Dear sir,

Few months ago i purchase samsung m30s (6gb/128gb) online from amazon. One day my phone skip from my hand and display mirror broken from right down corner, after that my phone is working good same as before this incident, after one month i reach care centre and submit my phone to them for reparing. On 25.09.2020 i changed full display from samsung authorized service centre kathua. When i take my phone back my handset can't bring network (I. E handset have network issue). It's means my motherboard is changed with other mobile because when i submit my handset it has no network issue. My phone is under warranty so pls solve my problem.

    In my house i have a mother who is 62 years old & a 2 year baby at home, and i need to preserve lots of medicines in the refrigerator for my mother. It's become difficult to survive because of your poor services.

    Complaint registered on 14th sept, he told us motherboard problem, then after following up almost one week continuously, your engineer came again with new motherboard & told us there is a problem of compressor which need to be replaced, & will be done in next 3-5 days as per the availability, after this, they told me, via call received by this number taran singh mob -[protected] that it will be fix on monday i. E. 21st sept, monday. Then after following up continuously he said me it will be done on wednesday & on wednesday stopped picking up the phone. On wednesday i connected to samsung live chat again, to check the status, they said they will arrange a call back from the service centre.

    Next day i received a call from service center on thursday, 24th september, from number [protected], very arrogantly he replied me that we have mailed to change the part, the part we have received was not the right one, if they approved then we will fix otherwise we can't do anything, i asked for his mobile number, he refused to give me. & said you can talk to samsung they will give the solution like the way he is doing favour on me while talking to me. & today when i again get connected to samsung live chat, your representative said me you can talk to service center only.

      I had purchased a samsung m30 mobile on 29/11/2019 from amazon. On first week of april i noticed its camera is not working. I updated software and cleared the camera cache etc to rectify the defect but not succeed. That time covid -19 lockdown imposed by government hence i could not visit service center that time.
      After 2 month i again tried to approach service center siliguri but that time again lockdown imposed in waste bengal area. I was not in hurry as the all other function of the phone are working fine accept camera andi also have ample warranty period up to 29/12/2020/
      Now when i reached service center siliguri on 24/09/2020 for repair of camera. The staff of service center reacted very rudely not ready to repair the mobile and given very unrealistic answer that your mobile not covering under the warranty as your charging port damaged and touch corner broken etc. When i asked him give it in writing he ask for 170 ruppes charge for this but when finally he give that in writing i give him 170 rupees and asked for receipt then he returned my money. Till date i never charge my phone from any other charger except the original charger revived with this mobile and till mobile is charging very fine. How the charging port damaged mentioned, i can not understood moreover till date no screen issue arise in mobile. The problem of camera is also not correlated with this.       I am force personal and always like to be in discipline and similar action hope from the others too. This type o[censored]nprofessional attitude of well known company famous for their services is stigmatizing the world samsung.
      In view of this you are requested to look in to matter and take action against the service center and also direct them to repair the camera of my mobile as that is not working after some date of my purchase and can be checked by your staff.

      As per the call received by Samsung customer care they will solve the issue by 05/10/2020 but till date no response received. I am unable to understand why no action is being taken against the worst service center and resolving the issue. If service center rejected my warranty they had to produce the proof of tempering of my mobile. This is simple issue of ignorant behavior of Service center where customer is on least priority . Hope your team will reslove the issue otherwise i had to opt legal action .

        i lost my purchase bill of samsung refrigerator, can i get compressor warranty?

        I am using single door samsung refrigerator, i purchased in 2051 with 10 years compressor warranty. But i am not have purchase bill. Customer care people told get duplicate bill from seller. But seller is not given. Please help me....

        How many times do i call your customer service?

        Your ceo desk office said we will work on it. What type of work??? This is not a technical issue..

        I don't know how many people suffer from your samsung customer services.

        This type of service is not acceptable from an international brand.

        When i purchase this tv i only think the samsung service is better than the others.

        Now i think local brand service is better than you..

        My request is not resolved till date. Past 4 days i called your customer care. Every executive said please wait 24 hrs. Which type of clock your team used???

        Ceo desk said we will call you by today (22nd aug 2020) 1:00 pm but no one called me.

        I request samsung to please solve my issue urgently.

          Hi,

          I sent many emails and made multiple phone calls so far since aug 24th and i don't see any better response than we are looking at your request and you will get back to you. I escalated the issue to headservice and then to india ceo team but still my issue is hanging with them and all i hear is that they will get back to me but no response yet. I wonder if they are even looking at my request. I handed over my phone at their tolichowki, hyderabad service center on aug 29th (Attached the service request from service center after receiving my phone) as per their instructions so that they can expedite my issue. After which i have not got any update from them. I have repeatedly called and emailed customer service and informed them that my work is getting affected as i do not have a proper phone. I actually asked for a replacement or a refund as all the parts in my phone are already replaced and the problem recurred. When i had an issue last time, their supervisor team had assured me that if the problem occurs again, the phone will be replaced.

          I would like to understand what is taking so long. Either, they should replace my phone or refund my money or just give a clear response so that i can take this further.

          It is almost a month now and still i haven't heard a response from any of their senior executives yet. I have never seen such irresponsible customer service from one of the top brands. I must say samsung is losing all the trust which i had over the years.

          I do not want a new s9 plus phone as it is outdated and cannot trust how long it will run for. I need my refund of rs 63300 which was incurred for my phone with the 2 years interest since i bought it along with rs 6000 for screen guards which had to be replaced whenever i had to give the phone for repair at the service center which is 4 times to be precise. I will better buy a different brand phone as their customer service is incapable of addressing my requests.

          Sent this email to Customer Care on Aug 25th: I bought a Samsung S9 Plus mobile phone in September 2018 and since then have seen multiple issues with the phone. Initially, the touch was not working in Dec 2018 and got that repaired. Then had a display issue in 2019 and the motherboard and Battery were replaced around June 2019. This is when I got pissed off and spoke to Samsung Supervisor team. One of their supervisors promised that I would get a new phone if the problem occurs again. I see a problem with the display again since Aug 24th 2020 and when I spoke with the Customer care around 11am, I was told that all my concerns and a replacement phone discussion were registered in my previous request raised in 2019. He also assured me that the Supervisor team will get back to me in the next 30 mins. I had visited their Service Center in Tolichowki, Hyderabad and they also asked me to get in touch with the Supervisor as they promised in the previous request. Since Aug 24th 2020 afternoon, I called multiple times to talk to the Supervisor team but no luck. I was assured in every call that they would come back soon but no one reached out to me yet. I am totally disappointed with the way my request is being taken care so far. After spending too much of amount on the phone and being a premium customer, I am not getting the right support from them. Every time there was an issue with the phone, I had to change the screen guard which is almost Rs 1500 and lose all the data. And on top of it, my mental stress and time. I already lost some important images from my previous holiday trip which includes a Safari ride in Gujarat. This is getting too much. I am really frustrated to invest almost 70k for that faulty device. Almost every part of it is already replaced except the top cover. WHY DO I STILL KEEP THAT FAULTY DEVICE.

          I need this request to be looked at the earliest and expecting a call back ASAP.

          Sent email to Headservice Escalation on Sep 2nd: I have had challenges with my Samsung S9+ phone since Aug 24th and it took 5days for the Supervisor team to call me after escalating the issue to Headservice. Amala from the Headservice team reached out to me on Aug 29th and advised me to submit the phone in the nearest Service Center so that she would action the request ASAP. I submitted the phone with Tolichowki Service Center on the same day and I was told on Aug 31st that Amala from Headservice will update me on my request on Sep 1st by 6pm and so far I do not have any verbal or email update. After sending couple of emails, Amala is still looking with no update even today. I did not expect at least Samsung to take this issue so casual for a premium customer''s request after the device had multiple issues already and every part of it got replaced so far. It makes sense for me asking for a replacement after spending Rs 63300 on the faulty device. I am not sure how long I need to wait for your decision. If you cannot send a replacement phone, refund my money at the earliest.
          Is anyone looking at this request actively? Is this how Samsung Headservice works?
          I need to know what the TAT is for any requests addressed to Headservice.
          This is seriously disgusting for following up multiple times on a single request after spending so much on a faulty device. I am missing my important office and personal calls due to this delay. I need this request to be looked at the earliest and expecting a call back ASAP.

          I got a call on last Saturday (Sep 26th) from Samsung Executive and now they say that the Warranty is expired on my phone. Therefore, they can only repair with free of cost. But the fact is, I submitted my phone on Aug 29th when my phone was in full warranty. You can refer to the attached document which I uploaded with my original request clearly shows that my phone was in full warranty when I submitted to them. They simply delayed the process for almost a month and kept coming back with vague responses like we are still discussing on the decision and will get back to you. During all those calls, they never mentioned anything on repairs. Now, I wonder if thier intention was to simply drag till the warranty is over. I feel really cheated and coming from such a big brand, I am speechless!!

          I request you to take serious action on them and ask them to refund my money which I incurred so far. When I asked the Executive to check with their Management for refund, Executive has asked me to wait till Tuesday, Sep 29th. This was the 3-4 time that I get a call on a Friday/Saturday and they ask me to wait till the next Tuesday. This is the pattern they have been following for almost a month with no conclusion so far. I am completely pissed off with their lame excuses and incapability in handling my request.

          I cannot hang on this forever as I need to have a proper phone to handle my day to day work as well. I missed multiple meetings and official calls as I do not have proper phone. As they promised once again, please wait till tomorrow and if we don't hear a proper response from them, please issue them a notice for refund and I cannot wait any further for their latest model replacement phone also.

          Please expedite on my request at the earliest.

          Not much difference with Samsung Customer care even after raising the complaint with Consumer Forum. They are still least bothered and no urgency shown in closing my request. I am still waiting for them to update on my request.

          Pathetic and Spineless Customer Service from one of the Leading Brands ever.

          My faulty device is with Samsung from Aug 29th and there is no replacement nor refund which they promised. This request is just hanging with them forever.

          Samsung India has hired highly unprofessional customer service employees. They are not aware that their attitude is working against Samsung by increasing complaints for such a nice brand, instead of retaining customers by doing their jobs rightly. Samsung has to improve hiring process, and not let their workforce to be a group o[censored]nprofessional, fake certificate holders from certain cities of India. Particularly, people who work at Samsung customer support centre are a bunch o[censored]nprofessional experts, who respect their ego more than helping the customer find a right solution. Mr B D Park should make an effort now to see how their customer service Reps are ruining their consumer's perception about Samsung.

          I need email id & contact no of head India Operations or MD & CEO of Samsung. I also work for a Multi national company and deal with multiple clients every day but never give such rubbish answers also this is a pathetic service level from a company like Samsung.

          I have sent my complaint copying the Board of Directors including Mr B D Park on Oct 8th 2020 but as usual there is no response from them yet. I am running out of options and would request Consumer Forum to send an official notice to Samsung India and marking a copy to the MD & CEO please.

          Please do the needful.
          I haven't got any update from Samsung yet. They are simply fooling with false apologies and delaying my request. They already have my faulty device with them since Aug 29th and all they need to do is replace it with latest models or refund my money which was incurred for me so far. They are losing all the trust I have with them. I am thoroughly disappointed with the way my request is being handled. It is almost a month now after taking my faulty device and no action taken so far. I am missing all my official calls as I don't have a proper phone now. This was informed to them multiple times still no urgency shown from them.

            I ordered samsung note 20 ultra through samsung website on 15/09/2020 with deferred exchange option with my old samsung galaxy s9 plus (8gb/64gb). My order id is [protected]. I received samsung note20 ultra on 16/09/2020. However, samsung exchange partner cashify never reached out to me. Samsung had communicated in their mail that the exchange would get initiated within 2-3 days of delivery. I sent many mails to samsung customer care to take action to pick up my old phone. But they haven't done that yet. I have raised complaint numerous times and got many assurances, but to no avail. Samsung seems to just be interested in duping thousands out of customers and no caring about them post purchase.

            It is very pathetic to see the way samsung is handling a loyal, high-end customer like me. I want strict action against samsung for this.

              I bought Samsung M30 mobile last year. I have been seeing the camera issue for the last 7 months. On checking online in samsung forums, this issue seems to be with the mother board and camera. As the mobile is under warranty, I gave the mobile to Chrompet service center. They are rejecting warranty as the display is slightly cracked and it will not be covered under warranty. I asked the rep to change the display for a cost of 4500 Rs. The rep accepted and said, the mother board and camera will be covered under warranty.

              After 20 days, now they are saying it will cost Rs. 13, 000 for service. I bought the mobile for Rs.10, 000 and service coat is Rs. 13, 000. This will happen only with samsung. Please order samsung to cover the mother board and camera charges as the mobile is still under warranty.

                Purchased the tv - ua43nu6100kxxl on sep 2019 from flipkart and faced with led bleed issue. First flipkart and then samsung replaced the unit 3times for the same exact issue. No after months, the same issue has happened, and now samsung found an excuse stating it is not a complaint, but a default thing of the led. The discoloration was apparently bound to happen and the earlier replacements where done for some totally different purpose. While the issue is same. Ironically enough, the same was confirmed by the technicians and engineers who visited multiple times and even by the quality management team at samsung. Now when the time elapsed, they conveniently framed the case as a casual thing and asked the the customer to keep the product and denied service or any action.

                  There is a weird issue i am facing with this product. The touch is not smooth as it supposes to be but this is not the main problem. The phone touch works as it supposes to work when i am using the phone while holding it in hands but when i am trying to use it while putting it on a flat surface the touch is not responsive at all. It may be a hardware problem of any sensor may be grip sensor is not working properly but i didn't expect this from samsung. Also when i compared the colors of this phone with other products of samsung. The colors are quite faded and dull. While i really appreciate the amazon technical support team as they run diagnostics on my phone and as soon as they realized there are some issues they are providing me a replacement. But samsung you sucks..! I recently brought a51 also but there is no issue with that product. I think it's some bug or glitch or software or hardware issue with a21s. Please watch the attached video if you don't understand the problem i am facing. And now that samsung is not even letting me to put it on its forum.

From day 1 onwards there was over-heating issue at the top-front end of the mobile and thought that it would subside in few days, however the issue was not resolved and it  persisted. 
                    After one week o[censored]sage there was hanging issue in-addition to the previous heating issue. Afterwhich, had contacted the samsung support on 11.9.2020 and they instructed me to visit the nearest service centre (Tvs electronics limited, puducherry, pin:605013) for which they had sent a link for booking an appoinment.
                    Following the same, i had booked an appoinment on 11.9.2020 at 3.00pm (Proof attached) and then visited the service centre at the booked date & time. But, to my surprise they did not allow me and they told that the service timing is only from 10am to 1pm & didn't allow me inside the service centre.
                    Again, i had booked an appoinment the next day on 12.9.2020 (Proof attached), but again they did not allow me with the reason that the token got over and said the phone heating is a normal issue.
                    Finally after a long struggle, i had met the service representative at service centre on 17.9.2020 and they tested the phone and gave me back within half an hour but my heating & hanging issue was not at all resolved. Then, i went again the very next day on 18.9.2020 and asked for a replacement, but they refused and said that phone will be in observation for 2 days with them and asked me to contact the samsumg toll free number for replacement.
                    Then, i had contacted the toll free no and the support rep who attended my call asked me to wait for a day and said they will resolve the issue else we can proceed with the replacement. But even after 4 days, i didn't receive any call from the service centre. 
                    After a long wait, today on 22.09.2020 had called the service centre and they told me that the phone is in normal condition and there is no heating problem of that sort & asked my to collect my phone. Following which, i went to service centre and got my phone today on 22.09.2020.
                    But to my surprise within an hour o[censored]sage, was able to observe the heating issue and was very much shocked to see that the issue was still present. It was overheating the moment we turn on the wi-fi and i couldn't speak calls even for few mins which was the same issue from the day 1 since my purchase.
                    If i turn on the wi-fi, mobile data or auto sync or play any facebook videos it just heats up to the maximum which is hazardous to my health. Also, after everytime i use the phone for calling it is causing me a severe head-ache.
                    I am totally frustrated by your service centre  (Tvs electronics limited, puducherry, pin:605013) for they didn't even hear the issue properly and did not diagnose my phone properly. It was a very irresponsible act from the samsung service centre and the whole team. I am not at all satisfied with the service given from samsung side. 
                    It is causing a severe physical and mental stress and could not concentrate on anything else. If the phone is working fine, there will not be any need for me to approch the service centre repeatedly. I bought the samsung m31s model after reading several good reviews and my friend has bought the same model and has no issue with this phone. However, i was even able to use my phone properly from day 1. 
                    Hence, it is pretty clear that the product which i have has some manufacturing defect and i can no longer wait for any more services. Please find a way to replace this product as early as possible. You quick response in this regard for resolving my issue is highly solicited.

                    As per your instruction mentioned below, I have visited the service centre(TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED, PUDUCHERRY, PIN:605013) today on 24.09.2020 and deposited the mobile with them again.

                    However, the same process as mentioned in my mail below was repeated by the customer service executive at the service centre and they are re-iterating that there no issue with the mobile and temperature of mobile is within the limits.

                    So, inorder to justify my claim I had demonstrated by using my phone for 15 mins by talking and viewing videos in youtube afterwhich the mobile heats up to the core in the front top area around front camera due to which we are unable to use the mobile for speaking calls. But however, even after demonstrating the issue in front of them they still repeat that service centre can't do anything about it and we will just observe the mobile for some more days.

                    After all these struggles & mental agony by visiting service centre for 4 times and not using the new mobile from Day 1, there is no proper solution or response from the service centre representatives.

                    I had deposited my mobile with the service centre now (Attached the reference slip) and hence, I humbly request your team to escalate this issue to your higher authorities and provide me a replacement for this defective mobile at the earliest.

                    To be noted : I have surrendered the phone firstly on 18.09.2020 which was within the 14 day warranty period for a replcement . i got the phone back on 22.09.2020 with the same issue as before and i mailed the service head, support and the CEO regarding the issue on the same day. Now the support team said that the replacement got over and only service can be done in future. This s really a cheating act from the customer care and the centre side. I trusted the support centre's word .I hope all the calls are recorded at your end. There is not a single solution from the Samsung side. If there is an issue, the service centre can resolve it, but they are not treating my problem as a issue and are chilling .
                    I definetly need a replacement from the Samsung team, else Im gonna through this mobie in a bin and boycott all Samsung products in future.

                      I am facing the same problem in my samsung plasma tv, i don't know what is the going on with this company they are always saying that the whole panel has to be changed.in 6 years, 2 panels of my tv has been changed (Each of rs. 35000.00) which is an extra cost for me after paying the purchase amount. But every time i am facing the same problem. If the product was defective then why do they launch it in the market and sale it to us. I am requesting the company to don't play with our money and emotions because this is totally harassments for the customers who are buying your products and also requesting to return the amount of the product because their is a manufacturing defect in your product.

                        I have a samsung a50 mobile phone under warranty bought in feb 2020. On 22 sept it stops charging.
                        I went to qdigi service centre, c-34, rdc, rajnagar, ghaziabad. They told me that charging port got damaged because of dust and it is not replaceable in warranty, so i have to pay rs. 700 for the repair and it will took an hour to repair. I agreed on the amount and after repair i made the payment of rs. 700 through paytm.
                        Then they gave me a bill of rs. 1150 and asked to pay rs. 450 more. When i asked the reason of increased amount in the bill first they told me that the prices of the parts are increased and they gave me old prices. So according to them the prices are inflated from 700 to 1150 in just an hour.
                        After some time they said that the amount of 700 was told to me by mistake. These people are very rude and unprofessionals.
                        I had to pay rs. 450 more to them.

                          I have ordered one black color galaxy buds live. However, i need to change my color to bronze. Upon enquiry with the customer care executive, i was told that i have bought it in the offer of note20 ultra and thus, i wont be allowed to change the color. I have a strong complaint against such policy of the samsung. I am buying something in offer that doesnt mean that its for free. I have paid full amount of consideration for buying a phone and against such buy, i have been given cash voucher of rs.10000 which could be redeemed on selected products. When i have selected the product, then any change within that product must be allowed to me as a normal buy for the reason that i have made the full payment of such product (May be through voucher which is equivalent to cash) and samsung is not giving anythng to me for free. Kindly look into the matter and allow me to change the color.

                                I bought a samsung refrigerator this year in may and it started making loud noises in june. I lodges many complaints and the company sent two service men twice... Both times they said it is beyond repair. It is also causing sweating. And the parts of the refrigerator were also missing (The filler tray) since the beginning. I have been wanting a replacement since it's under warranty and no body has followed up. The service guys don't take my calls and nobody reverted back. This kind of service is not expected from samsung at all. The brand is trustworthy and that's what i thought and bought the fridge online but it's pathetic now! Please look into the matter is possible or the next step will be to go to the consumer court.

                                  Regarding the s20 device which i received on july 26th 2020. I activated the device on july 30 2020. After using it for 2-3 days i observed the mobile is getting overheated while the camera is used and also while talking. So raised a complaint on aug-3 and asked for pick up. They didn't respond to the pick up request, none of the service center people contacted me.

                                  After few days i raised a second request, this time i received a call, but i was not available on that day so asked them to come another day. Without even my notice they canceled the request. Then i raised the third request, the same got repeated so i visited the service center although situations are not good outside.

                                  After visiting service center, people there observed the device, measured temperature while recording video and confirmed its getting over heated but not ready to take mobile. They tried convincing me saying s20 mobiles are getting heated like that only, and nothing is there to do from there side. After some arguments they took the device, saying you need to contact customer care people in parallel. Later they just closed the request saying the device is working properly.

                                  I am not ready to accept the solution and argued with multiple people (Customer care and service center people) to recheck. After multiple follow up's (For one week) with service center manager and call center they confirmed there was an issue with motherboard.

                                  Again after multiple conversations with call center people they connected me to the supervisor, after a couple of discussions with the supervisor, he connected me to samsung head office and he took one week to validate documents and to talk with his head. Now he is saying the device cannot be replaced. For all the above data i have call recordings.

                                  Again after 1 week they came back and saying temp is 40degree, as per the guidelines until mobile touches 48 degrees temp they won't consider it as an issue
                                  Any person cannot hold a gadget of 40 degrees. I can feel heat when i hold the device.

                                  My mobile is in service center from past 1 month and yet no conclusion they are not able to tell yet issue is present are not.

                                  Every day i am spending min 1 to 2 hrs in talking with this service center, call center people.
                                  And guy from samsung head office he never respond to mails.

                                  No Response to mails and calls, one day you guys say its motherboard issue and after few days you started saying no issue.

                                  As discussed, as per your testing My S20 device is getting heated 41 degrees for 10 mins gaming and 45 degrees during normal usage .
                                  you are saying no issue with the device after 1month device in service center .
                                  That means customers who purchase S20 device are they not supposed to play gaming continues for 1hr and watch videos for 1-1.30hr
                                  can you please confirm the same .

                                    I have purchased this costly headset for better use. But within 10 days, when headset was connected to laptop, i got up, wire pulled little and it's pin broken down.

                                    The warranty is denied for this saying physical damage. But the part was very soft, broken down because it's designed strength is very less. I did not had good experience by paying more.

                                    Other rough and tough headsets i am using now doesn't break in similar scenario.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      There is repair in my washing machine, i made a complaint on aug 11th after two weeks engineer visited and said some part are required and left.
                                      He said with in week he will get the parts and replace.
                                      After 10 days without visiting he closed my complaint.
                                      Again on 5th september i raised the same complaint and again i came to known the complaint is closed without attending.
                                      On 18th sep i have raised the complaint again,
                                      You should understand your problem since last 1.5 month we are washing cloths by hand.
                                      Please some one take action against such bad service in samsung.
