Hi,

I bought a Samsung QLED TV for 1 Lakh from reliance digital on 14 Aug 2020. But in 2 days able to see some screen bleeding issue in the TV. So raised complaint ([protected]) in samsung website and after many follow ups the service center sent one technician who checked the issue and said will update on this. But after then there is no response and our request was closed without notifying us(customer). So we again contacted the dealer and raised the complaint from there and raised another request. This time after 10 days another technician came and checked and took many pics of the TV and also video to know about the issue. They said they share this to service center and they will contact me in 3/4 days. But even after 7 days no response or notification, we went to dealer and said this, they called the service center and said they will update the status. Believe they really taken more time in responding. Also the people also didn't notified the status of the request. Many times called them and then only they started to update. But after so many days now they saying there is not an issue in voice call. So requested them to send a formal mail to us (consumer ) asking why this is not an issue and how they confirming it. But they are reluctant and saying its not in policy of company. So need mail copy of the status of my repair request.

    i would like to inform that i have purchased a sumsung Galaxy M31S for Sumsung shop (https://www.samsung.com/in/shop/mobile), Order #[protected] dt 24.09.2020, as per samsung shop show the addition exchange bouns when mobile excjange) i have already exchange my mobile on 24.09.20, but addition Exchange Bouns is not got till date.

      Purchased the tv - ua43nu6100kxxl on sep 2019 from flipkart and faced with led bleed issue. First flipkart and then samsung replaced the 3 unit now has the same exact issue.
      Response from samsung : no response after initial denial and later acknowledgement.
      The explation given was that the discoloration was apparently bound to happen and the earlier replacements where done for some totally different purpose. While the issue is same. Ironically enough, the same was confirmed by the samsung technicians and engineers who visited multiple times and even by the quality management team at samsung. Now when the time elapsed, they conveniently framed the case as a casual thing simply stopped responding.

        Inspection has already been done twice by service centre at Kirti Nagar. I have submitted the service centre reports for the same to you several But Samsung people are so stubborn and ignoring the same. . You believe client is lying . After spending huge Rs.70000 client is ### enough and having so much time to indulge into this . I am GENUINEly facing issues in my handset and it needs to be replaced. And same has also been admitted by your service centre at kirti Nagar. Photos and description of issues faced are again enclosed for needful doing.

        1.Small dots are appearing just in left corner of the screen while dailing any contact.
        2.Google page hangs up sometimes when I use Google search engine.
        3. Battery backup is very poor it last for only half a day.
        4. Phone takes too long to charge . It gets fully charged in more than 2 hours and battery drains too quickly.
        5. Sometimes even phone hangs for few minutes.
        6 Emergency CALL ONly showing on screen frequently now.

        This is really disheartening and I am depressed and annoyed with such things happening in my new S20 phone so early which I purchased for huge 70000/- bugs. This is my hard earned money and I believe my money got wasted.

          Samsung refused replacing defective phone M51

          From very first day of purchase, I am complaining about the manufacturing defect in new Samsung M51 mobile phone. Samsung Tech team were unable to fix the defect and after speaking with their service center (Miraroad), their executive directed me towards the Online shopping site (Amazon) from where I purchased the phone. Amazon is denying to replace the phone as according to them it should be Samsung's responsibility to replace the defective...

          I Satyam Kumar bought Galaxy Buds Live on 26th Sept 2020. I received defective product. I visited service center on 1st Oct 2020 and submitted the product and got the new buds on 8th Oct 2020. Again, it was defective and even more defective than the first one. I complained on 9th Oct 2020 which is the 13th day but I cannot get proper reply from you. After that, I called today customer care but they told me that I won't get DOA letter because the device is crossed 14 days. I also called service center but they didn't help me. Kindly help me to get refund as soon as possible.

          I got an call from Samsung Customer Care and they were constantly saying me that we can't generate refund against your product as per our company's policy. They told me to visit service center for device checkup. I agreed and visited for device checkup but they are saying that your device is completely fine as they observe it for only 10 minutes and I am using this device since 4 days after the second product delivery. They deny to deliver service. I want my money back.

            Samsung M30 Purchased in december, 2019 and samsung M31, purchased in August 2020. Both the phone were having problems. Service center is accusing us that we have dropped it in the water. They are showing negetive attitude towards us. Every time we have gone to their service centre, they are fighting and insisting in paying money. Both the phones are in guarantee period. After their regional service head we paid. But still phones are not working. Now they refused to fix it and asking for money again. A company cheating consumers in day light. Please help us to solve this issue. We are based in Ahmedabad

                  I gave my tab for repaire in samsung survice centre In Chiplun, Ratnagiri (maharashtra). Regarding problem with sim card slot..Before giving, tab was in good condition..After 2 days Sim card issue was not salved bud tab was not able to start also..and switch button was also missing...I complained about this that time they were saying that it happens when we touch motherboard...But they shud tell this beforehand..this is not acceptable at all..now they r saying I need to change motherboard..Why shud i spend extra money for your mistake..suggest me what to do...
                  Not happy with samsung survice..
                  Next time i will think of this before buying Samsung gadgets..

                      मैंने 1 जुलाई 2020 को सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 खरीदा रुपया 21, 999/- मे पर उसके दूसरे दिन 2 जुलाई 2020 को मुझे सैमसंग मोबाइल a 31 हैंडसेट में तकलीफ आनी शुरू हो गई तकलीफ इस प्रकार है की प्रोसेसर बहुत स्लो चल रहा है, कुछ भी ओपन करता हूं ओपन होने में बहुत समय लगता है, बात करते समय आवाज फटनी लगती है, साउंड क्रैक होना चालू हो जाता है, कभी-कभी मोबाइल का स्क्रीन अपने आप इधर-उधर भागने लगता है और मोबाइल हैंग हो जाता है, मोबाइल की बैटरी चार्ज होने में ढाई घंटे लगता है और भी बहुत बहुत सारे इश्यूज इस मोबाइल हैंडसेट सैमसंग a-31 मे विद्यमान है क्योंकि सैमसंग की तरफ से से मुझे डिफेक्टिव प्रोडक्ट दिया गया है||

                      मैंने सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 के ऊपर दिए हुए इश्यूज को लेकर 02/07/2020 को सैमसंग कस्टमर केयर मे बात किया तो सैमसंग कस्टमर केयर के representative ने मुझसे कहा कि आपके सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 के का प्रॉब्लम ज्यादा है और और आपके हैंडसेट सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 बैटरी चार्ज होने में ज्यादा से ज्यादा डेढ़ घंटा लगना चाहिए ना कि ढाई घंटा और सैमसंग कस्टमर केयर वाले ने मुझे बोला कि आप हमारे सैमसंग सर्विस सेंटर में विजिट करिए उसके उसके बाद मैंने सैमसंग सर्विस सेंटर बोरीवली मुंबई में दो बार खुद जाकर अपनेे अपने मोबाइल के साथ सैमसंग a31 को साथ में ले जाकर विजिट किया वह भी दो बार क्योंकि मैं मीरा रोड में रहता हूं और मेरे मेरे यहां कोरोना वायरस कोविड-19 के बहुत सारे मामले हैं और हमारे एरिया में संपूर्ण lockdown था इसीलिए मैंने दो बार सैमसंग मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर बोरीवली वेस्ट में मुंबई में दो बार खुद मीरा रोड से बोरीवली पैदल चलकर वह भी 15 से 20 किलो मीटर पैदल चलकर जाना और 15 से 20 किलोमीटर पैदल चल कर आना करके मैंने सैमसंग मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर बोरीवली वेस्ट मुंबई मोबाइल हैंडसेट a31 को भी साथ में ले जाकर विजिट किया और अपने हैंडसेट सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 को सैमसंग सर्विस सेंटर के रिप्रेजेंटेटिव को सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 का फिजिकल इंस्पेक्शन भी दो बार जाकर सैमसंग मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर बोरीवली वेस्ट मुंबई करवाया और मैंने वहां के सैमसंग सर्विस सेंटर के रिप्रेजेंटेटिव को भी अपनी सारी समस्या और issues को बताया, सैमसंग मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर बोरीवली वेस्ट मुंबई के रिप्रेजेंटेटिव ने मेरे हैंडसेट सैमसंग a31 को करीब एक 1-1 घंटे तक फिजिकल इंस्पेक्शन के लिए रखा था पर अभी तक मेरे हैंडसेट सैमसंग a31 की प्रॉब्लम्स और इश्यूज जस की तस है है, और ऊपर से मुझे सैमसंग कंपनी की तरफ से दिमागी रूप से तकलीफ टॉर्चर और हरासमेंट किया जा रहा है, और सैमसंग की तरफ से कोई भी सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है ऊपर से सैमसंग वाले बोलते हैं कि आपको जिधर जाना है आप उधर जाइए आपको जिधर कंप्लेंट करनी है आप उधर कंप्लेन करिए सैमसंग वाले किसी से डरते नहीं है||

                      मैंने 1 जुलाई 2020 को सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 खरीदा रुपया 21, 999/- मे पर उसके दूसरे दिन 2 जुलाई 2020 को मुझे सैमसंग मोबाइल a 31 हैंडसेट में तकलीफ आनी शुरू हो गई तकलीफ इस प्रकार है की प्रोसेसर बहुत स्लो चल रहा है, कुछ भी ओपन करता हूं ओपन होने में बहुत समय लगता है, बात करते समय आवाज फटनी लगती है, साउंड क्रैक होना चालू हो जाता है, कभी-कभी मोबाइल का स्क्रीन अपने आप इधर-उधर भागने लगता है और मोबाइल हैंग हो जाता है, मोबाइल की बैटरी चार्ज होने में ढाई घंटे लगता है और भी बहुत बहुत सारे इश्यूज इस मोबाइल हैंडसेट सैमसंग a-31 मे विद्यमान है क्योंकि सैमसंग की तरफ से से मुझे डिफेक्टिव प्रोडक्ट दिया गया है||

                      मैंने सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 के ऊपर दिए हुए इश्यूज को लेकर 02/07/2020 को सैमसंग कस्टमर केयर मे बात किया तो सैमसंग कस्टमर केयर के representative ने मुझसे कहा कि आपके सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 के का प्रॉब्लम ज्यादा है और और आपके हैंडसेट सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 बैटरी चार्ज होने में ज्यादा से ज्यादा डेढ़ घंटा लगना चाहिए ना कि ढाई घंटा और सैमसंग कस्टमर केयर वाले ने मुझे बोला कि आप हमारे सैमसंग सर्विस सेंटर में विजिट करिए उसके उसके बाद मैंने सैमसंग सर्विस सेंटर बोरीवली मुंबई में दो बार खुद जाकर अपनेे अपने मोबाइल के साथ सैमसंग a31 को साथ में ले जाकर विजिट किया वह भी दो बार क्योंकि मैं मीरा रोड में रहता हूं और मेरे मेरे यहां कोरोना वायरस कोविड-19 के बहुत सारे मामले हैं और हमारे एरिया में संपूर्ण lockdown था इसीलिए मैंने दो बार सैमसंग मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर बोरीवली वेस्ट में मुंबई में दो बार खुद मीरा रोड से बोरीवली पैदल चलकर वह भी 15 से 20 किलो मीटर पैदल चलकर जाना और 15 से 20 किलोमीटर पैदल चल कर आना करके मैंने सैमसंग मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर बोरीवली वेस्ट मुंबई मोबाइल हैंडसेट a31 को भी साथ में ले जाकर विजिट किया और अपने हैंडसेट सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 को सैमसंग सर्विस सेंटर के रिप्रेजेंटेटिव को सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 का फिजिकल इंस्पेक्शन भी दो बार जाकर सैमसंग मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर बोरीवली वेस्ट मुंबई करवाया और मैंने वहां के सैमसंग सर्विस सेंटर के रिप्रेजेंटेटिव को भी अपनी सारी समस्या और issues को बताया, सैमसंग मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर बोरीवली वेस्ट मुंबई के रिप्रेजेंटेटिव ने मेरे हैंडसेट सैमसंग a31 को करीब एक 1-1 घंटे तक फिजिकल इंस्पेक्शन के लिए रखा था पर अभी तक मेरे हैंडसेट सैमसंग a31 की प्रॉब्लम्स और इश्यूज जस की तस है है, और ऊपर से मुझे सैमसंग कंपनी की तरफ से दिमागी रूप से तकलीफ टॉर्चर और हरासमेंट किया जा रहा है, और सैमसंग की तरफ से कोई भी सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है ऊपर से सैमसंग वाले बोलते हैं कि आपको जिधर जाना है आप उधर जाइए आपको जिधर कंप्लेंट करनी है आप उधर कंप्लेन करिए सैमसंग वाले किसी से डरते नहीं है||

                          I bought My Samsung A50 phone white in colour on 10 October 2019 from Reliance digital Axis Mall Newtown Kolkata West bengal Within a few months it showed hanging freezing auto reastart issues. I visited the Cenvice cente called thecustomer care many a times they said it was a softqare issue and not a firmware problem they said they will fix the software and the device will work perfectly. But the ptoblem continued and kept increasing until i asked them to check the firmware after which they returned the device to me within 2 to 3 days. Then again it worked ok for a few months with the hanging heating up and auto restart issues again within
                          a month it went on freezing after which finally i had yo submit it in the samsung service the service was really bad withnonumber toconta to or anything then 1 gog my phone back after almost a month i submitted it on 14th September got it back on 10th October when i went on asking for it. They said they had changed the mother board and screen but then my phone is again dead now it froze hanged and froze 7 times when i got it back yesterday. And neither the customer care or the Samsung service center looked into the chances of my product getting replaced with a new properly working Samsung model.
                          I want my product to get replaced with a properly functioning Samsung A50 Model. The price i paid for it was not small.

                                  I am your valued customer. I have purchased a UHD 4K 55" Samsung TV, model no. UA55TU8000KXXL on 10.10.2020 from Khosla Electronics, Madhyamgram Showroom, (Sodepur Road), Kolkata, West Bengal, India. On the same day, it was delivered. Thereafter Mr. Pradip Das, being a service engineer attended to install the said Tv. Right from the beginning, the said service engineer, Pradip Das came drunk and utterly misbehaved with me and my wife. Neither he attended the installation of Tv nor he behaved with us properly. Ultimately, the installation has not been done properly and left the job undone.
                                  We have been using other Samsung appliances since last 15 years, which leads us to purchase another television from your esteemed brand. It is also pertinent to mention that my wife Anjana Banerjee also purchased another 32"Tv (UA32T4050ARXXL) from Khosla Electronics on 10.10.2020 itself.
                                  Kindly take stringent action against Mr. Pradip Das (Mobile No. [protected]) as he was drunk, while in duty and also misbehaved.

                                    Hi,

                                    I pre-booked a S20+ and got it on 6th March 2020.

                                    I started facing issue after a week or so and Lock down occurred.

                                    I contacted the support team during lock down but no response.

                                    After the lock down lifted I contacted them and they picked up my phone from my place.

                                    The phone had major issues like heating up too much like it's unbearable to hold in pocket aur in hands. Sudden switching off and lagging of phone. Charging took more than double time. Battery drained really fast.

                                    Service center asked me to replace all the parts of the phone except the back glass. However, I was seriously going through due to this phone. I have used many phones in my life but never expected suffering this after investing the best a person could. This harassment has really impacted my personal and professional life.

                                    It's been more than 2 months and that's how the Samsung is treating and harassing their top of the line users.

                                    I am mailing you so you could do the justice.

                                      Sir,
                                      I was bought an 1.5ton AC and after 1 month o[censored]se remote is not responding with AC unit. I was Complaint with No. [protected]. They came to see the issue and said that the display panel needs to change. They told me to wait. I was already waiting for about 2 to 3 months and till now no one comes again to resolve the issue. And suddenly i got message from samsung that my issue is resolved even no one calls me within 3 months of time and no one comes to my place. The issue is not resolved and they closed the service request i was complained about.
