I'm using Samsung M30s almost a year and from the beginning it has the network issue so I've changed the SIMs multiple times within 3-4 months although the problem was not resolved.
I've delayed to visit the service center because o[censored]navailability of alternative mobile.
Finally, I've submitted my M30s on 26th Sep'20 for repair and today 5th Oct I've visited to service center and they told me that the motherboard and many other parts has been changed but when I checked the mobile signal strength, there was no noticeable change in network performance.

I don't have any problem with that service center but from the Samsung directly because this M30s model has some serious issues in network department and I've read somewhere on samsung portal that this device has manufacturing defects in network reception.

    I'm being cheated in the name of service. I have given my Samsung tablet to Samsung care, Bapuji Nagar for repair on 15.7.20. At the time of repair the display is working fine. And their staff says that issue is in power switch which cost around 440/-. After 15 days we called customer care and they say your work is completed. And when we go there they say it's not resolved yet, you have issue in display, it's not working. So now the situation is display which was working at the given time but not working now and even the issue has got different from power switch to display. When we ask about this they ask us to come after 1 week. Then after 1 week. The issue is still not resolved and ask us come again next week. It was about 20.8.20 more than a month. And now they say there is no issue in display but there is issue in mother board. This is so confusing and they are bluffing everytime to extract money. We ask them to return our tablet atleast in the condition we provide you.. Not atleast in a degraded condition. They ask for few more days. After 2 weeks they agreed to return the tablet not even in the condition we have provided.
    And they also says that we haven't ordered power switch and checked, which is the main fraud, at 1st time they say we ordered power switch. But now they say we haven't.
    That totally indicates that they were bluffing and fraud in. Every time they say a new issue and extended the days. They kept the device from 15.7 to 10.9 which is 58days i.e about 2months in the name of various issue which changes every 2 weeks but nothing resolved rather degrade.

    I request you to kindly focus on our issue on an emergency purpose. I have waited for 2months to get our device fine but rather cheated and got it in degraded condition. They should compensate for this.

      I have bought a Samsung double door refrigerator worth rs 32, 000 (bill enclosed) on 07.07.2020 from GAYLORD SAMSUNG DEALER, DEHRADUN.
      I was told by the shopkeeper that If i pay the amount using the SBI credit card I will get a cashback of 10% with max cash back of 6000 in 3 months (mentioned in the receipt also) (enclosed). Therefore, I paid the amount rs 32, 000 using my SBI credit card.

      But so far i have not received any cash back.
      I have called SBI credit card customer care and they said they do not have such a scheme and I need to contact the bank. Further, I have spoken to the shopkeeper and he said it is the matter of the bank.

      Kindly confirm whether this scheme is authentic or just to make the customer fool. Kindly resolve the issue.

        I lost the bill of my samsung dual door fridge and its compressor is not working properly as its in warranty but i don't have bill, the shop which we had purchase the Fridge his shop has been closed /sold

          My Samsung Galaxy J6 mobile phone's display pixels ink started to spread on the screen, although phone was working good, no display breakage, no hanging problem, no blackout problem and any other physical damage.
          So, I visited Samsung Mobile Repairing Center (C-34, 1st Floor, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201002) to replace the display for which I paid 3500INR. But after display replacement hanging problem, screen blackout, power button and volume buttons problem started in my phone.

          I revisit the service center and explain the problem with a video that I am facing and now this time the Samsung representative told me to replace motherboard and demand money for the same but when I asked him how it became faulty after display replacement even when It was good before the repairing. He became furious and started using abusing language and misbehaving with me and refused to repair my phone.

          Samsung it's your fault totally, your service engineer was incompetent who made my phone's motherboard faulty and that customer representative also not a human being.

          Samsung I simply need my phone's motherboard and display replacement as all this harassing me. Otherwise as a customer I also have other legal options.

            Respected sir,
            The technician named Sachin Rajpoot in Delhi (Badarpur) proved that samsung provides poorest services to its customers. He was totally careless and didn't came to fir our HD tv which we ordered from amazon. We called him several times but he kept making excuses whereas he was supposed to come early. we ordered our tv with extra delivery charges as we needed it urgently. But this person proven samsung as the worst choice.

              I have purchased side door fridge in gaya through Aditya Vision 2 to 3 yrs back two month back we got issue in that fridge complain was lodge in service center vide complain no-[protected] after 10 days service center person visited and said some issue in kit so we hv to replace this kit after 1 month they have provided that kit and charged approx. 7to 8 thousand but problem does not resolved next day again complain to gaya scrvice center but still not resolved till date approx. 2 month passed ;very disappointed with your service co. like Samsung .

                I purchased Samsung Led TV on 21st March from Darjeeling Reliance and it stopped functioning from August and I registered a complaint on 22nd August via phone call but till now I haven't got proper respond from Samsung Customer Service and whenever I call them they talk in very bashful manner which is very inappropriate..

                  Ordered samsung note 20 ultra through samsung website on 15/09/2020 with deferred exchange option with my old samsung galaxy s9 plus (8gb/64gb). My order id is [protected]. I received samsung note20 ultra on 16/09/2020. However, samsung exchange partner cashify never reached out to me. Samsung had communicated in their mail that the exchange would get initiated within 2-3 days of delivery. I sent many mails to samsung customer care to take action to pick up my old phone. But they haven't done that yet. I have raised complaint numerous times and got many assurances, but to no avail. Samsung seems to just be interested in duping thousands out of customers and no caring about them post purchase.

                  It is very pathetic to see the way samsung is handling a loyal, high-end customer like me. I want strict action against samsung for this.

                      I had brought samsung M31 from amazon on 29.5.2020. Within 10 days the display blacked out and i had to repair it in samsung gallery for 5000rs which should have been under the warranty period but shopkeeper denied. The mobile again has stopped working on 25.9.2020 i found that the battery has bulged and the mobile speakers was also not working and its not getting charged. Amazon has been trustworthy all this time but now i doubt they have sent me a used mobile because no batteries gets bulged this early. I need a replacement or refund or i have to file a complaint against your product in consumer court.

                        Purchased a Samsung refrigerator, knowing of the brand on March 2019. But it has really disappointed us especially during lockdown when kids are at home. In July 20th it produced some weird noise and we contacted customer care. So the mechanic checked it the next day and said that the digital board is damaged and he replaced it after a week but it didn't work. Then he said that the compressor is damaged and we had to replace the compressor. After two days he comes back and say that we have to fill gas, for which we will have to bear the cost of around 2000INR. This is so bad that a very essential product doesnt last for even a single year.

                        After that, on September 30, 2020 it's again not working after having replaced the compressor. The dealer is reluctant to replace the refrigerator and is asking for another chance to fix the same issue. This is really disappointing especially during a crisis time like this. Request you to refund the amount spent for the repair in July 2020 and replace the refrigerator asap. We have children at home and it's very sad to not able to store milk or other necessary stuff. Please get it replaced asap with the refund.

                        We did not purchase a refrigerator to use and throw after a year from its purchase.

                        Kindly understand our situation and take the necessary steps.

                        This is so bad that a very essential product doesnt last for even a single year. Please arrange for a replacement or please try to fix the refrigerator without any cost.

                        Hi Sir,

                        The same refrigerator is not working from November 26th 2020, lodged a complaint with customer care to replace it soon, as this is the third time the refrigerator is not working. Please note that the compressors had been replaced already twice just after one year from the date of purchase, we had made the payment to replace the compressor and to fill gas for the first time when it was not working.

                        On 27th November, service engineer examined and wanted to replace the compressor and other parts again to which we did not agree and requested for a replacement as the refrigerator is just one year old and is stuck for three time as far as we know. The complaint had been forwarded to the head office team by Saturday(28th November) they had requested for the receipt, which was shared immediately via email. We did not get a response after that despite several follow ups. We've been struggling at home without one of the most essential products, the refrigerator.

                        We also mentioned that we're unable to store any essential or basic stuff for kids at home and requested for an intermediate solution. Every executive listens to all our grievances daily and responds that it's on top priority but no one cares about their customers. They just answer the same line for all your questions.

                        This is a continuation of the above complaint which started off from August 2020.

                        Please request Samsung to call back and resolve the ticket with the replacement.

                        The very first complaint was on the 20th of July. We really are disappointed by the way there respond to a complaint, also the refrigerator is gone just after one year o[censored]se. We had spent around 34000inr in 2019 for the same refrigerator. It's really painful to think all those now.

                          1.I bought a Samsung Galaxy A71 on 5th March, 2020.
                          2.I had a charging problem on my phone a few days ago and i submitted my phone to Service Center on 19th September, 2020 as the phone was under warranty.
                          3.The executive there told me to keep the phone and they provided me with a receipt copy under "Charging problem issue". They called me back saying that some parts had to be changed and it was covered under warranty so i need not pay anything.
                          4.On 28th September, 2020 they called me and said that the phone was serviced. i went there and saw that there was still charging problem. They said that come next day and it will be repaired.
                          5.I went there again the next day on 29th September, 2020 and saw that the phone was repaired and phone was charging. I went home that day and charged my device and all was okay.
                          6.The same problem happened next morning and phone was not charging again. I went there again and this time they gave me a receipt copy and said they would let me know about the problem.
                          7.Today, 01st, October, 2020 they called me and said there is a problem with the mother board and they cannot tell me when the device can be serviced as parts are not available right now or it can be serviced at all.
                          8.They also said that if parts are not available then i would have to talk with corporate office for "other alternative solution".
                          9.I am very much in problem as i work in a bank and i need the phone at the earliest.
                          10.I request you to please get me a refund or replace my phone as i don't know when they are going to give my device back to me.
                          11.I am attaching screenshots of Tax invoice, Receipt copy and also a detailed service images.
                          12. Kindly help me at the earliest.

                            I am an extremely frustrated customer taking to the internet with the hope that this will atleast generate some helpful response from Samsung!
                            It has been over a month since i lodged a complaint for my Tv Display issue.
                            Two days later a technician showed up who checked and said they would need to place order for some ‘part’
                            It’s been over a month and after multiple calls to the toll free number I get a response that the part has finally reached the city.
                            However, now these people tell me that it’s pending warranty documents. I have shared every single bill copy that very day itself!
                            I’m extremely frustrated with how I need to call up the toll free number every single day and repeat the whole story and it’s yet in vain!

                                Issue with refund

                                I purchased Samsung M31 mobile offline.I got some display issue so i submitted phone on 16th Sep'2020 to service centre & in return i received a coupon on 30th Sep'2020 & they said now you can buy phone from any samsung store offline.I connected to samsung store but they are saying M series is not available offline & i can't redeem coupon online.I called to customer care with the same issue they are saying M series in not available offline....

                                I have got the same details.. To pay the clearence fee sum of 22, 500 rs and by name bishop jeff something.. And prizes samsung tv samsung laptop samsung T-shirt and sum of 500, 000 British pounds... It is fake I guess I have the number wich he is calling from is [protected] bishop Jeff
                                Please take action kindly..

                                  I have purchased a mobile handset “ Samsung M21” on 31st July 2020, within 1-month time the mobile started following problems
                                  1. Heating ( Phone’s backside was heating a lot)
                                  2. Charging (lots of time was taking in charging)
                                  3. Touch not working” some time and sometime doesn’t work.

                                  When I visited at Samsung customer care for the above issues, they are denying to repair it under warranty. Samsung care is considering the Mobile damage where no such damage is there.
                                  Samsung care staff intentionally trying to recover money from customer by taking plea of minor scratch in day to day.
                                  Samsung delivered a technically faulty mobile handset and trying to hide its fault.
                                  on 5th Sept 2020, first i have visited for the same problem at Kotla Mubarakpur Service Centre, where Samsung care asked to wait for 15 days as they don't have the parts.
                                  since 15 days time was too long, I visited at 2nd service center in Safdarjung Enclave. Team at this center is very irresponsible and always work to recover money from costumers.
                                  all the 3 problem in mobile phone can not be due to scratch.
                                  I requested to get the mobile testing done by 3rd person or any other way but entire Samsung team is making decision on basis of photo uploaded by their executive on website.
                                  Regarding the same matter I have requested their Country head & service head but no such response.

                                  I am attaching the 3 Photo & 1 Video for reference
                                  1. 2 Photo for showing the image of which Samsung team is saying that the phone is damage where nothing is like this.
                                  2. Video of my other phone where its screen was damaged but the same is working fine from last 1-2 years, which is a proof that Samsung team is just taking plea and trying to recover un ethically.

                                  Request you to help to get my phone repaired under warranty or replace the faulty one or refund as this is technically faulty mobile by Samsung.

                                    My Samsung A50s phone screen freezes and stops working suddenly while under use. It becomes completely dead. I went to the Samsung Service Centre (Shop no. S-28, 2nd Floor, Prime Mall, Vile Parle) for repair as it was under WARRANTY.
