    I bought a refrigerator, model no.: rt28m3743bs/hl on 20/04/2019. The refrigerator was being used at my residence with utmost care. However, within just 4 months o[censored]se, the refrigerator broke down on 27/08/19.

    I complained about the same to the retailer and was given the contact number of the service engineer. The number, however, was obsolete and after much difficulty i found the his number on my own. He came to inspect the fridge on 30/08/19 and told me that some parts need to be replaced and it will take 2 days for the said parts to arrive. When i enquired about the eta of the parts two days later, i was informed that there was no guarantee as to when the parts will arrive.

    It has been over a week since the refrigerator has gone bad. It the hottest and must humid months in my part of the country. With no refrigerator, it is impossible for my household to function. I am extremely dissatisfied with the refrigerator as well as the service provided by your company. I fail to understand how can a newly bought fridge stop working in just 4 months. I am highly anxious about the quality of the product and well as the particular piece i bought. If a necessary item of household like refrigerator stops working for no good reason every few months, it defeats the purpose of buying the fridge. I want the entire refrigerator to be replaced with a piece that is not defective.

      Important:
      (When i gave my microwave oven they told me your lcd display and pcb isn’t working but when i gave outside there was just only the issue of display.. I want to know that they are making fool to the customer we trust on samsung so we bought product blindly because of services and products are good).

      Sir i raised a complained from 30 august 2019 to fix my microwave oven, service request number is: [protected] when i maked a complained online on this number[protected] they told me ok tomorrow they will visit at 12 pm to 5pm between even i awaited at home, engineer will come but they don’t came even i had a call to engineer didn’t respond of my call.
      Kindly help me out if this issue as soon as possible.

        I have purchased samsung galaxy a50 mobile (Ime no: [protected],
        [protected]) on 27th april 2019.
        Since june 2019, my phones display is not working so i rushed to the service center in trivandrum on 15th june 2019 (Job card number is.[protected]). They did the inspection and have told me that the phones display is internally damaged, and it need tobe replaced. Also, they have confirmed that it will not cover under warranty since its physical damage inside the phone. They need to get confirmation from the samsung for replacing the product under warranty since they are franchisees and they can't take the decision on this case.

        Soi have contacted on your toll-free number[protected] yesterday and registered the complaint (Ref no [protected]). And he has committed a call back within 2 hours but i have not received any response from their side. Again i have contacted them that but they have informed me that as per samsung warranty guidelines, physical damage/ impact damage/ cosmetics part issue /water locked issue does not consider under the warranty. Hence, service will be done on chargeable basis.

        I don’t know how i will be responsible for the damage since its inside. I am confirming that i will not take any responsibility of this damage and this need to be service under warranty since there is no external damage.

        I request you to look in to this do the needful to solve this issue as soon as possible. I can provide you more details with proof to prove that its because of quality issue.

          I visisted samsung service centre (Safdarjung enclave, new delhi) on august 1st to get my samsung galaxy c9 pro's (Mobile) display fixed. They charged me rs 58xx for new display as my device was out of warranty which i was ok with. Soon after the display was fixed i realised that the front camera is blurred and proximity sensor is also block as it was giving a warning every time i unlock the phone. I asked them to fix it up so the engineer told me to change the camera as well as some sort of oil is in it as someone else tried to fix it. I told him few days back i went to local repair guy who opened it in front me and never applied anything on it as the price he quoted was quite high as per my expectations i asked him to not fix it as i made my mind to get it foxed by authorized service centre. Now that i have confessed someone else opened it they put it on me that it was oil applied by other guy n bla bla bla and it wasn't our fault. I got frustrated and asked them to fix the display and give it back to me and paid them for display although i knew that the camera and proximity sensor issue was there fault.
          Now after 2 3 days that new display started to fall out of my phone as it was not fixed properly. I was out of city and decided not to go back to same service centre due to the past experience so wrote an email to samsung ceo service desk and they called me and suggested me to visit meerut service cnetre as i was there those days. Now in meerut they took my phone and after a long wait of 90 kins they came back and told me that they have applied an adhesive to it as they do not have another display and asked me to visit again if i face this issue again. And after few hours i started facing same issue. I wrote again to ceo desk and this time they just pretened to call me as they always hung up the call they give withing first ring. Now after more than a month another executive called me and told me that if i visit any other service centre they will charge me to fix this issue although the display i bought is under warranty of 3 months. This is really ridiculous and unsatisfying resolution i ever got from such a brand. I told that guy to leave it as i am so frustrate now that i will not visit any samsung service centre ever again, ever i will never use any of their product.

            Dear sir,

            I am having samsung top load 6.5 kg fully automatic machine. It's wash tub is not rotating, hence lodged complain via customer center on 28th aug, on 30th aug, harsh visited and informed that machine's motor needs to be replaced. After that on an average, daily i am making daily call to your customer center to get the update, but there is no update.

            I have asked customer care to arrange call back from escalation team, initially customer care arranged the call, since 3-sep, i am not getting call from your escalation team as well. From escalation team, i talked to harshita (30-aug) and rishi kumar (2-sep). Harshita mentioned that she will send sr. Tech eng along with area manager by 1-sep but no-one visited.

            I have asked for backup machine then rishi committed that he will do some thing by 3-sep, but nothing happened. Even escalation team is not calling me back.

            I am literally harassed by your customer service team. It would be great if you can help me here by replacing this machine by new machine. As in 8 month, 2nd time, motor needs to be replace, hence i don't need this machine.

                Since i have purchased samsung's fridge i am mentally disturbed.
                In my first compliant (Within warranty) there was leakage of gas. The gas was changed. But the fridge did not work appropriately.

                (Second time) i complained and the engineer told that the duct has to be changed and gas has to be refilled again. And i have to pay some charges. So the duct was changed and gas was refilled. And i paid the charges.

                Within a month, the fridge started giving the same problems. Now the warranty was expired.
                Third time, i complained then ms. Sonia upadhayay (Head office gurgaon) called i requested her to replace the fridge bcz i cannot pay the charges again and again. But she said u have to pay the charges and get it repaired. I again paid the charges. I thought that now the problem will be solved.

                Again, i called and requested to talk to sonia, but they dint let me talk to her and said that she is not handling this case now.

                (Fourth time) i registered a complaint on 18 july 2019. They told its a manufacturing defect. They told pcb doesnt match of fridge and freezer.
                And the duct has to be changed and gas has to be refilled. And i have to pay more charges.
                Again i agreed and paid the charges one more time hoping that this time the fridge will work.

                They changed the filled the gas again on 18 july complaint no. [protected] and it worked till 40 days only.

                Now again after 40 days of my complaint, on 31 aug 2019, the fridge has the same problem of cooling. I registered a complaint no. [protected]. The senior engineer visited and told that again the gas is choking and duct is not working.

                Please help me in this matter as i am mentally under stress as to how many times i have to pay the charges and still the problem persists.
                This type of products samsung produces.
                I cannot pay the charges again and again. I have lost my mental peace. I want a replacement of this fridge. Bcz i cannot take the stress more.

                I will go to consumer court and media as well.
                Samsung is such a bad brand. I trusted samsung but after purchasing this fridge of rs. 55000, i am saying that samsung is a brand which nobody should trust and neither its services.

                  We had a samsung handset j2. Few days ago display of that handset was broken. We placed it with nearest samsung service centre at katwa subodhsmriti road. They charged rs.2800 (App) and returned handset saying that's ok.
                   after coming home handset was found hang with no key working. We again went to them. They said it is system problem and charged rs.280 (App) for software repair. It is mentioned that before the set been broken no system/software problem was there.
                   however, again after coming home the same problem continued as hung with malfunctioning of keys. Again we went to them. They misbehaved with rough manner forgetting how to talk with female customer. But one of them took my handset for repair. The handset was returned on next day saying same as that's ok.
                   after coming home same problem continued as hung with malfunctioning of keys. As extra and most dangerous incident, display unit of handset which was repaired by your service centre, has been detached with inner materials resulting the handset permanently disabled/dead/damaged.
                   complain has been lodged with your customer care executive vide docket no. [protected] dt 29.08.19 and vide no.[protected] dt 30.8.19. Online chat was also made. But all of them said that complain has been escalated and higher authority will talk regarding the matter.
                  On 31.08.2019 a sms has been received from sender md-samccc saying “thank you for contacting samsung. We hope your query was answered satisfactorily. For future reference3 kindly quote [protected] at 180040-samsung[protected]”. It is not clear what is the drama being played behind the curtain.
                  • what is the cause of misbehaving with female customer and who will be liable for this?
                  • what will be the ultimate result for our handset which has been damaged by your unskilled technicians?
                  • who is to be held responsible for such incidents?
                  • does it not mean that our time has no value?
                  • is such incident not diminishing the goodwill of samsung brand?
                  • after you, to whom do we further inform the fact for solution?
                  We expect timely and practical step will be taken by samsung administration.

                    I am a customer of your samsung products each one of things of my house like tv freeze washing machine etc.
                    Almost 15 days ago i am facing issue of my samsung tv as same was not open due to power failure thats why are contacted your service center no located to bankura west bengal. They have accepted our issue and send one executive named brahma narayan who came to our house and checked the tv in front of me and says that ic need to be replaced along with smps board as once ic is damaged then whole board need to be replaced and total amount of rs.5000 to be charged for all the accerious. If i give him 2500 he will take care all the damaged as he will carry another testing smps board which he taken from company directly.
                    I completly denied his offers and called local engineer they have checked it and just take only 850 and do the need ful.

                    Being an almost 14 years of your customer never thought this type of bbugglury of your own company executive.
                    Hope you take a serious note against the executive as i wants to see what action you have taken against the executive.

                      Company cheated me by selling it's high cost tv modelua49k5300 asit is out of order just after their warranty period. My complain was not properly heard by the company people rather harrased me like anything in their toll free helpline.in noway i could able to connect with their higher officials to justify that it is not a user's defect category rather manufacturing defect to which a special investigation required by high skilled engineer of the company.

                        Hi team,

                        I purchased a single door fridge on may 4, 2019. It has been nearly 4 months and for the past 1 month, i was facing an issue that insects are going inside the refrigerator.

                        I raised a complaint for this and the service engineer came and looked into the issue. He looked into the fridge and said that the door gasket valve is damaged and it doesnt cover warranty.

                        It has been not even crossed 4 months and the warranty is there for the fridge for 12 months and 10 years warranty on motor. It has been damaged on four sides and even if it cant able to sustain for 4 months, i doubt on the quality of the product that samsung delivers to the customer.

                        People buy the products in samsung on trust, since they believe that samsung quality will be better for the price they tagged on the product. They said that i need to replace the gasket valve for 887+taxes as well as it will include service engineer charges even if covers warranty. Samsung cant even able to cover the warranty of this, i doubt if it is big issue they will blame on the customers for the defect.

                        Its a grt disappointment and not going to recommend anyone for samsung products. Even it cant able to withstand for 4 months, really its a big question on quality. They said if i get new gasket valve i will get warranty for that, but if it comes with refrigerator it doesnt cover. So initial one that comes is a duplicate product?

                        Even there are other companies like lenskart, ifb and t-link they use to replace and repair all the parts under the warranty period. Its basically like gaining profit by selling accessories to the customers. Attached my bill and photocopies of the defective gasket.

They misbehaved with me with rough manner forgetting how to talk with customer particularly female. But one of them took my handset for repair and returned it saying same as that's OK. After coming home same problem continued as hang with no key working. As extra and most dangerous incident, display unit of my handset which was repaired by your service centre, has been detached with inner materials resulting our handset permanently disabled or dead. Complain has been lodged with your customer care executive vide docket no.[protected] DT 29.08.19 and repeatedly complain lodged vide no.[protected] DT 30.8.19. Online chat was also made. But all were in vain as all of them are saying our complain has been escalated and higher authority will talk to you regarding the matter.
                          Our question is who will be responsible for our handset death?
                          What is the cause of misbehaving with female customer and who will be liable for this?
                          What will be the ultimate result for our handset which has been made dead for incompetence of your service personnel?
                          More than 24 hours has been passed no compliance has been received from you. Who will be held responsible?
                          Does it not mean that our time has no value?
                          After you, to whom do we further inform the fact for solution?
                          We expect timely and practical step will be taken by Samsung administration.

                            I bought the new refrigerator in may 2017 from s g distributor, modipuram, meerut with the facility of 10 yrs compressor warranty & specially i had confirmed with the salesman about their gas problem then he had said that this was also included under the warranty. Now since yesterday a problem persist & then a locked a complaint in samsung. An engineer just came & checked the refrigerator in two minutes & then he replied that "i had checked now & their is a problem in their gas & o[censored] want to resolve the issue then we have to pay rs 2000/-". Today i will not be able to send an engineer for refilling the gas and tomorrow we have our holiday so an engineer will come on monday for refilling. I had asked him why i would pay when our fridge is under warranty.
                            My point is why would i wait till monday our material is getting damage day by day.

                              As discussed with claim id: [protected] with samsung customer support he had misguiding to customers about service as well service centre engineer can't receive my phone calls. I am dissatisfied to your customer service because he can take enough then more time to providing service.
                              Now mr. Shiva (Cc) are saying that i don't know about this, do whatever you want.
                              Please check your customer support database we are talk same about to your care support executive many time but no one provide me a solution of this.
                              Aside mr. Gaurav poddar ([protected]) owner of the service centre can't to be take my phone calls. Also your service engineer are treated customers like
                              Madly.
                              Now we can't take back repaired phone to your service centre.
                              Kindly humble requesting to you please take action to samsung customer service and provide me a new handset.

                                Very worst experience with samsung series a30 and his poor service in service center, raj nagar, ghaziabad.
                                Never purchase and not to recommend to others.
                                I have purchase samsung a30, 15039/- dt. 26 july 2019 but after couple of days, this had been dead during charging not to start the same, next day i went to service center but position are very worst, there are light not working and no body support, there were lot of customer disappointed nobody hear then i made a live video with all, pls look into this and give your valuable comments for the same.
                                They are cheating with customer and earn handsome money told customer mishandling and making out of warranty due to earn money.
                                I have several mail to samsung but there are no result till now, there are executive ms sonia give me very surprised deal, she saying, i have to pay 20200/- @50% discount 10100/- for repair.
                                Such a very disgusting deal, nobody hear customer voice, now i am very disappointed his mobile, service and his stupid deal, now i decide to go consumer court against samsung.
                                I want to asked samsung, why customer pay 10100/- after discount @50% which is higher cost out of mobile cost 15039/-.

                                I have several call attend from Samsung but that is not accept his apologies and blame to me that this is my mistake while there are no fault by me, this is manufacting defect and company not accept this.
                                Pls look into this issue and take a action against company.
                                I was regular customer of Samsung but further not to purchase any single item from him and not to recommend to others for the same.

                                    I had purchased samsung galaxy s10 on march 08 2019 as per the pre booking offer i should 6000rs cashback by 90days but it's almost 5 months since i purchased but still i have not received it. I have been calling hdfc consumer durable department for the same from last 3 months they are saying you are eligible but it's not credited from the merchant side hence you have to wait. I waited for 6months now totally still what more you expect from the customer after paying 67000rs for the phone, can't you keep you word after the product is sold.

                                    I want my cashback of 6000rs to be credited to my account asap.

                                      After My Previous complaint to consumercomplaints.in, samsung executive called me and bluntly told that we cannot do anything in this matter and the service center people kirti nagar have closed the complaint and is saying to collect the handset.

                                      My old complaint no. with SAMSUNG is [protected].
                                      They did not give me any resolution. People should know that this is how samsung serves their customers. Samsung services are poor. I will never recommend SAMSUNG to any of my friends.

                                      Samsung is not taking the matter seriously. So many problems are coming in the phone when phone is in warranty.

                                      Samsung thinks that they are very big company they are big bcz of their customers but they treat customers like they are of no value.

                                        We have one refrigerator with warranty, which is not working we are making complaint since 12thAugust 2019, company had some engineer who had changed compressor and took charge of ₹2000/- for gas, but was not ok since then we are making complaint again n again but there is no proper feed back. They always keep saying that we don’t have any idea when engineer will come.
