Mr. Ceo,

Need your urgent attention and intervention in this case.
This kind of ignorance is not excepted from you and brand like samsung.
Sorry to mention above line but your entire team has made me to mention that.

I had place the caption order on 10.05.2020 under samsung corporate sale program.
On 21.05.2020 i request to change my shipping address and request your team to deliver the order on my billing address as the order was n only approved status. As per the samsung faq/terms & condition if the order is packed or shipped no changes is accommodated & that i understand & agree too.

As my order was in approved status & confirm from one of your customer support team member also confirm that this can be done as order is in approved status only. He has forwarded the request to concern department.

From your support team i received a response and a call stating that address can’t be changed. When i ask them to read the t&c and faq the first question say if the order is packed or shipped no changes are accommodated, 3 attempts will be made to deliver the product if not picked order will be canceled and refund will be initiated.

Many times i had explain the same team to each and every member to your so called support team.
One day i got a call from summit manager of support team. He told me that we are writing a mail to savex team for change in shipping address & it will be done. But no movement happen & no update has been provided to me till date.

On 26 or 27 may 2020 i had highlighted this case to mention ceo email i. E. '[samsung.com] service head india' ; '[samsung.com] samsung estore' support. [protected]@samsung.com. But no action has been taken. Then i got the call from mr. Prince where i had once again explain him the entire case he has assured me that the changes will be done and i am forwarding this case to our head office & you will be communicated soon. But as usual no response and no change in the shipping address.

After that i had call multiple time to your support team and ask them to connect with summit & prince for my request. But they refuse to do so. On 02.06.2020 spoke to mr. Mohit of samsung support desk and ask him to please connect me with mr. Prince as he was supposed to give me call & update on my request, instead of connecting me mr. Mohit has display a unprofessional, arrogant & rigid. He told me address can’t be changed and cancel the order. I also request him that i want to speak with mr. Prince today and need resolution for that i am ready to wait over call. Hs reply was “ i can’t connect with him if you want to hold the call for 1hr, 2 hr or 10hr you can wait” after some time he commit me that i will receive call from mr. Prince in next 2hr. But as usual no call has been made to me from any samsung people.

On 03.06.2020 i got a text message & email communication stating that the order has been packed & dispatched to early mention shipping address.
Am not able to understand why the product has been dispatched without changing my shipping address. I call your support team and ask them to connect me with mr. Prince, finally on 03.06.2020 i got call from mr. Prince and he assured me that same has been forwarded to head office and we will discusses this case with savex and get this delivered to nagpur address and same will be updated to me on 04.06.2020 by 7pm.

Still i am waiting for revert.
I had attached all the possible communication mails & ticket details for your reference & investigation.

I think i had really made a mistake by purchasing samsung product & feel this is a harassment. There is no tat for customer query resolutions as the request has been placed on 21.05.2020 and today is 04.06.2020 almost 15 days nor professionalism in delivering what has been committed.

This is the final request from my end to deliver the order to my billing address only i. E. H no. 17 mb town pahse 1 bandhu nagar zingabai takli mankapur road nagpur 440013 maharashtra.

Please don’t force me to lodge a complaint in consumer court with all this details.

In the attached mail is requested to change my shipping address. I. E. The order has to be deliver at my billing address. Which is h. No. 17 m b town pahse 1 bandhu nagar, zingabai takli, mankapur road nagpur 440013 maharashtra.
Shipping address change request has been raised on 21.05.2020 when the order is in approved status only i. E. The product is not packed nor it has been shipped or dispatch.
As per the samsung term & condition changes can’t be done when the product is shipped or dispatch.

For last 5-6 days i am chasing with samsung support team to do the necessary changes but same is not happing. I had raised this concern to ceo team on 24.05.2020, still waiting for response.

This type of customer service is really not acceptable from the global brand like samsung. Really it’s a disappointment movement for me & i really feel i am getting harassed by samsung support team for such a small genuine request.

There is no question of cancellation as the first instalment of emi has been generated in my citibank credit card statement and which i have to pay by 10.06.2020.

    Dear sir,
    I had purchased the samsung refigerator fae ion ptsn last year in september 2019 with the receipt number 15518 due to moisture the partition connection was loose which was repaired by the technician and the same problem was repaired by your people two three times when the refrigerator was in warranty which means the refrigerator was one and half years old and when third time the problem occurred the technician asked me to pay him rs 590 this is clear cheating and i paid the amount with protest and request you to refund back the amount ie rs 590

      Sir, i had purchased a samsung bluetooth headset on 19/3/2020. After 2 months of purchase of the same it has broken. When i went to the service center at gandhidham, kutch district, gujarath, on today morning i. E[protected] they are claiming that it has physical damage. When there was no physical damage that has happened from my side and neither it has fallen. It damaged automatically and the gum from the rubber was out. When i reported this at the service centre they are asserting a false statement that i tried to join the broken one with a fevicol. When i asked to show up the fevicol content the employee at the centre is silent. I am a regular customer of samsung since 2014. I appreciate no complaints since then, but when i found a complaint with the bluetooth headset and complained about it, the treatment was unsatisfactory. I would request you to look into the matter. If one cannot treat their customers properly is quite tolerable, but judging and claiming false statements isn't. So kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest or else my ₹2999 will be waste.

              Hello samsung..

              I have purchased samsung level you bluetooth on 12 february 2020, but now bluetooth is not working properly.
              Might be there is technical problem as voice is breaking in between while listening the song and it disconnected automatically several times whether on call or on using it, and battery backup is also reduced drastically and taking too much time to charged.

              Due to covid 19, i am unble to raise complaint.

              Kindly look into this and registered my complaint.

              I will contact customer service once situation will be in control.

                    I brought samsung a20.. I have the warranty card also.. It's not expired till now.. Now my phone showing different coloring toper on the right side.. And it's increasing.. Today i approached samsung service center in kollam polayathode.. But they are not willing to do the service and they refusing and saying such silly things.. That's very shamefull... We trusted samsung mobiles.. Bt this is not a good method to treat a customer on this kind of way.. I need a speedy action on this.. Pls take an action against this..

                      I had ordered a galaxy s9 (64 gb, black) on 8th may'20. The order number for my product is - [protected]. The product was supposed to be delivered on 27th may'20.

                      Since then, i have been tirelessly mailing/calling the samsung team to get hands on my product as the same has been in 'approved' state from day 1. After being given false promises from the team and some supervisor by the name of mr. Prince, i still do not have my product. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes to reach the consumer helpline as the team has always been busy. I am done with explaining my issue to each executive that picks up my call.

                      They tell me that the product has been dispatched and give me details for the other product i had ordered (Galaxy buds plus - [protected]). The buds were ordered much later than the phone and they have been delivered. Hence, i cannot believe that product is being delayed due to the corona virus travel restrictions.

                      I have been a loyal and dedicated customer of samsung from over 10 years now. I am literally taken aback on how pathetic their service is and how incompetent the team is. I have been promised hundreds of call back from various executives (Rajat, tushar, etc.) and have got none.

                      If the product is out of stock then why was it approved in the first place. The irony is after all this crap i have been through, my product was cancelled. I have requested a reorder of my product (Case number[protected] and do not know when i will get my product. I have already paid 1 installment for the phone and i still do not have it.

                      It has been a terrible experience!

                      Requesting an urgent solution and want the phone as soon as possible.

                        Today, ref rt34t4542s8 refrigerator was delivered at my address:flat 602, 4/2, middleton street, kolkata-700071, purchased from fundamental electronics, pvt ltd, kolkata, challan no:1424, invoice no:febg/20-21/0209, dt 3.6.20, in exchange of my old one. I have been instructed not to open the cardboard box, & not to start it, as it w'd be installed by your person. My all food stuff are lying out, getting rotten in this hot weather, as the old one has been taken away by you. I insisted your dealer to complete this process of installation by you at the earliest, for this reason. This was my condition of purchase in this lockdown period, & your mr. Tapas & mr. Sil assured me that the installation w'd be done immediately after the delivery, the same day.
                        But what is this? When w'd this installation take place? How long shall i wait? Do i have to witness all my food stuff getting rotten in front of me??

                            Complaint already lodged. Service request number is [protected]. This is third time failure in a month. Not able to rectify the error. My fridge is only 2 years old. Already spent ₹ 1000/=. After spending ₹ 30000/=, i should have trouble free performance for at least 3 years. Even if there is any repair it should be rectified in one attempt. I need not keep contacting you every week. Service is very bad. If manufacturing defects noted even after guaranty period, it should be rectified at minimum cost. That it falls into bad repairs often shows some part mistake or assembly mistake. Kindly see it is rectified immediately with minimum cost.

                              We have purchased a dual invertor ac bearing machine no ar24nv3jgmcxna on 29/5/2020 fro viva electronics laxmi nagar new delhi 110092 and installed on 30/5/2020 but since the its compressor is not working we made complaint on same day no. [protected] your engineer visited on 2/6/2020 and told us that pcv is not working and will be changed by next day but he did not turn thereafter nor he is giving any positive response we made several complaint to your customer care but they taking it very casually despite the fact of compulsion of purchasing ac in such atmosphere will be over by the coming of monsoon this very unprecedented approach amount to cheating to client on pretext of best post sale service kindly fix the problem with 24 hrs or you take back your machine and refund our money with cost of pain and suffering

                                I have raised a compliant for my washing machine. Its been over 20 days the machine is not working and i have called over 15 times, but no one has ever cared to call me back or send an engineer at my home.
                                This is pathetic service by samsung. They sell expensive products in the name of service and at the time of need simply disappear.
                                Every time i call customer care, they tell me the complaint will be resolved in next 2 days and they give me 100% assurance for the same, but still no one ever responds to the complaint.
                                I think samsung products should not be allowed to be sold in india if they cant provide services for the same.

                                  Respected sir, i gave my mobile phone i. E. Is s7 edge samsung to samsung service centre at visakhapatnam for repairing 2 complaints i. E. Is front and back display & battery changing on the date of 19/05/2020. Then service centre accepts my mobile for repairing 2 complaints by taking 1000rs advance bill no [protected]. After 3 days i get call from service centre i. E. “ your phone’s 2 repairs are completed and very good functioning, so you please collect your mobile” on the date 0f 22/05/2020. On next day i. E. 23/05/2020 i attend to service centre they gave my mobile to me and i checked the mobile on the spot the 2 repairs of mobile which was mentioned above is completed but the mobile service signals are not working and i mentioned this problem on the spot to them and they took my mobile back by saying please wait 4 days to rectify it. The problem is when i given the mobile to service centre there is only 2 complaints and remaining all parts are very good functioning. After repair done by service centre the new problem is a raised and they fully damaged my phone which is cost of 50000. I am contacting to service centre regularly but there is no use, until now they did not rectify my mobile & return to me. So please do need full help sir.

                                    Order #[protected] was places for samsung mobile phone. Yet it has not been delivered. Econ express is the worst courier agency. Google ratings or facebook ratings is 1 star for this courier company. Yet samsung for unknown reasons uses this bogus and cheap delivery company. Please deliver my order and request samsung india to ban ecom express forever.

                                      This is regarding my Samsung Galaxy A 50s, I bought this phone in the month of December 2019, and after 3 to 4 months, it started bending and till now, it bend too much. Because of lockdown, i couldn't go to Samsung service center, but yeah, Today i went to service center and there they behaved with me so rudely and didn't talk nicely. They told its not the company's fault, its your fault, and you will be charged around 4500/-.
                                      Actually This phone is used by my brother who is handicapped, I requested there to please consider my complain, its a manufacturing defect. I heard on Quara also this happened with so many A50 and A70 phones, but they didn't help us. Even they made my phone out of warranty, and forced me to first repaur this issue otherwise we wont waive your warranty back.
                                      I bought this phone of 23000 by taking loan, and now this happened, . please forward my request to samsung head quarter and help us.
