    I ordered a phone (Samsung galaxy m21) from the online shopping portal of samsung india and it was supposed to be delivered to me about nearly 10 days back but it still hasn't been delivered yet and both the courier company (Ecom express) and samsung india hasn't provided me any proper reply inspite of me calling them multiple times for the same.

        Dear sir,
        I purchased a50 for 20k in june 19... But it showed heating issue n conked off on 25th april 20... As it was a lockdown ur people told me to wait till things r opened. I waited n when lockdown in mumbai opened on 8th june the same day itself i went all the way to andheri east customer care center n submitted my phone... Next day they r calling me n telling me it's an expense of hopping 13k to get my ph repaired.

        Thanks to mr dipendra he helped me out after one month he promised to get my phone repair at 4.5k. But again i am continuously following up n now he is not responding n somehow i got in touch with mr abdul at andheri east service center zain telecommunication... Now he is trying his level best.

        May i know isn't company totally responsible for my mental trauma i am facing... As my son's online iit classes are on... My daughter's online school is on. Since 4 months i am not able to use my mobile. Company should not only compensate by giving me a new handset but also provide me with alternate one to use till they r unable to provide me wid handset.

          We have make 1st complaint for our refrigerator in may 2020 and we purchased on 25.04.2016, we can not say complaint as our ref is in working but as a routine cleaning of ref we have seen some plastic is uneven in fridge compartment we have make 1st complaint to customer care they had send engineer to our location after seeing the fridge he notify that fridge sensor is not working and due to this defrost heating system had damaged internally and he said that he would consult senior engineer (Means your service engineer is not capable to take decision whether and how can it be best possible to repair it) for this issue if possible to resolve after few days we get call from vaishali sharma (Vaishali. [protected]@partner. Samsung.com) that fridge is not reparable in this position company will give us coupon of 10% of mrp 71000 as on our invoice will give us to buy another. She had regular call us to share invoice but we did not share because we know she is taking invoice only for coupon providing. We have said to her that if your engineer had said us that he would consult another engineer then you can send another engineer to visit and resolved it, after too many days of continued telephonic talk engineer comes and he did not checked fridge he had only capture the photo of invoice from us and said previous engineer had checked it and you will get 100% compensation because it is under manufacturing fault and it seems to be very long time at that time we had given them feedback that if your company feels that it is the very most important part of refrigerator that due to this fridge may comes in non-repairable condition then your company must provide two sensors instead of installing 1 sensor in a big refrigerator like 637 ltrs after taking snapshot of invoice your second time engineer visited had didn't check anything in refrigerator after few days of second visit and almost more then 10 calls had been received from vaishali sharma regarding the coupon only not for trying to get refrigerator repair she said in last that company is providing 45% refund. We are insisting the company to get best possible fridge repaired. How could a customer rely over your products that in 4 years of life your product comes under non-repairable condition. As company is giving 10 years of compressor warranty then customer believes that in the period of 10 years my refrigerator is safe and repairable by the company but it is totally opposite in our case as all mentioned above.

            I am aman kakar from punjab city roopnagar my complaint is that my refrigeator is not working properly from last month executives does not know the problem and waste my money again and again i had huge loss of 3500rs but my refrigeator is still not working thry are comming and taking fees again and again i am very upset samsung service 5 or 6 x executive came they didn't try to find any issue in the fridge they imaginating problems and telling to us randomly i also called the customer care number they said that we forward your request to our senior and we also requested then that it is last time after that we will case against u so i hope u will solve our issue please focus on my issue and solve my oroblem immediatily

              Dear sir,
              The Samsung service centre of dumka collected my phone Samsung ME dated 18/07/2020 for replacement and told to me your replacement process will be completed within 3 or 4 days but till dated they are not replace my phone. Whenever I visited service centre they told to me every time since it is pending for approval from company we can't do anything.
              I am very disappointed with the service provided by samsung care and also requested you to kindly solve my issue as early as possible.

                Hi,
                The issue is regarding my Samsung a50 I bought on Sept 2019 from that day phone is facing issue of heat and my phone gets heat only half of the panel and I went to ASC they are changing my phone part again and again and they don't even understand my concern and this on 29 July 2020 they didn't even change anything and they lie to me that they change the part and my phone get heat if you use for 5 mins and the ASC person say that for heating issue they can only change the part of the product and nothing else can be done and I'm tired of it because they don't understand my concern and they are doing anything.please help else I have to raise a complaint in consumer court and there no other choice left.

                1st time when I went they said they I might update my phone from wrong network that's why its facing heating issue and they updated my phone. 2nd time same heating issue I told them heating issue is not been solved and they said submit your phone and tomorrow you come and get it and next day I went and they said we have changed the part now don't worry you won't face this issue again. 3rd time same problem and this time display sometime doesn't work then they said submit you phone get it on tomorrow and next day I event and this time they didn't even change anything if they did my data would be removed but my data and everything is there and they just coated a plastic cover on my phone just to show that your phone display is been change and your internal parts are changed and I asked them previously also you did this only and they said yes because for heating issue they can change the charging point part nothing else they can do

                  I am cheated by Samsung Service Center. My brand new phone suddenly stopped working there was black and blue screen initially and then no display this was in the month of March'2020. Service center informed me that the repair would chargeable even when my phone is under warranty. Due to lockdown and other issues I was I was stuck 2 days back I gave them my phone for repair they said I'll have to pay 15500 for the same. I had no option I need a phone and this is such expensive phone I couldn't keep it dead any longer. Yesterday I got my phone from them I paid them the money and when I asked for the bill they said there is no bill for it. I received a message from Samsung that the cost is INR0.00. My phone was under warranty still i wasn't provided resolution in the first go due to money and the they repair it under warranty and charge money for nothing. This is fraud and unacceptable service from such a renowned brand for 5 months I had no phone. They are cheating us in broad daylight. I've always used Samsung phone and that too expensive ones. I am very upset and couldn't even place an immediate complaint for all this. I had to keep chatting with the customer service agents then drop an email Still no response. I have paid the money for which I've no bill this is criminal offense. I need immediate resolution for all this at the earliest.

                    I had purchased samsung a30s on 15 december 2019. On 2 march 2020 display not working but due to all gallary closed i had visited ghatkopar west galley on 16 july. They told me mobile screen is damaged and we have to replace. They gave me quotation and told me we will make in 2 hr. But i had insurance so i asked for few day. But after 2 day they called me and said screen is not available so you take back you mobile. So i asked for mail. If you can not fixed screen so give reason on mail so i can make on other gallery but they not agreed. I had called him back on date of 28 july 2020 and asked for fixed mobile screen but they said sir we will you coupon in behalf of your mobile. You please come to gallery now and when i visited the gallery they again start we can not fixed your screen and if we fixed we can not give your personal data. Even after giving coupons we keep your mobile woth us and data also. I asked for my personal data there manager started shouting on me and avoiding me. Even not give proper answers. He was so rude and not giving my personal data if mobile fixed. Please help me to solve issue going last 3 month

                      Complaint against Service Order Number [protected]

                      I had purchased the handset Samsung A50 from Samsung Store in Express Avenue Mall, Chennai ( Original Bill submitted to Samsung service centre, Port Blair with defective handset on 28May2020) . The handset developed overheating and battery discharge issue. Hence I took it to Abacus infosystems, Port Blair which is authorized service centre. After checking they informed that the board of handset is defective/faulty. And I they will return the device to Samsung India and I will get the refund in Cheque. The staff asked me to visit after 30days. Hence I went in 2nd week of July.
                      But the Manager at Port Blair Samsung service centre did not take notice of the fact the I had purchased from Samsung Showroom Chennai itself and processed the offline service coupon instead of Refund Cheque, which I had not accepted.

                      Since then I visited four times and each time the staffs would say that the Service centre manager is talking to Samsung India head in Chennai and they will let me know. The manager is not coming face to face for a conversation.

                      Either I need a Refund Cheque or a an exchanged New Handset of A50 or M31 of same amount INR 17800 because in no way I can go to chennai now or in next few months in covid19 situation.

                      I tried to approach Samsung Service Centre Head-Port Blair (Abacus System) but he did not respond at all.
                      Staffs are saying, "decesion about refund not taken yet"

                      Then why the hell they told me that Refund will be given in Cheque for the defective handset of Samsung A50 and created the work order ?

                      Secondly, when there was issue related to refund, why did they issue Offline Service Coupon without my consent ? The service coupon issued by them cannot be used online and it must be used to buy samsung product from Chennai Samsung showroom only from where I had purchased the defective set of A50. In this covid times, does it make sense to go to Chennai from Port Blair after travelling by flight or ship to buy a samsung product. Don't they have common sense ?

                      I am giving three options
                      1. Either Refund in Cheque or Bank Transfer for the defective handset.
                      2. OR Change offline coupon to online coupon so that I can buy another product from samsung website itself.
                      3. OR Give me in exchange a new handset of Samsung A50 against the defective handset taken back by your samsung service centre of Port Blair.

                        Purchased a Samsung refrigerator, knowing of the brand on March 2019. But it has really disappointed us especially during lockdown when kids are at home. In July 20th it produced some weird noise and we contacted customer care. So the mechanic checked it the next day and said that the digital board is damaged and he replaced it after a week but it didn't work. Then he said that the compressor is damaged and we had to replace the compressor. After two days he comes back and say that we have to fill gas, for which we will have to bear the cost of around 2000INR. This is so bad that a very essential product doesnt last for even a single year. Please arrange for a replacement or please try to fix the refrigerator without any cost.

                        The engineer came and tried to fix the Refrigerator, first saying that digital board is spoilt. Then after its replacement also it didn't work. Then he said that the compressor is spoilt and fixed it. Somehow manage to charge 2000inr for filling up the gas. Again on September 30th it's not functioning. Samsung has cheated on us. They could have replaced the machine since it's not even 15 months since we had purchased it..

                          We have received a complaint against samsung that states as follows:

                          1) the consumer purchased a samsung refrigerator model no rt28r3723s8/hl against reliance retail invoice no [protected] dated 5-6-2019 for rs 25, 000 from your authorized dealer reliance retail ltd, gip mall, noida.

                          2) samsiung conducted unfair trade practice under section 2 (1) (R) of the consumer protection act by delivering a defective product in open and torn box tied with ropes. The refrigerator was not cooling from day one and no one attended the defect. Repeated complaints to you and the dealer did not yield any results. Last complaint was made vide complaint number [protected] on[protected]. The engineer mr rinku visited on 9-5-2020 and informed that there is no gas in the compressor.

                          3) there is severe deficiency in the service as samsung has failed to replace the defective fridge that was delivered in an open box indicating that it was a used or demo unit. The consumer would not accept a used, non working and damaged unit.

                          4) the consumer is facing inconvenience due to hot summers and samsung poor response in replacing the defective chinese refrigerator. Samsung liable to pay compensation to the consumer for this inconvenience.

                          Samsuing id request you to take back the defective fridge refund the full amount of rs 25, 000 to the consumer, with interest @ 18% per annum with rs.2, 00, 000 as compensation for causing losses, mental agony and harassment by your unfair trade practice and deficient services and denying the use of the refrigerator by the consumer during the summer months.

                              Shipment status of of today 27-july-2020 is showing as rto lock after being kept in local delivery center for 4 days.

                              No one tried to contact me regarding the shipment and the status is updated as rto lock which i understand that delivery attempted but customer is not available to get the package or customer door is locked, which is totally not true.

                                My complain is regarding the handling of servicing of mobile my samsung service center, faridabad (Simran communication)

                                The touch screen stop working in just 3 weeks and then when i visited the service center they checked my mobile and did something which results in some damage to screen and then after showing me, that screen is filled with water, then i resisted, then again they change the mind and say screen is damaged.

                                This is really pathetic, such a big company and their service centers are working like a new comer in smartphone industry

                                  Dear samsung team,

                                  I bought samsung ac, model no : ar12ty3qbbun on 14th march 2020. Invoiced name on vinod kumar singh
                                  I am facing negligence, bad service, delay in service and not acceptable communication and behavior from the local service center.

                                  Story so far:

                                  1. Guy named chandan, who came for installation, didn't install as guided, used ventilator for pipes instead of drilling in wall. He came late around 6pm and left around 8 pm without proper testing the system. He promised that due to time constraints he is doing this and come back in a day or two for proper installation. When we tried to call him after a few days, he just informed us that he was transferred to some other area.

                                  2. Chandan sold us an ac stand for inr 1200 that we came to know is easily available in the market at 300-500 price. We trusted him and paid because he was an authorized samsung technician. We were cheated by the service center.

                                  3. We started using ac in april but ac was not cooling at all. I registered a complaint on 10th april regarding this, that is resolved on 24th may, is understandable due to corona. A samsung technician refilled the gas and told us there was a leak in wire.

                                  4. We requested him to install the indoor unit properly, he said we have to raise another complaint and need to pay for this. We tried to explain the whole story to him and the service center manager, mr, abhishek ([protected]/ [protected]), but they were not ready to listen to anything.

                                  5. Again on 13th july, my ac stops cooling, we registered a complaint regarding this on 13th july 2020. After several calls, a technician visited yesterday, 25th july that too without gas to refill. He just re-install the indoor unit and left. He informed me that gas is empty due to a leak.

                                  6. When we tried calling mr. Abhishek, he was very arrogant in his behaviour and in his exact words he told me that he will send someone for gas refill as per his convenience and if i have any problem i need to contact samsung regarding this.

                                  Complaints and problem
                                  1. I only managed to use a new ac that i bought for 45 days and am still trying to get a trouble free product and service from samsung.

                                  2. Either the technicians working with samsung are not trained enough to solve problems like gas leak or they are not intended to do so. As its a pattern of leaking gas to zero after every 30-40 days

                                  3 service center, registered with name rajiv vastralay, have not trained and experienced in customer service. They are using appropriate words, no time limit and not even sending well trained technicians.

                                  4. Howcome, a person responsible for managing the service center, calls and tells a customer that he will send a technician as per his convenience and if consumers have any problem with it he may raise it with samsung, he is not liable for anything.

                                  5. Also, no action was taken by the service center over the technician who cheated us and took money double the market price for the stand for ac outdoor unit.

                                  I would really like to know about the samsung take on my problem and course of action for my complaint. Do samsung feels liable for providing good quality service to consumers, or they just left hanging them with such unprofessional service centers.
                                  Really appreciate a timely and detailed action on my complaint.

                                    My self advocate sahadev hooda from chandigarh. I am purchase samsung mobile samsung galaxy s9 on dated[protected] for my wife. My wife feel guilty for this defective handset. Because this handset automatically switch off and on. And continue vibrate without calling. Please tell me why i use this samsung galaxy s9 handset. Me and my family use samsung products for last 15 years but right now faces many problems with your product. Please replace my handset as soon as possible otherwise we have knock the door of consumer court to take action. My wife visit your
                                    Samsung service center located at huda complex rohtak 124001 (Haryana). Your customer care team not provide any job sheet because he says that only update will require to solve this problem in handset in 20 minutes. After that all same problems will continue. The mrp of this handset was 65000 rs only. If you have any questions please call me at [protected]. Other i have knock the door of consumer court to take action against defective handset.

                                      Hello,
                                      This is to inform you that i sanskar ganesh shendge, from pune, maharashtra. So i deposited my deviced named s9 plus on 21st february 2020 at the authorized service centre of samsung which is located in camp area, near aurora tower pune for display replacement and the engineer who was going to repair my device is currently at hospital, i called him on thursday to track the status of repair, he said that your device is repaired but no one's there at the service center, and it was so long that he was telling me same thing that your phone is repaired and whenever i visit the center they send me back by some reasons. Today on 25th july i visited the service center to check my device and i found that he totally destroyed my deviced and the changed the side aluminum frame to black from purple and the condition of display was the worst. And because of lockdown the store was closed for several times that not an issue but he was just trying to misuse my device
                                      So this is my humble request to you the please look forward on my complaint.
