I, chetan has submitted a phone( M31s) bearing model no SM-317FZBDINS
at authorised service centre (MAA VAISHNAVI ESERVICES PVT. LTD.) on 10.10.2020 for a repair estimate cost of which is Rs15570 (given by them only) .time for repair as told by them was maximum a week only. i have submitted Rs 8450 as advance for the repair to be initiated.
but today even after 14 days, they have only one answer " sir, your parts are on backorder ' and when i ask them to tell me when parts will arrive, they do told me to wait for 2 days everytime.(Even they do not tell where has the parts reached in transit ).
For resolving the same, i mailed their customer support (servicehead.in @samsung.com). Thet blatantly replied " it will take 20 days to receive the parts".
now in this cyber dependent era, how one can be able to survive without gadget and internet connectivity ??
assume if google and other search engines stopped working for only 24 hours then what will be the outcome??
Moreover samsung is selling 1000s of same phone models everyday, but samsung do not have spare parts for repairing a phone even in country's capital ( cosmopolitan city of india).

They handed over me the phone on 24/10/2020 but now camera of phone is not working and starts hanging.I contacted on their landline number, they said "bring the phone and it will take another 2-3 days to fix the issue" I I I contacted Mrs Monika tyagi ( owner), she denied to help and said not to further call her.

This handset is now on 15 August 2021 vitiated delebratly by MVESPL so as to conceal their own faults in repairing.samsung is worst in terms of service, duping, misleading, tormenting, and harassing its innocent customers

    This is to bring to your notice that Venture Power solutions, chengalpattu - 603001, TN, Technician visited our house on 20th Oct for repair and has not fixed up the AC properly and today the AC unit has fallen down from the ceiling and has got damaged completely and other items below it was also damaged.

    We were fortunate enough that none was injured

    Inspite of repeated communication to Samsung customer care not to send technicians from Venture solutions for last 4 to 5 complaints, it is still being continued without hearing to customer voice. Very poor and worst service since installation of AC and communicated about this earlier issue to both samsung customer care and Venture also. This time it was promised to send technician from other service provider. But later found that the person who came to house was from Venture solutions only and the same person who didnt fix properly last time was sent this time also. He was not able to correct simple other issue earlier for which the feedback was shared.

    With this situation and loss which am not ready to bear for poor service i kindly request you to replace the Internal UNIT with a new one at dealer cost. Also recommend to black list this dealer so other customers are not suffering because of this poor service

      Hi,

      I am from Chennai.

      I ordered a Samsung phone via samsung.com on Oct 15th.
      The order number is [protected].

      I soon changed my mind and tried to cancel the item over phone but the Customer Care said it is not possible. They asked me to refuse the item when delivery is attempted.

      I did as they said on Oct 16th.
      But on Oct 17th another person delivered the item when I was not in home.

      I called up the Customer Care and explained everything.

      They are still not ready to take back the item even though the item package is intact.

      Please help me with this.

If you are not providing service and not doing response then i will go to the consumer court . Becoze all the.staff of your company doing bad behaviour.they all are not take action for service from the service center side .

          I have your premium model Note 9 purchased last year in november 2019. On 13/10/2020 suddenly the screen turned greenish & there were lining & fliker on the screen. I immediately rushed to the service centre as my phone was under warranty & i submitted my phone for repair under contract no [protected]. Today i.e 22/10/2020 still there is no update as too when i will get my phone, the service centre people says that the part has been ordered and it will take further a week but no assurity that it will get my phone. I have invested considerable amount to buy this phone. Please... I need an immediate solution to solve the display issue.

                Hand free speaker is being used by me.

                The same problem is also being faced by son who also purchased this model.

                It seems the company is not using good technology.

                  This is Priyanka Arora from New Delhi, India. This is regarding my recent purchase of Samsung S 20 Ultra from Croma, preet vihar. I Pre - booked the handset on 22nd February 2020 and was supposed to get the same on 18th March ( as committed by the executive there). I did the regular follow but phone delivery at the store got delayed and after that lockdown happened. Still I was in touch with the Croma manager and I was assured that the handset would be coming in April but it finally arrived around 15th June at the store, I got a call for the same but as I was not in Delhi so couldn't come. I came back in the first week of July and went to buy the phone on 8th July. Honestly, i was not interested to buy the phone anymore as it got too delayed. when I booked the phone I was excited. Still as I had already booked I agreed to purchase. When I went to the store, I told all this to the samsung representative - Nitin .I also told him that my only reason to buy the handset now would be for the Galaxy buds plus and screen replacement scheme I was committed at the time of booking. I confirmed with Nitin again and again for the scheme, he said you will definitely get the scheme as u have pre-booked and he confirmed the same with his senior (Ajay) and other representative who were available at the time of booking and everyone confirmed him the same. Still, even before swiping the card I confirmed again and he said you will get the buds and screen replacement scheme in 48 hours. After the purchase, when I tried to activate the scheme it didn't get activated so I called on customer care number . I was told that the scheme was over on 30th June 2020 and I cannot avail the same. I was shocked to hear this as nobody informed me about this. I called Nitin, he himself was not aware of the scheme end date, he said its valid till 31st July 2020 and I will definitely get the scheme. I even called Ajay, he assured me the same. Now, I am not getting the scheme. Whose fault is this? When I booked the handset in February, I was supposed to get the same in March but it was delayed for 4 months from Samsung. handset arrived at Croma around 15th June 2020, I was hardly given 15 days to avail the scheme and that too end date was not informed to me, infact your representatives there are not aware. After all this, I started facing the problem with the handset from very first day. - Its Camera quality was bad and was not at par as what was committed (100x zoom). Pixels were breaking even after the 10x Zoom. - There was a problem with the Media Sound. There was no sound even when the volume was at 100 percent. - Bluetooth was not getting connected to other phones - Android beam was not working ( was trying to transfer the data to my other phone - samsung S7 edge) - Fingerprint sensor was not working properly. - Earphones cushions were not coming out, so I was unable to change it. I complained about all this to Ajay and showed him the handset also, he checked it himself and confirmed the faults. He suggested me to submit the handset to customer service. I contacted customer service and told them the issue on chat, they asked me to do the software update which I did but it didn't help. So, engineer was appointed for my complaint and he took the handset on 17th July 2020. I got my handset back after 10 days but problems were still the same. I complained about the same and sent the video to the Manager(Swati) who handles the CEO helpdesk I am a loyal user of Samsung products, be it Mobile phones, TV, Washing machine or microwave but I never faced such issues before. I request you to please look into the matter and help me in availing the scheme as there was no fault of mine and also I want the handset to be replaced as there are too many issues with this handset Model - Samsung S20 Ultra IMEI No - [protected] Bill is attached for your reference I sent this mail to samsung on 22nd July, and following up with them since then. I didn't receive any call in July but I received a call on 27th September and the executive said that you will get the update on Monday, which never came. I called up again on the customer care number on 14th October 2020 and I was assured that I will get the call back by End of the day.                     Dear Sir,
                    I bought Samsung A50 S for Rs. 18, 000/-. After 03 or 04 months my Samsung mobile is heating during the calling & charging and mic was also not working properly. I visited in Authorized Samsung Care Center on June 2020 due to nationwide lockdown in amid of pandemic Covid-19 and after taking 20 to 25 days my mobile was repaired by care center. After few days repairing of my mobile same problem was faced. then i was visit again in Authorized Samsung Care Center again repaired after taking 20 to 25 days. But the problem of heating and mic were neither solved by care center. details of services provided by Authorized Samsung Care Center is as follow
                    i) 1st Service is Motherboard changed
                    ii) 2nd Services is Mobile battery and mic changed

                    i thing Samsung serve me a defective Mobile. Kindly help me..

                        I gave my phone to Service Centre On 9th oct 2020 and phone is under warranty and so they needed a part which they ordered and received on monday i.e 12th oct 2020 as per online tracking because the number which they gave all are non contactable. so on 16th oct 2020
                        i went to the service centre to about the status as they people don't bothered about my phone so they never called me to inform what is happening with My Phone. In online track repair on website it Shows (Repair Status Your Service Request is pending, required part is received. Appreciate your patience.) Means the Part which service center people needed they received. So the Person Who is Front Desk Person ( Kundan - [protected]) of that service centre under Samsung ( Asif Technician was rude and also)said we did not have the part and we even don't know when it will come. Then i showed them the online tracking and showed the same Status that You Received the Part, After a week they said you can take your phone back and check with other service centre. I asked them you guys can do the same as you all are part of Samsung he denied very rudely and said we don't have the numbers Which is very interesting to here from service centre guy. On 17th oct 2020 i get a call from Priya (Priya.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) she said wait for more days may be they receive the part in 3-4 days so i denied and ask for further escalation and she did the same. So I waited for 8 days and i cant wait any more. And Mis Guiding the customer by updating Wrong things on there portal. its kind of scam. Also i think they took the orignal parts from my phone and sold can be possible because the behaviour of service centre people i can say. So now i dont want the old phone, I WANT A NEW PHONE OF SAME MODEL OR MAY BE A HIGHER ONE AND COMPENSATION AS I GONE THROUGH DIPRESSION AS I LOST MY JOB BECAUSE OF MY PHONE I WAS NOT ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME.THE MAIN RESON WAS SAMSUNG FOR MY JOB LOSS. NEED NEW PHONE AND COMPENSATION.

                          Hi,

                          I placed an order for Samsung M01 2GB RAM phone. The order number is [protected] on Oct 15th. Later I changed my mind and contacted Helpline to cancel it.

                          The person said cancellation not possible and that I need to refuse the item.

                          The next day (Oct 16th) the item came home and I refused delivery, I got the message that cancellation is processed.
                          But again today (Oct 17th) another person delivered the same item to me and he is not willing to take back the item.

                          Please arrange for a return pickup as I am not interested in the item. Please process the refund asap.

                          The Reference number for the complaint raised is 1760612.
                          The Customer Care person gave me an incorrect email (something like this... 'sielheelp.zendesk.com') which I could not understand. Please improve the communication of people who take calls from Customers.

                          Their website email support, chat has defects they are not up to mark and none has cared to fix them too.

                          The Customer Care numbers are faulty too and their communication is not up to mark.

                          Samsung has pushed me a product which I am no more interested. Please ask them to process the refund.

                                Dear sir,

                                I am a samsung user for decades and i own all samsung products for its reliability and accessibility.
                                I own two samsung air conditioners, four mobile phone, micro wave owen, washing machine and atlast samsung qled TV 65 inches.
                                I have been raising service request since 3rd of october 2020 For which the service order no : [protected] for my Qled not working and initially they said its the motherboard issue and SMPs issue and needs to be replaced and to customer care i requested to replace it under warranty as it was only some few days past warranty and since covid 2019 i was not in the city and i dint use my TV for almost 3 months. But they denied it and the reason why i am escalating is because if i would have used it during those days may be i would have got repaired before my warranty expired.
                                And again they closed my complaint stating i was not ready to pay RS 300 for the service engineer for inspecting and letting to know the problem. But i its not the truth.
                                And again i raised a request stating if it cant be done in warranty i will pay for the service as i have invested almost Rs 2, 00, 000 on the TV and for that i can not leave it without servicing. for which the service order no : [protected].

                                The engineers came to my place and said the board will cost around RS 6500 and for which i agreed. But when they found there is no issue with the board and the panel of the TV is the issue they smartly sliced away from the place saying they will go to office and call.

                                Again i dint receive any call from them and i called the customer care to ask for the issue they said the panel is the issue and they have given approval for the replacement since its manufacture defect and the panel has one more year of warranty which the local service team hide from me and i dont understand and my assumption was they want to again charge me for the panel as well as they never responded and lately they said i need to produce the bill which i gave at the time of installation.

                                Frankly when they asked i never had a bill copy and i told them even if i dont have the bill copy, at the time of installation i had provided the bill and which the person who installed the TV have taken a copy of it and more over since any way one year is over and only the panel has to be replaced and already it has been approved by samsung india why you service guys for money spoiling the company name and reputation.

                                But still they insisted on the bill copy so i searched thoroughly and found the bill and i send it to them.Even after that they said the installation date and the bill date is not matching so again i made a call to customer care and seeing me calling so many times the executive transferred my call to one Mr Prasad (Supervisor) and i briefed my concern to him and made a con call to the shop who sold me the TV and both of them agreed as the showroom person will provide me with the printed bill copy and the service team will replace the panel for which they said they need printed copy with seal of the shop. After spending almost 15 Days without TV inspite of spending RS 2, 00, 000 i again went to the shop which sold me the TV and requested them for a printed copy and submitted the same.

                                Even after doing so much mental pressure today i just checked the samsung website to know the status of my complaint, to my surprise without informing me they have closed the complaint saying cancelled without any reason and now again i tried calling the customer care to connect MR Prasad (Supervisor) he is not responding to my calls. If the service center is doing like this how can a lay man claim even if his products are in warranty so poor and i am very sorry to say in all theses years of samsung product experience this is my very poor experience

                                I am writing her atleast in the confidence my issue will be resolved and proper action will be taken against the persons involved in such cheap tricks.

                                I have enclosed both the bill copies
                                a. Copy provided at the time of installation
                                b. The printed copy which the service team requested along with the seal & signature
                                c. status on the website showing cancelled
                                please do the needful.

                                Samsung should implement customer satisfaction code for all its service to know customer is satisfied or not. Very poor followup team and i dont know for illiterate people if they face such issue will not be able to reach customer care as they ignore calls and even mails . On a whole a very bad experience

                                Dear sir,

                                After my mail to you i have been appointed with a priority customer support staff Mr Kamlesh kumar K but complaint was made on 17th oct 2020 and today its 24th oct 2020 but if i try calling him, his extention doesn work and he doesn't reply for mails. 

                                Hence I decided to get status through Samsung call center customer care and got to know the update that the local service team on 21st oct 2020 had updated that I produced fake bill seeking warranty. 
                                But I would like to update you on the same thing that the bill provided to them was one year before at the time of installation in my residence for which it has already been updated on the system. And because service centre insisted me for getting a printed copy along with the seal and signature of the seller. As they requested to me I made a concall to the seller along with Mr Prasad of samsung customer care and as both of them spoke and agreed on the same which would be recorded in your system and even i have a record of the same interaction between us and gave a printed bill as per their request 
                                And using the term fake bill is very contemptuous as they can not say a bill is fake when they agreed to the same bill at the time of installation (i.e. before one year) and when it comes to warranty they say it as a fake bill. 
                                Even I never had an idea that my television would stop working in this mean time and I need not produce any fake bills . If your team has doubts on the same the shop name and number is clearly mentioned on the invoice you can have an enquiry over there.
                                Sorry to say I am losing hope with the Samsung appellant team as well as again its seven days and gonna be a month since the product is lying scrap. Its purely the service team for hiding their mistake playing such a blame game .
                                Television is an essential nowadays and thanks to samsung and its customer support and after sales service that in spite of being called a priority customer because of my investments with samsung products i have not got a solution for months.
                                I am attaching the copy of the bill which is the same in your system one year back I need not produce a fake bill hope you understand the logic. And for customer credibility you can view my past purchases and service requests.

                                Dear forum,

                                I have been trying for the last one month for getting my samsung product repaired but its clearly seen that they do not show any interest on customer service. They are only focused on sales and spend crores of customers money for advertising but not bothered on service of defective product.
                                In one mail now a days every approval can be done but they wantedly do not do it.
                                Can anyone in the forum suggest me with the next level of action where samsung should answer to the mental agony caused not only to me but to the entire family as you know television now a days has become an mandate product and some one has sold a defective product and sitting happily.

                                What can be done next as i dont see any update regarding my complaint and samsung call center clearly ignoring my call. And in this forum also i used to get a pointer saying mark as resolved but now i dont get that. So dont really know what that means that here in this forum as well my complaint is closed or you also lost hope with samsung.

                                  Firstly, it has a very bad quality of body.
                                  Secondly, it has a lagging issue.
                                  Thirdly, it heats up and whenwit happens I have to turn off then I makes call.
                                  None, of the representative of Samsung is responding over this what's this?

                                    I purchased Samsung Level U neckband last week i.e.[protected], But product seems of very poor quality earpiece material which stings in ear and not properly fitted even all it's sizes. Disastrous sound experience and the product is not up to the mark. I am a regular Samsung customer with whole household items to TV, mobile phones, But this time totally disappointed.

                                      For repairing We had raised the complaint on Sep8, 2020. Its almost 40 days now, till today washing machine issue is not yet resolved.

                                      We called atleast 20+ times to service center toll free number:[protected]. We repeaedly got assurances from the team. End result is nothing.
                                      Being working woman, it is frustrating for us to manage, we had invested trusting brand Samsung versus others, and invested our hard earned money of ~40, 000INR.
                                      Just over 2 years, machine stoped working. Its fine, but its not getting repaired even after ~40 days.

                                      We have written to Samsung service head also on[protected] and[protected]. Reference number : [protected]

                                      Also would like to mention that, Service team had visited us, and looked at the issues within a day, they found that main PCB part is not working. That is when the problem/delay started.

                                      We had to put so much effort in following up with these toll free number, samsung offices, and pain of washing clothes, maids are not ready to wash.
                                      We are not sure how long it is going to take, every day we kept thinking within 2-3 days it will be fixed. But never fixed till today. Getting maids hired timely these days is also not so easy.
                                      We heard from toll free number that part has come, but servcie team says - sometimes it has come, sometimes not yet come, sometiems, we will come and fix asap.

                                      All we want is justice, I hope - this address is resolved at the earliest, at the highest priority and punish the guilty for the delay.
