We are sorry to hear the loss of your mobile phone. As an immediate step incase FIR for the same is not registered so far, we request you to kindly do the same at the earliest to avoid any misuse of the phone and data.
The feature of “Find My Mobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

    I'm using Samsung M30s smartphone and it is getting automatically restarted on frequently and has hanging and heating issues from the last 20 days.

    I have visited a service center at Thrissur, Kerala ([protected] - TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED) and they have checked the phone and informed that there is liquid traces on PBA and SUB PBA, hence warranty cannot be claimed.

    I'm very much concerned about this issue as I'm using a rugged back panel and there was no possibility of water going into the power port. Also, when I visited the service center I have met another 3 people who is owning the same smartphone has the same auto-restart issue.
    So I want to make this incident into your notice and take immediate action on replace/repair my phone without any cost.

      I bought my samsung a50 mobile in march 2020 and the same was not working since september 2020. When i had approached the local services center they informed that it's impact damage and refused to do services. The mobile doesn't have any external damage neither the glass nor the external surface has any damages and when i asked for explanation they were not able to give moreover i had asked for written statement on the status of my mobile which they refused to give.

        I bought a samsung refrigerator on 20th september 2020 and within 2 days i faced a major problem. I was assigned a technician who said a part is need to replaced but i was not ready to do that as it is a brand new refrigerator. After many attempts and request of replacement, they finally agreed to refund me instead of replacement but they are refunding me in coupons. But i live in a rural area and the nearest brand shop is 100kms away and it will be very costly for me to transport the refrigerator from that far. I requested for the refund to my bank account and they are denying that. Worst service by samsung, i was ready for replacement also but they are giving lame excuses. Never go for samsung products

          My name is kaleem ashraf and i would like to inform you of the unprofessional behavior i experienced at your place of business that is samsung service centre dharampeth. I had purchased samsung galaxy note 9 mobile and few days before i had its back glass changed from dharampeth service center but after few days front touch screen was not working properly, so again i had visited service center told about the front touch screen that was not working. But they are saying part is in order giving some other reasons that company is not sending parts etc. Last time is spoke with miss sonali naidu but still complain is pending from one month. Outcome for writing this letter is about to take some necessary step and resolve the complain as soon as possible. I am attaching bill and imei number of moblie.

                Please call me asap...its alrdy delayed for so long...i just need my mobile to be repaired under warranty period. Because of this mobile im not able to do my work through mobile .i hope u wil understand the difficulties im facing

                    Sir mere account se extra 300 rupees kat liya...sir maine emi par samsung ka phone samsung finance se liya or mera emi par month ke 5 tarikh ko katata hai.. Maine phone 8 August 2020 ko liya payment karne ka mode auto debit wala liya jab 8 August ko phone liya usi din mere account se e meadrotary ka 59 rupees kat gya baad me fir 59 rupees NACH me kata jab mera account auto debit mode me tha to sir first installment me samsung finance wala mere account se balance nhi kata to maine online pay kar diya or sir ab mere account se 300 rupees 30 September ko kaat ke mujhe kahte hai ki aapka account se isliye pisa kata gya ki aap let fee jama kiye hai jabki mere account me paropar balence tha fir bhi auto debit ki through nhi kate or mera phone lock kar diye to maine costumer support me call kiya to recive hi nhi karte the please sir mera help kijiye ye samsung finance wale mere account se extra rupees let fee ke naam pe kat liye hai please help me sir

                      On 20/09/2020, I have paid Rs.1000/- vide Money Receipt No.601 as an advance to the technician of Samsung service Center (ASMIT'S) for repairing work to be done on my 28" Led Samsung TV.

                      on 28/09/2020, during the evening technician called me and asked me that should he come right now. I said no one is in the house. So you should come tomorrow, I will take leave from my office for the work.

                      on 29/09/2020, the technician didn't visit for the repairing work. Thereafter I called on the number given on the money receipt. The person who attended the called said that he will try to send someone today but not confirming. Thereafter i told him that your technician said that he would come today but he didn't come. I have taken leave today for the work to be done. The executive on the phone started tonting like "Kise Office me kaam Kar rahe hai aap...Ki TV thik karane ke liye office absent karna parta hai"...I told him that I think you are out of your mind.

                      Then he told that none of his technician will visit my house for repair work. Come and collect your money from the service Centre.

                      After that I have informed this situation to the Samsung Customer Service but they didn't able to provide me the solution.

                      Now I want my money to be refunded to my house and a sorry letter from the service center along with compensation.

                        I bought s10e from croma and after 1 month i started facing heating problem and bateety drain issues . Battery drain was too fast that i need ro charge my phone 5-6 times a day seriously. When i visited service centre they performed software upgrade and they said it will fix the iasue but it didn't and the problems remained as it is. Service centre people were very disrespectful and they even humiliated me saying that uou just want a new phone. Even though i showed them the issue they didn't resolved. Please help!!!

                          That being allured by the advertisements and claims made on the internet by Amazon.in on its website, I placed an order for purchasing a Samsung Galaxy M21 mobile phone, on Amazon.in vide order dated 29/07/2020, invoice dated 29/07/2020, bearing Order[protected] for a total consideration of Rs. 13999/- including VAT and other taxes.
                          That the said phone/device was delivered to the Complainant upon payment of full amount above mentioned.
                          It is submitted that as the I started using the said mobile phone, I realised that the said phone purchased by me was not functioning as per the my expectations and it appeared that said phone was faulty and defective.
                          That since I began to use the said phone upon purchase, I started experiencing deficiency in performance/service of the said device and realised that the camera and video were not properly functioning.
                          That I also realised that pictures taken by the complainant and videos which were shot on the said device would be automatically deleted and yesterday the phone/device started blinking automatically and it became fully white.
                          That being aggrieved by the said dysfunctional device, I submitted the said device to the local Samsung Customer Service at Ponda Goa for testing and for repair on 05/10/2020.
                          That upon submitting the said device to the above service Centre, the service personnel informed the me that the LCD of the said device is damaged and the same had to be replaced and the same was reason for the problems experienced in performance of the said device. he also informed me that the damaged LCD is not covered under warranty.
                          That the Service provider dint even check the device properly and declared that LCD has damaged. I am totally disappointed by the sheer negligence on part of the Service Centre and agreed to repair the same.
                          It is submitted that due to the poor quality performance of the said device, I have suffered physical and mental agony, and has experienced additional financial losses due to visits that had to be undertaken to service centers inspite of paying and effecting the full amount while purchasing the said device.
                          It is submitted that the Complainant being utterly disappointed, disgusted and exhausted by the negligent and careless attitude displayed by Samsung, the complainant requests the Samsung Customer Support team to provide the Complainant with a new handset in exchange for the said device under repair as the said device was still under Seller warranty or alternatively refund the amount of Rs.13999/-

                            I bought Samsung level you about a year and a half ago and a few days ago it died completely and are not even turning on.
                            I gave them to a nearby service center and they said that they are out of warranty so they cannot help.
                            I was ready to bare repair cost and I wanted a solution for them.
                            Does your company sell your service only until they are ibn warranty?
                            is my ₹2500 wasted?
                            or can I get my query resolved?
                            I wanted my Samsung level U to be either replaced or repaired.

                                I'm using Samsung M30s almost a year and from the beginning it has the network issue so I've changed the SIMs multiple times within 3-4 months although the problem was not resolved.
                                I've delayed to visit the service center because o[censored]navailability of alternative mobile.
                                Finally, I've submitted my M30s on 26th Sep'20 for repair and today 5th Oct I've visited to service center and they told me that the motherboard and many other parts has been changed but when I checked the mobile signal strength, there was no noticeable change in network performance.

                                I don't have any problem with that service center but from the Samsung directly because this M30s model has some serious issues in network department and I've read somewhere on samsung portal that this device has manufacturing defects in network reception.

                                  I'm being cheated in the name of service. I have given my Samsung tablet to Samsung care, Bapuji Nagar for repair on 15.7.20. At the time of repair the display is working fine. And their staff says that issue is in power switch which cost around 440/-. After 15 days we called customer care and they say your work is completed. And when we go there they say it's not resolved yet, you have issue in display, it's not working. So now the situation is display which was working at the given time but not working now and even the issue has got different from power switch to display. When we ask about this they ask us to come after 1 week. Then after 1 week. The issue is still not resolved and ask us come again next week. It was about 20.8.20 more than a month. And now they say there is no issue in display but there is issue in mother board. This is so confusing and they are bluffing everytime to extract money. We ask them to return our tablet atleast in the condition we provide you.. Not atleast in a degraded condition. They ask for few more days. After 2 weeks they agreed to return the tablet not even in the condition we have provided.
                                  And they also says that we haven't ordered power switch and checked, which is the main fraud, at 1st time they say we ordered power switch. But now they say we haven't.
                                  That totally indicates that they were bluffing and fraud in. Every time they say a new issue and extended the days. They kept the device from 15.7 to 10.9 which is 58days i.e about 2months in the name of various issue which changes every 2 weeks but nothing resolved rather degrade.

                                  I request you to kindly focus on our issue on an emergency purpose. I have waited for 2months to get our device fine but rather cheated and got it in degraded condition. They should compensate for this.

                                    We are purchasing a SAMSUNG 55NU7100 TV from a reliance digital mall, nashik at Date:- 27/01/2019 and it has a 1 years additional warranty but now tv showing a "bright spots on a screen"when tv is on.

                                    Address: Dr Alok saxena , Dehradun

                                    I have bought a Samsung double door refrigerator worth rs 32, 000 (bill enclosed) on 07.07.2020 from GAYLORD SAMSUNG DEALER, DEHRADUN.
                                    I was told by the shopkeeper that If i pay the amount using the SBI credit card I will get a cashback of 10% with max cash back of 6000 in 3 months (mentioned in the receipt also) (enclosed). Therefore, I paid the amount rs 32, 000 using my SBI credit card.

                                    But so far i have not received any cash back.
                                    I have called SBI credit card customer care and they said they do not have such a scheme and I need to contact the bank. Further, I have spoken to the shopkeeper and he said it is the matter of the bank.

                                    Kindly confirm whether this scheme is authentic or just to make the customer fool. Kindly resolve the issue.

                                      I lost the bill of my samsung dual door fridge and its compressor is not working properly as its in warranty but i don't have bill, the shop which we had purchase the Fridge his shop has been closed /sold
