Yesterday I get visited to the dealer of “SAMSUNG LEVEL U” from where I got purchased aforesaid article where he denied to get rectified the GST INVOICE of my product because as per him he already paid GST along with my bill so he said it’s not possible for my to get rectified and neither I am going to get mentioned through pen and get it stamped because it’s a GST INVOICE not a manual one.
He also told me that if I am going to do any changes the government is going to get canceled my TRADE CERTIFICATE of my dealership.
So, I let you know that it’s not my fault and neither I am a dealer of aforesaid product so which I can get rectified the aforesaid INVOICE.
As, I again requested you to make a other solution to get replaced my article which is running under warranty...
Dear TRAI & CONSUMER FORUM DEPARTMENT, (INDIA)
I request you kindly help me out to get resolved my issues as I am facing a huge problem regarding my product which I had already purchased, here SAMSUNG company is getting a time pass with me not only this but Company service centre employee Mr. Salinder get a misbehave with me not only this but also he got a disobey of India Judicial(IndianCourt).
So, I request you kindly take an initiative against Mr. Salinder and company to.

As I would like to inform you that from more then 1month have been passed but Samsung company India is not ready to get return my LEVEL U which is running under warranty period they asking me to get stamp on GST BILL of dealer along with the Samsung LEVEL U product code which is not possible for dealer to get do so because it’s a GST where dealer can’t get change the bill because he already submitted his GST return on my name.
Not only this but also dealer asked me that there is no issue of getting return product as we already provided you a GST bill.
So, I request you kindly take an initiative action against Samsung company INDIA...

As per discussion held with you i already send the JOB SHEET after getting visit to your service centre.
But still didn't received any call confirmation from your side...
Only company is getting harrased we day by day, instead of getting resolve my matter...
Not only this but also your service centre executive mark a tick that my product is comes out of warranty but its totally wrong...
So, i have decided to move consumer court against customer court...

This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung Level U model no EO-BG920BBEBUS bearing serial RF7KA21Q38YYVS.
Further, we tried calling you on the mobile numbers [protected]. However we are unable to contact you.
We request you to confirm if you have visited the service center.
This is to notify you that after so many calls and complaints, your Samsung officers (Mr. Shantanu & Ms./Mrs Bhawna) deny to look after the problem that is occurring in my refrigerator as it’s a defective piece provided by Samsung to me and they are only providing the unsatisfactory answer that according to us your refrigerator is working fine, without any facts and figure .
For further escalating this matter to consumer court, I asked them to provide me the complete details of the engineer’s visit that happened for this refrigerator and the action required and taken to detect the problem of this refrigerator, they completely denied to share the details of my refrigerator, as previously they said that they don’t have the complete details of this refrigerator, but now they are saying that they are not authorized to share the report of my refrigerator with me, which shows that what level of service they are providing to the customer, if the customer raise his voice for something which went wrong also the calls that they do to the consumers they don’t listen to what customer is saying, they keep on raising their voice and pressurizing me to accept that the my refrigerator is working, which is not (calls attached) . Attached are the next sort of pics that I have taken today, I bought on Sunday and vegetables is with ice with fungus .
I really appreciate if it can be a written communication instead of verbal communication.
