On 07.08.20 friday i purchased samsung 860 pro 2tb ssd having serial no s5g7nc0n501648 from amazon online, order # [protected] for rs 39000. I havs tried registering this samsung 860 pro 2tb ssd serial no s5g7nc0n501648 in samsung web-site and however it is showing no warranty

While the product showing 5 years warranty, from last saturday 07.08.20 when i am trying to register the device it is showing as out of warranty. And i am not able register the device and obtain 5 years warranty services.

I have sent multiple emails for support however there is no response and i am not able register device and get 5 year warranty services
I am not able to reach to samsung voice call for ssd because as per samsung customer there is no on call service for samsung ssd
I am completely depressed exhausted by the extremely poor, disgusting, pathetic quality of services provided by samsung customer support samsung
Please ask samsung to register the 860 pro ssd (S/n s5g7nc0n501648) and provide me 5 years warranty

Please don't buy samsung m11 mobile through samsung.Com website. I ordered a mobile on 20th July and the mobile is not delivered yet. Today is 12th august
When I check with customer care, they say that item is shipped. When I check with courier, they say that mobile is lost and asking me to check with customer care. I called the customer care about 10 times. Every time they raise a ticket and the ticket would get closed stating order is already shipped.
Worst behaviour from customer care representatives. They don't have any escalation matrix as well.
I am stuck and not sure of next steps.
