It’s been hardly an year that we bought this so called premium product from samsung thru reliance digital in bangalore. Suddenly we found the fridge smelling. The technician from reliance came and said it may be due to food items, after a night we see no cooling.
Never faced this issue in whirlpool fridge we used for 17 years.
We still await solution from samsung??

    I have purchased samsung refrigerator on 27th april from official samsung website and paid through my credit card. Till may ending i didn't received it and i consider it because of lockdown. Then i started following up with customer support about delivery. Here start all mess at first they gave me excuses of lockdown then gave their dealer's contact number who is unaware of samsung. Then their ceo desk got involved and here again turn table where i received call from someone vaibhav from ceo desk stating he will make sure the fridge will get delivered by 20th june which didn't happen. Then come ravi sharma from samsung customer support who said he will reply me by 1st july and all of sudden i got email my order was cancelled. After keeping my money for more than 2 months, they cancelled the order without my consent. Now refunding me 16923.74 instead of actual amount of 24700. I want justice for my hard earned money and punishment for all these fraudster so that no one else have to face same issue again.

    If you people didn't accept your fault for not fulfilling order. You forced me to file police complaint against Samsung for fraud and I have all my data log ready to prove that I didn't cancelled this order.

      Charged me for Gas charging despite under warranty

      FRAUD AND CHEATING DONE TO ME BY YOUR DEALER AND TEAM OF TECHNICIANS

      I had purchased Split Air Conditioner of Samsung (Model No. AR18RV3HETYNNA) on 03rd June 2019 from your dealer “Sargam India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Preet Vihar, Delhi-92 (Invoice 1 Attached).
      Please note that They sold the unit to us by saying that this particular AC has 5 years of Gas recharge from Samsung. This only offer...

      I brought a Samsung top load washing machine exactly 1 year back. I took resq warranty too for additional 3 years I.e tile 2024.

      My washing machine starts fine and takes in water post which nothing happens. Drum does not rotate. I have raised a ticket and service person visited to check the problem.

      It so hard to believe but technician said, rat has bit the motor windings. I have also brought Samsung rat mat as per suggestion. However that rat mat is also bitten and the motor winding too.

      Technician is mentioning that it’s not covered under my resq also. What I don’t understand is, why is the motor not covered or protected from rats inside the machine and what is the use of rat mat. This is also an uncontrollable issue similar to a fluctuation in power.

      I would expect this to cover under the warranty.

        This is my 4th step to you and probably last, as i am getting sure that even complaining to ceo also not taken seriously. After my first email, i recevied a call which was missed as i was not available at that time. I also received an email stating that my your person has called and i missed so complaint has been forworded to customer support department. I sent second email stating that i wish to talk to someone from your office because writing will show you my pain and loyalty towards samsung products. I recevied a call post my second email and lady explained me that it jas been forwarded to the department and the will resolve my issue in 24 to 48 hours. While i was doubtful but she convenieced me to wait and see the reault. I agreed. Today i recevied a call from your different demo department, he sqid he is visiting my office for demo. He came and asked for starter kit, which i explained him that i have not received and have registered complaint at all the possible platform. For my surprise, he said no problem and started demo.in each line he was saying when yoi will receive starter kit it will have this kind of equipment and you need to use it like this. He completed full demo like this. I and my wife who was reminding me not to trust samsung any more as her friends have given a negative feed back, we were watching each other faces. It is more than 48 hours, no one contacted from your concern department where you have forwarded my complaint as explained by the mam who called me and she was so sure, will now realise that how serious your support department is. I bought your micro oven on last saturday and yet to use it. While you took money on the same day. It is a clear cas2 of cheating, fraud and ignorqnce. I have kept all three complaint copies including this one, to let people know that how serious samsung employees are with customer care and how they cheat. I have contacted your dealer vijay sales laso, they said it was over, will be aent shortly. I dont believe this how can be starter kit is not available when the model is avilable. That means your dealer in agreement with samsung selling parts of items and sending items to customer with missing parts? I am afraid it may be possible that orginal internal items like coil, heater etc. May have aold and replaced with duplicate item? These thing you need to answer as your delivery and support department have forced me to ask such questions. Very shortly i will start fight for my rights on different platform, as ai am confident that no one is serious at samsung and all are passing the bug to other. It is possible that for any genuine reason your support department has not reaolved me problem, but it was the dury of your department to check and l2t me know as your person confirmed me that i need to wait for 24 to 48 hours and see the magic. I am not able to use my micro oven after pating you guys is a very very serious issue. Also, last four daus this has became my additional duty to follow and keep raising to you. Personally, i dont like writing a comaplin to you, i believed samsung is not any other brand.

              Never expected that i would need a gas leak issue in 14 months od usage of rs 50, 000 product

              Never displaced, lying at same location/position where delivered and installed. Used by an old couple and you can expect the level o[censored]sage. I think on average would be opened 4-5 times a day.
              Have a good stabilizer installed to avoid any voltage fluctuations.

              What better service you can expect from customer to provide your half a lakh product.

              I think your customer care should be directed to customers rather than your executives as your services are as pathetic as your product.

              Say no to samsung and all it's product. Which refrigerator needs gas filling in 14 months?

                  Dear sir/ ma'am,

                  I anula agrawal, recently purchased (On 13th june) a samsung m31 phone from your website (Order number [protected]), and it suddenly stopped working. I went to the nearby service centre and wanted to replace that phone. They told me that there is a problem with its display and they will repair it and not able to replace it. As the replacement policy is only for 14 days, but my phone stopped within 14 days only, but the google map shows the wrong address of the service centre because of that i became late. Also, if the product has a manufacturing defect, and if i complain about it within 18 days, it is not my fault.

                  Please consider my request. I want to replace that phone. As this model (Imei: [protected]) stopped working within two weeks, i do not have trust that it will work properly in future. They told me they would replace it after three times repair within a year. So its seems that they just want to complete the one year (Time of warranty period). If the new product is defective at least, you have to give me the replacement. I will be very grateful to you if you help me replace my phone or take it back and give my money back so that i will buy another phone.

                  Same thing happen to me in 14 days my A 51 also stopped working with only Samsung logo. They are not replacing the set. Repaired two times and forcing to collect repair mobile set. No one to see customer concern.

                    I have been following up with samsung for replacing my refrigerator (Defective and expensive), but not getting any proper response and resolution from them.

                    I purchased the refrigerator around feb end. Within 3 months, the refrigerator stopped cooling. On complaining to samsung, they said the compressor has stopped working and asked us to wait for 10 days for it to get replaced. I had to keep calling samsung to get it replaced sooner, which happened on 19th june.

                    Within 3 days of changing the compressor, the refrigerator again stopped cooling. I raised the complaint on 25th june and there has been no resolution yet. This is definitely a defective refrigerator that samsung has sent and my simple ask is to replace it immediately, which is going around in circles.

                    1. I had to call multiple times to get the service engineer visit my place on 27th june
                    2. Samsung probably has no records of the service engineer that came - they are asking me the name of the person who came over and what was the conversation
                    3. I was promised for a resolution on 29th june, that did not happen
                    4. I was again promised for a resolution on 30th june, between 1-2 pm, that again has not happened

                    The refrigerator has stopped cooling twice within a week and i'm continuously asking them to replace the defective refrigerator, but haven't received a proper response from the team.

                    I would request help on getting on the refrigerator replaced immediately - with the current lockdown situation, i'm not willing to take any risk with this defective expensive refrigerator and i was hoping for a much more prompt response from samsung. This is highly inconvenient and not expected from a brand like samsung.

                    I have shared all invoices, model number documents with them. The responses i'm getting is the ticket has been forwarded to xyz team and the team will call you back - there is no resolution and it is just going around in circles.

                      I submitted my tab for repair at new rays enterprises jalandhar that give estimate for rs 8080/- and no guarantee for the parts gh[protected], but i refused because i want to checked from another after that's i found from another person, they say me that only ic dead and its cost about approx rs 1500/- so i repair from there, i just informed you that's your service vendor looted. Kindly look linto the matter and return my inspection amount,. If required i can submit both side document for supporting, so take necessary action against the vendor which are looting to the customer.

                        I ordered a mobile handset on samsung india website on 3rd june 2020. The mobile was immediately shipped from chennai on 4th june with scheduled delivery date of 7th june 2020. However, till date i. E. 30th june 2020, the order has not been received by me.
                        On continuous follow ups with samsung customer care as well as written number of e-mails to samsung, i did not get my order delivered. Then to the great surprise of me, i got an update that the order has been cancelled by samsung without consent from me. On enquiry of the same, i was told that due to some technical issue the same has been cancelled.
                        Why the customer has to suffer for any issues with the company? When i was requesting for the cancellation, i was told that the order can not be cancelled when the product is in transit and i can cancel the same once i receive the order. If that is the rule, then how samsung can can cancel the order and that too when i was requesting & samsung representative has acknowledged for delivering the same at the earliest. Are the rules different for seller and consumer?
                        Basically samsung had taken upfront money from me on 3rd june, and in return i had not received any product as well as refund for almost a month. I also do not know how much refund i am going to get and till what date. How i am going to be compensated by samsung for this mental agony as well as not able to given the mobile during this lockdown to my parents, who are suffering due to that?

                          We ordered a washing machine on 13 may and received a defective product on 5jun. We immediately mailed them regarding replacement/refund. They are not even telling if there will be a refund or not otherwise we would have bought another one. But there hasn't been any update till now. We have called the customer care almost every day but all we get is 'your issue is escalated and someone will call you back', but nobody has reached us till now. We are feeling very helpless as we have nowhere to go.

                            Dear sir

                            We had purchased the refrigerator bearing model no.: rt65k7058bs/tl on[protected] from croma.

                            It has been less than 1 year and the refrigerator has already started giving problems with cooling and water lodging in the non freezer area.

                            My first complaint was lodged on
                            1) 25/4/2020 which was not attended to citing lockdown reasons, then on
                            2) 27/4/2020 again the same was lodged which was again cancelled by your backend team citing lockdown reasons,
                            3) then on 01/06/2020 it was again lodged which was attended and the engineer had advised us to keep the fridge closed with all stuff removed from both freezer and non freezer area, and shut it down for 72 hours and then again restart for 2 hours and then stuff the material inside, this was done but again the problem persisted.
                            4) then on 25/6/2020 your engineer again came and he said that there is a gas problem, gas needs to be refilled.
                            5) then on 27/6/2020 your engineer again came with the gas refilling and he told that this cannot be repaired the fridge needs to be replaced.

                            I need you to help me solve this problem as soon as possible as my pantry items are getting spoilt.

                            Enclosed herewith the snapshot of various visits by your engineers.

                            I need your reply to proceed further.

                              I purchased the very known device named as samsung m 11 from a store situated in patna shop no. 104 aashiyana harinivas new dakbunglow road patna 800001. I purchased this phone today itself and the moment i reached my home the entire screen of the phone came out and it seems that the shopkeeper or the workers have either replaced my entire screen or the screen itself is highly defective.
                              I want to know the value of my money invested on this known company.
                              Is this how u deal with customers?

                              I want a justice against my worth and samsung please take an initiative or else have to sue the company name itself!

                                This is to inform you that i purchased samsung mobile a-51 on 03/06/2020 which stop working on 15/06/2020. Due to office work i submitted that mobile to nearest service centre (D-1, sector 3, noida, uttar pradesh, 201305) on 17/06/2020. After some day they told me to submit cheque and other detail to provide new mobile due to part not available. But after some days when i called to service centre to check status they told me that they repairing my mobile and part is available now after repairing and quality test they will provide mobile. When they called me to collect i found defect in mobile set again. I am using samsung mobile since last 15 years, but this time i will not going to tell anyone to go for samsung due to this quality of product which stops working in this short period of time and also this type of service behaviour from service centre
                                Now below is my concern.
                                1) why i receive repaired phone two or three times in 20 days.
                                2) what is the guarantee that it will not stop working again in this guarantee period.
                                3) do you provide in written that it will not stop again and if you will replace with new one.

                                Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                No response till now. Forcing to collect repaired mobile set without any written communication that if next time same thing happen Samsung will replace mobile set. Just talking in conversation that will see for some solution in future if this happen again.

                                  Respected sir/ madem,
                                  My name is mangesh sadhuji saosakade from nashik i brought
                                  Rt34t4632nv top mount freezer with curd maestro™ 314lfrom new comfort dealer in dattat mandir chowk nashik road state maharashtra dealer mobile no. [protected]. Dealer deliver me defective piece on date[protected] and samsung engineer came to my home for demo and he saw that the curd box not connected and all wiring of courd box was not connected properly to socket and due to not connected of curd box to freez display also not workeing properly then he told me to replace the product from dealer and next day two engineer from samsung came to my home and they also told me that the product was replaced from dealer and also call from samsung center regarding replacing of refrigerator but when i contacted to dealer and told him that samsung told me to repalce that product from dealer but the dealer said to me not replace hole regigirator we replaced only curd box in to freez and min 10 days for changing curd box after change the curd box refrigerator will work normaly but i told him if curd box replaced and refrigerator also not work properly and i create another issue then where i go who is responsible for that and then i asked to dealer for refund my money then he refuse to refund my money and said my worked only to delivered the product not repalce and refund and said contact with samsung told him samsung executive also said me to replace freez but he can't agree to replace and refuese all regarding replacing issue and spoke rudely like my call not receiving not to give proper ans also talking not well so please tell me that where i go for solve my problem. My frustration level is growing very high level and mentaly harrsed becoz of this issue and i dont know where i go for my resolve issue, dealer not properly answered and samsung told that replaced from dealer and i uploaded the video captured by samsung executive who came for demo.
                                  So i request to u please take immediate action on my request and resolve my issuue as soon possible

                                  Dealer bol raha ki replacement karne ki liye 1 se 2 mahine lagrange aur mai itne din nahi ruk sakta maine paise diye hai aur muje mera product abhi tak nahi mila chalu karke. Freez na hone ke karan mere ghar mai roj bohot problem ho rahi hai sabji kharab hona sudh kharab hona in sari pareshani ya muje ho rahe aur mentaly harrassed ho raha hai aur samsung wale bol rahe ki aap delaer se baat karlo . Ab muje nahi samj aaraha hai ki mai javu kaha pe ek tonite paise kharch karke muje he ghuma hi ja raha hai aur proper ans nahi mil raha hai . Aur mai paise deke itne din kyu ruku mere thodi galti hai product defective hai to mai to delaer ko bologna aur dealer bol raha rukna padenga air mujmai abhi patience nahi hai. Delere bol raha hai wo jo defective piece hai wo change karke deta par 10 din rukna padenga . Mai ruk nahi sakta aur rukna padenga to muje dusra dusra solution chaheye jab tak defective peice replace nahi hota .

                                    I have purchased a fridge 4 years back and now it's not working and came to know that it's an issue with compressor. I have lost my fridge bill and the samsung outlet is also closed now from where i have purchased.

                                    It was a direct samsung out let and it's closed now... Now the service engineer is not considering my product under warranty. But my product is covered 10 years warranty. It's mentioned on my fridge - 10 years compressor warranty.

                                    Service engineer is also aware that it's within warranty... But he is asking bill copy to work on this request...

                                      I lodged a service complaint with samsung service centre on 30th may 2020. I received the following message intimating with reference 1409m93. A technician had come and replaced thermostat, pin sensors, blaffer thermostat and collected rs.5200/- but the refrigerator did not work the next day.
