This is my 4th step to you and probably last, as i am getting sure that even complaining to ceo also not taken seriously. After my first email, i recevied a call which was missed as i was not available at that time. I also received an email stating that my your person has called and i missed so complaint has been forworded to customer support department. I sent second email stating that i wish to talk to someone from your office because writing will show you my pain and loyalty towards samsung products. I recevied a call post my second email and lady explained me that it jas been forwarded to the department and the will resolve my issue in 24 to 48 hours. While i was doubtful but she convenieced me to wait and see the reault. I agreed. Today i recevied a call from your different demo department, he sqid he is visiting my office for demo. He came and asked for starter kit, which i explained him that i have not received and have registered complaint at all the possible platform. For my surprise, he said no problem and started demo.in each line he was saying when yoi will receive starter kit it will have this kind of equipment and you need to use it like this. He completed full demo like this. I and my wife who was reminding me not to trust samsung any more as her friends have given a negative feed back, we were watching each other faces. It is more than 48 hours, no one contacted from your concern department where you have forwarded my complaint as explained by the mam who called me and she was so sure, will now realise that how serious your support department is. I bought your micro oven on last saturday and yet to use it. While you took money on the same day. It is a clear cas2 of cheating, fraud and ignorqnce. I have kept all three complaint copies including this one, to let people know that how serious samsung employees are with customer care and how they cheat. I have contacted your dealer vijay sales laso, they said it was over, will be aent shortly. I dont believe this how can be starter kit is not available when the model is avilable. That means your dealer in agreement with samsung selling parts of items and sending items to customer with missing parts? I am afraid it may be possible that orginal internal items like coil, heater etc. May have aold and replaced with duplicate item? These thing you need to answer as your delivery and support department have forced me to ask such questions. Very shortly i will start fight for my rights on different platform, as ai am confident that no one is serious at samsung and all are passing the bug to other. It is possible that for any genuine reason your support department has not reaolved me problem, but it was the dury of your department to check and l2t me know as your person confirmed me that i need to wait for 24 to 48 hours and see the magic. I am not able to use my micro oven after pating you guys is a very very serious issue. Also, last four daus this has became my additional duty to follow and keep raising to you. Personally, i dont like writing a comaplin to you, i believed samsung is not any other brand.
