I have samsung washing machine. Technician visited home after requesting for 4 days and he didn't fitted the drain and inlet pipes. When i called him he said you can fix by your own, if not i will come. But he didn't came. I raised complaint to customer care for 5 days and escalated so many times but till nobody visited. Samsung customer care and service is very very bad. Don't ever buy samsung washing machine....

New tv went out of order within 30 months. After sales service very costly.
The service engineer was not found honest. He took away two replaced spare parts without my knowledge and permission. Even after his guptaassurances he failed to return the same. Samsung not replying my emails dt 28th june, 3rd,
4th. 10th, and 11th july 19. They are not taking any action in this regard.
