Hi we purchased a samsung refrigerator from muvattupuzha nandilath g mart on 11/aug/2016 for an amount of rs.75000, one month before its gets complainted and i got a reply from samsung service after 1 month and they said the complaint won't rectify and company will give 20% for the old model,
We shocked by that reply and won't accept it in any case,
I am writing this letter to company to get a good reply from samsung company...

We have ordered our refrigerator from flipkart on 25th February 2019, within 2 months the refrigerator light has stopped working. When we are calling the samsung customer care support, we are very much disappointed and frustrated with the team support, no solution yet....

I purchased 2 no Samsung AC in April 2019 from Best Price Bhopal. The AC are not giving cooling effect properly....

I want to convey how highly disappointed i am with the quality of samsung's latest mid range phone m31. Within 5 days of buying, the phone display was damaged due to a fall from just 1 feet. Yes just 1 feet. I have used multiple brands before and i must say this is the poorest quality i have experienced so far.
And then customer service charges me a huge price of inr 5, 500 for a brand new phone. They do not even want to listen to...

I am regular samsung brand user... My mobile modal name is samsung a10.. I am 3 month once change the temper glass.. Last week i have changed temper glass but the mobile display was broken... Hence i have 1 year warranty of samsung brand.. Meantime i have checked local authorized service center but they told, this complaint not cover in warranty... Hence kindly check and clear my issue... This is kumar, i bought a samsung m30s mobile some 6 months back. Now my display is not working (Only some lines are coming). I gave my mobile to samsung service center in tamilnadu, they are telling like mobile fell down in water. But i didn't put my mobile in water. I am manju joshi, unfortunately a consumer of samsung inverter ac. I bought this ac in june 2014 and then got 4 year extended warranty. This warranty also expired in 2019.

Since, last two months.
I am facing trouble with the charging problem of my samsung galaxy a50s phone.
The very surprising fact is that even though it's plugged in to the power outlet battery drains quickly.
I bought this device in last january. It can be concluded that either the device is faulty or the battery charger. But defective devices are being delivered to the customers....

Samsung A70S wen charging connted Mobile heating...wen we remove charging moblie heating up 1 hour......
