Colling problem has been a major issue with the product one year post. I have complaint twice on social media since the last year. See my complaint posted there

#samsung i cant understand the inaction and a blind eye that your service team has been putting on a recurring complaint on my refrigerator. Ever since year post purchasing the double door dual inverter product in aor 2016 the product had regular cooling issues due to extreme condensation afyer working fune for a few days and then it again drops to normal. The pcb has been replaced twice, every six month the service enginner from bijnor come to visit but their inability to identify and diagnose the issue is visible as they can't get it repaired to the extent it demands. O have already spent one-third of the total cost of the refrigerator in terms of repair and service visits. We cant tolerate this any more and demand a replacement. While im okay to deduct the time when refrigerator worked okay as the valid depreciation but not more than that. The customer experience team was constantly in touch with me for a month and have suddenly disappeared since the last 2 weeks with no replies

I recently complained to the service head and the case has again assigned to a service enginner which at this stage is not what i want. I want a replacement now and im firm on this as i dony have the patience to spend money on this faulty product which the service team cant repair even after 3 years where always the problem. Has been the same but different solutions were provided-pcb repair twice leading to wastage of money already

    Gave my mobile for repair at hazra service centre for some touch fault for which service centre replied that repair or part replacement will be done as its in warranty on 25 june 2020 after 15 or 20 days when i send my staff they said screen was broken so you will be charged for it i refused to pay as it was not broken from my side they said they will replace it free of cost and now they are regularly delaying is releasing phone. Every other day they are asking for a day time.

        I had purchased a mobile phone "samsung a30" from electronic gallery dt. On 20/08/2019. There was a problem occurred of power button and i bring this phone to samsung service center. The said that internal screen is proken and they asked for 4000/- rs. For this. But phones screen was working and i said that the issue is of power button only not screen but they denied. My phone is in under warranty yet and they are not sorting out my problem. I bring this phone to service center on 07/08/2020.

        Dear Samsung Team,
        This is to inform you that it was very unprofessional that my handset has not been repaired yet and the service center team is asking to pay for the repair work and they are saying that the handset is damage.
        I have attached the all picture of my handset and the physical verification report of your service center which do not mention any physical damage of product. After making me visit to their service center and taking almost 1.5 month they are now asking for the payment.

        This is actually harassing the customer. Please revert on it as my handset was never damaged and there was just a power button issue only.

              Dont buy from samsung eshop online order via samsung.com website any

              Mobiles and all electronics gadjets.

              If you plan to buy online please buy from flipkart and amazon they are giving better services to customer or else visit nearby any shop and buy mobile. That is the good idea.

              I placed galaxy m31 6gb ram, 128 gb ram variant samsung eshop at 31.07.2020, but still now i am not getting my shipment from samsung shop. Today date 10.08.2020.

              My shipment idle in samsung courier partner more than one week

              I will share you for my online order samsung experiance.

              I complaint many time to samsung team via call and mail communication but still now no one resolve my complaint. When i called customer service person simply tell sir your mobile to be deliver your address with in today's.

              Hi All,

              Please don't buy samsung m11 mobile through samsung.Com website. I ordered a mobile on 20th July and the mobile is not delivered yet. Today is 12th august

              When I check with customer care, they say that item is shipped. When I check with courier, they say that mobile is lost and asking me to check with customer care. I called the customer care about 10 times. Every time they raise a ticket and the ticket would get closed stating order is already shipped.

              Worst behaviour from customer care representatives. They don't have any escalation matrix as well.

              I am stuck and not sure of next steps.

                My phone samsung galaxy s8 is dead due to water but my phone is water resistance so how it possible to enter water inside the phone. My phone is out of warranty. Service centr told me approx cost repair to this phone near 40000 above..

                    I have ordred samsung galaxy s20 plus on 4 th august the order and the order no is [protected] order was supposed to deliver on 10th of august and someone from samsung cancaled my order and now it refuses to deliver the order which already paid by credit card and my emi is generated. Since the product status was showing canceled from that time i am calling to samsung customer care[protected] at every hour also mail has been sent to samsung 3 times no one is taking action also i have spoke with delivery partner shiprocket also sent mail to them, they are also not responding. No one is taking responsibility who canceled that order. Calling to customer care contact no to samsung is no use they dnt have any authority to do anything about customer compliant aslo they are not letting me to talk with their manager is that what samsung service is about. I am going to escalate to very level.

                      The tv was ordered on 17th july from samsung.com though i am yet to receive it. Emails go unanswered and calls to customer care always say someone will contact with a resolution in the next 24 hours. I am sick of hearing these lies over the phone. Customer care executives say there is nothing they could do as the case is escalated and a backend team will respond. Past 3 weeks now and no update so far.                           Order delivery delay

                          I had ordered mobile phone samsung galaxy s10 lite on 31st july, 2020 on samsung india website using my corporate email id with order id as [protected]. It was a prepaid order.

                          There has been no progress on the shipment and it is still in approved status not even packaged

                          Sir, some service engineer paid visit to me yesterday & after checking my refrigerator thoroughly he changed the sensor claiming that problem in the refrigerator is due to the said part & took ₹590 ùfrom me towords prize of the said part & service charge but the broblem remained intact.On complaining the same fellow again came to me & again examined the refrigerator & reported that its thermocool has got brusted & asked to me to purchase new refrigerator as present one has become useless.Aforesaid revealation has greatly astonished & shocked me.As I had purchased the aforesaid refrigerator relying on the goodwill & reputation o[censored]r company believing that it will be value for money & will last long to my satisfaction, but it proved otherwise.It is pertinent to mention here that the aforesaid snag developed in the refrigerator is due to manufacturing defect.
                          You are there requested to get my aforesaid refrigerator exchanged with new one or refund my money forthwith else I shall take shelter of consumer forum & jago grahak for redressal of my grievance.Which plz.note.

                          Sir, some officer o[censored]r company namely Anupama Rajput had assured me on 7.9.2020 that my problem will be ironed out positively within a week as the matter has been reffered to head office, but the aforesaid assurance proved to be bare assurance as my grievance has yet not been redressed.
                          You are thetefore requested to rule out my problem forthwith else I shall be constraied to take the step as referred by me in my earlier mail.Which please note.

                            Purchased a mobile phone from Samsung website by paying 2000 more and then when I received it the issues started Phone started hanging bad video and voice quality charging issues, , , Customer service center says to go service center again and again. Due to Covid they are taking the advantage of people and not being able to complaint. Denied to replace the item and even for refund...

                              I had ordered a galaxy tab a 10.1 (Wi-fi) sm-t510nzkd on 17th july by making full payment. The expected date of delivery was 24th july. However, they are still to receive it. Order no [protected]. (Order through samsung official website).

                              Airway bill no: [protected]. One can see from the website of ecom express that the shipment is lying in the wrong city since july 29. The location of the item is shown as pali (Maharashtra state: pincode: 402105) however as per the order placed our address is pen (Maharastra state: pincode 402107)

                              No one from the courier service has called us till date regarding delivery. I have have learnt that four companies are involved in delivery of the product
                              1) samsung
                              2) ecom express
                              3) shiprocket
                              4) savex technologies pvt. Ltd

                              But none of them are responding to our repeated complaints through calls/emails/compint registration option on website. Each one is telling it is not their responsiblity. No one is giving any status update.

                              This has turned out to a very frustrating experince. We want delivery at the earliest or at least the full refund.

                                Hello service head, ravi, geeta & prince,

                                Pls note that you are giving pathetic support on this issue by taking responsibility without contacting/updating the customer and providing false assurance of resolving issue within 3/4 days, and no sign of improvement in your support attitude from 45 plus days issue.

                                As per my previous communication there is no pkp issue for my area (Abhyudaya nagar - 400033) and it is not under containment zone, i able to received/noticed all vendors are delivering their products in my area without any issue.

                                ​stop harassing the customer... If you wont able to resolve this issue then refund my money without any further delay without wasting you valuable time.

                                Kindly refer below guidelines from govt for here is the list of activities that are permitted even in the red zones (My area is not in containment zone). Hope this provide you clear & sound understanding.

                                18. Most of the commercial and private establishments including print and electronic media, it and it enabled services, data and call centers, cold storage and warehousing services, private security and facility management services, and services provided by self-employed persons, except for barbers etc are allowed.

                                19. All goods traffic is to be permitted. No state/ ut shall stop the movement of cargo for cross land-border trade under treaties with neighboring countries. No separate pass of any sort is needed for such movement, which is essential for maintaining the supply chain of goods and services across the country during the lock-down period

                                  This is my one of the pathetic experience that i ever faced with any company in order to reach out to the customer care department.

                                  If you people do not want to serve your customers then why you have opened the customer support department.

                                    Sir mujhe problem ye hai ke meri Ac cooling nhi kar rhi thi so Maine sumsung care par complain ki (18may 2020) ko us time lockdown tha so 7 June ko Engineer ki wisit hui to usne bataya ke Ac main Gas padegi jo ke unke pass thi nhi phir wo 14 june ko aaye or gas daal gye or 3 months ki warranty di to problem ye hui ke sir jo cooling pahle kar rhi thi gas padne ke baad wo bhi nhi kar rhi h to Maine un se contact Kiya or puri problem batai to wo 18 June ko phir aaye unhone uski service ki or bole ab thk hai or chale gye hamne ek do din chala ke dekha but us main koi improvement nhi hua so Maine phir call kiya to bolte hai ke hamse na ho payega ab company se baat karo sir to phir maine care par baat ki to unhone ham ko koi dusra service center asine kar diya 25june ko or bola ke do teen. Din ke andar call aa jayega but sir 25 July tak koi bhi call nhi aaya so or sir 25 June ko jo maine complain ki thi wo do teen din baad close kar di sir aaise hi har do din baad meri complain close kar di jaati h (or sir 25june se lekar 25july tak meri complain 22baar close ki gyi) so sir maine 27 July ko phir se complain ki phir meri baat kisi senior se hui to unhone 3 hour's ka time liya call par service center se baat ki or bola ke aaj hi call aa jayega to sir phir meri complain close kar di gyi (23vi baar) phir maine complain karai 30july ko phir sir wo 1august ko Engineer aaye to bolte hai ke service ho gi or aapko pay karna padega 649 rupees Maine bola abhi ye warranty main hain phir maine bill dikhaya to usne apne onar se baat ki to unhone nhi mana bole aapko paise to dene padenge to maine costmor care ke oass call kiya to unhone bola ke aap inko jaane do aapki jo bhi problem ho gi free of cost hogi main complain register kar deta hu phir wo Engineer chala gya or sir kal phir meri complain close kar di gyi hai so aapse request hai yaa to hamare paise vapas kar wa do ya phir ac thk kar wa do

                                      I bought samsung m30s for 14000 online on january 2020, after 6 months o[censored]sage it became defective and i claimed my warranty on drb enterprises samsung chrompet, chennai. Instead of that phone they gave me a coupon of 14000(that can only be claimed in samsung showroom) but the showroom price of that same phone is 15800. Should I give Rs1800 extra for the same phone that I had...If it is a refund of 14000 in cash or check, it will be a fair play(because I can but it from the same place online)...But the coupon refund actually forces customer to give extra money..
