I am highly disappointed in purchasing refrigerator from the samsung shop online.
I placed an order at a samsung shop online and purchased the following product.

Rt28t3483s8/hl top mount freezer with digital inverter technology 253l
Imei/serial number: 04dt4pbn802207, order date - 06 sept, 2020
Order id: #[protected].
I received the above product in damaged condition (It has dent in 5 places in the refrigerator body). Damaged product have been inspected by respective representatives and i claimed for replacement. He asked me to register a complaint in samsung online shop (Tollfree) itself.

I registered a complaint asking for replacement or refund. Complaint number: [protected].

It's been a week and no action has been taken on the reported issue. I am highly disappointed from the response i got from samsung on the whole.

If you cannot replace the product, refund my money (Rs.22490/-) back asap. I am pretty sure samsung is going to lose customers because of its poor service. Amazon replacement service itself much quicker than samsung. I would have bought this on amazon itself.

I wanted to get this product from the samsung shop itself, but i am suffering a lot now.

    I purchased a grey colour Samsung 6 kg front loading washing machine on 14/09/2020 from Bajaj Electronics, Chintal, Balanagar showroom vide Invoice No 1230/20/S-4228. . It was delivered yesterday and the technician performed the demo and installation. After that I didn't use the machine. But I found that it is too small for my family and wish to exchange it for a samsung 7 kg front loading washing machine. Kindly help.

      I have purchased a refrigerator 4 years back and now it's not working and came to know that it's an issue with compressor. I have lost my fridge bill and the samsung outlet is also closed now from where i have purchased.

      It was a direct samsung outlet and it's closed now...
      Now the service engineer is not considering my product under warranty. But my product is covered 10 years warranty. It's mentioned on my fridge - 10 years compressor warranty.

      Even manufacturing year of my refrigerator is 2014 and
      Service engineer is also aware that it's within warranty...
      But he is asking bill copy to work on this request...

        Problem from the service provider repaired service in Bhatkal. From more than a year, refrigerator is unserviceable, repair services provided was not upto the mark. Last month person named Rajesh (mob no: [protected]) two times visited for repair but just charging servicing amount 2000 & 2nd time 2500, but repaired equipment conditions unchanged. Both the times he just charged the repairing amount without valid output.

        Just now after more than a year o[censored]nserviceability, equipment has been taken for repair. Let’s hope for a good output, but what about previous charges..? Without repairing the equipment..?

        Refrigerator which was taken into the service centre for repair, was brought back after 4 days but still not fully serviceable after 2weeks of inspection. Its refrigerator section in down, not cooling. Feedback was given to the service centre but no response from them, totally neglected the customer. Very unsatisfactory service from the repair centre.
        4 to 5 days has passed from my previous complaint, no response received yet from Samsung customer care.

          I was having problem with my samsung galaxy a50s (Motherboard issue). It is in warranty. And submitted phone for repair on 19/08/2020 in samsung service centre goregaon west.
          Service centre excutive assured me of giving coupon worth rupees 22999 as company not having motherboard. Once they called me to receive coupon. But when i went to get that coupon they have printed less amount in the coupon which service centre people mistake. And now they are just giving dates. If i will not get my coupon in 2 days i have to go to the consumer court. And file the petition.

            I have purchased samsung galaxy a31 on 31 august 2020, on day 13, 12 september 2020, while charging it start sparking at the port site, i removed the plug for charging point and leave it, for this issue, i talked to samsung chat on same day, they said visit to nearest samsung service center, i visited on 14 september 2020, and tell my problem with that phone they said its is a physical damage we can't cover it under warranty, as i requested they said we will talk to higher authority, after one day, today i receive a call from service center, they said sir u have to pay for this,
            Now my concern is that, what is my fault, it's sparked while charging. It could be a blast of my phone or something like that, what should i do, i used to think that samsung has good customer support system, but they, disappoint me 2nd time, i lost several hours to get the issue resolved, but can't get a solution.
            I requested u to either replace this phone or refund it as early as possible. Thanku

              I went to samsung store in Belgaum above Sangeetha mobile store.
              The timings outside of the Samsung store were written as 8am-6pm
              The shutter was half shut.
              When I went inside and explained my problem, he referred me to a lady.
              The lady in a casual and lethargic way asked me to come tomorrow in the morning.
              Despite the timings written outside I was not provided the service even though I came on time.
              The lady did not have a professional conduct at all and expected me to understand her laziness.
              Kindly keep a professional environment in the service centre.

                I had purchased samsung mobile from poorvika mobiles private limlited raja kilpauk chennai 600073. Invoice no gsi/east/13735 dt 17/01/2020.
                The mobile was not working and given for repair on 07.09.2020 to service centre drb enterprises, chitalapakkam chennai 600064. Bill no [protected]. While giving, service centre checked all and agreed to repair with no cost from me and given ten days time for collection of mobile. Firstly they checked by loading software and told me to wait for some time for observation. Again same problem was there auto restart and immediately shutdown. They checked whether the fault is due to water and any other not covered in warranty. Finally concluded to do free of cost since it is the manufacturer defects. Finally acknowledge the mobile for repair and agreed to repair (Fault due to mother board) without charges both material and labour cost. We checked in internet such samsung brand mobile is often auto start and shutdown due to mother board problem. Even they changed mother board same problem is coming after 3 months.
                Today i had enquired about the status they told different story that fault is due to customer and cost is be bourne by me.
                Surprise to see after thorough checking in service centre for more than five hours now they are telling this putting blame on me (Customer).
                Again i had checked the same brand in internet lot of same complaint exists.
                So kindly replace my mobile with new one with warranty starting from date of handing over of new piece
                Or therwise refund my payment towards my moble purchase rs 21100.00

                day before yesterday i received my mobile from service centre.They told mother board was changed.
                After reaching home i cchecked samsung pass is not working.Yester day i went given to them after some time they gave the mobile that it was attended.While ccheck at house it was not attended.
                Today i went and gave mobile for checking, after some they return back it was attended.but problem still exisis.agaain they took back my mobile and gave receipt of mobile and told me that customer centre has to sent.
                kindly replace my mobile and issue wth new one.

                  We bought Samsung refrigerator last year. Now we went to home for 2 months and when we came back, refrigerator was not working and we called customer care support.
                  Technician came and told gas is finished refill is required we agreed, next day another technician came who told leakage in coil in fridger and suggested to replace, we agreed for same as well he told 3800 Approx charges and we ended up paying 4309 Rs.

                  While technician was here, Refrigerator starts giving loud sounds and technician (Mr. Harish) told compressor is gone now and need to change, which is under warranty, From that day no one is responding from Samsung.

                    With all the respect and love Thank You to Samsung but here i am for a complaint against your service center and services.
                    Sir/Mam my phone was fall down from chair from my pocket. after that my phone screen was cracked and that time my phone is on Working conditions like charging, Calling, Sound Everything is ok but my display is totally damaged so i decide to go my nearest samsung service center here they told me your phone is ok but we have to change your display kit and if any other issues are find we call you and inform about that issue so after some time they call me that your phone is repaired no other issues are found so please collect your phone.
                    I go there service center and Pay Approx 4k Indian Rupee.
                    Main Problem starts here
                    After Using 6 to 7 Days i found an issue.
                    My phone is at 25% Charged and i plug-in charger for Charing suddenly it's overheating and go to 1% charging. in just 1 min of time and i unplugged my charger. here i notice after cooling down my phone. my phone is not powered up.
                    i go immediately to service center and i told Everything but their behaviour was changed they took my phone for one day and told me we call you if we found an issue i waited for one day and i go to service center they told me nothing and say we can't fix this but i am damn sure they can't even check my phone. i told to there engineer sir atleast check this phone may be it's your fault because my phone is working superbly after fall down and after serving its not working properly.
                    So that's the issue problem is that service center engineer not repair my phone properly that time i am in 90 days of warenty.

                    Please Help me. Atleast they check my phone and repair my phone other they have to pay for my phone.

                      This is with reference to the complaint number: 1694294.
                      Regarding the samsung product which was delivered on 24th aug’2020 which was ordered on 17th august’2020.
                      When i opened the box the product wasn't sealed and also the phone has third party applications like candy crush, trell, mis takatak, dailyhunt, sharechat, snapchat, amazon etc already downloaded. As soon as i switched it on, it was heating very badly.
                      I have been a regular customer of yours and most of them in my family use samsung mobile.
                      I didn't expect such faulty products from a renowned company like samsung.
                      I have almost called 50 times to the samsung customer care since 24th august’2020, and haven’t received any solution for the same.
                      Every executive of samsung customer care is giving me false promises since last 15 days and i have not received any call back or solution yet. I am highly disappointed with the services of yours as i trusted the brand and the outcome is pathetically disappointing. I will make sure nobody from family and friends uses this product.
                      I haven't seen this worst service by any brands yet.
                      It has mentally tortured me now.
                      I want refund for this product at the earliest.

The product was not there in the store hence, after waiting for a week, i cancelled the order by calling on customer care. I received firve emails from different people on 14th august as (Everything is in emails):
                          Dear nikhil,

                          Thank you for reaching out. This is harpreet from samsung shop support.

                          With reference to your concern regarding cancellation please be informed that order #[protected] has been cancelled successfully on the portal.

                          We have raised a refund request for your order and it will be initiated within the next 48 hours.

                          The refund will reflect in your original mode of payment. This typically takes between 5-7 working days for debit card, net banking and wallet orders and between 7-21 working days for credit cards.

                          Kindly contact your respective bank for emi cancellations (If any).

                          We deeply value your relationship and hope to see you at the samsung shop again very soon.

                          I waited for more than a month considering it may take max. 21 days for payment via credit cards. To my surprise and shock, when i contacted samsung after a month, they said cancellation only happened on 1st sept. Meanwhile, my second emi was already deducted by the bank and therefore, amidst this covid when everybody needs money, i was deprived of may hard earned money by samsung on time.

                          After multiple calls, now i receive the following email on 14th sept.:

                          Dear nikhil,

                          Thank you for reaching out.

                          This is with reference to your order id [protected] on samsung shop.

                          We have initiated refund of inr 62932.61 /- on 11 sepagainst your order.

                          The refund will reflect in your original mode of payment. This typically takes between 7-21 working days for credit cards and 5-7 working days for debit card, net banking & wallet orders.

                          Kindly contact your respective bank for emi cancellation (If any).

                          We deeply value your relationship and hope to see you on the samsung shop again very soon.

                          Same email but you can see the harassment i have faced as it has been more than 1.5 months and because of samsung's lax and poor attitude, my money is still stuck and i am on verge of losing the third emi.

                          I would like to state that this was a case of harassment by multiple people notable tanveer, harpreet, suryaprakash, priyanka, rakesh, rahul, sheetal kashyap. Hence, i am seeking full refund within 48 hours in my bank (Not the initiation because as per emails that was done on 14th august which i was told by tanveer today that was a hoax and was not initiated. Wow! Samsung is now harassing customers this way).

                          Further, in this covid scenario, i am still at loss of money of nearly 63k which samsung should compensate as well besides the refund. I seek compensation of the same amount along with the gst/interest which samsung reportedly will pocket. Hence, totality of rs. 62932.61 + rs. 62932.61 + gst/interest of two months.

                          I am raising concern here before seeking pil and consumer grievance portal. If i am not given the above within 48 hours, i will take necessary legal action on the case of harassment by multiple samsung employees, wrongful communication of cancellation of order and misleading the customer.

                          It has already been 4 days and I have not received any update from Samsung. Are they living in their dream world? Pathetic attitude by Samsung.
                          Still, no action has been taken as two days have passed by.

                          This is a pathetic and lax attitude by Samsung in harassing the customers and I believe this will go on as they are in mood to refund my money and compensate for my continuous harassment for months. Highly unprofessional attitude especially by the CEO to whom also I have complained however, no action has been taken.

                          Samsung is bound to compensate me for this harassment and should not eat up my compensation as well as GST/interest which Samsung will be earning upon cancellation of my order.

                          This should aware everybody that Samsung is not a reliable company especially with respect to refund as they take ages to initiate and its employees blame each other saying earlier emails were false and people were mad in sending those emails.

                          Highly pathetic attitude. CEO should resign and these employees also should be fired for their carelessness and lax attitude.
                          Still, no one has contacted me from Samsung regarding the compensation and refund of the GST/interest which Samsung is pocketing in spite of errors by Samsung employees. They are answerable for causing me the harassment hence, I once again would reiterate that CEO should be held accountable if employees themselves are not taking it upon and should resign.

                          Pathetic on Samsung part.

                            I purchased a Samsung refrigerator (Double door frost free) in 2013. Now it has stopped cooling. On registering complaint, service engineer visited and told to change the pcb and relay but over phone now they are replying that the parts are not available, and purchase a new one.

                              Dear samsung management i gave my mobile samsung c9 pro for display damage replacement in ruby techno services, vijayawada, andhra pradesh, they said product is not available now it will take approximately 4 day's to come product from supplier and said it will cost around ₹6500/- so i initially paid ₹5000/- in advance till now more than 30 day's didn't get call from service center then i called and asked about my mobile work complete or not they again stock is not available it will take four more days so i waited and called after four days they said stock arrived but we can not give warranty because colour is different of display board to mobile then i said how can you say like that we came to samsung service center only for genuine products and warranty of products if not warranty available we can take service from unauthorized service centers then the tele caller said with reckless and rude words we can not do anything i[censored] don't want take your mobile. Is it proper way to deal with customers even after we spend thousands of money and many days waiting? Kindly make staff learn some behavior to deal with customers. Hope samsung team act wisely and get trust from customers

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                This is a long term issue present with samsung e-store. I have ordered an galaxy a51 (With an exchange of old j7 2016). Order id [protected] from their webiste on 29th of july and got it delivered on 4th of august. Pickup of old device at pincode 507003 has been scheduled on 5th of aug which got cancelled 3 times till now due to non serviceable area which was is false as even today 13th of sep it's showing exchange available. After repeatedly getting calls from cashify (That pincode 507003 is not serviecable) i provided both samsung and cashify with a new address at pincode of 600037 which is metropolitan. Till today (13th of september) i recieved 6 mails with ticket no #1678477 stating me to place order on 3rd party website (Cashify) on my own to mail that device is defective which has not been inspected at all. I am finally fed up with samsung support on this issue and immediately request them to inititate a pickup from 600037.

                                  I bought samsung galaxy a10s few days ago, but now phone's battery is soiling. Due to which issue joint of the phone is falling apart, i also visited service centre and mailed many times to samsung for same but they said you have to pay inr 7000.

                                    I am roshni singh my husband buy a samsung m 01 core mobile from top 10 mobile shop opposite station vasai east on 09/09/2020 tax invoice no t90/331/20-21 imei no [protected] when we use mobile it will be start heating and battery will down in 3 hours when i visit to mobile shop very next day they said you go to samsung gallary nalasopara they will check and replace mobile when i visited to samsung galary room no 106 1st floor sri pal plaza nalasopara east meet customer service executive miss suman rajbhar it's not a manner how to handle the customer making fool to customer she said wait we once format software your mobile i am sheeting 2 hrs when my husband said how much time you take to format software and we want replacement as i use 1 day only why we use defective mobile she said no sir we first check it more half an hour take after a hour she show mobile in downloading lock condition mobile and said software is not available you come some other they now mobile in not in working condition this is stupidty to waste time of customer and making fool to customer and harresh after waste of his money in the name of brand due to lack of knowledge and illiterate customer service staff like miss suman rajbhar. Pls get strick action or replace my mobile as we believe in future in this brand.

                                      That i had purchased one mobile hand set samsung j6 plus bearing its imei no. [protected] from reliance retail limited, sheoraphully, kolkata, west bengal for a total sale consideration of rs. 15990/- vide bill no. [protected] dated 02/10/2018.

                                      That the above said mobile handset was working smoothly from date of purchase and on 03/09/2020 feel some display flickering issue (Display was disappearing automatically in between video call but after some time again coming back) for which i personally meet with reliance retail limited, sheoraphully to repair the same then they told that the shree krishna services, srirampore, hooghly is the authorized service centre of samsung and said mobile handset will be repair there, hence, i mate with shree krishna services srirampore on 04/09/2020 to get repair the said mobile set.

                                      That on 04/09/2020 i visited shree krishna services token no is ws002 and staff said that expense will be rs. 3500/- and kept the said mobile handset for repairing and for removing the defect of the said mobile handset against request no [protected] and assured that repair the said mobile set as soon as possible and it will work properly.

                                      That on 04/09/2020 afternoon shree krishna services staff inform me to collect the said mobile as it has been repaired and working fine.

                                      That on 05/09/2020 i visited shree krishna services centre, there mr. Vijay dhanuka hand over the mobile stating that display has been changed, now problem totally resolved, display problem is under warranty for next 3 months and collected rs. 3044 from me by invoice no.[protected].

                                      That returning home same day when find that problem not solved next day on 06/09/2020 again visit at shree krishna services centre as my display was under warranty and problem not resolved. That my utter surprise they told that to resolve the said mobile problem more rs. 9 to 10 thousands need to deposit and on demand they shared me an estimate on amount of rs. 8293/-.

                                      That its already mention that the said mobile price is rs. 15990/- and in total my repairing expense was crossing rs. 13000/- so asked to refund rs. 3044/- submitted as display fitting cost but shree krishna services centre denied to return without any explanation.

                                      That service centre shree krishna services to fulfill personal monetary interest and to complete mobile parts sale target unfairly pushing mobile parts to customer in piecemeal basis with out any clarification. They changed the said mobile display by invoice no.[protected] without any testing whereas phone display was not defective.
