Instead of sending the refund they have delivered the product without consent and now not refunding saying that it is not in the policy to take back the unused, seal packed product...

Regarding the s20 device which i received on july 26th 2020. I activated the device on july 30 2020. After using it for 2-3 days i observed the mobile is getting overheated while the camera is used and also while talking. So raised a complaint on aug-3 and asked for pick up. I have purchased this costly headset for better use. But within 10 days, when headset was connected to laptop, i got up, wire pulled little and it's pin broken down.

The warranty is denied for this saying physical damage. But the part was very soft, broken down because it's designed strength is very less. I did not had good experience by paying more.
