I have gone to customer service center of samsung mobile at manas complex, satellite, ahmedabad and i have talked with ms roshni soni (Customer service officer) but she has talked with me very roughly and also misbehaved with me. Then she has asked money rs. 240 (Two hundreds and forty) for just taking in entry evenif my mobile is under warranty. Then i have complained to her manager - mrs hiral but she has not given proper response and tell me do whatever you want we will take charge evenif your mobile is under warranty. We are genuine customer of samsung but if your service executive is not given proper service then why we should buy samsung products?

    I have purchased an led tv from samsung website directly and it had been delivered on time. For installation have been following up with customer care innumerable times...in vain!!

    Followed up many times with customer care placed request, raised a complaint to get an idea what time engr would be visiting and till now just wondering whom should i contact as their customer care is itself not in position to tell me who would be visiting and at what time.

    Sitting at home and awaiting for the engr

      My name is Kshitiz, a resident of Patna (Bihar). I had purchased a Samsung A50 smartphone from an authorised Samsung showroom in Patna on March 11, 2019. Recently in August, my mobile's screen showed colour patches on left bottom of the screen. The phone was also having heating problem while charging and during phone calls from the very beginning. I visited the customer service centre here at Ashiana-Digha Road on August 22, as my phone is in warranty period. The service engineer there said that the repair will not cover under warranty just after having a look. First he told me that the screen has been pressed. Then I lodged a online complaint to Samsung service head. Then I was directed to visit the same service centre again on August 23 and deposited the handset. After two days, I was again told that it will not cover warranty as the phone's bracket is broken. But there was no sign of wear and tear on the phone. On August 26, I e-mailed to Samsung CEO for the same issue. But keeping the handset for one week, I received no service. They said the phone was inspected by the their technical team, but I don't think so. As from the first day they repeated the same thing that it will not cover warranty. I was told by the service centre to deposit Rs 8475 cash as repairing cost in advance. When talked to the customer care executive about the issue, then she replied that the service centre has uploaded the photos of mobile which show a minor scratch on the body so it will not cover warranty. I didn't saw any wear and tear on the handset. I am also unable to understand if any scratch is also there as said by them, then also it can't be termed as damaged. They kept the phone for a week and when I got back my phone, there were few scratches on the back panel which was received there. Now my handset got completely blank screen. I am a journalist working in an English daily here in Patna and I had suffered a lot due to the inappropriate services of the company. My work had suffered a lot due to phone. Most of the contact numbers were deleted from the phone. I am unable to understand what should I do as a Rs 19, 990 handset is not covered under warranty. Please look into the matter and help me.

        In dec 2011 i bought a samsung refrigerator - rt31gcrr1/ctl/2011 from snehanjali - mumbai. From the very 2nd year i found water inside the veg tray inside the fridge, and this started happening more oftenly from dec 2015 in jan 2016 i'd complained to samsung customer care about the issue, but at that time the customer care executive transferred my call to the technical team and they suggest me to keep the fridge switched off for 3 to 5 hrs and it worked.

        Now in 23rd feb 2019 when there was a cooling issue in my fridge, i'd complaint on[protected] and they assigned an engineer visit on site. The engineer checked and said there was heater tube and sensor replacement to be done and on 26th of feb 2019 he came again and replaced the parts. Then i asked him again for the water leakage issue he said that this is manufacturing issue as he cleaned the drainage pipe and checked. Now as the model is discontinued you'll have commercial solution for the product. Then mr mouazam hakim from samsung called me and asked for invoice copy and assured me for the solution. After some days ms silveria seelan was in follow up for the issue.

        The officials of samsung india are offering me 15% commercial solution for the faulty product, and the fault is manufacturing defect. Instead of passing defrosted water through the pipe and to water tray mounted on compressor the water leakages through the side walls, duct and light switch inside the fridge. They says that warranty of the fridge is expired but it is not warranty issue, as long as puff which is inside the side walls of fridge was absorbing the leakage water it did, but once the puff had started passing water it started leaking inside and outside of the fridge. (This issue is the feedback from samsung service center engineer - ahmedabad).

        There is no update on my complaint, not even any communication done from your side so far. This is highly disappointing that where shall we as a customer go for justice??? As per the process I've provided couple of vids and images also but still no action taken against the company!

          I bought a new samsung uhd ru7100 smarttv from vijay sales, fatima nagar, pune on 06/10/2019, the delivery representative told me while delivering that a technician will visit by 07/10/2019 for demo and installation, however no technician came, called the samsung customer care on 07/10/2019, the agent said that they will take the request now and send a technician by 08/10/2019 or maximum delay will be by 09/10/2019, gave my name, address, phone number alternate and primary, sr no. : [protected], reference no.: [protected], a technician was assigned for the installation: name: rajiv contact number: [protected], called the technician he said he only works at a specific pincode and my pincode is not under his serviceable area, so called back the samsung customer service gave the details to the agent they canceled the old service request and build up a new sr. No. : [protected], and was promised that a technician will visit for sure by 9/10/2019 before 8pm, asked for the technician number the agent ignored and said that will be sent by sms text, waited whole day, no technician number was shared no call came through called back the samsung customer service gave the details of the issue, asked for the technicians number, gave the following numbers: [protected]/[protected], called on the 1st number no one receiving the call tried multiple times still no luck, rang the second number and it was wrong number as it was someone from tamil nadu and now at 5pm of 9/10/2019 when i called the samsung customer service, the agent said that no technician was assigned on today's date, a technician will get assigned tomorrow that is 10/10/2019 asked for the reason they said no technician was available in your area nothing more, pathetic after sales service and pathetic customer support, aaked for the technicians number again the agent said that cannot provide any information as it will be updated tomorrow and a sms will be sent to me for the same, ridiculous, explained the whole thing still didn't shared the technicians number. Really frustrating, pathetic service by samsung feels like a 3rd class company like any chinese or non registered brand will do, please take an action on this issue.

          None, I had to call the customer service multiple times, spoke to manager got the service center number, the customer service manager did really helped me wonderfully kept follow-up, called the service center multiple times then a new technician was assigned and called the new technician he said he also doesn't serve the area but he gave the name and number of a technician who does so service center also is shit assigns anyone to anywhere, at last the technician came and resolved the issue.

              This is in reference to our samsung split ac under smart warranty.

              We were given service request #[protected] and others.

              We have been pursing about repairs to our air conditioner for over a month and samsung is unable or unwilling to replace our ac which has been giving constant problems for past 3 and half years.

              Instead we were offered 40 percent of invoice value as compensation or 50 % worth or coupons for invoice value of rs 45000/=. For supplying us defective ac

              A meagre compensation of rs 18000/= which is less than third of invoice value for amount paid for ac i. E rs 45000/= we further paid rs 12, 954/= for 5 years service warranty and amount of rs 1900 as installation charges. For defective ac which samsung is bound by warranty conditions of 10 years on compressor (Which is most likely cause for breakdown) and 5 years on condensor and all other repairs as per service warranty conditions is not acceptable to us.

                My mobile got fire itself... I got my hand burnt... Want to know how does the company deal with this... This took place in our complex dassera meeting... God saved me from a huge disaster... Complain to samsung official site... Said they will contact me... But after 6 hrs still no one is bothered to contact and accept there fault... I have paid 40000/- approx for this year ago... To get my hands burn...

                  Hi, i have given my samsung a 20 mobile at the nearest service center very recently and i was told that i would be getting a call by the end of the day to intimate me about the issue of the mobile. But i did not receive any call from the service team and when i personally went to the service center the display for my mobile was already changed without my notice and i was asked to pay rs.4500/-. I denied paying that amount and they asked me to visit after few hours and promised to handover my mobile. Later when i went in the evening my mobile was not handed over to me and they asked me to visit again after one hour. Total unprofessional behavior from the staff and i had a very bad experience. Please look into this issue and solve my problem.

                    Samsung service center denied to provide the replacement of the compressor which is having 10 years replacement warranty and the compressor is still under warranty.
                    The local samsung service center at serampore, hooghly said that serampore service center doesn't have required documents of the compressor with them to replace, they said if they replace the compressor then they will not get the compressor in return from samsung, so it's the process fault between service center and the samsung company. We have the original invoice of the purchased refrigerator which is attached to this complaint.

                      I have purchased a samsung a30 date 27.03.19 in agra. This phone is kept so many problems like sansor, touch problem and most horrible problem is charging.                           I was facing cooling issues with my refrigerator for which i registered complaint in samsung service center and their engineer made the visit. He informed us about the damaged fan and about it's replacement. We raised the request to replace and got to know about the unavailability of that part. He ensured us to make the part available in 3-4 days. It's one week now, no one visited us nor the concerned person picking the phone. On calling service center, they are playing the today and tomorrow game but no one providing the solution.

                            Bought on 27 dec 2015.
                            Stopped working 8 sept 2019.
                            Complaint done 13 sept 2019
                            Tech came 15 sept 2019. Said part has to be ordered will come in 2 days.
                            I have been following up since but no resolution.
                            7 oct 2019, now part is not available and fridge cannot be repaired. Samsung is not responsible. There is not going to be any resolution.
                            Techs all have worst manner of speaking. They disconnect the call. Don't answer. I have never faced such horrible service from any other company. I will recommend people never to buy any samsung products if they break samsung is not responsible for its repair. You have to throw away the very expensive product that you have bought.

                              I had purchased led tv 5 yrs back from samsung... Just before 7 days back, there was electricity problem and mother-board of this tv got danaged... I have called proper samsung executive from samsung-showroom... That executive advised me to sell this samsung tv in scrap & purchase new samsung tv... As mother-board of this damaged tv is not avilable as samsung company stopped production of this tv model also stopped productiob of spare parts... Very interesting,,,,,, will going to file suit against samsung in proper court of law/consumer court against this in next 15 days...

                                I am a samsung dealer in bilaspur and have had a samsung led smart in display for four years. Sales personnel of samsung simply badger dealers to pick up products even when we know it won't get sold fast owing to prices and when they are defective they dont care. So this tvs pcb is faulty but samsung india chattisgarh leadership keeps saying that it's a 5 year product so we wouldn't get spares and suddenly they change their tone and say if you shell out money you ll get service. What kind of warranty are we talking of? If you dont back your products why should we even sell your products. Pathetic service and disastrous attitude towards dealers and consumers

                                If Samsung is incompetent in fixing it's own set I think I ll move to Traders Guild and Consumer Redressal forum to make sure it ll get fixed. 6700 for repair and that too for a dealer? Ludicrous

                                  We bought samsung washing machine, model no : ww60m204kma on april 1st 2019. Everything was working fine in the machine. But on 5th oct 2019 the machine showed power issues. When we tried to switch it on, it showed no response. We called samsung service center, and they sent two technicians. As soon as they opened the top cover of the machine one of them said that he saw a rat inside the machine (He was actually trying to create a hoax of rat being present in the machine). Then for 10 mins they searched for that fake rat in the machine, but couldn't find it. While opening the motherboard one of them smartly cut one of the wires of the mother board. Then they tried to test the power in the motherboard as if they really knew the alpha and omega of that motherboard. And meanwhile they were also searching for rats in which they failed as there were no rats. Then he showed me that cut wire of motherboard and said that it should have been cut by a rat. Whole of that motherboard needs to be changed. And rat cuts don't come under warranty so he urged us to pay around 9000 to 10000 rupees for that from our pocket.

                                  There is no room for rat infiltration into the machine. The machine is sealed completely from top to bottom and there is not a room even for anything as thin as a pen to penetrate inside. We purchased the machine because of this plus point. It is impossible for a rat to get inside machine. As soon as they came they were only trying to build a narrative and hoax that rats have entered into the machine. They knew that if any interior part or motherboard fails by itself then it will come under warranty so they won't earn a rupee. So every time a washing machine mechanic comes, he will always try to prove that rats have damaged the parts directly or indirectly. And this time he intentionally damaged that. They said that they didn't do anything and motherboard was damaged by rats.

                                  I've called the samsung customer care and they are saying that they would look into the issue. My washing machine as of now is unrepaired. My 60 year old mom is washing clothes with hands. Please help me to repair the product. I urge to take necessary action against such fraud technicians who deceive people and make money out of them.

                                    My galaxy a50 is only 2 months old... Now the phone autoatically locks while using the phone and it happens for few minutes... It locks and unlocks while using the phone... Its so hard to use while in a call... Is it the way they make a phone that too worth 21.5k... Really bad experience with samsung... Its not only for me many complaints are there in their global community... Still no reply or solution for the problem... Either fix this or replace my phone or give back my money

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I purchased a mobile phone i. E. Samsung m30 (4gb ram) on 11.08.2019 through amazon business portal (Business login created in the name of m/s indian railway finance corporation limited) and i paid rs.13, 990/-. This phone given to me by my employer under scheme of entitlement of purchase of mobile phone.

                                      Now a day, this phone is available on amazon portal at rs.11, 999/- due to launch of new samsung m30s at 13, 999/- with advance feature just with-in one month of purchase.

                                      A comparison between samsung m30 and samsung m30s in respect o[censored]p-gradation in features / qualities are as follows:

                                      From the above, major up-gradation in battery capacity, camera quality, and enhancement in processor's performance. Hence, the price of samsung m30 is decreased due to launch in samsung m30s.

                                      Now a days, samsung m30 is available on amazon at rs.11, 999/-. But i purchased the samsung m30 at rs.13, 999/- just one month before from the launch of new samsung m30s.

                                      It is relevant to mention that if i was aware of fact that samsung is going to release the new samsung m30s at the same price i. E. Rs.13, 999/- in coming one/two months then
                                      1. I would wait for such time in order to get new samsung m30s at rs.13, 999/- or
                                      2. I would purchase samsung m30 after one/two months at rs.11, 999/-

                                      Therefore, in light of above facts, i shall be compensated by samsung india in order to meet my opportunity cost of rs.2, 000/- (Rounded off) (I. E. Rs.13, 990/- rs.11, 999/-) by either of two ways: -
                                      Option 1. Samsung india refund me rs.2, 000/- or
                                      Option 2. Exchange of mobile samsung m30 with new samsung m30s with no cost.

                                      Before purchasing samsung m30 i was using samsung galaxy j7 (2015) and further it is bring to your notice that other samsung handsets such as samsung note – 8, samsung j2 (3 nos), is used by my family members.

                                      With this reference, a claim of rs.2000/- is raised as refund of opportunity loss or exchange of my samsung m30 with new samsung m30s with no cost.

                                        I purchased Samsung galaxy A805FZ on 2/09/2019. I unboxed the phone and inserted my simcard on the same day. While making the first call i realised that the voice which i was receiving was inappropriate and the voice was vibrating like anything. The very next day i went to the dealer and he said that he knew nothing about this. On complaining about the product in the service centre they took the phone from me and kept it with themselves regarding complaint no [protected] dated 03/09/2019. After few days they called me and said that this is a so called technology(which is i not made aware of) as the phone carries an inbuilt speaker under the screen and nothing can be done for this.
                                        The phone was with the HOTSPOT dealer(the place from where i purchased the product) for few days after which i remade a complaint on 14/09/2019 vide complaint no [protected] and the service centre took the phone and kept it with them. The company called me several time saying they will do something and provide me with a new model phone of the same value. But after 3-4 days they called me and said that we cannot do anything and u can collect the phone from the service centre.
                                        I am attaching all the complaints documents and the mails that i got from the company. Please do something so that no other consumer get misguided by this multinational companies
