This is to inform you that I purchased a Refrigerator on 15th June 2020 from Bindra Radio & Electric Corporation. I got the Bill Dated 14th June 2020. I don't know why I have got 1 day old Bill????
Moreover After switching on the Brand New Refrigerator, there is no Cooling at all.
Instead of Calling the Samsung Helpline number, No action is being taken.
Also, Local Dealer Phone number is Switched off.
Pls find attached the Bill Copy for your Reference.
This is the first time I am Observing that Samsung is cheating it's Customers by taking shed of Corona Virus.
In this Pandemic Situation, When Govt Agencies are Helping people, Samsung is doing Fraud by Supplying Brand New Defective refrigerator.
I will be Raising a complaint on Consumer forum too.Atleast now wake up Samsung and don't Spoil your Image in the Market.

    My name is rajasekhar reddy and in 2018 we bought new samsung tv from narasaraopet, guntur (Dt), andhra pradesh. Tv is not coming from last few days and i spoke to authrozed dealer in narasaropet. They are not coming to seeing the problem of tv.

    I have called him multiple times but not lifting the phone and dropped a note in what;s up but no reponse. Pls help

        It has been only two years since the purchase of the new refrigerator considering a good quality brand like samsung but it is highly disappointing that within the span of two years, it got repaired and needed an engineer visit three times (You can check record my cell no.[protected]). It broke my quality trust on samsung and i would never recommend anyone to purchase any product of samsung. Every time i had to pay 400 to 800 rs to a service engineer and my wife told what a bogus brand you purchase. Please look into the matter and in the last visit the engineer said that thermocol on the backside is getting weaker so the issue will be there in future also. I don't know how poor quality is used and he also said it is not an issue with any other refrigerator, but ones in 100 may have that means i got defective piece by paying rs.32000 in cash to have a good brand like samsung.

        Beside this, the company engineer charged me of rs.472.00 and i have receipt for that too and very next day one message received in my mobile that rs.290 you have to paid against your complain. What this going on i dont know. My contact no. Is [protected]. My complaint no. Is [protected].

          I am from latur maharashtra my pincode is 413512

          I purchased samsung ssd which is under warranty of 5 years

          The disk has stopped working recently and now it's not detected any other pc/laptops, i contact to samsung support call they said there is no support for ssd in samsung call support firstly they said contact the seller where you purchased they can help then i did call again to samsung support now they said email to
          B2b. [protected]@samsung.com i did mail them first of all there is no service center for ssd in my city. They are giving me other service center address which is located in nagpur and its 600km from my city kindly give me solution what do i do now they are ignoring my mails

          I have already sent all the relevant documents to team samsung.

            I submitted my m30 samsung mobile on 20 march 2020 at samsung service center vashi, navi mumbai. They told to take one week time for service my mobile. I have the warranty they agreed for service. I requested a spare mobile for one week. They provided samsung s8 edge which is a really expensive mobile. They stretched their time and delayed the service and lockdown also started, due to which i was unable to reach the service center. During the period of time i was using the s8 edge mobile. They gave it without any cover or any scratch guard for the mobile. The phone fell off my hands and developed a small scratch on the screen, although the display was working well. They charged me rs. 12, 385 for the issue. This is really a bad kind of behaviour. First of all they didn't mention that it was an expensive mobile, and the mobile which i gave was a lot cheaper one. Two complaints are:
            1. He gave me an expensive mobile instead of a cheap mobile, my mobile was only of 15, 000rs.
            2. He gave the mobile without any cover or scratch guard.
            3. He charged me rs.12, 385 just for the scratch.

            This was my first service with samsung. I really regret with the service they have provided. He charged me such an high amount, it is like they have planned to give the phone without cover or scratch guard.
            He should given a cheap mobile instead of mine.
            I request to take strict actions against the person.
            I want my money back.

              Issue:sweating issue for the fridge

              Contacted many times the customer service.
              The service person said the issue was sweating and it will happen 1 per 1000 refrigerators manufactured. Our complaint was well known to the samsung service in calicut, they played a lot and now our warranty period got over and the issue not resolved.
              Bad experience from samsung products (Two month back our samsung television also stopped working).

              Dear samsung team: we are expecting a quick solution on our issue.

                Its been 10 days since i have been looking for applying for refund for a samsung galaxy buds+ which was malfunctioning when received. I have been made to go to service center twice despite buying the product online from samsung's website. There has been no solution. Below given are the details of my ticket on zendesk login. My message to the company today is also given below it.

                As advised i visited the service center at sion yesterday but the service center was closed. They i visited the service center again today, met mr. Shabbir (Very courteous person), as per him there is no doa which he can give for earbuds and he asked me to speak with the customer care only. I called customer care from there itself, had a hour long call with the representation by the name of robin. He specifically mentioned that he does not know how to help me, he spoke with the shabbir also multiple times however they were not able to give a solution. On asking robin to put me across a senior person he tried, not once but in different intervals multiple times to get a senior person on call who perhaps would have the authority / knowledge to help me, the senior resource refused to come on the call. Despite multiple attempts and almost an hour long call i finally left the service center and came back. I fail to understand why samsung has choose to not educate their representatives well to have solutions for such issues. It's a matured organization and still such amateur behavior is exhibited. I am giving you guys 2 business days to resolve this issue, you have sent a malfunctioning product and now are harassing me for no reason, i want my money back pronto. Else i would not leave any stone unturned in sharing this experience in all forums which matter.

                Despite this if i don't get a favorable response, i would enter a samsung store and throw this product at the reception, ensure it's captured on a video and shall put the same on social media. Don't treat this as a threat but am left with no option now.

                  Hello i am extremely disappointed in the service of Merchant communication, ONE OF YOUR PRESTIGIOUS SERVICE CENTER in surat,

                  i had given my phone for service under warranty, i have been called to the service center twice without any sense and i haven't received my phone yet.
                  moreover the owner is miserably rude to people, the staff looks annoyed always and the work is almost exclusively delayed every time.

                  This made me type this complaint, the owner is as rude as it gets, he yelled and kicked out a senior citizen out of the shop, and made him wait unnecessarily outside the service center even though there was ample amount of space to sit on the benches even after following proper social distancing rules. this behavior is uncalled for and not professional at all.

                  i had given my phone for service on 2nd of june, it has exactly been 10 days now with the phone still not repaired and returned.
                  i was called to service center on 10th of june and 11th of june saying that the phone is ready for pickup, made me sit there for 45 min just to say that please come back tomorrow again. my house is quite far and it takes FUEL TIME AND ENERGY to travel and just to waste so much of time in the service center.

                  i request you to kindly speedup the process and charge a penalty to the above mentioned service center, kicking a senior citizen out is an offense and reflects on your professionalism.

                  the issue resolved after endlessly calling the customer service, and then in turn customer service calling the owner of the samsung store. My phone was released with the technical issue on their end still not resolved, the whole process took 3 days in total. sincerely thanking you for your help.

                      I placed my order (Order number [protected]) on 21st may, which was supposed to be delivered before 2nd of jun. Today is 10th jun and the order is still not dispatched and is in approved state. I have wasted a lot of time over phone/email/chat. The only answer that i got was that it will be processed soon. Kindly wait for 7-10 days.
                      I really feel robbed after investing close to 60k inr in your product.
                      I am facing a lot of issue as my current refrigerator has stopped working and i desperately need this product at the earliest. I am not sure that this order will be dispatched or cancelled and how much time am i supposed to be waiting for.
                      I have written to service head as well and for the past 10 days their only reply is that we will contact you soon.

                      I am not getting any answers regarding my order i really request you to get me out of this misery. I do understand that these are tough times for all o[censored]s.

                        This is a very sad service and experience i’ve been having with such a big company of yours “samsung”
                        I would to bring to your notice that this has been going on since 2 months now.
                        I’ve been calling samsung service team and the service technicians almost everyday and they do nothing.
                        I’ve had only one technician visit since the past 2 months who said he will reach out the head office and i haven’t heard back.
                        I would post all this feedback on the online forums if this is continuing this way.
                        I have the ac under warranty and they’ve been a pain to work with to get my ac fixed.
                        I don’t expect this from a company as big as yours.
                        I’ve sent my bill and the pictures they’ve asked to multiple people and they keep asking the same stuff but they don’t respond to calls nor they arrange anyone to fix it.
                        This is very frustrating and not acceptable at all.
                        I’ve lived all summer without ac.
                        I would like to take it a step ahead and let all your officials know what kind of experience i am having with samsung.

                          My samsung m31 phone auto restart at anytime and taking long time to open and start.
                          On services center company engineer not to identify what's the problem and they only install the new software. But on installing new software this problem regenerate in few days. So i request please order the samsung services center gonda engineers to check it's internal circuit system.

                            I am using samsung a-30 (Imei: [protected]) for last 11 months with trust and faith but now i am losing my trust from samsung.
                            Camera of my mobile was failed 3 months ago and that was replaced at service center (1st floor, shop no. 18, community center, okhla i, delhi 110020). Unfortunately camera of my mobile again failed.
                            I revisited the same service center on 08/06/2020 with token number ws052 but very cool and unsatisfactory response was given to me. The camera was not in stock and not certain when it will be available.
                            I am very much frustrated with this mobile (Without camera).
                            I request you to please replace the set or arrange camera immediately or arrange proxy mobile for time being.
                            If the solution is not possible i will proceed this frustrating issue to the media and other public consumer forums.

                                  I logged a complaint with samsung against my refrigerator around mid march, they sent an engineer and he replaced a part of the refrigerator and also took the visiting charges. Total amount was 3000 for the replaced part and 700 for the visiting.
                                  We were communicated that this part comes with a warranty of 3 months.
                                  Soon after the repair the same problem started again and we logged a complaint again on 14th april, due to lockdown they sent the engineer after couple of weeks. He visited us and did nothing and said that keeping the temperature of the refrigerator to 5 degree would solve the issue. It did not solve the issue.
                                  Due to lockdown we were facing lots of problem, all the vegetables were getting spoiled.
                                  We called the service centre multiple times but could'nt get any response from them but no response.
                                  Last complaint was raised on 27th may but no response till yet.
                                  This is causing lot of inconveniences to the family, request samsung to please look into it.

                                      Washing machine motor has been changed five month back but since last two month machine is not working i have called to local team who has repairing last time but since last five days daily basic they promise to come but still he has not come customer care no is not working
                                      Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        We had ordered s10 lite on 29th may, order id: [protected] it's been over a week and it still hasn't been delivered. Whereas the given delivery date was 6th june!
                                        On contacting customer care they were also unable to help us. It is requested to resolve the issue at the earliest.
                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
