Samsung leval u power on off buten was very badly work so visited at service center but still i am suffer from that issue they was say water damage so no reparable or no replacement parts. this device like a use and throw. so pls help me.

    I had purchased samsung galaxy tab s6 lite through samsung online store and was was delivered on 20/08/2020. I received the defective item. Immediately on 22/08/2020 i had booked online appointment on 22/08/2020 vide ot007 at ratna electronics, hyderabad for taking the system to service centre. To my surprise, even after getting confirmation, when i went to service centre, it was closed. Hence on 24/08/2020 i had again booked online appointment vide token number ot005 at ratna electronics, hyderabad. After taking pictures of the tab i was given a bill number [protected] and told to contact toll free number[protected] for doing the needful. To my utter surprise, when i contacted the toll free number, i was asked to contact the service centre only for replacement. Your company authorities are taking me for a ride and i being a lady not able to go from place to place. Since your company has given me a defective set, your will fully agree with me that it is your duty to replace it with new one. Moreover, only after taking the tab to the service centre, i was given to understand that it is broken one. Hope you will do the needful immediately and replace it with a new one immediately and not trouble innocent lady customers. Kindly act immediately

    Thanks for writing back the same reply all over again.
    However, please note your customer service team never acts on time. For finding out littlest of the details (Hardly a 2 mins job) they require 2-3 days.
    You have just taken me on a ride for the past one week, without providing any solution.
    Sorry to say, being a gadget freak this is the Worst ever experience I have had with an Electronics product.

        I submitted my mobile due to the screen bleeding issue on 30th of july. The centre promised to return it in 10 to 15 working days i called them several times but sometimes they don't even receive the call its been more than two weeks since they informed me that the handset has been repaired but i still haven't received my handset everytime i call or visit them they say that it's still being processed and then ask to come on some other day kindly look into the matter its almost a month since i have submitted my handset they have even stopped to pick my calls it was in warranty and they keep saying that it is being processed and they are now asking for money and not returning my mobile

          I purchased a new mobile Samsung M015 on June 20 due to attend online school of my children. The said handset facing charging related issue immediately after 1.5 month, I contacted Authorised service center of Samsung at 131, First Floor, Mega Mall, Surendranagar, Gujarat on 06th August 20. He take my mobile and provide me a visiting card mentioning my detail mobile detail and complain and informed us to visit after two days.

          After every two days I have contacted Samsung Authorised Service center but yet they have not repaired my mobile phone mentioning that the parts are not available and they requested the same in company. On 22nd Aug.20 we complained the same in Samsung company and they ask for the service request number. As the service request number was not provided by the authorised center to us we have contacted them and the provide service request number mentioning date 22nd Aug.20 though he had taken our mobile on 06th Aug.20.

          Samsung Authorised agent of Surendranagar cheated us by not giving service request number on time/not followed standard practice.

          Addition to that company fail to provide parts on time and after 20 days still mobile is not repaired.

          Kindly note due to non availability smartphone my children unable to attend the school lecture and their education is suffered.

          Today again I have visited service center, they asked me a original bill and one ID proof after submitting the same they informed us that now they are requesting for new phone and approval take 2 days. After getting approval it will take more 5 days to get the new phone. So have to wait for more 7 working days.

          Kindly note for us more 7 days are more difficult to manage us and kindly do immediate action and resolve within two to three working days (Normal courier timing). Please treat the matter very urgent.

          Why the authorized service agent is giving visiting card mentioning fault in Samsung product?

          Why authorized service agent informed us that the company have informed them to do not issue service request to consumer and have to issue service request while they return the phone after repairing?

          It clearly indicate that the authorized service agent is cheated customer.

                I am waiting from a long time to repair my refrigerator but till now there is no proper solution.                   We bought a samsung inverter ac in sept 2019. It was re installed to a new location in the same room in feb 2020.
                  Since the beginning of summer we have been facing cooling problems nd auto cut off problems with this ac.

                    I am a loyal customer of samsung mobile and samsung other products, i am using samsung mobile since last 15 years i have not faced any major complaints, but recently i encountered screen decoulirization problem with my m 30s model, which is under warranty period. I have tried my level best to convince your service and escalation team but they are not believing me. There is no physical impact is visible neither any scratches visible on the screen, i am 100% confident that the issue is not due to physical impact. It is happened during regular usage. I request you to review the quality of amoled screen to maintain the customer goodwill and request to arrange for screen replacement within the warranty condition.

                          Bought a Galaxy A71 from Samsung India website under the Samsung student program for Rs 30436 vide invoice number DE1MP[protected] dated 28 July 2020.
                          As per the offer I am entitled to get free accidental and damage insurance under this offer.
                          I regret that I have not received any documentation regarding free insurance along with product purchased under this offer. For the last 20 days your support team is trying to befool me by giving false assurances to wait for a couple of days. Now, finally your insurance partner has denied the free complimentary insurance vide an email which reads as follows:
                          Dear Customer,

                          - We have not yet received the Serial Number of your device from Samsung side, therefore Your Device is Not eligible for the Complementary Free Insurance.

                          Normally we receive the Device IMEI Data from Samsung within 10 days from the date of device sale, accordingly you can wait and contact us again after 10 days, in case 10 days already passed and still your data is not received in that case you may please contact your purchase point to clarify further on this (purchase point is from where you purchased the device)

                            I had purchased samsung refrigerator on 02.09.2013 from snapdeal. which is not working now. Samsung engineer visited & informed compressor has gone dead. For warranty claim he demanded invoice. due to system issue snapdeal is unable to share the invoice copy. But product serial number is mentioned which Samsung can check in their system. Than why can't they process my warranty claim.

                              I am getting issues in camera whereas I have submitted my phone phone in march 2019 since then the camera issues I was facing I mailed them but there was no one to pickup the phone from my home as it's a super premium phone I was told at the time of service that o will get doorstep service. I have submitted my phone on 28th January 2020 they called me thrice and told me that my problem has been resolved but it was same as i submitted, intact service staff was using my phone as if it's his own handset. Till date the camera clarity is doesn't met satisfaction levels. Attached are the photos clicked from the handset I want refund for my phone and I also want to file compensation against the hardship I faced.

                                I have samsung galaxy m31 and in my phone the network is come and go after 5 min. I put my phone on airplane mode then it work properly. I go samsung service center metro palaza meerut they does not register my complaint n they said come after 20 days then they will see my phone problem.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  This mail refers to our samsung inverter ac compliant.

                                  In this regard, i’m looking for your support, i explain the case as below:

                                  We purchased inverter split ac on 18th jun, 2019, in gurgaon location:

                                  After a few days of installation, we noticed some cooling issue,

                                  It was working at above 21 degree temp only.

                                  It was not giving the cooling on below 21 degree temp.

                                  We got it checked but didn’t find any issue.

                                  Now again summer came, we opened our ac in march, and found the same cooling issue.

                                  We tried your service center but no one responded, because of covid.

                                  After sometime in may & early june, we could reach your service executive and they told us that there is a service issue and they did the service and committed us that it will work fine.

                                  We are really surprised once it was under warranty there was no leakage in spite of that we mentioned that it may be some leakage, but they were completely reluctant to accept it. They did the service again and closed the call with the ac service category.

                                  Again the same issue since then, we tried to connect them again now they are saying yes there is an issue, we need to get changed some parts and coil, there is some internal leakage.

                                  Once it came out of warranty they told us that there is an issue of leakage which is not accepted to us now they shared the estimate of inr 8100/.

                                  You know the best part of it, they didn't tell us that it is paid even knowing the fact also, yesterday i got calls 4 times for the same, while earlier only we have been making follow –ups to them to resolve our query.

                                  Please suggest, how we can trust, we all know samsung is a trusted brand but if your team will give such services then how a common man will survive.

                                  Please intervene & help, your executives straight forward declined and said do whatever you can do, we are not bothered.

                                    I ve ordered samsung note 10 lite on 29th july and the product should reach before 3rd august, ordered not delivered yet and there is a delay formore than 20 days and samsung customer service is not solving the problem.

                                      A compliant was lodged for faulty speakers, the engineer came replaced the speakers of TV (samsung led tv). Later one vertical line appears on the screen of the tv.

                                        Address: Flat no.-A/10/11, near Ansari Furniture, Martin para Gulshan colony, Kolkata

                                        Cooling failure from branded company like samsung refrigerator within 2 years?? Very surprise.

                                        When i called service center, they told it is out of warranty, and you have to pay around 2-3 thousand to correct it.

                                        I have never seen a refrigerator will start giving you problem at least with in 5 years of its purchase.

                                        If so then really the product of such brand name samsung is not at all appreciable.

                                        But would like to inform you that your representative called once and the call was not audible, may be due to network issue. Is not their duty to call again to clarify the issues?

                                        And the no from which your representative calls, is one sided no, to which no one can call back.

                                        Sir, we have purchased your product for use not for keeping it in a showcase.

                                        Hope you can understand that how we are managing from last 10 days.

                                        Hence request you to do the needful accordingly please.
