I have bought a Samsung M31S( Serial no: RZ8N82QQMSX ) mobile from amazon and I received the product on 09-Sept-2020. Within one month the phone charging stopped working, and I have registered a complaint(Reference [protected]) with Samsung customer care. And after a couple of other calls, they have forwarded me to the Samsung service centre in Kochi(Address Attaikulath Apartment, Cheruparambath road, Kadavantara Junction, Kochi). I have visited the service centre twice, and finally they have inspected the phone, and what they are saying is "The phone pin got some type of coating over it, that's why the charger doesn't work". I asked them how it works with other chargers(charger of M31), their answer was 'that they don't know'. I asked them to clean it, if that is the case, and the response was "We cannot do it under warranty" and we will replace it for Rs. 1500. We asked them to give a proper reason for denying warranty rather than this 'coating' story.

This is a brand new phone, and it has1 year warranty and the charger has 6 months warranty. The phone has insurance, so can repair under it, even if you deny warranty. But that is not the justice. The service centre has not created any case sheets during my visit. I complained to Samsung customer care and they were asking me 'why the service centre did not create any case sheet', as if it is my responsibility to correct the irregularities of the service centre. The customer care representative connected the manager of the service centre, and asked the same questions and that guy has no idea on this.

I wasted 2 days of my leave from office for visiting this Samsung service centre. Complaints within one month, and even the samsung service centre can't explain what that complaint is. I request samsung to give a replacement for this defective product.

    1. Ordered Galaxy S20 FE on 13th Oct., 2020. Order no. [protected]
    2. Cancelled the order on 14th Oct., 2020 & booked S20 +.
    3. Received " cancellation initiated" mail from Samsung on 14th Oct 2020.
    4. But yet product delivered on 16th Oct. 2020.
    5. Complaint lodged for the pickup of product and refund of payment. Complaint no. 1761510 dated 16th Oct 2020.
    6. Mail from Samsung on 17 Oct 2020 to write to support.[protected]@samsung.com.
    7. Mailed them on 18th Oct 2020 explaining the facts and attached the pics of packed product and the video of same.
    8. Exchanged mails with Samsung on 23rd, 24th and 26th Oct 2020 explaining the same matter again and again.
    9. Everytime its some other executive responding and asking for pics of the packed product .
    10. But till date no one has initiated the refund of the amount .
    11. Very pathetic service from a reputed brand like Samsung.
    VERY DISAPPOINTING...

      I got Samsung a50s model, within in 1 year not even 1 year finished, there was an issue with motherboard, when I gave to service center, they kept my mobile for 1 month saying will check the mobile, after 1 month they r saying that ur mobile is not in warranty, this is like Samsung looting money from middle class people like me, when I gave mobile it was under warranty they kept mobile till warranty gets over now they r saying it is out of warranty, this is insane government has to take action on Samsung, I am from middle class family, this mobile I bought for 24000, this amt is big for me, this Samsung is making me fool and they r not fixing my issue, I want my money back.now the mobile is with service center

        Bought a new phone Galaxy S20+, put that on charger, without even inserting the sim, and it got heated up like hell. Doing the basic things is even heating the phone. Even while calling you can not touch the phone with you cheek and ear.
        How can we expect such a pathetic response from such an expensive phone and brand SAMSUNG.
        On the other hand, they are not even ready to replace it or refund. Such a bad service and response from Samsung service providers.
        They have just looted the big amount of money from a middle class man which has not used the phone satisfactorily for even 1 hour.
        Will never recommend this SAMSUNG company(any product) to anyone.
        Want my money back.

          I Have ordered Samsung M31s mobile on 17th Oct. by paying full product cost that is Rs.18999 . After that i got message that my order is out for deliver on 19th Oct. i was waiting for my delivery but got call that my address is out of their service area so they could not deliver it. While ordering i have confirmed that my pin 590005 is available for the delivery on samsung site. after that i called several time to samsung support till today no positive response has been given. I asked samsung support to cancel my order on 22nd Oct if it is not deliverable, they said my order will be cancelled and will get notification of same but they haven't cancelled it till today. I contacted samsung support almost every day to check on my order but nothing happening. Every day i am checking order and its delivery date is keep changing every day from last 5 days. I am fearing that i will loose all my money.

          Please help me to get my money back and also as a cost / penalty to samsung and its worst service deliver ordered mobile without any further delay.

          Today 28th Oct 2020, I contacted customer support ..they haven't done any useful for me but they said my issue is being forwarded to next high level support and will be contacted within 24 hours. I am hearing this 24 hours contact time from last 7 days till now no one contacted me from samsung only i am contacting because my need. I asked for the cancellation then they said they cannot cancel from there side..i dont know who has the authority to cancel the order may be Samsung CEO...waiting now for samsung call/mail

          Even after 48+ hours no one contacted me for the product i ordered..may be samsung has some different definition of 24 hours. I am frustrated now..its completely un acceptable. These companies are incapable to handle their support i only can only imagine how they will be giving after sale support.

            Hi,

            I have cancelled the order with order id : [protected], I got an Cancellation confirmation Mail as well as on Samsung website status was updated as Cancelled but now they have still delivered the order on their own without my consent.[PFA Screenshots for reference].

            How can the Cancelled orders be forcefully delivered without any customer's consent and forcing the customer to accept the product just for your sake of profit.

            Parcel is still intact as it is, I have not even open the courier bag. I don't need the product at all. Request you to take the return and provide the Refund ASAP.

                I ordered new samsung A71 via onsile samsung shop but I received used and damaned phone, seal of samsung A71 phone box was tempered /broken already open and phone is also in on condition inside box .

                In any new phone its seal packed and also phone in switch off condition . Also phone is used and damaged its not in good condition.

                I have serious issue regarding this, I don't want this phone . Please cancel and refund my money asap. my order number is [protected]

                In bill savex technologies noida sector 7 address is mentioned, I already went there and contacted his manager but no one want to listen or clarify on this, This is totally fraud and cheating with customer, after receiving full advanced payment they are doing cheating with customers.

                Please refund my amount and take this return.

                  I have been using my Samsung m30s for a year now, with no issues.
                  Over the month of October I've have been receiving messages about a software update. Which I did not get a chance to update due to slow internet. Last week my phone turns off and is on a boot loop, showing the Samsung logo, welcome screen and re boots again.
                  I wait for the charge to drain out, charged it once more upto 60% and turned it On. It's still on boot loop.
                  It's the issue with the software, android Operating system.
                  So I figure it's best to take it to a authorised Samsung service centre than a local mobile repair store.
                  This service centre from Jaynagar takes the phone, calls me the next day and says it's a problem with the motherboard which is not possible, we all know enough about computers that if the mother board has an issue, the phone cannot be charged nor will it turn on. So I go to the service centre to collect my phone.
                  Now they hand me a dead phone, which won't turn On.
                  I refused to collect it!
                  This is clearly a scam by the service technician. I gave them the phone with a software problem and they are trying to cheat me into getting a new motherboard which cost about 9, 000/-

                  Please help with this Issue Samsung, my phone looks like brand new. I have handled it with care, there were no physical damages. I bought it on October 13 2019 and it the problem occurred on 24th 2020.

                      I would like to bring in your notice that on 17 Oct 20 I have purchased a movie smartphone Samsung Galaxy M 31s. It is pertinant mention that it is great matter of disappointed that the on purchase of 17 Oct the smartphone not charging on 26 Oct 20. I have register a request with reference number is [protected] on 26 Oct 20 for collect the same from my doorstep view I'm a Defence personnel and due to wake of covid 19 we are not permitted to visit outside defence area. Your representative told me that he will share a link for payment and you will get a support immediately. But no support for the same has been revived till. It is submitted that service for the same be provided at the earliest or my smartphone be changed immediately.

                        I have purchased samsung washing machine top load at bajaj electronics A.S.Rao Nagar 4 years ago. The machine has stopped working now.                           Dear Sir/Madam, This is a complaint against Samsung India on my TV repair. I have raised a complaint on display issue on my 65 inches QLED TV. Samsung team came and inspected and told me that the panel has to replaced. As it is out warranty, they told us to pay for panel. I have agreed for the payment. But till today they have not replaced panel. Their technical team saying the reason that they dont have stock. The tv purchases before 3 years. How can a company say they dont have stock. But their email replies saying that i have denied for the payment which is NOT true. So i kindly request you to help me on this issue as no one in samsung india responding me. Thanks, G.DEVASAHAYAM.                             I had ordered a Tab S6 lite from Samsung shop official e-store. It was delivered to me on August 27 and I had informed Samsung E-store and the service head about it with detailed photos on the same day and I was assured that a reverse pickup will be arranged for a replacement after I emailed close-up photos of the damaged S Pen to the Customer Service executive. The next day I get an e-mail stating that I need to visit a service center.

                            I had also called the service center, and they told me that they do not provide replacements. They only repair products and that they cannot repair the S Pen so I have to contact the store directly. It seems I am stuck in a circular loop with a faulty device and no resolution.

                            For the past 2 months, I have been getting useless replies and redirected from department to department. Having purchased a Brand new product, I did not want to go to a service center to get it repaired.

                            I have not received any resolution only delaying tactics to date.
                            It is really disappointing to have to go through such perils to get a pen replaced!

                            Finally, after being told that my situation is being addressed and to wait for a few days, the E-store is now telling me to contact the service head again!

                            I am tired of going between departments as no one wants to
                            take any responsibility. What kind of company are you running?
                            The service head tells to contact the e-store and the e-store tells to
                            contact the service head. I am fed up now. I purchased the product from the
                            e-store and as per their own policy, I am eligible for a refund.

                            I just want a replacement for a damaged product I have received
                            from the company itself and not any third party website!

                            I had also mailed to the CEO earlier with photos but I guess even they do not care about it.

                            I had informed all the parties within 24 Hrs of receiving the product.
                            Please help me reach a solution as I am very disappointed and I really
                            don't have time to fight over a pen but I am reminded of it daily as I cannot
                            use the product for its intended use.

                              Hi Team,

                              I would like to highlight issue which I am facing in my Samsung Galaxy Note 10lite.

                              As product purchased on 24th September 2020 and from last 15 to 10 days I am facing issue in my phone that is Heating/ battery issue and also some its hange but as I was very busy schedule so unable to visit service center.

                              Last week I visited nearest service center and also contacted customer support for resolution but still I am facing same issue.

                              Service center person just format my phone and updated software and stating it will work properly but I am facings same issue.

                              I have doubts it is Note series which is samsung special series and within a month these many issue. After completing process I hope phone would be go under checking.

                              I am in 20° to 22°Degree room temperature and my phone temperature is more than 40° Degree. How its possible.

                              Bettery is worst i am unable to use more than 12 hrs and its just I 1 month old phone.

                              As due to phone issue I am facing problems in my work. Its hampered my working life.

                              I am very disappointed with the resolution as I invested more than 40 thousand and facing bad experience. If I will buy other products they offer less than 40 k with more benefits but I am a samsung lover hance taken this phone but this time I hate samsung brand.

                              Request you to change my phone or compancate me for the same.

                                I bought a new Samsung note 8 mobile phone in January 2019. This phone got an issue of rebooting (display is working good). Taken the phone to service centre in Mangalore. They informed that the repair cost of this phone will be between 17000 to 19000 rupees! So I decided not to repair it as the repair cost is mpore than the new phone!

                                I talked to the Samsung customer care and requested for any other option to reduce the repair cost or to exchange this phone with any other phone. Customer care executive informed to give my phone to service centre and then talk to customer care for any options.

                                I gave the phone to service centre on 19.10.2020. I talked to customer care on same day but there was disturbance in the phone line. I called next day again customer care and the executive informed me to call after one day. I called customer care again on 23.10.2020 but the executive told me that there is no other option and I have to pay the full repair cost for the phone.

                                I do not understand why the customer care executive told me to give the phone to service centre and call to find any options. I had to stand in a que at service centre for one hour to give the phone twice.

                                The phone has purely quality issue from Samsung for which I request Samsung to look into this matter and give a solution for me as this phone has been used very lightly and with care and no mishandling or misuse has been done. I request Samsung to give me any options to reduce the repair cost or exchange this phone to any other phone.

                                  We have Ordered One No. 1m 08cm (43") TUE60 4K Smart Crystal UHD TV43TUE60 on 16th October 2020 . The TV was delivered on 21st October 2020 and the Packing was Opened for installation by Service Engineer from your Authorized Service Centre Tvs Electronics . The Service Engineer informed us that The TV is In Damaged Condition(Dead on Arrival) and asked us to send a request for Replacement we have registered a complaint through customer Care and the Ticked ID is1775670 but no action taken till today and again one more request we have raised 1778785 which has been closed saying "Hope we have resolved your issue" without taking any steps to resolve the same. Is this the way you support customers ?

                                  We completely lost the trust we have on Samsung and this is a good learning for us not to buy any product from Samsung App shop which is completely not worthy.

                                    Delay in delivery

                                    My order number is [protected] through Samsung.com for Galaxy note 10 lite.Its delivery date is of 23rd october and I placed my order on 15th october.The status of my order is Approved from the very first day.Despite many complaints no action has been taken.My phone is not working so I ordered new & I am really facing many problems.Please help....

                                    Sir mere phone 42 days ho rahe hai new liye huye or mera phone baar baar heat ho ja raha hai mene pichhle kuch samsung service centre me dikhaya bhi tha jo ki waha ke stap ne bola software dal diye hai ab koe problem nahi aayegi or problem abhi bhi wahi hai me es company ke oopar case karna chahta hu.
