Today, ref rt34t4542s8 refrigerator was delivered at my address:flat 602, 4/2, middleton street, kolkata-700071, purchased from fundamental electronics, pvt ltd, kolkata, challan no:1424, invoice no:febg/20-21/0209, dt 3.6.20, in exchange of my old one. I have been instructed not to open the cardboard box, & not to start it, as it w'd be installed by your person. My all food stuff are lying out, getting rotten in this hot weather, as the old one has been taken away by you. I insisted your dealer to complete this process of installation by you at the earliest, for this reason. This was my condition of purchase in this lockdown period, & your mr. Tapas & mr. Sil assured me that the installation w'd be done immediately after the delivery, the same day.
But what is this? When w'd this installation take place? How long shall i wait? Do i have to witness all my food stuff getting rotten in front of me??
