I bought Samsung S20 and Buds+ phone for about 6 months, and all off sudden first my buds+ gone bad, and its been replaced only the left bud as it was the problem, and now my S20 become faulty, when I checked with service centre they opened the casing and they say have to change the charging port as its not working. They have no reason why its stopped working where my charging port was not working.
All they say they have to replace, my question here is after buying a flagship phone for about 64k without dropping anywhere or wrenching in water, how cum the phone will go faulty in 6 months of time. I sent mail to Samsung Service head, I got one response that we will have a look, thats it; after that no response, its been more than 3 days.
Moroever am one of the first customer to prebook and got the phone in Chennai. As they say its a flagship phone and in 6 months it gone bad also I didn't this kind of service with a reputed company on Samsung.
Also if i go to service center, we have to wait for 2 to 3 hrs in queue to show my phone for observation, the same happened for me twice as I went one for my buds+ and one for my phone, both gone now.
Very worst flagship product.

But would like to inform you that your representative called once and the call was not audible, may be due to network issue. Is not their duty to call again to clarify the issues?
And the no from which your representative calls, is one sided no, to which no one can call back.
Sir, we have purchased your product for use not for keeping it in a showcase.
Hope you can understand that how we are managing from last 10 days.
