Dear sir,

Attached herewith please find the warranty intimation and dealer details of my samsung front load washing machine i purchased (Dated[protected]. It is with sheer pity i am writing to you on my issue. This purchase had shattered all my reputation to your company products especially the washing machine. Every time i have filed my problems with dealer and customer care and they solved it free with service fees every time (Warranty was valid). Please refer my complaints and it's frequency within 3 years all were major ones. It has incurred me a lot of service fees all the three times and time loss due to non functional product. Who will address my loss? The wonder is that same period my friend purchased an ifb washing machine still it is working with out even a single complaint. Thinking your product is superior i purchased samsung but it is like i purchased a biting dog with my money.

Now in fourth year it is non functional for a month due to board problem (Already one time it was replaced). Of course your service team came on filing complaint and confirmed the complaint and said to change the board on my own cost. He charged a rupees 290/- for attending the complaint. Cost for the board is high and i think better to dislodge the product to the dealer qrs kozhikode for the people to watch it for awareness/caution of your product.

I know legally you have done things to rectify the issues with charges applicable to me. My question is not that, you are charging a lot of premium from us for the product cost in the name of assured or advertised quality but quality is proved to be even worse than cheaper non branded products in the market.
I am questioning good will of a multi billion consumer product company in terms of their product quality and seeking any legal stand on it.

Before that i have a request for you to solve my issue if there is any provisions for that from company's side. Please let me know your reply.

    I brought earphones of samsung at 28/6/19 nd affter 3 months it is not working i visited service cnter they said it damaged don't how where is no crack in wire nd no single scratch on it nd they examined nd thier engineer told me it's spressed frome a point i jist wana ask i paid 450 rs for quality of samsung nd now they say it's damaged not satisfy with your product nd service... I promiss i'll never buy your any product samsung

      I used Samsung Products or mobile phone last ten years .In May 2019 I purchased a Samsung A50 mobile but the time of purchasing I faced the internet problem in this handset while in other handset the problem is very minor instead of Samsung set A50 .The A50 handset is not proper support Jio Internet. It is very use less and feel very deficulty.
      This program is a battery problems for heating problems net problems problems manufacturing problems

        I have purchase this handset from amazon on 2ndjuly 2019. I got the delivery on 9th of july 2019. On 9th sept the mobile charging socket has stop working so i have given it to authorised samsung service center in sion on 10th of sept. On 10th sept service center has accepted that the mobile is in warranty and this socket they will replace it free of cost so i have submitted my handset. After changing the socket new problem has started immediately that the mobile could not detect the mobile signal. So the service center kept the mobile and changed the mother board, formatted the ios, try to put upgrade but nothing is working. The problem remains as it is. So on 14th i have contacted the samsung call center for help. Till date i have not received any resolution from samsung. I have escalated the case to ceo email id 4 times but invain. Every time i get a call from escalation desk asking for more time. There is no dead end to their response. Can any body able to help me?

          We have placed the order for samsung m30s on saturday around 2 pm afternoon.
          We came to know that it reached the faridabad facility zone around 10 am on sunday.
          It’s now 2 days the order is not yet delivered.
          It’s a prepaid order.
          We made the payment of rs 10, 800 for m30s
          It was the price with the exchange offer.
          We are looking forward to get the order.

            Hi, respected dear all my friends here i have purchased a samsung galaxy note 9 from pai international, dilsukhnagar, hyderabad branch on[protected]. By default from my purchase i have a right to take one year warranty but here i got a issue with my phone i got my camera back camera glass only in samsung care mobile 21, dilsukh nagar brach on 17th august 2019 i'd taken a service request on that day but part is not available at that time they taken 12 days to repair my phone and given on 27th august 2019 and got my phone my default blurness and dust on my back dual cameras, on 17th august 2019, they said me that your phone warranty and after mobile repair completion they said out of warranty and i contacted no of times to customer care they makes me a fake promises, here last but not least am going to samsungs e waste management system to recycle my 4 month unwarranted phone thank you

              I m complaining about my handset samsung a30 suddenly one day on it's the pink colour is appearing on screen so then i went to the shop from i had purchased that handset so then i have tell him my problem and showed him my phone then he said tommorow give me your handset then i will send it to samsung service center and he also tell me that it has a problem of display then i gave my handset next day so then he said to me you will get a call from service center regarding your handset problem so tell them your problem. But i think it's 15 days now i didn't get any call from service center yet and i also don't know what they had done with my handset

                I had purchased a washing machine online on 9th sept vide order no. [protected] it was delivered on 16th sept.

                On 17th the service/ installation technician removed the packing to only find that it had 4 dents. I decided to not accept the machine. The next day i shared the photographs of the damage as requested and the following day i shared the photos of the washing machine re-packed. After not receiving proper response and clear direction i decided to go for a refund.

                Since then i have been following up by e-mails and by phone calls. See complete e-mail chain below. Several service requests/ orders have been raised since then however none closed to satisfaction.

                Also, i got a confirmation last week on 20th sept. That a reverse pick up will be arranged and once this happens a refund will be initiated. See attached e-mail correspondence with samsung saurabh rai. Its 9 days since then and i haven't received any phone call or further info. On when the reverse pick up will be arranged. I have tried to follow-up with him and send reminders to him however he has been blatantly ignoring or choosing not to respond.

                Every time, i send an e-mail to the support team i get the same response from the support team that "your query has been forwarded to concerned department and that you will get a call back in 24-248 hours" and this really never has happened.

                The damaged machine has been occupying space in my flat for no reason and i am haplessly calling and writing e-mails for the damaged machine to be picked up without any luck.

                I am facing my mobile A7 2018 touch has not working propperly and service center said me that is 3rd party application issue.And the service center retune me 4 to 5 times.So sir pelese help me.

                  Hi this is sameer khan,

                  I purchased a750 on 02.12.18. Its display broke in jul'19 and i submitted it to service center in bhopal akansha enterprises 3326198 on 25.07.19 who charged me 5049/- for new display with warrenty of 3 month.

                  Just after 20 - 25 days again display got dead. I approached service center and now they are not ready to accept that they installed a faulty/duplicate/sub-standard display. There is no physical damage in my phone and there is no reason but cheating being done by samsung authorize service center.

                  I think they are being left in the market by samsung to cheat their customers and this will definitely give a bad name to global brand. I think i have to rout my complaint through court to get my issue resolved.

                    That i raised a complaint on 20.7.2019 which is shown resolved on the site without informing me. But still the complaint is not resolved and the samsung india posted fake that the complaint has been resolved without intimating me. My mobile s9 still creating so much problem from the date of purchase. Last week also my mobile has been submitted again in samsung care and the motherboard battery and other parts has been again replaced it is the second time in 8 month that hardware of the mobile has been changed and still it creats lots of trouble.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I had purchased samsung mobile galaxy A8 Plus one year before whose price was 29900/- . Exactly after completion of 1 year my mobile suddenly stopped working as there was not at all problem nor it was damaged or fallen down or not contacted with water. Suddenly it became discharged and than it was not getting charged again.

                      So i visited to samsung service center in satara at my native they told me that its mother board has been gone and its overall expenses goes near about 16000/- cost.
                      Does your branded and expensive mobiles are so cheap in quality sir? Or do you use bottom level parts to manufacture mobiles? or do you have any explanation about this? which should be something different and unique one please.

                      Please tell me either it is affordable to common people to afford these kind of expenses.

                      Only request sir, please be in my shoe and think about it and decide what you should do. Because we are common people and i know common people have don't have value sir in your corporate world. We people don't even have right to raise finger upon you. I also do business sir but genuinely. Not big like you but smallest than MICRO.

                          I had a display break down. I gave the phone A9 pro SM-A9100 for repair . When I submitted the phone the display was half working. He quoted me 5900/- for the same. I submitted on 21.09.2019 (FRIDAY)and they told me that I will get the same on Monday i.e on 23.09.2019. But it kept delaying and finally they said they have got the display part on 25.09.2019. When I submitted the phone the customer service executive did not check my phone. Later when I went to receive my phone, he said there is a problem in the motherboard as there is water in it which is dried up and that is why the home key and back key is not working. I asked him how can I trust that my motherboard was not damaged by Samsung and it was already damaged. The customer care executive told me that he will give me the full CCTV footage of 4 days of how the phone was handled. I agreed. AS SOON I AGREED, THE OWNER OF THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER, DENIED AND SAID I SHOULD FILE A LEGAL CASE . I WILL SUBMIT ONLY TO COURT AND NOT YOU. I then asked him how is it possible that when I gave the phone that time the display was half working. If motherboard Is damaged, the phone will not work at all. He says we come to know when it was opened. Now how can I trust him that he did not do it and it was already damaged. He quoted me 7000/- more that comes to total of 13000/- he is not given me CCTV nor any evidence that it was not damaged by them. Please help at the earliest. It's very serious . We don't pay high prices compared to other phones for such negligent services.

                            This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would to express my dissatisfaction with samsung product & its services. I bought samsung galaxy on nxt which would be my biggest mistake ever.

                            After some days i am continuously facing the network issue in device where in the same time i would not face any issue with my other device on the same network. I have visited twice time to service center and they have updated the device which really surprised for me as i’m not getting the software update but how can they update the device when no update is available and my mistake is that i have taken back to device else we would earlier submit the same to device.

                            I have paid the full amount and then bought the samsung it was not in rent or like i borrow from samsung.

                            Moreover i would to highlight this when i have the issued then only i m contacting the samsung, if there is no problem why should i approach you even my device is lying with service center and i m not collecting bcoz finding various issue in the handset.

                            I am really fed up with this device and think many time i think why should i bought this samsung instead of this i can buy any brand phone phone cost of 5 to 6 k might be i will not face any problem. I did a blunder mistake to bought samsung even really surprised when i submitted the device the same technician do the software updation in front of me and saying we will keep the observation for some days, i have checked the status various time and its always its showing device is repaired and under observations which is really unjustified and received a call on tuesday stating device is ok come and collect, which is a question mark of samsung service.

                            Moreover i am not getting any proper resolution from samsung hence would require the email id of management to escalate globally.

                            Hence i request you to please arrange for the reversal of phone cost or allow to me take the new device of samsung in other model if any access amount is there will make the payment of difference amount for the same.

                            Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution

                              I am at tamilnadu for some work i don't know tamil.
                              I call samsung customer care to repair my microwave. They receive my request and give me this request no-[protected] on dt-21/7/2019. On 22/07/2019 i got a message on my mobile mr. Senthil kumar with mobile no. And mr. Senthil visit my home, check the microwave and tell it will cost 2000 or 3000 rupees for which you have to give rs-1000/- as advance. I give him rs-1000/- and next day some other service engineer came me and came my home at night 8.30 with the spare parts.
                              Again he check with the new spare part but it doesn't work so he told if you want to repair it will cost rs-5000 to 6000/-. I told i will purchase a new one don't repair, return my advance money. He told ok i will inform my office they will refund.
                              After that i called so many time to customer with this reference no-[protected], [protected], and the senior officer also discussed with the servicing centermr. Govindraj and me in conference call, they promise me to refund my money with in 2 to 3 days but till now know one came.
                              When ever i am calling to service center they told monday we will refund the money.
                              And i am waiting for the manday.

                                Pathetic phone.

                                Always facing network issues in sim slot 1 and visited samsung service center 15 times in last 3 months however not getting proper solution.

                                Also i sent mail to ms silveria sitting at samsung head office gurgaon, but not getting proper solutions.

                                Request for your support to resolved my problem by changing handset or returned phone by giving money back of rs 18500/-

                                I rated to this phone is zero rating.

                                Also i personally suggested everyone to don't buy any samsung phone to avoid future problems.

                                Got 1year Warenty for display but customer care were argue with us you have to pay another time.

                                  I have purchased samsung galaxy a70 phone on 24th july 2019 in that phone i found fingerprint sensor and earphone is not working i called customer care number the same day and complained about this issue they suggested to visit service center i visited service center the service engineer disassembled my phone without providing any job sheet and said there is liquid damage in charging board and he asked me rs.1300 plus gst for replacing the parts. I have send the mail to samsung ceo office but there is no response so far. I phone is under warranty. But the service engineer asked money for repair the unit. Samsung is cheating customers i have invested rs.30000 for buying this phone. I know how to take care of my phone. I request you to kindly take serious action against samsung company and ask samsung to refund my money at the earliest

                                  I got a mail from samsung electronics united kingdom.I got the id card of the courier service guy whose name was mr.charles morgan, age:53.he called me asked to pay 25, 000 as registration fee and get the cheque of 500, 000 G.B.P.Is he fake or real I want to know

                                    I brought samsung mobile and new mob only 3months being i'm using.. I kept charge in my home nd later i seen n display some colours appeared on display and i went to samsung service centre they said mee to contact samsung headoffice it's being a one-week no response from them. I'm requesting samsung service to replace or repair my mobile soon as possible

                                      Hi team,

                                      While we placing an order in samsung store order is placed twice unknowingly and payment is deducted for products and i have cancelled order because we need to navigate to samsung store form our corporate sign in page so we get reimbursed from company.

                                      I placed an another order from samsung on same day by navigating from our company corporate sign in page (I was not known the two orders got placed while placing earlier).

                                      Yesterday i received one product and thought it was the one which i ordered from corporate sign in page and opened that mobile because i cancelled the one which i placed in samsung store.

                                      But today i realized an actual issue that order was placed twice and i cancelled only one. What i got yesterday was ordered on samsung and today i received another product which is ordered from company corporate page. So i am returning the product which i have ordered from samsung and keeping the one which i got from company corporate sign in page so i will get reimbursed.

                                      Please do needful with this issue
