Sir, some service engineer paid visit to me yesterday & after checking my refrigerator thoroughly he changed the sensor claiming that problem in the refrigerator is due to the said part & took βΉ590 ùfrom me towords prize of the said part & service charge but the broblem remained intact.On complaining the same fellow again came to me & again examined the refrigerator & reported that its thermocool has got brusted & asked to me to purchase new refrigerator as present one has become useless.Aforesaid revealation has greatly astonished & shocked me.As I had purchased the aforesaid refrigerator relying on the goodwill & reputation o[censored]r company believing that it will be value for money & will last long to my satisfaction, but it proved otherwise.It is pertinent to mention here that the aforesaid snag developed in the refrigerator is due to manufacturing defect.
You are there requested to get my aforesaid refrigerator exchanged with new one or refund my money forthwith else I shall take shelter of consumer forum & jago grahak for redressal of my grievance.Which plz.note.

Sir, it is very sorry to say that my grievance has yet not been redressed despie giving several mail & making request time & again.It seems that u are not at all interested to rule out my problem & giving deaf ear to it.Now I have no option to dissuade my acquaintances & relative not to purchase any product o[censored]r company citing the inferior quality o[censored]r product & very poor services rendered by ur company.I shall also be constrained to take recourse of electronic media to expose very poor quality of product manufactured by ur company & very very poor & abysmal services rendered by it besides taking legal action against u at ur cost.Which plz.note.

Sir, some officer o[censored]r company namely Anupama Rajput had assured me on 7.9.2020 that my problem will be ironed out positively within a week as the matter has been reffered to head office, but the aforesaid assurance proved to be bare assurance as my grievance has yet not been redressed.
You are thetefore requested to rule out my problem forthwith else I shall be constraied to take the step as referred by me in my earlier mail.Which please note.
Please don't buy samsung m11 mobile through samsung.Com website. I ordered a mobile on 20th July and the mobile is not delivered yet. Today is 12th august
When I check with customer care, they say that item is shipped. When I check with courier, they say that mobile is lost and asking me to check with customer care. I called the customer care about 10 times. Every time they raise a ticket and the ticket would get closed stating order is already shipped.
Worst behaviour from customer care representatives. They don't have any escalation matrix as well.
I am stuck and not sure of next steps.
