I am your valued customer. I have purchased a UHD 4K 55" Samsung TV, model no. UA55TU8000KXXL on 10.10.2020 from Khosla Electronics, Madhyamgram Showroom, (Sodepur Road), Kolkata, West Bengal, India. On the same day, it was delivered. Thereafter Mr. Pradip Das, being a service engineer attended to install the said Tv. Right from the beginning, the said service engineer, Pradip Das came drunk and utterly misbehaved with me and my wife. Neither he attended the installation of Tv nor he behaved with us properly. Ultimately, the installation has not been done properly and left the job undone.
We have been using other Samsung appliances since last 15 years, which leads us to purchase another television from your esteemed brand. It is also pertinent to mention that my wife Anjana Banerjee also purchased another 32"Tv (UA32T4050ARXXL) from Khosla Electronics on 10.10.2020 itself.
Kindly take stringent action against Mr. Pradip Das (Mobile No. [protected]) as he was drunk, while in duty and also misbehaved.
