I purchase refrigerator in year 2006 and. M facing problem i wrote e-mail to samsung indian ceo also because m not get solution of my complained no.-[protected] on dated-20.07.19 through your customer care for my product (Refrigerator) issue and after passed 13 days also its not resolve my problem. They pushing me to replace / scrap this existing product. Its very surprise that they not understand customer pain or financial problem just they avoid their responsibilities & transfer case to customer and bluntly saying this spare will not arrange or it will not resolve you need to scrap. Even though behavior was also not satisfactory.
Pl look into this issue and need to take action immediately. Hope you will understand my concern and provided some solution as because its a liability of all the product manufacturer to provide the spare after sale service and customer service is in your own priority

    I had contact customer care to repair our washing machine but due to parts unavailable they were not able to repair. Visiting time engineer was taken 2000/ in adv. Now he is not able to repair then he should return my money but he is not returning.. I have a slip of adv payment. Plz help.. Lots of time i have contacted but they are not listening

        Good day...!

        I have bought samsung mobile phone model no a 80 on 09/08/2019 worth rs 47990.00 and very next day i have started getting discrepancy on my speaker so that i went to nearest samsung authorized customer care asked them to check it. On first stage they said will sort out the problem but now according them there is nothing wrong with speaker and they gave me the phone back.
        But i am not satisfied with the speaker quality as i am getting same problem on my each and every calls.
        As i have spent lot of money to entertain myself but i am not satisfied with quality of speaker..

        So its my gently request to you please help me out to get new instruments from the samsung or they must fix the problem..

          Hello sir/madam,

          There is a big concern and worrying experience which i would like to raise for one of the best brand “samsung”
          I purchased refrigerator 521 litres for rs. 75k on 6.4.2018 from local distributor “snehangali electronics” kandivali west mumbai 400067.

          Model number: rt56k6378sl/tl /2018
          Gross volume : 551 liters
          Type: frost free

          As of today its been 15 months and i have faced multiple issue like dripping from cooler section, sensor issue, indicator blink etc… the details are as below:

          6.4.2018 – date of delivery and purchase.
          8.6.2018 – dripping issue – resolved by cleaning inside panel.
          11.6.2019 – dripping issue+ sensor replacement – paid rs. 649
          14.8.2019 – indicator blinking error. – on hold (Verbal estimation rs. 3500+service charge)

          I have paid heavy premium on samsung brand. We assumed life of such machine to be minimum 10 years and as per the current issue poping up now and then it seems after 6-7 months i need to scrap my refrigerator. There is more loss than benefit due to such issue which make food unusable. We have stored 9-10 kg of mango pulp worth rs. 8-9k which got rotten and straightaway was dumped.

          Highly unacceptable from such brand. I expect urgent and serious resolution for this and please help me out with immediate replacement of the refrigerator. If you people cannot solve the issue it's better to confront rather than charging people money again n again. Very poor quality.

          Also request you to share with the escalation point of contact at samsung refrigeration division (Not dsa).

          Please do feel free to contact me on my cell number mentioned below or email me if the call is unanswered.

          At the time of buying, we have been confirmed, that this fridge have lot of good features, like no frost, 10 years compressor warranty, 15 years of life, inverter friendly.

          But, sorry to say till now we have suffered alot. None of above things are seems comply to commitments of samsung. As, in spite of confirming that the fridge is having quality issues, and now it cannot be resolved. They are just killing the time and making us suffers physically and mentally.

          We want the replacement of this fridge. You are requested to do the needful.

            I bought a washing machine, wobble model no. Wa62h4200hy/tl, 6.2kg in the year 2015 with a 10 years warranty for the motor. Where as, now the washing machine started malfunctioning.             I have bought a newly launched samsung a30 which was defective on arrival. Upon receiving the doa, my request for refund is ignored, rather i have been asked to get a replacement. Being a dissatisfied customer, i don't want to go for any samsung product after my bad experience. Hence requesting the ho department to initiate the refund process. I have been delayed for 4 days on this request since i bought this product. I believe there have been many models which got failed at the time of launch and a30 is one among them.

              It is having problems.
              When I go to service centres here, they say that the Tab has been purchased in USA and they cannot undertake its repairs here.

              I have approached your Customer Care Centres here; but they are not undertaking repairs as the item was purchased in USA.

              What do I do?

I submit my on 5agust then after 4 days service centre call me your mobile is repair then after 2 days i will go to service centre for mobile. Counter number 5 person say ur bill is 7841.00 then i will give money to counter number 5 person after two min hee give receipt. Then i say give my mobile then he give i on my mobile my battery is 1 percent. Then say sir plz check mobile. He say go to home charge your mobile because is in good condition but i doesn't go i charge mobile in service centre but after 2 min always mobile low. Then go to counter number 5 hee say some folt in mobile. U deposit mobile after 2 days u take mobile. Then i say return my money. Then ur counter number 5 person say u ar illetred ha say like gali. But i can't say something. He talk like rudely. Also misbehalf with me.

                  This is anil kumar from andhra pradesh. This regarding my samsung tv complaint - pmopg/e/2019/0428983

                  I am a common man, now i am suffering a lot due to trusted samsung products and i have purchased samsung tv with 60000/-. I have kept very high amount on tv. After 1.5 year my tv got small issue. I approached samsung management, now samsung management demanding 11, 000 rs for panel replacement. I cannot effort that much amount. I have requested samsung tv from past 6 month for lowest price. Now samsung management saying panel cost 21000 rs and we provide 50℅ discount. Now you need to pay 11, 0000rs. It is final decision. Do you want to do.

                  Sir, what i need to do now. I cannot effort 11, 000 rs and repair my samsung tv. You know a common man cann't fight with big company like samsung for justices.

                  What i kept 60000/- rs on samsung tv is completely wasted now. If brand products fails like this way after warranty. The brand companies demanding high amount with name of spare parts. How we can trust samsung products. Actually my issue is very very small. They can resolve my issue with lowest prices. Even i told them ready to pay upto 5000/- rs. They refused and demanding 11, 000 rs. It's is really painful to customer like me.

                  Sir, please assume your in my position & think about my problem. I have taken samsung tv for long life and even i didn't think about warranty. Because i feel it will work atleast 5 to 6 years without any fails. So i kept 60000 rs on samsung tv. For me it is very high amount. Now with in short time it fails and demanding 11, 000 rs again. How can normal guy can effort that much amount again. For me it is impossible. So i have requested samsung team from 6 months. Now they saying do what you want do. It is management decision. Now i am helpless guys.

[protected] with photographs and the copies of the original estimate and subsequent bill; which was exorbitant. We require remedial to our complaint immediately besides the repair carried has not removed the defects in the tv after paying through the nose.                     Your service provider m/s customer support centre khanpur new delhi 110062; is a complete shame on the name of samsung. He is a cheat and does not separate the gst from the bill. You are cheating the country through your service agencies. I will also request govt. Of india to look into this.                       Sir i have take a samsung refrigerator 7 months back from hyderabad bajaj electronics showroom panjagutta barnch model code no: rt56k6378sl/tl compressor no: nn34m9112artt3 and serial no: 0d154dbk800607x. Its a samsung double door refrigerator which i purchased for (Rs 84000) seven months back and it is still in warranty. Since the day i purchased the refrigerator since the same week i had started facing problems in my refrigerator and you can cross check with the toll free team, and in this 7 months i had got the refrigerator repaired for 5 times for the same cooling problem since the day i have purchased it and now again i am going through the same problem again and again and now i am giving it for repair to the samsung people 6th time by calling the toll free number every now and then and requesting them to come and get it repaired and as they will and had never shown up for repair on the given date and time and now i am sick and tired of the refrigerator and i have a request to the samsung people that if it is possible please replace it with a new refrigerator and if it is not possible to replace it please i request you to send some people and take back the refrigerator free of cost from me and i am not interested in taking back the money neither i need the money just need you guys or your team to come and take the product from me as i am very much sick and tired of calling the samsung people for the same damm issue which occurs twice every month and cannot be rectified ever. Many technicians came from samsung team but still could not solve the problem i wish i had taken a lg product. I would have never faced such issue. Anyways please send some one to take the product away free off cost will buy a new lg product.

                        I have submitted my mobile galaxy j8 on 23 july due to hanging issue and hands free jack problem. 1st they told me to wait for approx 2 hrs but later on they said there is an hardware issue in your device collect it on 24july. But on 24 july they said there is an folder issue in your device and will get repaired till 25july. But when i called them om 25 they said to collect decice on 30 of july as the part available to us is not supporting on ur device and we have ordered new part which will come upto monday and will get repaired upto tuesday. After this due to all these postpone to repair of my device. I have complaint against them on samsung customer care no. And he make an conference to the service centre and he said to repair my device as soon as possible. But later on abt 7pm the manager of service centre contact me and demands 8000rs for the repair and said it is the case of water drop. And on 26 he demands 4500rs and now he is demanding 14000 rs approx. And one more thing is that i submitted my device on 23july and he registered my complaint on 26july on samsung website.

                            I bought a samsung fridge r72s 5011sl. The seal of packing was broken. When i pointed this to the salesman, he said that i should trust him and there is nothing wrong and it is a brand new fridge. Then i saw the packing material inside (Thermocol) was also broken. I again told him but he said if anything wrong with the fridge, it is his responsibility. He delivered the fridge. After about an hour when i was cleaning the fridge., i removed a sticker on the sidewall of the fridge and to my dismay., there was a big dent on yhe wall under the sticker. The sticker of the barcode of fridge was purposely put over the dent.
                            What should i do?

                            today they have agreed upon replacing the fridge but are asking Rs 4000 more as according to them the prices of the fridge have gone up. I am not able to digest this. they mean either i keep the faulty fridge or i cough up more money, if i want a new fridge.

                            I thought that I was a proud owner of Samsung RS 72 R 5011SL side by side fridge, when i bought it on 10/08/17 from swastik enetrprises at sonipat. I bargained it for Rs 67500 with Rs 6000 cashback if I pay through credit card of HDFC.. Unfortunately the invoice couldnot be generated on that day because the fridge was apparently not yet registered in the system. He promised to generate the invoice next day and got the payment from me in cash and that he will return my payment after I pay through credit card. I was delivered the fridge by the salesman only at my home at about 4:00 pm. I noticed a dent on side wall of the fridge at about 6:00 pm which was beautifully concealed under the sticker of barcode of smsung. It is noteworthy to mention that I received the fridge in open seal position, which I brought in the notice of salesman and h assured m not to worry as he was responsible for any problem in the fridge and after delivery they took all the packing including its box with them which is again a surprise to me. anyways, i called the salesman and toldhim about the dent, he came, inspected the dent and told me that he will revert back after talking in the company. After 2-3 days he called and informed that if I want the fridge to be replaced, I will have to pay Rs 4000 more as the prices have increased. It was again a shock to me as I trusted the brand and i was being cheated. I called customer care and they informed that without invoice, they will not be able to help. I was trapped and then I bargained again and he agreed to replace my fridge with Rs 1000 more, i.e. for Rs 68500 rather than Rs 67500 agreed upon earlier. I recd the fridge and got the invoice done on 18/08/2019. I offered to pay Rs 60000 from credit card of HDFC for availing 10 percent cashback nd rest of the payment to be adjusted as cash paid by me already. Now he deducted Rs 61200 from my card and told that he will give me vouchers worth Rs 1200 in lieu of extra Rs 1200 deducted from my account . It was again a breach of trust on part of samsung . How can he force me to buy vouchers ? I prorested but he said that this is company policy only. I did not have choice but to agree with him. Today he returned me Rs 60000 cash without any voucher. When I asked him, he said that you are the member of samsung smart club now and you have some points there and those points can be redeemed . It is laughable because I earned those points ( 800 something) by buying a product worth more than Rs 15000, and not in lieu of Rs 1200 due to me for erroneous transaction on part of the dealer. This all episode has made me bitter towards samsung, which I trusted so far. Through this mail I just want to draw your attention towards malpractices of your stockists and dealers. I never expected that kind of cheating attitude from Samsung Hope you will look into the matter and help me in at least getting the refund of my hard earned money.

                              I put samsung microwave on 12th july from vijay sales chandan nagar pune.in first week and in first use itself it got burned. I raised complaint with samsung immediately, first service person suggested to take replacement as many parts got burned, the second person who visited from samsung told us to pay for the parts which got burned and he told we will not get replacement.

                              Then we informed vijay sales also, and they also gave irresponsible answer, they said if you raised complaint with vijay sales instead to samsung we could have given you replacement​. What a nonsense answer. I told them that you can check complaint number raised with samsung along with date of complaint. But leady from vijay sales was not at all helpful.

                              Finally i decided to go with consumer court and consumer forum.

                                Hello support team,
                                Myself anoop dubey. I have purchased samsung a50 mobile on july 2nd 2019 from croma store, karol bagh and seriously i am very frustrated with the quality of samsung mobile phones that samsung india is offering in india. This a50 mobile phone stopped working just in 22 days. First is started to show a message of overheating even when i am not operating the phone from 1 hr. And then it stopped to get charge and finally switched off due to the low battery. After that i have tried to switch on this dabba mobile so many time but it was like samsung turned into sanpsungh (In hindi – saanp soongh gaya samsung ko).
                                After getting that message i have searched tips related to the overheating issue and then i have disabled the mobile data, location tracking and even disabled he second sim card into my brand new samsung a50. I seriously i made it similar to the nokia 1100 and was feeling like i have purchased a normal multimedia phone for rs 20000. Then i have visited to the croma store to make a complaint against this issue but they have told me to visit the samsung authorized service centre, patel nagar. I went to that service centre and made a complaint for the same issue and the service executive told me that they have to change the pub board of this phone. Oh wow… what a brand samsung which stopped working just within a month and put you like kha beta dhakka kha. Anyways at that time i tried to manage this blunder and convinced myself to accept this as a normal technical problem. I made myself so called ok with the suggesting solution and the assurance from the service centre executive that it will work fine after pub change. After 1.5 hr they have changed the pub board and returned my great samsung a50.
                                Now the phone is turned on started to work properly but wait bro… it was like a happiness of fey hours as this phone was tuned on the same condition of overheating and then stopped working again. After having this again i have called samsung customer service and talked about the issue and made my complaint to the service satisfaction follow-up that samsung generally does whenever any customer visits the service center (Trust me it was just show off from samsung india team). The service center executive told me to visit that service center again. I did the same, again visited that place with the same problem (Overheating and permanent switched off due to not charging). They have checked this brilliant machine and told that they have to change pub again. Somehow i made myself ok again with a thought that may be this revolutionary mobile phone will start working fine. But after sometime she came back again and this time that girl at service center explaining me that there is some moisture issue in to the mobile phone and i have to pay the price for this repair nearly 11k.
                                Ahh now i was totally surprised with that moisture on the pub board and how they can say that there is a moisture issue when there is no evidence of water entrance from charging point, from the speaker’s & earphone holes. My point is if phone will fall under the water or water falls on the mobile phone what are these areas from that water can enter into the phone. That may be speaker of the phone, may be the charging points, buttons or may be water entered from the audio connecter point right?? As i have asked these questions to that executive but now she told me that it can be due to the sweating issue.

                                Ohh now i got the point that whenever we purchased the great samsung mobile phone we should laminate it first and only then we can use it.
                                Now i have another question for the samsung india, is your phones are not capable to stop the normal water entrance (Sweating as that executive trying to justify the moister entrance from the sealed portion) from the dug taped (Sealed) portion. Or after the first repair these people not packed my phone properly. What is that i am not able to understand this moister entrance from the packed part when the complete phone is dry?
                                After listening their illogical explanations i told them to return my phone in the same condition. But when i got my mobile phone back i have again tried to charge it and now the display also not working. I made the question related the same and she told me that there is a moisture in the display as well.
                                After getting the overheating issue phone will switch off automatically but when you connect it with charger there will a message appears of charging caution and will show that phone is overheating and please unplug the charger to let it cool. Means display is fine that’s why we are able to see that messages and all on the display…na? Seriously it’s a service center fault and they are doing it knowingly to make more money.
                                But when i got my phone back the display also stopped working. I have made several complaints on the customer care no. But not getting any satisfying response from the samsung india’s brilliant team.
                                Frauds are sitting in the service centers and providing fake services to the customers.
                                Samsung you need to make your customer service desk more transparent so that customer can see when the technician opening the phone.
                                And please start mentioning a warning on the samsung phones as ‘samsung loves your sweat so be careful when you sweating. Laminate your samsung first and then use it.’
                                Please do the needful to resolve this issue asap. Or return my money otherwise i will file a case against you. I have all the recordings of customer care service center and discussion that i have done with the service center executive and customer care support executive.

                                Plz solved the customers problem

                                your service center does not open at proper time 10am
                                i am waiting from 30min for staff comming
                                and your staff comnication is very poor special miss RAJNI YADAV
                                she is saying jisko mobile diya h usko pta kro
                                but RAJ and anil employ is provide good service
                                Complaint of fridge not working was made. engineer came and advance of rs. 500/- was taken as mentioned in attached scan but the problem has not yet been resolved after a lapse of a month.

                                  On 20/july/2019, i went to service center "care & care", "samsung authorized" service with "no charging" problem, when i received my mobile phone samsung j2 (2016) on 22/july/2019, i found out that few more problem have been added to it, (1.) home button not working, (2.) microphone dead. When i reached home and inserted sim card i realized about two problems, on that very day i called about this malfunctioning, they stated that mobile will now cost rs 3800 to changed the whole board whereas i had already paid rs 400 to them for charging problem, (I do have audio recording of that conversation) i filed number of complaints on net to samsung india but no one bothered to get that problem get resolved, i spoke to call center for 30-30 min regarding problem but they haven't resolved that problem.

                                  So for god's sake punish the offenders as soon as possible and let justice be remark of that of that.

                                    I ordered samsung m 20 from "samsung india official website" with order id: [protected], when i used mobile i got to know that mobile phone has some manufacturing defect;
                                    (1.) when i call, back panel starts vibrating like dj panel.
                                    (2.) mobile phone voice is not clear.
                                    (3.) sometimes during call sound volume lowers.
                                    (4.) heating problem.
                                    I contacted service help on 1st of this month they didn't help, when i went to service center they said file a complaint on net they will replace the mobile phone, called and mailed again (Ticket no.: 1480384) but "no help" i received.

                                    I want justice, i want problem free mobile phone as soon as possible as my priorities have been already been disturbed by this injustice by this samsung fellows.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have samsung washing machine. Technician visited home after requesting for 4 days and he didn't fitted the drain and inlet pipes. When i called him he said you can fix by your own, if not i will come. But he didn't came. I raised complaint to customer care for 5 days and escalated so many times but till nobody visited. Samsung customer care and service is very very bad. Don't ever buy samsung washing machine.
