Dear Samsung,

I have been following up the issue with Samsung from more than 2 weeks and i didnot got any response from Samsung
When I called to the customer care, they say we will arrange the call but i didnt receive any call till today
I am keeping my washing machine idle because of the issue which i am facing, if you face same issue in your house, do you sit and keep quite?
Please think from customer prospective
After every call i made to customer care i am getting below sms
"Thank you for contacting Samsung.We hope your query was answered satisfactorily. For future reference kindly quote [protected] at 180040-SAMSUNG[protected]"

I request you to handle my issue on priority ASAP

    I bought a mobile note 10 lite from samsung e-store directly on 2-aug-2020 (order id [protected]) and the delivery date which was promised was 12th aug. Today is 20th aug and I have not received the product. Rather the status of the order is same -approved. I have been calling the customer care since 12th aug about the status but I get a pre defined answer that wait for 24-48 hours and then nothing happens. Today I also received a cancellation email from ecom and I don't know whether is cancelled also or not because the customer care people are telling it is not cancelled. This is very much frustrating for a person.

      I purchased samsung a30s on 12th june from a reknowned vendor near my place. Within one month, its charging port was not working. I went yo samsung store to replace it. Now, after all that, my phone started having a black spot without damage done by me. Now my full screen is not visible and samsung customer centre is telling me to pay inr 4600 for the damage which i have not done. This is unfair on samsung's part. Its a new phone. Its been 2 months only and such kind of issues are not acceptable. I will not pay for the screen and samsung should take care of this wherein consumera do not have any mistake of being a loyal customer and still getting such blunder issues in their mobile phone. Take this matter forward.

        I have purchased samsung a 705gzbhins last year. My mobile no is [protected]. The product is now out of warranty. (13 months old). There was problem of charging. The handset was not charging at all with charger. I went to authorized service centre ([protected]) in boisar maharashtra on 11/08/2020 and described them my problem. The centre executive ms mhatre kept my phone along with charger and my billno is [protected]. She told that problem will be solved in 1-2 days. I called in centre on 12/08/2020. It was informed to me that part will come tomorrow and on 14/08/2020 i will get my phone. When i called on 14/08/2020 to collect my phone the different executives started telling me different problem s, one was telling display is gone one was telling there is problem in my motherboard.in last three days they never told me these problems but when i asked my phone they told it will take 8 to 10 days to solve problem. Then she told that motherboard has to be replaced and cost is rs.8000/-. This is looting of customer who has problems. They dont have any parts with them and for minor problems also why they are saying 8-10 days time. Finally i got fade up with the approach of your service executive and their tendency to extract money from needy customer i took my phone back without any repair. I gave the same to one local mobile repair shop and he changed the charging socket part. It cost me only rs 600/- and he got it repaired in 2 hours gave my damaged part back to me. If a local service centre repairs my mobile in 2 hours and inrs 600/- why the authorised service centre is taking 8-10 days and charging exorbitant amount. This is looting the customer. This service centre has totally shattered the faith i have in your product since it was my third samsung phone. These guys are tarnishing your company's image it is requested to take immediate action on such careless and looters otherwise one day they will ruin your brand name. If you don't take any action form company side i will publish this horrible experience of service centre in social media and consumer forums. They did not give meany copy of bill, acknowledgement these cheaters must get strict punishment otherwise your customers will turn away from you. Stop looting the customers.

            I have ordered for a Samsung lnote 10 on August 10th on samsung shop app, I have paid 38000 and to be delivered by 16th August. I dont see any status on the product.
            I have followed up with customer care in innumerable times and sent a email to CEO
            I have tweeted to multiple groups of Samsung but still no use. THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS TAKING MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT.
            I WILL HAVE TO PUBLISH THIS IN TIMES OF INDIA AND DECCAN CHRONICLE IF DONT SEE ANY ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THIS ISSUE.

                I bought a samsung fully automatic waching machine 6.5kgs on 02 January 2020 from Girias, Chennai. The drum was giving some noise while spinning and the whole machine was getting displaced. I placed a complaint in February but the executive assumed that the problem is with the water inlet pipe and re fixed it again.
                The machine did not stop making the noise and also the spin option wasnt working fine.
                Considering the covid situation, I complained again in July. And another executive was assigned to look at the problem. This executive found out that a particular part was missing in the tub and hence the problem during spinning.
                They told me that they will repair it. But I insisted for a replacement. Within 6 months I have complained twice.
                The service team took the machine on 3rd August and said they would inspect and prepare a report and would update on what can be done.

                The next day Mr. Sarvana babu, from the head office, called me and asked for the copy of the bill.

                After that day, I have been calling the customer care and asking for the status of the decision as we did not recieve any update from the head office. The only response I got from customer care was that the complaint is being checked by the head office. The customer service team said they would ask the head office to give me a call back.

                I requested for a call back almost everyday and even then the head office team did not reply. I sent an email to the head office executive Mr. Sarvana babu and recieved no response. I also sent an email to the CEO's office through the website. No reponse to that as well.

                After almost 10 days Mr.Sarvana Babu called me and said that we are proposing a repair of the product, will you be ok with that. I said I want a replacement and am not agreeing to repair.

                Today, 18th August 2020, I called the customer care again and requested for a call back. After 2 call to the customer service, I recieved a call from Mr. Kaushik from the head office. He said only repair is possible and no refund and replacement. I requested to talk to his manager and he said that it is NOT ALLOWED and he HUNG UP on me. I was really surprised. No company would do that.

                Honestly, I am insisting on a replacement or a refund because this is a new product and has to be repaired twice in the first 6 months itself.

                The head office has not been clear with me neither have they updated me whenever I requested for one. They have been irresponsible and careless. I really want someone to look into this and help me out. Today is the 16th day since the washing machine was taken.

                  I ordered a mobile phone on July 24th directly from Samsung India website. They promised a delivery date of July-30. And as of date the delivery has not happened. The product status as of Aug 16 is - being returned.

                  I have tried all options, call Samsung customer care, chat with Samsung support, Email Samsung India Head, Write to CEO (this is really funny). None provided me any update over email or call so far. All I got in this past 30 days is one phone call where they asked for details which I already provided them numerous times over emails. I tried their useless Email CEO Option twice, I just got an email stating they will look into it.

                  All I am looking now is an email from Samsung stating when they can provide my refund, or if at all they are planning to refund. Some form of communication, guys, all this for paying 18000 INR in advance. I did not know it was this hard for a company like Samsung, Just one single email that is free of cost, in return to my hard earned 18000 INR. If you guys cannot even do this, then you might as well stop this business and rather employ people to start robbing people out on the streets openly instead.

                      -my tv went off on 29th july 2020
                      -complaint was filed by the company on 31st july.

                      Complaint no. [protected]

                      -technician visited within few days and said it will be repaired in 2 days.
                      - 2 days later technician says it will take another week
                      - after which he says it will be done today with guarantee
                      -no update is done yet. No service done today.

                      -samsung customer care personnel ravinder singh and navjot promised a callback within 6-7 hours but no callback received.
                      -they are not letting me talk to senior and kept repeating the words "you will get a callback".
                      -navjot has kept the call on mute since 20-30 minutes waiting for me to disconnect.
                      -technician assigned is not shared with me
                      -no contact details available apart from pathetic customer care.

                      Problems
                      -promised service is not delivered.
                      -elderly people are having problem at home who used to watch tv for entertainment
                      -my connection charges are waste because there is no tv to use connection.
                      -my health is at risk because of this pathetic service.

                          I bought Samsung S20 and Buds+ phone for about 6 months, and all off sudden first my buds+ gone bad, and its been replaced only the left bud as it was the problem, and now my S20 become faulty, when I checked with service centre they opened the casing and they say have to change the charging port as its not working. They have no reason why its stopped working where my charging port was not working.

                          All they say they have to replace, my question here is after buying a flagship phone for about 64k without dropping anywhere or wrenching in water, how cum the phone will go faulty in 6 months of time. I sent mail to Samsung Service head, I got one response that we will have a look, thats it; after that no response, its been more than 3 days.

                          Moroever am one of the first customer to prebook and got the phone in Chennai. As they say its a flagship phone and in 6 months it gone bad also I didn't this kind of service with a reputed company on Samsung.

                          Also if i go to service center, we have to wait for 2 to 3 hrs in queue to show my phone for observation, the same happened for me twice as I went one for my buds+ and one for my phone, both gone now.

                          Very worst flagship product.

                            Hi There,

                            My parents bought a samsung refrigerator on 16 June this year. It's a two door refrigerator, one with normal usage part and other for freezer. The refrigerator was working alright until it started freezing everything in the chamber just above the fruit basket. Remember it's not the freezer i am talking about but the bottom section of the fridge. My sister had already lodged a complaint earlier this July. The company sent the engineer twice but they couldn't fix it. My parents don't know how to lodge the complaint online however they are trying to reach the shop and the engineer who came earlier via phone but no one is responding to their complaints. They don't even pick the call anymore and if they does they simply say yes we will come but then no one shows up. Even i myself tried to call the person but no response.

                            I have attached the copy of the invoice for the reference.

                            I request you to please look into the matter and get in touch with me and the seller and help us getting the fridge replaced asap.

                                I am munish sahu. I have lodge 1 complain on samsung customer care on 12 aug with request no. [protected] but till 16 aug not engineer will arranged by sumsung for visit or for checking the issue of a. C after my so many follow samsung customer have too many excuses for delay. I have buy this product under 10 year warranty but i think samsung is not capable to give service as par there policy.

                                Very disappoint when i am calling on customer care always they given me a new date of engineer but no body will come.

                                Please help me for return of this product and i want refund of my money.

                                If company is not capable for his services so why should i pay for this chines product.

                                    I purchase a samsung a50 mobile in warranty period i have sound problem with this mobile. When i go to service center the service engineer check the mobile and give me bill and said that your mobile cover in full free service. Next day call me and said that mobile have motherboard, display and receiver problem and paid charge will be 8100/- rs. But my mobile not have display & motherboard problem when i give them mobile. When i told his thing to them thy said me that thy cannot repair my mobile. And thy close my service request. Now my mobile is in service center.

                                        Samsung m31 128gb mobile new one purchased online recently received on 09/08/2020.. Imei : 355458/11/565395/9. S/n : rz8n7182rvy. Mobile touch failed on today dated on 14/08/2020. Screen lock opened by back finger print and side volume key is working and incoming calls are coming but cont receive and cont switch off also due to touch completely fail...
