I had purchased samsung galaxy s10 on march 08 2019 as per the pre booking offer i should 6000rs cashback by 90days but it's almost 5 months since i purchased but still i have not received it. I have been calling hdfc consumer durable department for the same from last 3 months they are saying you are eligible but it's not credited from the merchant side hence you have to wait. I waited for 6months now totally still what more you expect from the customer after paying 67000rs for the phone, can't you keep you word after the product is sold.

I want my cashback of 6000rs to be credited to my account asap.

    After My Previous complaint to consumercomplaints.in, samsung executive called me and bluntly told that we cannot do anything in this matter and the service center people kirti nagar have closed the complaint and is saying to collect the handset.

    My old complaint no. with SAMSUNG is [protected].
    They did not give me any resolution. People should know that this is how samsung serves their customers. Samsung services are poor. I will never recommend SAMSUNG to any of my friends.

    Samsung is not taking the matter seriously. So many problems are coming in the phone when phone is in warranty.
    I will now go to consumer court and media and will do the needful.

    I am not getting any reply from Samsung
    Samsung thinks that they are very big company they are big bcz of their customers but they treat customers like they are of no value.
    They are provoking me to go to Media And consumer court. They are not helping.

      We have one refrigerator with warranty, which is not working we are making complaint since 12thAugust 2019, company had some engineer who had changed compressor and took charge of ₹2000/- for gas, but was not ok since then we are making complaint again n again but there is no proper feed back. They always keep saying that we don’t have any idea when engineer will come.

        Service center guys does not provide valid and correct information to the user and are charging very high for the problem which is not present in the mobile. This is what happen with my samsung galaxy s7, i have shown my mobile to samsung service center bhosari and after inspecting the mobile for 2 days they told me that there is a problem with motherboard and needs to be replaced and estimated for around 14000. I went to yaantra mobile repair company and they inspected the mobile and they told me that it is an 100% display issue and same thing i have confirmed with other samsung service centers in pune as well and expect bhosari everyone is saying me that it seems to be an display issue. Seriously i think you guys need to improve alot in terms of service i have been using apple phones from past 5 years and service is undoubtly good compared to such misleading unprofessional team.

        My screen without any crack or damage is showing green lcd even after 2 replacement, i have replaced my lcd screen with job no [protected] (Company accepted the fault in display) and again with job no [protected].

        Job no [protected] - screen replaced from samsung free cost due to error in the screen
        Job no [protected] - paid 6872 for replacing the screen again
        Job no [protected] - mother board problem estimated by bhosari but it is an display problem as stated by other service centers.

        Please provide me replacement of mobile i think there is some defect in my model or my series may be defective. I cannot afford to replace the screen too frequently.

          The above mentioned AC model was not working properly for sometime due to which I called the Samsung customer care exec and lodged a service request at my residence. They came for inspection on 22nd July 2019. After that they picked the unit from my residence. After that they came to my residence and to take the estimate amount of 9904 INR. I paid them that and they gave me the bill. Then they came to my residence to install the "repaired" product. But during repairing one of the service men said that some problem is there and the unit has not been fully repaired yet. They need to take it back. They picked up the unit for the second time the very next day. I was confused because I have already paid the amount in full and still they said they it was not fully repaired. Anyway, I suspended my work for that day to send off the unit for a second time. After repeatedly calling them to inquire about the status of the repair, they said that they would deliver the unit back on Thursday/Friday of that week, but they actually delivered it on Saturday. I am a working lady and I missed two office days just because of their mismanagement. On Saturday, they came to install the unit but while installing they noticed that the holder for the indoor unit is damaged and that they "conjectured" that this must have happened during transit. I was thoroughly disgusted by the fact that after so many days of keeping the unit with them, they have to take the unit twice for repairs and they also damaged the indoor unit. After that they came up with a temporary solution of fixing the damage by using a screw to hold the unit in place. They drilled up a very visible part of the indoor unit and adjusted it with a screw. After I pressed them further, they said that Samsung company has told them to attach a screw in case the holder gets damaged. Needless to mention, I can clearly make out they they were lying.
          Now, this is my question to the Samsung customer care. Do you really think that after spending 15k on repairs for the unit, I would expect your servicemen to damage the product and make it look ugly? The entire bottom part of the unit looks weird and people visiting my house are questioning how Samsung can ruin the aesthetic appearance of the indoor unit? Why do I need to put up with the lacklustre attitude of the customer agent and suspend work just to honour their time commitment? I need answers. I don't need an apology. i need real tangible results. I am attaching the pic of the damaged part. Again, I hope this gets resolved here, or else I will be going to the consumer court for the damages.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A50(PFA for the bill and other details) on 20-Mar-2019 and using my phone from last 5 month everything working quite well. and from last evening 25-Aug-2019(Sunday) my phone stopped getting charged it whenever i tried to get it charged it showing some yellow warning signal on the screen.

              Today 26-Aug-2019(Monday), When I reached Samsung Authorized Service Center(Sco - 62, Ist Floor Swastik Vihar, Mdc Sector - 5, Panchkula, 134109) with this issue and ask them for the solution as my phone is in warranty.

              There is a lady at the service desk take my phone from me without providing any receipt or token and stared open sim trays and another thing and when i asked for a receipt or anything she told me to wait they will provide it later. and she sends it to some technical staff I think. after some time, she comes to me given my phone without a screen guard(previously screen guard is there) and a broken screen(Previously screen is good). when i ask for have you solved the issue.

              she started saying that i need to pay 8700 RS to fix this issue i asked that what about warranty. then she started saying like "Your screen is broken and to solve your issue 1st you have to purchase screen and then i will check if we can fix this issue or not." and when i say that my screen is fine till the time when you get it from me so why should i pay you... what kind of warranty you people are providing. then she started behaving rudely said something like " I don't know you have to pay 8700rs and that's all then only we can provide you a warranty if you want to more information just call on customer care number that's all." when i ask her if she can provide the same thing in written or in the form of receipt. she said, "For that also you have to pay 180rs minimum then only we will provide any receipt or other details." no more discussion i left the service center immediately.

              Seriously what kind of warranty Samsung provides to its customer. at the time of warranty service 1st they create issue then ask for money with the customer.

                Dear Sir,

                I have visited the Samsung Service centre on 24.08.2019 to get repair of my Samsung Level U Bluetooth which was purchased on 02.10.2019 as the same is covered under warranty. The problem of the Bluetooth was the call volume is very low and cannot hear from other person on the phone. Samsung Service Centre, Secunderabad has registered the complaint with Job Sheet No.[protected] and informed me to speak with call centre[protected] to know the status of the product as it will not cover under warranty due to Impact Damage.

                On 24.08.2019, Mr.Venkat from Chennai has called me and informed that due to below reasons the warranty will not be covered
                • Rubber attached by Samsung has got opened due to usage.
                • I have used the glue to make the rubber stick to Bluetooth.

                I have argued that customer will not open the rubber and due to usage of cheap quality glue by Samsung the rubber on the Bluetooth is open and there is no connection between the rubber and low call volume for which he has agreed that there is not connection but due to company policy they will not accept. I have demanded for repair of my product or replacement of product and he informed that the matter has been escalated and I will get call on 26.08.2019.

                During the conversation with executive on 26.08.2019, he has demanded to submit the original box for replacement but I have asked him to show the conditions that the box should be submitted for replacement then he became silent and informed that since I have applied glue to stick it and rubber is open the product is not covered under warranty.

                I need to make my point in this as below
                • Company has never informed that the product will not covered under warranty if rubber is open or if we apply glue.
                • There is no connection for the problem (Low call volume) and rubber open
                • Samsung has used cheap quality glue and due to that the rubber is open.

                I request you to go through my request and do the needful for replacement of Bluetooth or refund the amount with interest from the day I have purchased.

                  Im brought samsung a50 mobile... The salesman told me this phone is waterproof. When my ph show the touch problem then i went to the samsung service center. They are told me this mobile is not waterproof. They are tell me change the display aprox 7500 rupees. But my complain is why the sales man tell me the phone is waterproof. The salesman told me this is waterproof phone then i brought this mobile. Then why im giving the company display changing money. Tell me why???

                    But after see my earphone they told me this is can not be repaired. Because these item was only replaced. And they deny to replace after when i say.
                    They excuse that this is gum affixed.
                    I have only want to repaired my earphone. I have purchased that on 2299/- rupee
                    I am very disappointed by samsung service

                      Hi, team, i'm pradeep kumar and i bought a j610 mobilê phone from ballia up of 02/04/2019 with a year warranty. Till now this mobile phone issue is hanging in problem today. So i want to or the change my mobile phone or avail new version in this mobile device. The main problem is being stopped or automatically go to the home screen in the running period and that app restarted. Find attached to of emie number for sim 1&2. Do not avail new version for update currently. So plz solved the problem as soon as possible. Thanks

                          Hello sir,

                          I am so sorry to directly reach out to you but i am left with no other options. From last 11 days, i am raising the issue to customer support, service head, twitter account and then to ceo escalation team but none of them is acting on the reported issue and have always same response that we are working on it. This is a pure harassment where your team force customer to think that he made a mistake by buying a samsung brand.

                          The registered complaint numbers are [protected] and [protected].

                          Its[protected] regarding a waching machine i have bought in feb 2019 which has stopped working few days back and i have registered customer support and reached out to different channels as mentioned and after 10 days, the service center head mr. Narendra parihar called me and asked for rs.1631. When i objected about the same that the product is in warranty and asked him to provide the written details about the money, he didn’t showed up again. Again after following with customer support, i recieved a call again from mr. Narendra parihar said that it ll be done free of cost and he ordered a part and will take some days.
                          This is clear case of fraud where first your team does not work on the complaint for 10+ days then they demand money and now delaying the fixing by infinite time.

                          I kindly request you to please ask someone to look into it and get this resolved on priority. We are being mentally harassed by your team from last 11 days now.
                          Also this high end washine machine is not working in just 5 months, it really gives a wrong impression of samsung brand and raises questions on the quality products being manufactured.

                            I have bought s10+ phone approx 3.5 months back and it has developed technical error which needs complete pcb replacement. This is shocking that most premium phone of samsung develops problem within few months. I have demanded complete refund but the samsung escalation desk is offering only 12 months warranty extension.
                            I am taking the case to consumer court and ensures that these organizations realize the potential of indian consumers

                              We have bought samsung refrigerator in the month of dec, 2018. Since then it is not working properly. No. Of complaints have been filed against the same but no response. Samsung people are just ignoring the manufacturing defect. They always give a report saying cooling is not proper but nothing is done. We have filed a request the complaint for replacement but still no response from them. They are just waiting for a year to get over. Such a irresponsible behavior from such a reputed company. We bought the fridge for us. 700000. Such an expensive product but still nothing is done.. Kindly help in this regard. Samsung is playing with consumer's money.

                                I have raised my concern on product from 5 days of purchase itself and right now my concern is being handled by samsung head quarters team. Who have been totally irresponsible without even responding to customer mails or call back response. I have been suffering alot taking the high end of samsung mobile available in market and facing this irresponsible behavior from samsung high end team.

                                  My complaint no. is [protected]. I purchased Samsung Note 9 premium series phone and within warranty it has so many problems. It has a faulty camera, touch is not working propery, hang problem, excess heat, phone was automatically working, and other issues. This is a manufacturing defect.
                                  I complained regarding this so they told me to submit the phone to service center. I submitted the phone on request of the senior excutive. And he did not give me proper resolution and they are not replacing my phone. They have offered 5 months extended warranty, but i cannot accept it as my phone is in warranty and i want a Replacement or refund. Again if same problems come then samsung will not attend me later after the expiry of the warranty period. So where will i go.
                                  My warranty will expire on 22 Aug 2019. And i am following up with them since more than 20 days. And they have not given proper resolution.
                                  Is this the way samsung works. I am highly dissatisfied with samsung. This is how they deal with their premium customers.

                                  Today at 9.40 am, i received a call from phone no. [protected] of Ms. Sonia. She told that she will call to the service center and ask about the matter and will get back within 2 days. I told her i don't have much time. I confirmed with the service center they told that they have not received any call from Ms. Sonia.

                                  And Service center has sent me this msg : Dear Samsung Customer, the repair of your Samsung Product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from CARE ZONE. Thank you.

                                  How can they close this repair when no repair has been done.

                                  I dint expect this type of behaviour from such a big brand.

                                  I WANT A SOLUTION TODAY ITSELF.
                                  URGENT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN REGARDING THIS.

                                  After My complaint to consumercomplaints.in, samsung executive called me and bluntly told that we cannot do anything in this matter and the service center people kirti nagar have closed the complaint and is saying to collect the handset.
                                  they did not give me any resolution. People should know that this is how samsung serves their customers. Samsung services are poor

                                    Hope samsung team will resolve this issue as washing maschine is only 3 months old and having issue since 2.5 mnths however technicians visited the site multiple times however unable to resolve the issue and customer care always forward the case to technician.
                                    Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I have purchased samsung washing mashine in june 2019. And after week of purchasing that box. It stopped working. I my self has raised multiple complaints against it however they have visited soo many time and were not even able to relive the issue. One person came and said its temperature get increased when u wash cloths. Really??? But no proper solution was provided and its being more than 2 month i doing regular followup but technician has no solution and customer care is forwarding the query back to technician. I dont kw what to do next. If they will do like this i may contact to consumer court this time as they cannot make us fool by selling their useless maschine: sr no - 046espbm300448b

                                        I have purchased a samsung refrigerator model no rt54k6558sl on 4 july 2019 from vijay sales gaziabad. From that date onwards i am facing continous problem. This refrigerator is a defective piece n now stopped working completely. I have also complained in samsung service centre. Your engineer came n told me pcb creating problem. He changed the pcb but the problem is not resolved. Then he told me compressor has problem. Refrigerator has sound n blinking problem also. So it's a complete defective piece. At the selling time samsung gives you so many good qualities in refrigerator but after that they treat you like #!! They give you 10 year compressor warranty, inverter stablizer feature, non frost blah blah blah... But actually they are manufacturing defective products!! I have seen so many bad reviews on samsung product n complaint regarding manufacturing defective product. So i want complete replacement of the refrigerator. Hope this time you people replace this defected piece. Or otherwise i will go for legal action.
