On 26.06.2020, i purchased samsung panel (Model ua55ru7100kxxl) from vijay sales, sector-8, rohini. Inv. No. Mentioned on the credit card sales receipt is 022466. I paid rs. 54585.99/- through my axis bank credit card. As per the offer by samsung, cash back of 10% on this i. E. Rs. 5459/- and 2.2% mfr. Cash back amounting to rs. 1201/- was to be credited to my credit card account on or before 90 days i. E. Latest by 23.09.2020. So in total rs. 6660/- was to be credited to my credit card, which is yet to be done.
I am at loss to understand how can a company like samsung play such dirty tactics of not crediting the promised cash back by due date.
Please ensure to credit rs.6600/- without any further delay.

    I purchase my galaxy m31 three months back, there is not a single scratch on my phone, the service center guy said this damage doesn't come under warranty, problem of toch panel is common in galaxy m31

      In my house there is wifi so when the wifi was new it was connected to mobile but now it is saying that internet may not be available so then after i restarted the phone then after also saying that internet may not be available after that i have formated my phone but no result also saying internet may not be available ok so do anything for it.

        Dear sir, my mobile model is c7 pro. I visited your service centre 11/09/20 at Bathinda.( punjab).My phone's screen was not working properly. I gave my phone to change it at your centre. . I paid 5780/ for it but when I get back my phone at 22/09 it is not working properly. Blue light filter getting auto onn and screen light sensor was not working. I went to center but the staff of the service centre was not intrusted to attend me. Pls help me to solve my problem. ..my mobile no. [protected]

          I ordered samsung note 20 ultra through samsung website on 15/09/2020 with deferred exchange option with my old samsung galaxy s9 plus (8gb/64gb). My order id is [protected]. I received samsung note20 ultra on 16/09/2020. However, samsung exchange partner cashify never reached out to me. Samsung had communicated in their mail that the exchange would get initiated within 2-3 days of delivery. I sent many mails to samsung customer care to take action to pick up my old phone. But they haven't done that yet. I have raised complaint numerous times and got many assurances, but to no avail. Samsung seems to just be interested in duping thousands out of customers and no caring about them post purchase.

          It is very pathetic to see the way samsung is handling a loyal, high-end customer like me. I want strict action against samsung for this.

            I had ordered Samsung Galaxy Active 2 Watch 4G black (Steel) on 14-Sep-2020 on samsung india website using my corporate email id with order id as [protected]. It was a prepaid order. The order delivery date was 29-Sep-2020.

            As on 29-Sep-2020, there has been no progress on the shipment and it is still in approved status not even packaged.

            I written several emails and called customer support regarding an update on delivery but there is no action on my order.

            I have booked my order (ID- [protected]) on 14-Sep-20. It was a prepaid order and the delivery date was 29-Sep-2020 and now I am getting a reply to wait further 7-10 days. When a flagship product order is made by someone it is linked emotionally too. I had a plan to gift this watch to my wife on her birthday on 1st Oct, 2020.
            This is nothing but customer harassment.
            If Samsung will through my mails and call records to Samsung support. They will realize the pathetic customer service & support from such a flagship company.
            My order was "Approved" by Samsung and I understand the "Approved" means Samsung India is committed to deliver the product by delivery date. And if Samsung was unable to deliver the product then why was my order approved?
            I have called every day since 19-Sep-2020 to track my order status but till today Samsung is not able to provide order status with their partner Savex technology. I have attached the order status as on 1st Oct, 2020. It has not even packaged.

            I got below reply from Samsung support which is not acceptable at all.

                Defective TV

                I had purchased one samsung tv model no. Ua32k5300arlxl serial no. Oabn3pa57039466b on 25.09.2018.
                This tv is an additional tv in my house in a bedroom and is not extensively used. Once the tv is started, it shows picture for 15/20 minutes and then goes blank. On complaint the company mechanic (Call no. Ref. [protected]) had inspected the tv on 15.09.2020 and stated that part nos. Bn95-04223a and bn94-10761b needs to be replaced and...

                    My refrigerator had stopped working on 12th august and i called up samsung service. They came on 13th august and checked it and said the compressor is gone and since the refrigerator is in warranty period
                    So they will replace the compressor in a week.

                    They were paid visiting charges of 460/- and then they sent another bill for 1298/- as amount payable against request no. [protected]. I have no idea for which this bill has been raised since no other service was provided.

                    I was promised that the compressor will be replaced in a week, but several weeks have passed and nothing has been done. I have called them several times but every time its next monday or next friday.

                    When i sent mail to samsung customer care they assigned me new request number [protected] dated 27th sept when i originally complained on 12th august and their engineer visited me on 13th august and declared that compressor is not working and we will put in a new one.

                    Its nearly 1 1/2 month since i registered my complaint. Also they directed me to contact new person without sending his/her contact number.

                      Hi, i regret to say this that i am a customer of samsung. This company used to be at the peak of its market but sadly it's customer service has degraded, in fact destroyed the reputation. Why am i saying all this?
                      Actually i just bought a samsung phone it was working perfectly fine the night i last saw it working. And next day it's gone. The screen was not working.. The phone was showing many issue... So, i thought not an issue my phone is still under warranty i can get it fixed. Though it was frustrating in itself that an absolutely new phone gets broken without anything being done. But it's fine i have it under warranty.

                      So, i went to the samsung customer care, world's worst place to even expect customer service. People here dream that no customer should arrive, coz if they do then we have to work and that's horrible.

                      I showed them my phone and shockingly the executive without even properly looking at it just says that this phone was thrown in water... Now, this is propostrous. I know this for sure coz i had my phone all the time and why wouldn't i it was a brand new phone... I was exited to use it. And this phone was never in or ever near water or any kind of liquid for that matters. Humidity could not have gotten into this... And this same thing i tried to explain the executive. But the person was hellbound to prove that this phone is out of warranty... Then he says, this phone has already been opened... This statement made my head swirl. It was impossible i said. I didn't knew how to open it and why would i go to anyone else when i know this phone is under warranty...

                      Frankly speaking, samsung customer service has made a joke out of this whole warranty system... These guys should not be giving any warranty if they don't have the guts to fulfill them.
                      I am extremely heartbroken and frustrated after this kind of behaviour from these people. I realise now what a huge mistake i made buying this phone...                         Subject - my complaint against samsung india regarding selling a defect product with worst servicing.

                        I drafted/registered a complaint against the samsung a70s product issue in warranty period, hence not receive any updates on raised concern of refund the product amount or replace the model...!

                        Because i face display issue two times during warranty period, where second display issue within 2 months of first service.
                        As per me there "ll be a product defect in model hence requested to refund the product amount or replace the model.

                        As product is in warranty period still they are asking for repairing amount.
                        During first display issue when question was raised by us about the need of display defect than no explanation from service provider.

                        When i have complained and claiming the product refund or model replacement than service station coordinator briefed that it was a liquid damage hence the total amount of damage between 6000 to 7000 rupee and in warranty period the amount was covered by us 3000 rupee and the rest 3000 rupee will be paid by you...

                        I would like to claim that it was a product model defect hence 2 times the same display issues faced by me within warranty period and lastly found issue within a 1.5 month only. Hence it was a product model defect.

                        Here i am claiming to service station that intentionally the liquid damage was created by them, once i had asked them about my claim on product defect to refund my product amount or replace my product model, hence they are blaming us through liquid damage.

                        Thus, you are requested to look into the matter and take steps on my suggested options to resolve these issues.

                        Hope you understand because i have already spent 29000 rs on this product and face the issues within warranty period, hence i want justice on this matter.

                        Already the product was submitted by me on 05.09.2020 (Saturday) and hence yet not the issues or concerns were resolved since last two weeks.

                        Lastly had a discussion (2 weeks ago) with mr. Ravindra ravidas the coordinator who was giving us a proposal of 3000rs under insurance and 3000rs by us, where i already briefed that i am not ready to continue with this model anymore or even not interested in any other solution.

                        Already only 2 options have been shared by me one is total refund amount of my product or model replacement only.

                        Hence customer request was not accepted and fulfilled on time and the worst service provider during warranty period even claiming and blaming tricks by service holder and manipulative response and just wasting time since last 20 days with demanding of 3000rs in warranty period.

                        Let me know what is the sense of spending 30000 rs on mobile gadget if i have to visit service station 2 times within 8 months during warranty period and even second time within 2 months of 1st complaint of service.

                        Hence look into matter and proceed accordingly as suggested options from my side.

                        Note:- i am not ready in any other solution except model replacement or money refund.

                        You are requested to look into the matter or resolve the issue as suggested solution

                          I have ordered a product (Samsung note 10 lite) on 19th. The delivery date was on 25th and still i didn’t get any response from the shipment team. It’s a very bad service. When i called the customer care, they said the order has been cancelled. Without even notifying me they cancelled my order and still i haven't received any emails regarding this. I want my amount at the earliest.

I am facing same issues for last one year extra dust forming in my washing machine very very worst service centre.                               I have purchased a fully automatic top load washing machine on feb. From installation time the water inlet pressure is very low. That time we call service complain. They came and told will change pipe. But no one came. Again yesterday we raise the complain then service engineer told you have to change your water tank. I have no such information earlier like this that i have to change my water arrangements to use this. Now we are not able to use this machine because of water issue. We have planned for semi automatic but we purchase fully because the salesman told this is more good. So we go out of budget and purchase this. Kindly replace this with some other model which work here or refund mu amount. Dealer point is telling the boy had make a mistake but he has left the job. We will talk to senior. Kindly resolve. We have purchased so many items from reliance. Please 🙏 help. We are washing clothes by hand after investing such heavy amount.

                                As i dont have the original invoice copy, they are asking me the full amount for the under warranty parts. They got serial no, mobile no, name everything is on record but they still asking for a physical copy. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                                  Sir, i bought galaxy m30s (S/n rz8m911eydx) on 29.09.2019 and warranty valid till 28.09.2020. On 23.09.2020 when i remove my phone from charging i found touch of phone is not working. On 24.09.2020 i visited samsung service center emm vee enterprises ludhiana for warranty repair (Ticket no.[protected]). They told me that it is a liquid damage. I told them the phone was used properly and nothing bad happened to it. When i was not convinced they told me it may happen due to humidity and environmental factors. I told them if it is so then it should be covered under warranty because it is a design deficiency. From that day regularly i made calls to samsung india and raised my grievance. Even i tweeted, posted at fb and sent mail to their service head as well as support but nothing happened. Even one of the cs rep told me that sir 90% complaints these days are related to m series phones, i replied him it means that there are issues in design of m series phones so ethically the phone should be repair under warranty. I am going through a mental trauma as beside regular reminders samsung is least bothered about me. Sir if you refer samsung india facebook page you will come to know that they have a general tendency to discard warranty by giving an excuse of liquid damage. It is pathetic that even i dont know when and where liquid penetrated in my phone. Had it had been then the damage might be more bigger than which they are showing. The service centers of samsung or any private company have no transparency. They work in close workshops or cabins and customer never know what they are doing with the device in close compartment. Here i am attaching a snapshot of a facebook post in which it is mentioned that warranty was discarded by samsung telling liquid damage and later on when the phone was repaired by a third party mobile showroom they told that there is no liquid damage. I reviewed recent posts on there site and have observed that they are closing all cases of warranty by giving a bluff of liquid or physical damage. Generally companies consider things in warranty for goodwill but here the case is reverse i deserve warranty and they are asking for rs. 5500 and gst. I have made 5 calls, two fb posts, one message on twitter, one tweet and two emails one to service head and one to support from last three days and no body is responding. All the more they misguided me and told me to approach another service center and when i visited another service center the guys told me sir your complaint is closed by emm vee and once it is closed no body can do anything. Even on first day i was told that i will get a call from other team which never happened and i was sent a message that my complaint is closed to desired level. Please intervene as this unethical and unprofessional approach is sucking a common man. Again i am reinforcing that if a machine fails even it is operated normally than it means it is a design problem.

                                  Beside regular phone calls they are giving dates but no resolution... Very poor service... Rather than giving a solution for my existing problem they are giving offers to upgrade my phone

                                  I am facing the exact same issue with my Samsung M31. Updated the software and then the phone got stuck in a boot loop. Tried to charge the phone and restart, it was charging but still stuck on the main Samsung screen. Took it to the SC and without touching the phone the technician said motherboard damage need to replace. We insisted that they check the software once so they took the phone into the service room. No idea what they did there but they came back saying motherboard issue please visit next day and submit the phone for checking.
                                  Submitted the phone next day with no other damage. However after about 8-10 hours we get a call back saying charging strip is damaged, LIQUID DAMAGE & motherboard damage. Since liquid damage is detected warranty will be void.
                                  I have raised several complaints with Samsung customer support and have asked to speak to their seniors. No call from any senior but some guy called me claiming to be a supervisor and spent the entire 30mins or so of the call telling me that there is liquid damage to my phone. When I asked him about the LDI (Liquid Damage Indicator) he did not know what is was. Just imaging a supervisor not knowing what an LDI is or what it does. I then asked him what is the extent of damage required by liquid to cause such issues, he was not able to answer that as well. He kept saying the image received from the SC shows liquid damage to the charging port and so no warranty. I HAVE NEVER DROPPED THE PHONE, TOUCHED WATER TO IT NOT EVEN A SINGLE AIR LINE SCRATCH ON THE PIECE. MIND YOU THIS DAMAGE CAN EVEN BE CAUSE BY NATURAL FACTORS BUT SAMSUNG SAYS WARRANT IS VOID EVEN IN THESE SITUATIONS. The image of the water damage on charging port shared by the SC its totally blur you cant even read battery details. When I asked for a clear image they said we do not have. As a customer how do I believe this is my handset. Also the device could have been tampered in the 8-10 hrs or so that it was with Samsung. ALSO NOTICED OVER 10 CUSTOMERS DURING MY 3 VISITS TO THE SC WHEREIN THE ENGINEERS WERE TELLING CUSTOMERS WHO CAME IN WITH REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY THAT THEIR PHONES HAD LIQUID DAMAGE THIS COULD NOT BE A COINCIDENCE. I PERSONALLY SPOKE TO A COUPLE OF CUSTOMES WHO HAD M31, M30S AND SAID THEY HAD SOFTWARE ISSUES BUT SAMSUNG CLAIMS LIQUID DAMAGE AND MIND YOU THESE ARE ALL NEW HANDETS LESS THAN 7-8 MONTHS OLD.
                                  I have also noted that on multiple forums/communities and so on people have been facing the same issue with the M Series phones post the updates in April 2020 however Samsung claims liquid damage and voids any warranty. I will definately be taking up this matter further with national consumer forum. I also have the ID card of the engineer who had make all damage claims to the phone.
                                  Also to be noted that the service center did not have a token machine, the staff were not wearing their ID Cards and uniforms, no manager was available on all 3 days that I visited and even on requesting them they refused to connect me to their manager. SO BASICALLY THERE IS NO ONE TO MONITOR WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS CENTER AND THE ENGINEERS ARE FREE TO TAMPER WITH PIECES AND MAKE A QUICK BUCK BY CHEATING CUSTOMERS OUT OF THEIR WARRANTY. Also this service center was refusing to close my service request even after I took my handset back. When asked to return the handset they took over 20mins to find my phone kept asking each other in which drawer it is, that shows how terribly managed they are OR I can think of any number o[censored]lterior reasons why it took them sooooo long to get my piece from the service room to the service desk.

                                  SAMSUNG IS A FRUAD COMPANY. DONT MAKE CHEAPER PHONES IF YOU CANT GIVE SERVICES.

                                    Few months ago i purchase samsung m30s (6gb/128gb) online from amazon. One day my phone skip from my hand and display mirror broken from right down corner, after that my phone is working good same as before this incident, after one month i reach care centre and submit my phone to them for reparing. On 25.09.2020 i changed full display from samsung authorized service centre kathua. When i take my phone back my handset can't bring network (I. E handset have network issue). It's means my motherboard is changed with other mobile because when i submit my handset it has no network issue. My phone is under warranty so pls solve my problem.

                                      In my house i have a mother who is 62 years old & a 2 year baby at home, and i need to preserve lots of medicines in the refrigerator for my mother. It's become difficult to survive because of your poor services.

                                      Complaint registered on 14th sept, he told us motherboard problem, then after following up almost one week continuously, your engineer came again with new motherboard & told us there is a problem of compressor which need to be replaced, & will be done in next 3-5 days as per the availability, after this, they told me, via call received by this number taran singh mob -[protected] that it will be fix on monday i. E. 21st sept, monday. Then after following up continuously he said me it will be done on wednesday & on wednesday stopped picking up the phone. On wednesday i connected to samsung live chat again, to check the status, they said they will arrange a call back from the service centre.

                                      Next day i received a call from service center on thursday, 24th september, from number [protected], very arrogantly he replied me that we have mailed to change the part, the part we have received was not the right one, if they approved then we will fix otherwise we can't do anything, i asked for his mobile number, he refused to give me. & said you can talk to samsung they will give the solution like the way he is doing favour on me while talking to me. & today when i again get connected to samsung live chat, your representative said me you can talk to service center only.
