I have purchased washing machine on date 27/10/2020 invoice number:1225/20/S-9255 from bajaj electronics, nagole branch.
the next day they delievered qashing machine to my residence, they said they will give demo next day but we tried contacting them but they are unavailable and till date no one came to give demo, we only selected samsung brand but they neglected please take immidiate action towards our issue.

    Samsung has not been responding to any of our requests for a nonworking refrigerator the services are worst, we have called them 3 times In customer care and 2 times on CEO help desk form last five months, there is no respond or action taken .The refrigerator is of no use anymore totally worthless, what should we keep it for ? To use as a dustbin? There is no customer satisfaction from Samsung, They promised to send someone for the issue we are still waiting . I need email id & contact no of head India Operations or MD & CEO of Samsung. if you are unable to provide me services I can escalate the matter to Consumer Board, Govt of India.
    Waiting for an early revert, hope I will get a respond within 24 hours .

      With reference to my complaints in reference to Led TV Order Id no. [protected] dated 23.10.2020 delivered on 27.10.2020 and further call received from Mr. Ravi Sharma, Sales Support Team, Samsung E-Store.

      I again want to brief the case that that the above mentioned TV has been delivered on 27.10.2020 and request registered for installation on same day and samsung engineer visited today on 28.10.2020.

      During unboxing by samsung engineer, it has been observed that the TV received in broken condition and the same has been updated by samsung engineer to samsung in their installation report.

      For the same incident we have raised complaint on your customer care vide ticket no. 1787392 dated 28.10.2020 and they have advised to share some broken TV pictures of TV during unboxing by samsung engineer although we have already shared the broken TV pictures on 28.10.2020 & 29.10.2020 on samsung estore email id but samsung not responding on the complaint.

      As per the last talk to Mr. Ravi Sharma, Sales Support Team, Samsung, and as desired we have already shared available broken TV pictures for further returned and refund process and also given screenshots of messages received from samsung delivery partner and samsung e-shop for their reference.

      You are requested to turned back the TV and refund the amount immediatelly

          I brought samsung s6 lite tab from official samsung website using my Hdfc credit card. They mentioned 1500 instant cash back. But I dint receive any cashback back. Please do give my cashback.

            I bought an Android TV from samaung, which started blinking shortly after being installed. I mean it would have closed all of a sudden and then opened itself, which is why I kept complaining to Samsung's company after which 3 times the company officials came and investigated and went away but the TV problem did not end, This is why we demanded to replace the TV with another TV, but Samsung has stopped paying attention to this problem, so I request that we should pay a fine to the Samsung company for harassing us and to replace the TV with the new TV

              Two days back I got call from Ms. Shristi Negi (Savex Technologies Private Ltd). She wrongly alleged that product is activated and seal is broken. I sent her the photos that product which was wrongly delivered is still sealed and unused. Attached are images for reference.
              It seems that Samsung doesn't want to get the product exchanged as they are giving excuses and putting wrong allegation. #Shame on Samsung#

              Update[protected]. I keep calling customer care almost daily, they forward my concern to VOC team, but they dont call me back at all. Also the CEO doesn't respond to mails sent as mentioned earlier. 20 days are over since I got the wrong product but still no resolution is provided. Like I have registered complaint on this forum, I have registered my complaint on other forums also.

                We are facing issue with water not evaporating from our Refrigerator model number RT42k5468SL/TL.

                We paid for services twice and technician addressed the same of water below in the tray and still getting stagnant.
                Please address this issue immediately
                we cannot call the technician and pay for rectifying the same issue again and again.

                    I have ordered a refrigerator directly from Samsung.co.in website. Refrigerator I have received has been opened by their technical engineer who came for installation and demo. But there were dents on the front of refrigerator and he only showed that to us and marked as damaged from his side only. I have sent those pictures to Samsung over email. When I contacted Samsung India regarding this no proper response from them. They told they were discussing about the issue and they will refund the money soon and take back the their product once over a call. But no response for my emails. After that whenever I call customer care they tell me to wait for checking the details and then disconnect the call without telling anything. And no reply for my emails. I am really frustrated. My money on stake and they are very unprofessional

                      From very first day of purchase, I am complaining about the manufacturing defect in New samsung M51 serial no. RZ8N91W8WLP dated - 28.09.2020 purchase from Vijay sales chembur east they have given me defective product. Because on second day after charging the phone get over heated I approached in samsung mobile service center in ghatkopar east...after one week micro phone, touch and phone hanging to much, I have called in Vijay sales the manager told me that they will not replace or give payment return you have to repair the defective product.

                        I bought a samsung level u headset on 29/11/2019 from a samsung dealer for a price of Rs. 2800.. The level u headset developed a crack on the rubber mounting and when I approached their service centre they asked me to contact samsung customer support. I sent around 20 emails to their mail support.[protected]@samsung.com and they responded that the headset is physically damaged and hence will not attract warranty. My point is it is because of the poor quality rubber the headset developed a crack. Samsung vide their email confirmed that the headset is inspected by their qualified engineers and found it as physical damage. Samsung India also stated that they have provided a suitable solution to me and to approach their service centre. But I was informed by the service centre that no communication or call received from samsung india and headset was simply kept lying at the service centre without any attention. Samsung India is cheating their customers 1. By giving sub standard products at costlier price 2. By giving wrong information about the service status of the product.

                        Samsung India who confirmed that they will resolve my complaint on 5/11/2020 between 4pm to 6pm, has not resolved my problem yet. They have not yet contacted me till now. Screenshot of their email is attached herewith.

                        Thanks to the consumer forum. Samsung India has assigned one Mr. Suresh to attend to my problem. Even though he has taken all inputs and also asked me to share the images of the headset damage, headset box image, purchase bill, to him, thru his email. I have shared all the information. He said he will get back to me on 5/11/2020 between 4pm to 6pm with a suitable solution.
                        But till today 6/11/2020 I have neither received any call or email from him or from samsung india.
                        This shows Samsung India does not keep up their word or commitment and will have to penalised heavily to realise the impact of complaining to consumer forum.
                        They are not very serious in listening to their customer complaints. If I have not complained thru consumer forum, they would not have even responded to complaints. I hope I have to live with the problem on the headset.

                        After so much of repeated effort Mr. Suresh of samsung called me just a while ago on 6/11/2020 and said that i have been disturbing him by sending repeated reminders and also admitted that this crack is not because of physical damage but cannot be covered under warranty. He is asking me to buy a new headset again by paying Rs. 2800.
                        I am totally fed up and going thru mental torture on my Rs.2800 is going waste for no mistake of mine.
                        Samsung approach on this complaint itself is wrong as this is not a damage, it is a small crack which could hamper the performance of the headset over a period of time.

                          I purchased S20+ from the Samsung Online Store. I am facing some charging speed issues. I went to the service center two times and they said there is no issue at all in charging. even at that time, I showed them that it is faulty so they said do whatever you want to do I will not help you. so I complained again to the senior person in Samsung. still, they are taking the time and every day they said that sorry sir we will revert you back but they are taking too much time. It's been 10 days. And I provided every proof that I am correct and they are wrong.

                            I have ordered for an TV though your Samsung app, and the order no is [protected]. This order was delivered to me on 11th Sept, after 1 or 2 days I got a call for TV installation but I was not available at my place so I thought I will get it installed after some time . And I asked the engineer for the same he said ok you can get it installed any time just raise request for installation.
                            Yesterday I raised request for installation and the engineer Arun came from Samsung for installation but when he opened it engineer found the screen broken so he said raise a complaint on customer care for replacement. I raised a complaint and the executive said Samsung engineer will visit your place for inspection and post that we will arrange replacement. But when I again called today I had a word with one of the executive who is saying replacement is not possible since you have not registered complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
                            After spending 40k to buy a new TV what I have got is the damaged product. How could you deny for replacement when the product was sent from your side and the product was also opened by your engineer.
                            There is no fault from my side...please resolve my query asap...my registered complaint no is [protected]...resolve this issue asap

                                  An online order from Samsung shop was placed on 22/10/20 (Order id [protected]) and the delivery date was 26/10. When I did not receive any delivery I tried to track the same and found it is running late by a day and will be delivered by 27th.
                                  Next when I checked again on the next day a return was initiated as per customer instructions. I contacted Samsung customer care as there had been no delivery attempt or any communication from the delivery partner. Dissatisfied with the customer care response I lodged an online complaint (Ticket id 1785571) and I was assured a team would contact within 24-48 hrs but I have not received any response since last 3-4 days.

                                  On a festival time I have got my money stuck and an unsatisfactory service from the company. All I can do now is to either sit back or run behind the company to get my money back. Highly disappointed.

                                    I have bought a Samsung M31S( Serial no: RZ8N82QQMSX ) mobile from amazon and I received the product on 09-Sept-2020. Within one month the phone charging stopped working, and I have registered a complaint(Reference [protected]) with Samsung customer care. And after a couple of other calls, they have forwarded me to the Samsung service centre in Kochi(Address Attaikulath Apartment, Cheruparambath road, Kadavantara Junction, Kochi). I have visited the service centre twice, and finally they have inspected the phone, and what they are saying is "The phone pin got some type of coating over it, that's why the charger doesn't work". I asked them how it works with other chargers(charger of M31), their answer was 'that they don't know'. I asked them to clean it, if that is the case, and the response was "We cannot do it under warranty" and we will replace it for Rs. 1500. We asked them to give a proper reason for denying warranty rather than this 'coating' story.

                                    This is a brand new phone, and it has1 year warranty and the charger has 6 months warranty. The phone has insurance, so can repair under it, even if you deny warranty. But that is not the justice. The service centre has not created any case sheets during my visit. I complained to Samsung customer care and they were asking me 'why the service centre did not create any case sheet', as if it is my responsibility to correct the irregularities of the service centre. The customer care representative connected the manager of the service centre, and asked the same questions and that guy has no idea on this.

                                    I wasted 2 days of my leave from office for visiting this Samsung service centre. Complaints within one month, and even the samsung service centre can't explain what that complaint is. I request samsung to give a replacement for this defective product.

                                      1. Ordered Galaxy S20 FE on 13th Oct., 2020. Order no. [protected]
                                      2. Cancelled the order on 14th Oct., 2020 & booked S20 +.
                                      3. Received " cancellation initiated" mail from Samsung on 14th Oct 2020.
                                      4. But yet product delivered on 16th Oct. 2020.
                                      5. Complaint lodged for the pickup of product and refund of payment. Complaint no. 1761510 dated 16th Oct 2020.
                                      6. Mail from Samsung on 17 Oct 2020 to write to support.[protected]@samsung.com.
                                      7. Mailed them on 18th Oct 2020 explaining the facts and attached the pics of packed product and the video of same.
                                      8. Exchanged mails with Samsung on 23rd, 24th and 26th Oct 2020 explaining the same matter again and again.
                                      9. Everytime its some other executive responding and asking for pics of the packed product .
                                      10. But till date no one has initiated the refund of the amount .
                                      11. Very pathetic service from a reputed brand like Samsung.
                                      VERY DISAPPOINTING...

                                        I got Samsung a50s model, within in 1 year not even 1 year finished, there was an issue with motherboard, when I gave to service center, they kept my mobile for 1 month saying will check the mobile, after 1 month they r saying that ur mobile is not in warranty, this is like Samsung looting money from middle class people like me, when I gave mobile it was under warranty they kept mobile till warranty gets over now they r saying it is out of warranty, this is insane government has to take action on Samsung, I am from middle class family, this mobile I bought for 24000, this amt is big for me, this Samsung is making me fool and they r not fixing my issue, I want my money back.now the mobile is with service center
