phone *****.*******@gmail.com) using the same credentials )
                                  Step 3) Thus it implies there was a sync issue on Samsung website Samsung Account Login (https://account.samsung.com/accounts)
                                  Step 4) To my horror I find unknown account linked to my number on Samsung website
                                  Step 5) Lack of support on your call-centers.
                                  Step 6) Failing to get any support from Samsung helpline I had to visit your center forced by your agents over the phone
                                  Step 7) They tried to register my number by creating an entirely new account (***S******[protected]@gmail.com) and this too does not get associated with my phone number
                                  Step 8) I am exhausted, frustrated and annoyed at your constant claims of the Google account having a problem
                                  -When I have proof that they work on other devices and its Samsung Account Sync which is the problem here
                                  -Further more Samsung team does not even know what is the unknown account attached to my phone

                                  I demand a justification for the following

                                  1 ) What kind of a nightmare are you running for users where they can login via your website which shows unknown accounts associated but not the phone
                                  2) Who will take responsibility for the number of times your TechSupport forced me to reset my google passwords when the problem was the Samsung account to begin with
                                  3) If your phones cant sync to your data servers even at your own datacenters ( So that now you don’t blame my wi-fi) etc why do you even create such phones to begin with

                                  I demand by the right to information act what you are doing about the issue other than my google accounts/phone number being treated as your guinea pig project

                                  I will not accept the blame game at your end for any of the following

                                  -SIM Card – It is working just fine on any other phones
                                  -Google accounts- Thanks to you now I feel my security and data protection rights breached
                                  -Network provider – They all work absolutely fine. Tested multiple and have enough proof
                                  -Password typing errors

                                  Ask :

                                  I am very certain this is an account sync problem and associated to the software for Samsung account sync
                                  I kept repeating in vain to their Callcenter agents
                                  I do not want a replacement I don’t trust Samsung anymore
                                  And NO I WILL NOT BE your experimentation till you figure this out and shamelessly give me a replacement option
                                  This is the only update Samsung agents they will replace with no information of what is wrong and what they are doing to fix it
                                  As you could not follow the level of technicalities and proof I am able to deliver troubleshooting their products free of cost and wasting my time
                                  They have no account for a user’s time and mental exhaustion created by this
                                  They dont take any responsibility and manipulate users personal accounts on google
                                  I do not wish to be associated with the phone or Samsung products

                                  Its been 5 days Samsung Team is clueless as to what they are checking and what they are investigating after me raising the entire SAGA they put me through for more than 7 days. THEY CAUSE mental stress and trauma when they make someone call 10 times and never call back. When they keep insisting I visit the center or wait for a reply. My request keeps bouncing between different people within Samsung. They cant even answer a simple question what they are checking . Are they checking my Samsung account ? Are they checking their software ? Are they checking the device. Absolutely ridiculous support where they deny you basic right to information where a device under warranty fails to meet primary purpose registering your phone number and email address and use the phone. Its funny I am expected to believe them when they say they are checking when they don't even know what they are checking

                                  I never want to be associated with Samsung or Samsung product I wish for my money back and no stupid vouchers or replaced useless guarantee products. They don't even know how the device they manufactured works and the public is a guinea pig for their experiments

                                  Please do not be fooled by Samsung team on the above message. This is their standard template
                                  I am yet to hear back on the status which they are still absolutely clueless what needs to be checked
                                  They have a tendency of ensuring they don't help and simply mark status as resolved with no explanation or justification what so ever about the issue you had and what they did about the same

                                  12 days no update or help from Samsung
                                  Still causing mental trauma. Agents from Techline still call and ask whats the issue 8th person I am talking from Samsung absolutely clueless what is the issue what they are "nikhlesh.[protected]@partner.samsung.com"
                                  Service heads from Samsung also marked nothing done from Samsun
                                  Samsung team has done nothing to help
                                  In spite of providing screenshots and trailing mail they are now again circling back that they don't know the accounts registered on their website and I should recheck my google accounts
                                  They are so illiterate that they cant even read and follow screenshots

                                    Address: Flat no. 102, Aditya Meadows, Mapusa Goa

                                    I have placed ordered RT37T4513S8 Top Mount Freezer with Twin Cooling Plus™ 345L (serial no. 04EH4PBNC00425) on 24 Feb. 2021 from Samsung shop online.

                                    Shipped By - Savex Technologies pvt. Ltd.
                                    Invoice no. - BW1MP[protected]
                                    The product was delivered on 26 Feb. 2021 at my address and was attended by service engineer on 01/03/2021 for installation. He found that the legs are tilted and these can't be affixed and raised the ticket 1916202.
                                    Subsequent to this I also shared the pics and raised the ticket 1916166 these details has been shared to [protected]@sielhelp.zendesk.com.
                                    On 02/03/2021 once again one more service engineer visited and examined the product and took some pics and told me that this can't be affixed and you have to talk to Samsung team for same.
                                    Later I have word with authorized Samsung service provider Mr. Babu and came to know that this need to replaced and you have to talk with Samsung team for the same.
                                    In view to all the above events I am struggling to get the things moving right.
                                    In last i week have called daily to customer care and getting nothing from end, every time i am being told that our representative will call you within 24 to 48 hrs. but nobody call me. Moreover they again and again told me to share the pics of defective product which i have already share 3 time on email and against the raised ticket i.e 1916202 & 1916166.
