I had purchased mobole samsung A30 in may2019 . But on 8th sept at 1:40 pm, all of suddun internet service get stoped . Till now it has not resorted. But when i use the same jio sim in another mobile it works perfectly .

Their is some problem with mobile. I want to replace it .

    For past one week my samsung washing machine gives loud brushing sound before starting to rotate for rinse and also for spin. After it reaches some speed the sound stops. Except for the weird sound it was all fine. I thought this brushing should not put the machine to big problem. So i booked a complaint to samsung customer care on 09/09/2019. After that a service person from samsung came to check the machine and he said there is some problem in clutch of the motor and he cant do the service in my home so the machine has to be taken to samsung service center to fix the issue. On 11/09/2019 they took the machine from my home and delivered today (14/09/2019). The customer care person called me and said the machine is working fine the problem is only with some switch rubbing the drum rest all are fine. But after delivery the machine is not as good as before. Spin option is not working as the clothes are wet after running the spin option twice. Actually the service center spoiled my good machine. And also the motor sound has changed it is not as before (Seems to have replaced with some other motor). The service centers are spoiling the great samsung brand name. Happened to give my clothes to laundry during the period and have no option to continue with the same still the issue persists.

      Hello samsung team,

      I was trying to buy the note 10+ as an upgrade of my s10+ and i have generated my quote id through my mobile my galaxy.
      But when trying to purchase through corporate site after putting my exchange id, it is repeated showing the quote id is wrong and please regenerate.
      If you guys will provide this kind of service, i think i would never go for your brand any more then.
      Note that:- i have first bought note 9 and then upgraded to s10+ and now want to upgrade to note 10+, but seems like if this issue will not be resolved, then this would be my last gadget from samsung.

        I had purchase samsung a50 mobile on 25 june 2019 and this is samsung premium mobile. And with 15 days of puchased handset give the prblm and and samsung company update software of my handset, and again 4 days same problem occured, and samsung service centre change my handset display, and i was 6 time gone in samsung service centre and now today date is 14 sept. 2019 same problem againoccured and they said now we will changer your mobile motherboard. And they not give deed against my phone is will be okk in future. @samsung handset is cheaper and bad performence continously. Because they said they will be resolve my problem but did not.
        Kindly i would like to say samsung mobile are very bad for today tym speacially samsung a50 series and a50s.
        I requested to you that people pls dont buy this product. Beacuse this this problem occured from te first of week. If any people have doubt then call me [protected] this is personal no.

          I am complaining about the dealer and technicians we complained about refrigerator not converting even after converting to fridge it still freezing all our stuff we complained 4 months before dealers did not did anything again we complained 20 days before today technicians showed up but did not bring any bill book we demanded the bill but he did not have any so he removed the part which he putted on and left and said he will come afterwards when he will be in our area what should we do now this is your service how much long we have to wait. I you did not take any action then i have to take action against the company

            Dear sir,
            I have bought samsung double door refrigerator from shahs - chrompet chennai division on january 2018. Within 2 months the fridge had an issue of bottom portion not getting cold and only freezer is working.
            1st visit in april 2018 by samsung team:
            Technician came and fixed stating that it is just fridge ice choke + cooling fan struck they checked and went back doing some minor cleaning and said it will work. It was working for 2-3 months.
            2nd visit in july / august 2018
            Again the same issue poped out and the same process followed, the techinician came in stated that the cooling fan is the issue i will clean and fix it. If it repeats we will change the cooling fan.
            3rd visit in november 2018:
            The same issue, same team called of and the person came and changed the cooling fan and went off.
            April 2019:
            Same issue coped out, customer care team suggested to keep the fridge off for 24 hours and then you try. We kept the fridge off for 48 hours and it worked.
            June 2019:
            Same issue, we put off the fridge for 2 days and it started working.
            August 2019:
            This time also the same issue popped out and it has been an embarrassment that the fridge is not working for more than 3 days. This time a new technician from the same team came and started saying that the pcb card is not working it will cost around rs. 8000/-. I asked him what is the reason all along your technical team were suggesting that it is a matter of cooling fan now all of the sudden after 18 months after completion of guarantee period you are highlighting the issue of pcb. I believe it is a manufacturing defect or a faulty service done by your team to skip the warranty period. Immediately he started accusing us that you have not put stabilizer that is why it has gone. Your power supply is fluctuating.

            Now this fridge is being sold with an ads in tv stating this as an inverter fridge which doesnt need any stabilizer. Also the same has been conveyed by their installation team and the sales representatives at shahs chrompet.
            Moreover we have a stabiliser which was used in the earlier fridge which was removed by samsung fridge installation team during demo.

            Now i have been escalting this issue through call centers, samsung service head, ceo email, ceo desk, etc etc.in samsung. Everytime i get a call from some call center numbers and everyone is saying that we are working on it and no one is interested in answering my questions.

            Fradulent activities happened since august 2019.
            1. I have raised a service request to fix the issue - s[protected] and got a confirmation in mobile. After i started discussing above facts loudly they cancelled my request themselves stating that i have not accepted the estimate and created a new request themselves like attending a new query with a new number - s[protected] which was the first step to cover up things. 1st day person who attended my service is mr. Jothi - [protected] (Who suggested the pcb repair estimate of 8000/-) second person who is attending the manipulated service is mr. Ganesh - [protected] (Who was repeatedly attending the service that there is no issue in pcb) it is only a matter of cooling fan and its wire connection issue. Branch manager (Prakash) - who is not at all attending my calls repeatedly till now - [protected] (According to me he is covering up the whole story)

            I was very much annoyed and called the samsung ceo team through them i get in touch with mr. Suresh (National service head for chennai region) samsung who inline attended a conference all with mr. Prabhu who is leading the prakash team. I have explained the situation so clearly and they dont have answers and they are saying that they will send one samsung senior technician to attend the same.
            Now the call is being passed on to someone called mr. Kavin or kevin who has arranged a technician visit on monday (09/09/2019). The technician came to our home and confirmed that it is a pcb issue. However i will submit my report to samsung only. Now the manufacturing defect is proven and the samsung team is not taking any steps since then to respond me.

            All my mails and calls are being put on hold or only responded by auto response team. I am fed up with their service.

            My only request to them was give me a one year guarantee on whatever service you do. That's all as i am already tired of facing my mother and wife with lot of problems and help from flatmates to keep vegetables etc etc.

            I was a happy customer of whirlpool for 10 years changed to samsung this was a painful 18months.

            My simple request is either they can change the fridge and replace me new one or they should completely service the fridge with pcb, fan whatever etc. And give me full warranty for 2 years. I have lost my patience and tired of complaining.

            Rest i leave it to the consumer court forum to decide what will be my compensation / judgement towards this case. I am ready to accept.

              Samsung is not customer friendly, after collection of money on last 28 aug 2019 till date complaint solution not provided & service centre is not helping to provide area service manager and branch service manager till date we are waiting for solution of my complaint [protected], if some one from samsung is there please listen & resolve.

                This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would to express my dissatisfaction with samsung product & its services. I bought samsung galaxy on nxt which would be my biggest mistake ever.

                After some days i am continuously facing the network issue in device where in the same time i would not face any issue with my other device on the same network. I have visited twice time to service center and they have updated the device which really surprised for me as i’m not getting the software update but how can they update the device when no update is available and my mistake is that i have taken back to device else we would earlier submit the same to device.

                I have paid the full amount and then bought the samsung it was not in rent or like i borrow from samsung.

                Moreover i would to highlight this when i have the issued then only i m contacting the samsung, if there is no problem why should i approach you even my device is lying with service center and i m not collecting bcoz finding various issue in the handset.

                I am really fed up with this device and think many time i think why should i bought this samsung instead of this i can buy any brand phone phone cost of 5 to 6 k might be i will not face any problem. I did a blunder mistake to bought samsung even really surprised when i submitted the device the same technician do the software updation in front of me and saying we will keep the observation for some days, i have checked the status various time and its always its showing device is repaired and under observations which is really unjustified and received a call on tuesday stating device is ok come and collect, which is a question mark of samsung service.

                Moreover i am not getting any proper resolution from samsung hence would require the email id of management to escalate globally.

                Hence i request you to please arrange for the reversal of phone cost or allow to me take the new device of samsung in other model if any access amount is there will make the payment of difference amount for the same.

                Hence requesting you to please look into matter and arrange for the quick resolution.

                    Submitted a complaint to Samsung Customer Care on September 4th 2019

                    Engineer came on Sep 6th and said he has ordered a part and will come back and replace it in a week
                    Engineer is not reachable, so called customer care, they said talk to the Service Center, Service center said just wait.
                    Again called Customer care, they said it will take 21 days for the part to arrive from Chennai

                    I told them that I can travel back and fort to any major city in India myself in 2-3 days, 21 days for a company to replace a part is insane

                    They kept repeating the same stuff, this machine is just taking space, I feel like disposing it and buying a new one instead

                        I have purchased mobile phone of samsung galaxy a7 2018 in 30th september 2018 from flipkart. The phone is running very well but on 24 th july it have a pink dot on left side of display. I think it is defect and i go in service center in delhi on 25th and they see the phone and said today our server is not working come next day. I go on 26th july 2019 and provide mobile phone for removal of defects (They said that patch) but they deny and said it is not covered in warranty but the warranty card which i have, nothing mention about patch. I also talk to customer care they also said that our team is said it is not covered than not covered and not provide and replacement of display. Please resolve my issue.

                          My Samsung TV is not getting started since 7 days so I gave my TV to authorised Samsung service centre of Nagpur..and after keeping for 4 days..they returned my TV back saying it can't be repaired..and the staff was rude and they also said we take responsibility of Samsung electronics only till 6 yrs..since the TV is 7 yrs old we are not responsible..same rude behaviour was shown when I called the Samsung service call centre

                            Whereas, the undersigned is a consumer as defined under consumer protection ACT-1986 as we have purchased the SAMSUNG LED from your vide invoice No.Q5-02415/15-16 dated 03.11.2015 by paying amount of INR 55, 876/-. The product description is mentioned as under:-
                            Product model number :40J5570
                            Whereas, the said product is not upto mark due as it's not working properly after six month of purchase and again after six from the date of removal of its defect by the company. We have visited the service center guided by the toll free no. of the company. We have made the complaint to the company on various occasions but same was not addressed by it. We have also mentioning the following complaint number viz [protected] dated 04.052019, [protected] dated 19.04.2019 and [protected] dated 27.05.2019 which were shared by consumer executive over phone. Despite of repeated reminder and visit, no one is paying any heed to our requests .The above product is lying redundant and not in operation from our below mentioned address of the undersigned which can be collected by the company or its authorized dealer.

                            However, the above said act on your part has caused us great loss and damage besides mental tention trauma and inconvenience and loss of valueof money.

                              Hello my samsung a50 phone wjich is only 1 month old is not working properly two days back it was not supporting charging and got switched off next day i went to samsung service station they told me that the phone's display and charger jack is not working and they said they will claim under warranty so i said ok and now after two days of repair of my phone it has again started giving problems the display is not working properly i am fed up with this phone

                                I had raised request at Samsung Customer Care on 2nd Sep, 2019 since my washing machine was not working. It is in warranty period. After multiple reminder, Technician (Mr Rohit from Sec-3, Noida service centre ) came on 3rd Sep, 2019 and told that some part need to be replaced.He told he will bring part on next day but till date none from Customer Care or Service centre has contacted. It has been more than 1 week and then i calked Samsung Customer Care, they are saying it will take another 1 week. Really pathetic service of such an International brand

Bha sa pho liya 2 year ho gya, but pho ma koi pb ho toh hum service center ma hi visit karta ha. Hamara pho last yr 10 july ko band huya bha dikaya toh ladka na kha iska jak kharab ha. Jbki jk ma bi pb nahi thi koi but hamna jk dalbana ko diya bha. Toh service center ka ladka na hamsa 400 rs liya but hama iska bill nahi diya. Toh pho jb ghar laka aay toh bi open nahi huya. Toh dubara bha visit kiya toh kahta iska mother boardor icu kharab ho gya ha. Jo ki service center ka ladka sa huya tha. Mana area manger sa bat ki phir unhona owner kunal beri sa bat ki toh ja solution kiya ki (Hamar pho ki display mean uska templet tuta huya tha thoda sa but pho chalna ma koi pb nahi thi) iski display aap change karwa lo ander motherboard jo b pb hogi hum kar danga or jb bi isma koi pb aayagi hum free thik karaga mean agar display na chala jk na chala mother borad ma any pb ho toh. Toh hama majburi ma display dalwan padi. Usi time tb unhona uski guarante 3 month ki di thi. But 18-19 ko pho hama hand over kiya toh isma network issues tha phir bha gay toh kha gya software renewe karwayo. Mean pho work nahi kar raha thik sa etwork kam aata tha. Bur software ki koi pb thi hi nahi usma uska sensor ma pb thi pho khud band ho jata tha bar bar, phir servce center visit karta toh ja reply milta thodi dar use karo thik ho jayaga but guarante ka under jo display ki di thi visit kiya gya toh hamari bat nahi suni gayi humna kai bar coutomer care bi com ki but koi response nahi mila hama. Ab guarntee 3 month ki khatam toh pho bilkul band ho gya. Toh service center kahta iski toh guarantee khatam ho gyi hm kuch nahi karanga but sir jb hum guarntee ka under visit kar raha ha toh kyu nahi thik kiya gya hamara pho ja log toh wait kar raha tha ki guarntee khatam ho or hum kuch na karanga. Phir mana ab jb customer care ma ceo ko mail dali toh bha sa inko thik karna ko bola toh muja service center bhulaya gya. Bha ladka na mujsa pho liya usa pahla ander ja ka open kiya phir bahar laka aay usma new folder agaka chk karka ki ja pho bilkul thik ha uski video bna ka apna area manager vicky ko baj di gayi or kha gya ki iski hadi bi breakawlw ha jo ki hamna ki ha. But sir reminder karwayo mana iski display 18/01/2018 ko pahla bi service center sa hi dalwayi thi tabhi ki hadi bagar ka insa kuch huya hoga nahi toh aap inki cc tv check karwa sakta ha koi bi pb ho toh. Muja kha gya estimate 4190 laga ga, or ja bi kha gya ki 3000 ka pho nahi tera or lagi ha case karna. Ja service center ka ladka na kha. But sir ma kyu pay karu kis chij ka bill jb ki pho ladka sa kharab huya agar jk thik sa dalta na hi isma moterboard kharab hota na icu kharab hota na hi muja display dalbani hoti toh pho kharab hi kyu hoa, pls sir help karamana consumer court ma bi case file kiya ha service center ka khlaf. Sir ma apko us din ki pic video send karti hu. Ak bat sir jo ladka inhina rakha uska pass koi tecnical hihger degree nahi local shop sa kam sikh ka ladka rakha gya ha koi tecnisian nahi ha inka pass, or phirna hi thik dang sa bat karta ha.                                     I am having 3 Samsung Mobiles - J1 J7 & J7 Prime. J7 was bought at Gulf in March 2016 when i was working in Gulf. the operation of the mobile was slow and i approached your own service centre at Chennai but it is unfortunate that they refused to reinstall the OS since i bought this outside India.
                                    Kindly advise me to move further.

                                      1. I bought this phone 1 month ago. I m not able to charge my phone. I had to switched of my phone for charging. Phone is able to charge in turn off mode.
                                      2. Sometimes my phone shows it is charging without any attachment with charging cable.
                                      Please resolve this issue i'm facing soo much problem because of this issue.
                                      It is first time that i'm facing such problem with samsung product.
