My led tv was inspected and the power board was taken by the mechanic mr. Dilip without a receipt. One month has passed but he has not returned. On repeated telephone to dilip and samsung service centre situated at cuttack in odisha there is no positive response. Please give necessary direction for repaiire of my tv

    I had placed an online order for "samsung galaxy tab a 10.1 - wifi model" on 26th may 2020 at samsung's online shop. The payment was made in full via netbanking (Icici) and approved by samsung. The delivery date of the product was shown as 07th june 2020. However, even till today i. E, 20th june 2020, the product has not been delivered to me.

    I have called samsung customer care multiple times, and also written a few mails to the service head at samsung. But, they never give any concrete answer as to why the product has not been dispatched till now. I always get a standard answer that the concerned department will look into the issue and contact me. But, their concerned department never calls me back.

    This is highly irresponsible and careless attitude shown by samsung team, where they have absolutely no concern for their customer who has already paid the full amount and waiting for the product's delivery for almost a month.
    I have attached 3 documents below. They include the order confirmation, current delivery status as shown on samsung's website and the last email response from samsung's service head for your reference.

      I have booked fridge on 27th april which was supposed to be delivered by 11th may. However it won't arrived. I contacted customer support which is useless and not willing to help. I then contacted ceo desk which at first won't take any responsibility but soon committed that any how it will get delivered by 20th june. But still no progress. They even won't accept their mistake.

        I, mr. Kersi engineer of 84, lenin sarani, flat c/15, kolkata 700013 made a complaint in april 2020 for repairs to my washing machine which was out of order. Subsequently my complaint number was given ref. [protected]. Since then the local mechanic has called me 3 times (On 07.05.2020 from nos[protected] and on 09.05.2020 from [protected] and also another from [protected]) and confirmed if i still require repairs. I confirmed that i still require them. Later even i called them to ask when they were coming and they said after lockdown is over. I regret to say that till date no one has come for repair or even contacted me since the last 3 weeks. All their numbers are either always engaged or when it rings, no body picks up. I am now fed up. I had told them that my washing machine no power when main switch is switched on. There is no problem with my main switch. No one answers the phone.
        Please help. Please reply to me on my mail [protected]@yahoo.com.

              I am visiting service center from november 2019 regarding the complaint that it has an back body problem, when it is pressed from the back it have the sound like popup.. The speakers are okkay.. I have visited there 3 service center but the problem is not been resolved and around 8 to 9 rounds i have done of their service center.. One have just changed the battery battery which was in good condition and said that it has swelled.. I have bought the set on 5th of april the device is still under warranty.in this covid situation they are forcing to came to their service center again and again..

                Bought samsung mobile online with upi transfer, cancelled the order with couple of hours as i could see samsung is selling the same mobile for lesser cost in other ecommerce site, cancelled the order and waiting for refund ever since.
                When samsung can debit the amount immediately from upi account, why cant it revert back the amount it took for a product they did not even ship immedialtely, called customer care they say the amount will be reverted back in 21 days,
                Connecting chat support refers me to phone support, phone support refers me to chat, samsung support is non profession and samsung is a fraud company.

                        I had given my phone for repair on[protected] to samsung service centre, statue, thiruvananthapuram, kerala. They had told me to collect the phone on[protected]. When i contacted to know whether the phone is ready they told they haven't got the approval to give back the phone. It's been more than a day and still they are telling they haven't yet got the approval and need 2 more days for it. The phone had a problem of overheating and not getting charged. It's only 9 months after i had bought the phone and this is the 2nd time i am giving it for repair. It is not due to my mistake that the phone had to be given for repair as there is no mishandling occured with the phone. From my side it is in perfect condition. I had bought the phone from amazon on 1st september 2019. I think when it was delivered itself a faulty piece was delivered. It's mother board was damaged previously and now also. I don't know how i made the mistake of buying a samsung mobile. I need my device to be repaired as soon as possible.

                          Respected Sir,

                          it is intimated that i bought a Dated: 02/02/2020 (make: Samsung and model no: UA32N443 ) from Sargam Electronics branch Sargam Electronics, Indrapuram Ghaziabad, UP . I've discovered that while watching tv serial suddenly adaptor fused . thousand times I called customer care but nobody taking my matter seriously. few days ago engineer came into my house and after checking the adaptor he told me that it will take 2500 rupees for repairing that adaptor but it doesn't make any sense my television and adaptor in warranty period so taking Rs 2500 for repairing that adaptor is doesn't make any sense . so I am requesting to you tale a look into my matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          The Consumer Rights Act / warranty period & Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods and warranty period be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

                          As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the Adaptor [repaired/replaced or refunded] and I would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 14 days.

                          I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my TV adaptor to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

                            I have purchased a new fridge 3yrs back and to my surprise in last 3 yrs my compressor got faulty. 1st time they replaced and charged us inr 3500 for gas refiling. Within a year again its got faulty and they promise to replace it. After complaining and visiting by their so called engineer they said it need to be again replaced within 10-12 days and i have to pay again for gas refiling which is inr 3500/- (Normally any other company charge inr 2000 for the same) for no reason.

                            After 25 days of compliant no feedback from their end. Whenever we call them they said your part is received service center team will come and fix. This response i am receiving fro last 4 days i. R. From 15th june till 18th june. On eod everyday i again call them to check the status and they ask me to wait for another 24hrs and so on... As our service center partner is not responding to their reminder and not providing any feedback.

                            The service center number they provide is always switched off.

                            Senior person at call center never available and they has register for call back which was never happened till date.

                            This is my 25th day of the compliant and my fridge is not in working condition and i have to beg to my neighbor to keep my belonging in their friedge.

                            They never provide a replacement or temporary arrangements.

                            I am fed up with this kind of pathetic services and the rude behavior of staff.

                            I need resolution as earliest.

                                  This is to inform you that I purchased a Refrigerator on 15th June 2020 from Bindra Radio & Electric Corporation. I got the Bill Dated 14th June 2020. I don't know why I have got 1 day old Bill????
                                  Moreover After switching on the Brand New Refrigerator, there is no Cooling at all.
                                  Instead of Calling the Samsung Helpline number, No action is being taken.
                                  Also, Local Dealer Phone number is Switched off.
                                  Pls find attached the Bill Copy for your Reference.
                                  This is the first time I am Observing that Samsung is cheating it's Customers by taking shed of Corona Virus.
                                  In this Pandemic Situation, When Govt Agencies are Helping people, Samsung is doing Fraud by Supplying Brand New Defective refrigerator.
                                  I will be Raising a complaint on Consumer forum too.Atleast now wake up Samsung and don't Spoil your Image in the Market.

                                    My name is rajasekhar reddy and in 2018 we bought new samsung tv from narasaraopet, guntur (Dt), andhra pradesh. Tv is not coming from last few days and i spoke to authrozed dealer in narasaropet. They are not coming to seeing the problem of tv.
