Shipment status of of today 27-july-2020 is showing as rto lock after being kept in local delivery center for 4 days.

No one tried to contact me regarding the shipment and the status is updated as rto lock which i understand that delivery attempted but customer is not available to get the package or customer door is locked, which is totally not true.

Please arrange the delivery of the package to me asap

    My complain is regarding the handling of servicing of mobile my samsung service center, faridabad (Simran communication)

    The touch screen stop working in just 3 weeks and then when i visited the service center they checked my mobile and did something which results in some damage to screen and then after showing me, that screen is filled with water, then i resisted, then again they change the mind and say screen is damaged.

    This is really pathetic, such a big company and their service centers are working like a new comer in smartphone industry

      Dear samsung team,

      I bought samsung ac, model no : ar12ty3qbbun on 14th march 2020. Invoiced name on vinod kumar singh
      I am facing negligence, bad service, delay in service and not acceptable communication and behavior from the local service center.

      Story so far:

      1. Guy named chandan, who came for installation, didn't install as guided, used ventilator for pipes instead of drilling in wall. He came late around 6pm and left around 8 pm without proper testing the system. He promised that due to time constraints he is doing this and come back in a day or two for proper installation. When we tried to call him after a few days, he just informed us that he was transferred to some other area.

      2. Chandan sold us an ac stand for inr 1200 that we came to know is easily available in the market at 300-500 price. We trusted him and paid because he was an authorized samsung technician. We were cheated by the service center.

      3. We started using ac in april but ac was not cooling at all. I registered a complaint on 10th april regarding this, that is resolved on 24th may, is understandable due to corona. A samsung technician refilled the gas and told us there was a leak in wire.

      4. We requested him to install the indoor unit properly, he said we have to raise another complaint and need to pay for this. We tried to explain the whole story to him and the service center manager, mr, abhishek ([protected]/ [protected]), but they were not ready to listen to anything.

      5. Again on 13th july, my ac stops cooling, we registered a complaint regarding this on 13th july 2020. After several calls, a technician visited yesterday, 25th july that too without gas to refill. He just re-install the indoor unit and left. He informed me that gas is empty due to a leak.

      6. When we tried calling mr. Abhishek, he was very arrogant in his behaviour and in his exact words he told me that he will send someone for gas refill as per his convenience and if i have any problem i need to contact samsung regarding this.

      Complaints and problem
      1. I only managed to use a new ac that i bought for 45 days and am still trying to get a trouble free product and service from samsung.

      2. Either the technicians working with samsung are not trained enough to solve problems like gas leak or they are not intended to do so. As its a pattern of leaking gas to zero after every 30-40 days

      3 service center, registered with name rajiv vastralay, have not trained and experienced in customer service. They are using appropriate words, no time limit and not even sending well trained technicians.

      4. Howcome, a person responsible for managing the service center, calls and tells a customer that he will send a technician as per his convenience and if consumers have any problem with it he may raise it with samsung, he is not liable for anything.

      5. Also, no action was taken by the service center over the technician who cheated us and took money double the market price for the stand for ac outdoor unit.

      I would really like to know about the samsung take on my problem and course of action for my complaint. Do samsung feels liable for providing good quality service to consumers, or they just left hanging them with such unprofessional service centers.
      Really appreciate a timely and detailed action on my complaint.

        My self advocate sahadev hooda from chandigarh. I am purchase samsung mobile samsung galaxy s9 on dated[protected] for my wife. My wife feel guilty for this defective handset. Because this handset automatically switch off and on. And continue vibrate without calling. Please tell me why i use this samsung galaxy s9 handset. Me and my family use samsung products for last 15 years but right now faces many problems with your product. Please replace my handset as soon as possible otherwise we have knock the door of consumer court to take action. My wife visit your
        Samsung service center located at huda complex rohtak 124001 (Haryana). Your customer care team not provide any job sheet because he says that only update will require to solve this problem in handset in 20 minutes. After that all same problems will continue. The mrp of this handset was 65000 rs only. If you have any questions please call me at [protected]. Other i have knock the door of consumer court to take action against defective handset.

          Hello,
          This is to inform you that i sanskar ganesh shendge, from pune, maharashtra. So i deposited my deviced named s9 plus on 21st february 2020 at the authorized service centre of samsung which is located in camp area, near aurora tower pune for display replacement and the engineer who was going to repair my device is currently at hospital, i called him on thursday to track the status of repair, he said that your device is repaired but no one's there at the service center, and it was so long that he was telling me same thing that your phone is repaired and whenever i visit the center they send me back by some reasons. Today on 25th july i visited the service center to check my device and i found that he totally destroyed my deviced and the changed the side aluminum frame to black from purple and the condition of display was the worst. And because of lockdown the store was closed for several times that not an issue but he was just trying to misuse my device
          So this is my humble request to you the please look forward on my complaint.

I am continiously followup for replace my phone, samsung service center is also agree to raise d. O. During replacement time. But online team has a lots of confusion in this matter. They miss guide me about policy.

                Respected sir,

                This is with reference to a samsung qled television i purchased from samsung website online on 28th june for which rs. 79999 was deducted from my credit card. The tv was supposed to be delivered on 17th july 2020. However till date there is absolutely no update. It only shows under approved status in the samsung site. Sad to state that a company like samsung do not have the right resources who can update and support the customer with correct information. The customer care representatives are completely clueless and have no idea on my order status. I have raised multiple complaints to them but of no help. Please note this is a big amount and i have started paying for my credit card towards this amount without even the order being delivered. This is absolutely unacceptable.
                I hope to get some support on my order from this is at the earliest.
                Note: i had also ordered for a galaxy s10 and a power bank on your website, much after placing the tv order and the same got delivered. So question of the same getting delayed due to current lock down situation doesn't arise.

                  Very bad quality screen...

                  I recently purchased the samsung galaxy m11 smart phone from the samsung website and it got delivered on 17 june and it was not even one month that got over and the screen got broken.. But wait it did not broke automatically, actually it fell from my hand from above 1.5 feet,

                  Now coming to the point, its not that the screen should not have broken, the point is that when phone falls down the screen will surely get damage but it should have one or two breaking lines on the screen, but here with my phone the situation is the worst, the screen got crushed having breaking lines like if it was hit by a hammer. I have attached the photo for your reference. You could see number of breaking lines in it..

                  How bad quality screen glass is it.. I am in shock that samsung being a reputed company has product with low standard parts even worst parts.

                  I have another phone of another company brand which i have been using for past 3 years, and it has fallen down from above 5 feet numerous times, but i could could see two or three broken glass lines on it.

                  But this phone is worst of all i have seen with respect to the display screen glass.

                  This was the first samsung phone i had bought, and it has become a worst experience that i had. I had used some three phones before but none had given me an issue like this.

                  Hope samsung will take this as a serious issue and works accordingly. Hoping for a positive response from samsung

                          Hello,

                          This is priyanka arora from new delhi, india

                          This is regarding my recent purchase of samsung s 20 ultra from croma, preet vihar.

                          I pre - booked the handset on 22nd february 2020 and was supposed to get on 18th march
                          (As committed by the executive there). I did the regular follow but phone delivery at the store got delayed and after that lockdown happened.

                          Still i was in touch with the croma manager and i was assured that the handset would be coming in april but it finally arrived around 15th june at the store, i got a call for the same but as i was not in delhi so couldn't come.

                          I came back in the first week of july and went to buy the phone on 8th july. Honestly, i was not interested to buy the phone anymore as it got too delayed. When i booked the phone i was excited. Still as i had already booked i agreed to purchase.

                          When i went to the store, i told all this to the samsung representative - nitin. I also told him that my only reason to buy the handset now would be for the galaxy buds plus and screen replacement scheme i was committed at the time of booking.

                          I confirmed with nitin again and again for the scheme, he said you will definitely get the scheme as u have pre-booked and he confirmed the same with his senior (Ajay) and other representative who were available at the time of booking and everyone confirmed him the same. Still, even before swiping the card i confirmed again and he said you will get the buds and screen replacement scheme in 48 hours.

                          After the purchase, when i tried to activate the scheme it didn't get activated so i called on customer care number. I was told that the scheme was over on 30th june 2020 and i cannot avail the same. I was shocked to hear this as nobody informed me about this.

                          I called nitin, he himself was not aware of the scheme end date, he said its valid till 31st july 2020 and i will definitely get the scheme.

                          I even called ajay, he assured me the same.

                          Now, i am not getting the scheme. Whose fault is this? When i booked the handset in february, i was supposed to get the same in march but it was delayed for 4 months from samsung.

                          Handset arrived at croma around 15th june 2020, i was hardly given 15 days to avail the scheme and that too end date was not informed to me, infact your representatives there are not aware.

                          After all this, i started facing the problem with the handset from very first day.

                          - its camera quality was bad and was not at par as what was committed (100x zoom). Pixels were breaking even after the 10x zoom.

                          - there was a problem with the media sound. There was no sound even when the volume was at 100 percent.

                          - bluetooth was not getting connected to other phones

                          - android beam was not working (Was trying to transfer the data to my other phone - samsung s7 edge)

                          - fingerprint sensor was not working properly.

                          - earphones cushions were not coming out, so i was unable to change it.

                          I complained about all this to ajay and showed him the handset also, he checked it himself and confirmed the faults. He suggested me to submit the handset to customer service.

                          I contacted customer service and told them the issue on chat, they asked me to do the software update which i did but it didn't help.

                          So, engineer was appointed for my complaint and he took the handset on 17th july 2020. From last 4 days my handset is with samsung and i have not received any update.

                          I am a loyal user of samsung products, be it mobile phones, tv, washing machine or microwave but i never faced such issues before.

                          I request you to please look into the matter and help me in availing the scheme as there was no fault of mine and also i want the handset to be replaced as there are too many issues with this handset so i am not sure if i want the same one back.

                          I wrote a mail to samsung but have not received any revert

                          They don't care about customers. I hear many customers have similar issues. Samsung just prefers to ignore. All the money they make goes into Marketing. Zero on customer service.

                            Please note we were unable to watch new age digital platforms on our tv as our tv router was not working properly, as suggested by the local samsung technician, we ordered new tv router, by doing partial advance payment.
                            Yesterday 22.07.2020, the technician came and replaced our tv router, and the net got connected, but since it got disconnected atleast 3-4 times during the testing time of half hour, and also we realized samsung has discontinued use of platforms like youtube, prime video from our tv model, and were told will lose netflix soon, we requested the technician to take back the router as it is of no use to us, he refused same as per advice from his office, and also i had to argue to get the bill before payment.
                            Please follow back on the complaint number and ensure that the spare part i returned and my payment is returned.
                            I will also like to mention tha t the technician who attended the complaint, did a good job and behaved well.

                              Having asked for concrete solution and having followup since last 181 days but there is no proper response.in the starting, they repaired the new device and i had to visit the svc store 5 times and now again they are asking me for the same job to visit the svc store in the global pandemic situation as completely lockdown in my city i know there is a manufacturing defect in the phone already discussed in the 1st repairment time.

                              The phone is working very slow and format the phone is not solution every time.

                              Its signal strength is too low, earlier there was network, wifi signal issued, and again i faced the same problem. There is too much-secured data and can't transfer every time for the sake they asked me.

                              Please look into this matter to get it close.

                                  Samsung Galaxy A70 was locked by emi defaults but I have buy second hand from olx that person take full amount of money now that person is refusing to payment of emi this is not my fault but still my mobile was locked by emi defaults from tvs emi mobile loan what can i do for this problem please help me out.

                                    I have purchased the Samsung M30 from second flash sale on Amazon on 11th April with order number[protected]. Everything was working fine till Jan-2020. I never used duplicate cable or adapter to charge the mobile & updating it regularly. I started to face charging issue in Mid Feb. The mobile phone was not charging when it was ON. When I used to switch off the mobile and start charging it would charge in 1 to 1.30 min fully. Hence I contacted and then visited the samsung care in Solapur City Maharashtra state India -413001 in March first week as my job location is different & the agent took the mobile phone in hand said there is charging slot issue without even doing some basic checks. He recommended me to change the slot as it is not working. I questioned him stating how come its charging when device is off, but there was same reply need to change the slot. So I returned and within 1 week the lock down was announced. After that I visited again around June 2nd or 3rd week when the lock down was lifted. I got the same information. Hence I returned back and contacted 2 times to Samsung care. The agents on call used to take the information and keep the call on hold and no reply after 15 min the call used to get disconnected. When I visited for first time the handset was in warranty period as still there is no hardware issue as the phone battery gets full in 1.30 min when it is switched off. When I visited the service center they said it will cost me 1500 bucks for getting the issue fixed which was not guaranteed by agent as he said if this not works then we need to buy new charger. After sending an email to complaint to CEO from Samsung website. A person called me and requested to visit the service center so the technical team can look into it. I said them when already 2 times the care center executive has said that there is an slot issue(Which is wrong) and requested me to pay 1300 bucks to get that resolved.                                       My phone is broken and i given to samsung service in madurai, after two days i call the service center for my phone service status. They told me to collect the phone, but i visit the service center at another day the team told me your phone is not ready and come same day evening to collect your phone. I again visit same day evening they told your is not ready come tomorrow. They will not respond my request and does not told me a actual status of my phone

                                        I have resubmitted the faulty s6 tablet to vigilant service center at malad west, mumbai 400064 (Attached) i have also submitted 2 videos to the engineer which clearly has the recording of the samsung s6 switching off on its own and issue with the power button. The service manager at the store has also seen the videos of the faulty s6.

                                        This experience with samsung is very traumatic and making a person to go out several times during covid19 due to the faulty tablet.

                                        Please issue a new samsung s6 tablet or refund my entire money.

                                        Hi mr park,

                                        Sub : new samsung tab s6 faulty

                                        I have purchased a new samsung tab s6 for inr 59, 900 on 26th may 2020. Within a few days the screen started going off on its own and the power button needed to be pressed 3 to 4 times to come on.

                                        I had informed the infinity mall manager, malad west, mr swapnil that this was the issue and he asked me to get the tab to the store. When i got it to samsung smart café (Ssk retail) the person updated the software and assured me that the display will not go and the power button will be fine.

                                        The issue with display and power button continued and i informed again the store manager, mr swapnil. He wanted me to get it back to the store to format. This being a new tab i suggested to take it to the right person in service center so that the properly trained person can have it checked.

                                        At the service center, malad west, mumbai, india it was for 2 days. The engineer mr sahjad, said he did a samsung self test and found is fine. Service request number [protected].

                                        Again once i came home there was the same issue of display going off on its own and power button.

                                        I have had and current have several samsung products phones, firdge, ac, tablet, micro but have never faced a challenge however this experience has been extremely bad when a new product is have so much issues and is not being replaced.

                                        This is a very bad situation running from place to place to get a resolution during covid-19. This is not safe and healthy for any human being.

                                        This buy has been very traumatic and terrible experience with samsung. My sincere request is to have the s6 tab replaced.
